Absolutely outstanding service. Everything is always wonderful. You won’t get a better welcome in a London hotel. This is our third stay and each time I love it all the more. Great rooms, very comfy beds, location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and make you feel so welcome. The breakfast is excellent too, and great cocktails. One of the most dog friendly hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Top marks!

Went there for breakfast/ brunch 😋 the food was delicious, location was beautiful (just off the busy Notting Hill Gate), Staff was friendly. These are 3 different seatings to the restaurant, which is great and i chose to sit out to take on the view. The bar is great too with many cocktails available. The only thing was that the food menu was limited. Other than that, it's a great spot for summer ☀️

Staff are amazing. Location is perfect.
From front of house to the cleaner this hotel is amazing. From the quirky little signs round the hotel to its furnishings. The coffee is pretty amazing and the Bircher muesli in the morning is pretty special. Keep it up guys your on point.

Fabulous stay, excellent location, great room, superlative service by the wonderful staff. We definitely rank this hotel as our number 1 Hotel to stay at when in London.

Good hotel, nice staff. Breakfast only starts at 0730 which is pretty late for people on a business trip.

Great hidden place for a discreet little brunch & quiet coffee - tho be warned they charge £4.50 for hot water with lemon..!

Not cheap but you get what you pay for; fantastic staff, wonderful lighting, music, and ambience. It was a wonderful experience and I only popped in for a drink.

I love this place!! I will only stay here while in London - it’s my home away from home. ALL OF THE STAFF are amazing, the rooms are super comfortable and the lobby bar, patio and restaurant are fantastic.
Marzia at the front desk is superb and is the host of all hosts.
The only bad part of this hotel is that I didn’t discover it earlier!!
Enjoy!

A lovely place to enjoy good cocktails with my girl friends. Modern interior design and rather relaxed atmosphere, couldn’t ask for more. Staffs are friendly and attentive, I will definitely be back. If you are looking for a relaxed and warm place with good drinks near Nottinghill Gate, this is it!

Didn't stay there, just had a meeting at the lobby which was pretty nice, with private rooms that can accommodate a medium-size meeting (6-8 people), good service and polite staff. The location is obviously awesome.
A nice place for a business meeting.

A unique boutique hotel with a very good service , vibes and services. As the hotel doesn’t have a gym, they offer a pass with a gym very close by, walking distance that has great classes. The hotel is located walk-in distance from public transport, shops, restaurants ...... amazing location if you don’t wanna be in the heart of London city.
The staff is amazing and always taking care of their guests. The food from the restaurant is delicious and I really enjoyed my stayed with them.

Great location! The Laslett is very stylish and the staff very engaging, friendly & helpful. The rooms are beautiful (and quiet) and the beds are really some of the most comfortable we found in the whole of London and we loved the breakfast. Prime spots like cafe's, cinemas, markets & restaurants are just around the corner from the hotel and the tube (central line) station is literally 1min's walk from the front door.

This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I think the attention to detail, decor, style and incredible breakfast made the experience priceless. The staff was very accommodating too. I Stayed on the third floor which was very quiet and I had a huge room as well. I also loved the shower and bathroom and heated towel rack. The whole decor was sultry yet cozy And added to the vibe of the hotel. And let's not forget that breakfast, which was incredible and homey. I will never come to London again and not stay at this hotel.

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay at The Laslett. Our room, initially in the bottom floor of the building, had some minor issues, and the staff was more than happy to assist in moving us to a different room. That really was one of the best things about The Laslett, the staff. Marzia, Decio and Donato were all fantastic, and more than happy to give us recommendations, assistance with our stay, or just to chat for a bit.
Overall the amenities for the hotel were great. The location was fantastic, on a quiet side street in Notting Hill, but just around the corner from a tube stop that had access to all of London proper. The hotel itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. One piece of advice for maximum comfort would be to request a room on the second or upper floors. While lacking a true restaurant, the bar area was more than well stocked with food, drinks and delicious breakfast offerings.
We had a fantastic stay, and would definitely go back to The Laslett.

A hidden gem. We just stopped by for a couple of iced mochas and sat on the stylish deck chairs on the sunny terrace amongst the olive trees and white and purple lavender. The coffees were delicious and the service was thoughtful and faultless. Hotel is situated in prime Notting Hill on a beautiful and quiet street, but a stone's throw from the hustle of Notting Hill Gate. Hotel interior has clearly been developed by a team who have an exceptional eye for design. A great recommendation for visitors who need a place to stay, and as a local I'd love to go again to sample the food and cocktails.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Laslett. The location is exceptionally close to Notting Hill Gate which makes this an excellent choice for tourist activities. The rooms are well presented, clean, modern and spacious. The bathrooms are amazing to say the least. The staff were nice but a little slow - I had to say my surname four times before I was understood when checking in. We had cocktails of an evening and breakfast at the hotel both of which were very nice. We were in the basement which was a little noisy in the morning when people were walking through the lobby but we slept fine. I would definitely stay again.

The Laslett is well located for Notting Hill. It's clean, modern, and the beds and linen are good. We stayed in a Master Bedroom suite, which was disappointing - it lacked space, and the 'dining table' was laughably small. The shower (over the in room bath) leaked onto the bathroom floor. The staff were somewhat miserable and everything was a bit slow.
Theres nothing too wrong in general, but for the price, and compared to our usual London hotels (The Charlotte Street Hotel) this is no more than average, and unlikely to be a return visit.

First and most important, the staff was very kind !
Service at the reception and of the cleaning staff was amazing.
We asked to get our room freshened each day and it was !! Great.
Rooms aren't so big but enough for us.
The Showers is so beautiful and clean- impeccable.
The hotel is right above the notting hill gate tube station so it's idle, this way we had traveled back and forth from the city center with ease and we had a chance to get to know the notting hill area better.
Streets near the hotel and in the neighborhood were so clean and beautiful that it gave us a feeling of almost a different city then the traditional london city center.
I recommend this hotel extremely although it is not the cheapest (which is not a bad thing at all).
Thank you for everything!

Excellent location just next to the Notting Hill Gate underground. Very nice and warm welcome, small and personal atmosphere in the restaurant / bar. We got a room on the lower ground floor, which lacked nice views, but was completely quiet and had a very comfortable bed. We slept very well!

Remarkable in every way. BEAUTIFULLY restored building with comfortable and homey rooms with the highest attention paid to decor, detail, and service . The staff was very friendly and endlessly helpful. Spectacular location is close to everything we want to do in London and convenient for all our local friends. We cantt wait to stay here again on out next visit !

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel -- pretty large for London as well. I was on a tight budget so I didn't try the food or drink, but they looked good. The customer service was excellent & the bed extremely comfy. Would go back :)

Was like staying with friends in a private home. Staff and service were exemplary. Every evening when we returned, it felt like we were coming home. Cocktails and food in the lounge were top notch and the employees were warm and attentive. Will definitely be back soon !
M. B.
Very good hotel, the rooms are spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff very attentive. Breakfast is fresh and varied and the hotel's location is close to everything.

Best hotel in London! Beside the ideal location, the beds are amazing. We are actually purchasing the brand of bed they have for our home. Can't wait to return to the hotel.

Set across five grade II listed Victorian townhouses in the heart of Notting Hill, The Laslett is more home than hotel.
The rooms look and feel as though they could be straight out of a friend's stylish home. And with its curated British library, boutique shop and bar/coffee shop the lobby is quickly becoming a neighbourhood hangout.
Finally a great hotel in Notting Hill!

If I could move in, I would. This was by far the best experience I've had in a very long time, if not ever. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, the attention to detail in the rooms & the entire hotel was extremely impressive, and the location couldn't be better - right next to Notting Hill Gate station and walking distance to Portobello Street. The vibe you get right when you walk into The Laslett is so good you won't want to leave, hence me wanting to move in.

Lovely hotel. Bed is very comfortable. Nicely furnished room. Bathroom very nice. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this Hotel and I found it Truly Exceptional. Unfortunately my partner became ill on our latest visit and needed medical attention, the way that Vadim dealt with the situation was greatly appreciated and couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Thank You Vadim, you are an absolute credit to the Hotel. Look forward to or next trip with the Laslett.

Lovely hotel, artistic atmosphere in the heart of Notting Hill. Full of historic books that made me love it! Friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable beds and room amenities.

The Laslett.
There it is, hiding behind its grand West London fence, white, low-key, pretending to be other houses. It isn't hiding, but it doesn't care if you notice. Superb.
It has a little blackboard, just within sight, enticing you to come in - have a coffee, enjoy some posh, you deserve it (we do!).
But despite the lovely sign, the warm invitation, the punny name of a hipster coffee, you cross that transom and head inside with a little trepidation. It's so nice, so stylish, like a middle class Hempel (remember that place?) that it's still a little intimidating for a loser like me.
What could be in there? Are Mick and Keith sitting inside, discussing interest rate policy? Is Paul Smith at the bar with sketchbook, designing some sort of mad wallet made from the dorsal fin of a blowfish?
It's understated and small and posh and rebellious and artsy and simple and elegant and full of lovely chairs and surfaces. So far so good!
It is a wonderful quiet cool stylish little drinking place, to be sure. It's styled in the way that New Yorkers think every Londoner lives. But it's also British, which means the service is a bit rubbish. (The British are better at making interiors than serving pots of tea, apparently). They'll tend to not notice you're there, you'll get lost amongst the 'Made in Chelsea' kids, it's an awkward shaped space that lends itself to error.
But you know, it actually doesn't matter. What are you in a hurry for? Where do you need to go all of a sudden? Sit down, relax, feel cool, evesdrop on middle-class conversation, enjoy a bit of parquet flooring, stop rushing around. You'll get your coffee eventually, in the meantime everyone passing on the street will think you're waiting while Keith has gone to the loo.
I recommend you don't go there....because I want to keep this place to myself. I'm sorry I mentioned it, now.

Nice big room that felt like I was staying in the master bedroom of a luxury home in the heart of Notting Hill. Great showers too and a nice afternoon tea too.

Very good value for a very well designed hotel, I will definitely come back every time I'm in town. Thanks Donato for this very nice welcoming.

Very decent ambient and friendly people, good for the fine elite. I had just some bread, olives and tea but it was fantastic and super helpful. Definitely recommendable.

For a London hotel, we were pleasantly surprised, but there are some rough edges that could be easily resolved. It makes us think that the hotel's managers should really spend a few nights in their own property.
My wife and I stayed here in November 2013 on a short trip to London, staying in room 40 which overlooks the road from the 2nd floor. The room we had was a small studio apartment complete with a kitchenette, dining area, washing machine, and a spacious bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable, and unlike every other hotel we've stayed at in London the TV had hundreds of channels! :)
The staff were warm and friendly, and helped us check-in early without fuss. We also thought that only cleaning the room every two days was an excellent environmental saving. Cupboard space was ample, and the inclusion of a safe in the room is very useful.
Everything seemed excellent, but we quickly discovered the rough edges that let the hotel down. In the bathroom, we found the lighting to be inadequate around the mirror (although it looks like there was once a light above the mirror that has since been removed), and the ventilation didn't work. Likewise, the warning about the floor being slippery when wet is insulting considering the shower-head is attached to the wall using the wrong mount that doesn't hold the head at an angle, meaning that it sprays water beyond the shower screen and awkwardly to the other end of the bath.
We found a growing mould problem in the bathroom, but in the hallway outside the room it also smelled mouldy. This was nothing compared to the elevator, within which the mould smell was intolerable and make it impossible to breathe. I've read from other reviews that the hotel recently had a flood, but there's clearly an issue with dampness that is an ongoing battle.
On the other hand, despite the thin single-glazed windows, we found the street quiet enough for light sleepers like us, which is amazing considering it's such a short distance to the shops and the tube. With the kitchenette, M&S and Tesco are right around the corner, meaning you can stock the fridge if you like to save some money, particularly for breakfast.
In summary, 10 Pembridge Gardens is almost a fantastic hotel, and if the mould issues are resolved we would certainly consider returning.

(Translated) There are a lot of young staff, but the service and friendliness are Pikaichi!
The shower room was more pleasant than any hotel I have ever stayed.
It feels good to have Victorian shoes and simple, high-impact interiors that were discovered from under the floor during hotel renovation, and a terrace with olive trees planted. The price is slightly higher, but I think that the original will be enough.
