If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Uniquely painted building across from Kings Cross. Fantastic location for a mini break in London.
The staff were fantastic; incredibly friendly and helpful with any enquires. Our room was phenomenal. Facing the the station I did worry about noise of traffic and possibly the trains but was quiet and the comfy HUGE bed made for a great nights sleep!
I stayed here for my birthday and I feel like the staff went all out. Chocolates and fizz in the room complete with a birthday card. Something that may sound trivial but made the stay that extra bit special and I could not be more appreciative.
Will be looking to book again soon!

From the moment we walked through the doors everything about this hotel was first class. Great customer service from the bar staff to reception and mangers. We had wonderful room with real character, charm and style. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so excellent.

Overall a decent stay aside from an issue with practicality of the room.
We arrived early which was fine, we knew it wasn't a guarantee to check in early so just wanted to drop some bags.
The first woman at the desk said we couldn't check in early and proceeded to tag our bags to leave. We were reorganising some things and in the mean time the woman at the desk walked away and a man came to the desk. A new customer came through the door an also asked to check in early. She was then told she could and was given a room literally 1 minute after we were told otherwise by someone else. My husband then approached the man at the desk who was surprised but then was able to get us in early. It was appreciated, but not really a great experience to be told 2 different things.
The room was clean and spacious enough. We were in room 307. However, there was a major design flaw with the room. There were only 2 regular prong plugs in the room - on either side of the bed. If you want to style your hair or get ready in front of a mirror it's impossible. There is 1 mirror in the bathroom and one in the hallway. The one In the hallway is 5 feet away from the nearest plug. The hairdryer they provide doesn't even reach to the mirror. We called the front desk - no extension leads or spare mirrors to use. The handyman was nice and pulled the hallway mirror off the wall and set it next to the plug, but that is absolutely ridiculous to be necessary in a boutique hotel room in Central London. While it may seem a minor issue, it affected me several times throughout the stay and could be so easily remedied with a plug next to the desk and a mirror on the desk to use. People staying in London are often attending events, going for dinners, and are going to need to get ready.
The restaurant seemed quite nice but was pretty pricey.
There is a coffee maker but otherwise the amenities were relatively underwhelming. Nothing important missing but not above and beyond. No conditioner or lotion in the bathroom, sure, not expected in a budget hotel - but you'd think higher from a £200 hotel.
Aside from the mirror/plug the stay was fine enough. Location was incredibly convenient and the room was quiet. I would easily stay again if the outlet issue was resolved!

We had a lovely stay at The Megaro. Our room had been upgraded and it was really smart and stylish.
The facilities were great and included a rainwater shower, a smart tv and coffee machine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and we both had really good nights' sleep - the room was really quiet too. Crazy to think we were slap bang in the middle of kings cross!
However, the most impressive thing about the room was the cleanliness!! It was so clean - the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in... and I am quite fussy!!
Staff were friendly and helpful and, one evening, we bumped into the hotel manage who gave us a tour around a new bar area that is currently being refurbished. It was great to see how passionate he was about the hotel!
We visited the bar one evening and had a couple of cocktails. We chose to sit at the bar and we were able to chat to the lady making cocktails - she was also really passionate about her work.
I hope we can return to The Megaro next year.

This was a gorgeous hotel. I loved my stay here. I just wished the bar had delivered drinks to the rooms. And that the hot water was actually hot, not just warm.

Location good for train and bus passengers . Just off a Busy bight street so loads of places to go and eat .
Parking not the best .
We stayed in the best suite , was lovely the television came out the bed base ! Put the bed it’s self was awful such a soft bed and the worst night sleep ever. My dad had this hotel booked for the week after and I know he loves his bed and he actually cancelled it due to my sleepless night in a an awfully uncomfortable bed . Reception area is quirky and staff are helpful. Very clean and is good vibes . Was a very quiet hotel when we went before Covid . McDonald’s is walking distance :)

Rooms are ok. Great location, staff are very friendly and nice. We didnt like the room we initially got. It was nothing like what was in the pic shown (more of a motel feel) and it was too close to the street noise. The staff helped us in getting another room, which we really appreciated. For the location this is a decent option if you get lucky with the room you get.

Modern hotel with lots of industrial features. Rooms are individual ours was steel and silver that said clean comfortable and spacious. Breakfast either full English or continental no mixing so no juice one coffee so not greatest experience, but the food was excellent.

The best hotel I’ve ever been in London. If there is more than 5 stars I will give them. Ancuta is the bestttt. She deserves to get promoted. She upgraded my room to the view. Excellent service with smile. I’ve never been happier. Thank you so much for making my holiday.

This place is brilliant. We opted for a themed room which is amazing. The whole hotel has been done so well inside and out. Staff have been perfect. We have only eaten breakfast here but it is yummy. Would highly recommend this place to anyone

We love this boutique hotel in the center of London. Not only is it conveniently located directly across the street from Kings Cross train station, it’s charming, unique, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We’ve had a view of the historic St Pancras hotel and station a few times. It’s one of the most beautiful buildings in London. Oh, and even though it’s located in the hustle and bustle of London streets, the windows keep the noise out and therefore quiet for sleeping. We’ve stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when we visit London. It’s The perfect blend: classy without being too pricey.

Whilst we were originally disappointed to be transferred to this hotel as their sister hotel is closed, we were pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked through the door.
The arty, well decorated reception area is welcoming and yet stylish.
We felt sorry for the man on reception who seemed absolutely rushed off his feet, but still gave us a good amount of time and explained check-in well.
The room was lovely. A great size, with a wonderful view. Brilliant for central London.
We were a little disappointed to find lumpy sour milk in the fridge. It made us wonder how thoroughly the rooms are checked, but this was rectified by the lovely receptionist.
If we visit the Kings Cross area again we shall return.

Great facade and location as well as welcome and reception area. The room didn’t match that vibe at all which was disappointing. The room was bland and beige all over. It still baffles me that hotels have wall to wall carpet but I have to say that it was clean. Expensive for what it is.
S. K.
We were here for 2 days we has booked The Gyle but transferred here as it closed fab room really quirky..but very noisy traffic outside all night then day 1 clatter on the windows window cleaner so loud night two thought there was a crazy party in the bar but it turns out to be the guests above us partying with house music at 2am so no sleep for 2 nights .
Breakfast we were expecting cooked or at least toast but no just pastries which I'm not a fan of.
Nice shower ..tea and coffee and fresh milk in room good location but too noisy for me
C. R.
Great hotel, very handy for Kings Cross station - you can see the hotel from the platform.
The major attractions are not far even if you want to walk which is what we did.
Staff very friendly and the breakfast gives you a great start to the day.
S. C.
Nice food especially breakfast. Good room very quiet considering it's location with excellent air con. Bar and restaurant strangely shut Sunday and Monday night. Lots more places in the area.
A. H.
Staying here now. Lovely staff and really appreciate the extra special touches to make my stay do pleasant. I highly recommend.
h. r.
Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Delicious continental breakfast. Comfortable beds although foam pillows we found a little firm. Roland, the general manager took the time to explain the decorative scheme running through the hotel which was very interesting. Accidentally I left my iPad behind and Roland so very kindly, dropped it off on his way home - totally unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. Would really recommend this hotel, great location and fabulous staff.
C. B.
Honestly, the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Staff are VERY helpful, friendly and obviously care about their customers. Also, the best night sleep I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this hotel!
D. Z.
This place is absolutely brilliant. The rooms have amazing and themed. I love my POP DIVA room. Definitely the room I deserve!
T. L.
This hotel is fascinating! When we walked into it, the decorations are fabulous! The wall, the bar, the sofa, the elevator, everything is decorated in a colorful and unique style!
On top of that, the staffs here, Cristian and Maria, are unbelievable nice and friendly! They carefully explained things about the room and helped taking our luggage upstairs and showed us the room.
We opened the door and wow! Wow wow wow! The room already looks amazing, and yet, since they know we’re on our honeymoon, not only did they put extra decorations in this room but also had a bottle of champagne iced and ready for us! Man what a great start of our honeymoon!!
I can’t think put into words.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
K. B.
2 nights well done, but I would have preferred medium rare. Lovely boutique hotel, nice room and amenities, but it was so hot we struggled to sleep. Our thermostat was turned down to 16° C, but beneath us was a hot room (I guess) and the window was screwed shut so no relief from the stifling heat.
S. V.
Quirky boutique hotel at a terrific location. The proximity to King's Cross means great transit options (subway, train) but also a certain level of noise. If you like it quiet, this ain't the place for you.
Rooms, especially the bigger ones, are likely among the best available at this price range which is around middle to upper limit but competitive to the surrounding hotels (it's London after all). Comfy bed, great shower and we had an awesome view of the busy King's Cross station.
Very hearty breakfast, slightly overpriced and a tad too hefty even for English standards. The attached restaurant served fairly authentic Italian cuisine, we thoroughly enjoyed our quick snack there.
Staff is very friendly and tries to make your stay as pleasant as it can get. Two minor gripes: their elevator was either broke or occupied with service personnel, we had to take the stairs a couple of times or wait for ages which was a bit of a nuisance. And, for some utterly bizarre reason, the bathroom doesn't have an outlet for a hair dryer.
All in all, highly recommended.
S. A.
Friendly and efficient staff. Great view of train station.
K. E.
Was upgraded to a designed room. Very nice decor. Loved the espresso machine. Eatery is a little strange. Excellent shower and bed very comfy. I reduced one star because this was a work trip, but my room had no work desk.
S. W.
Beautiful rooms and a totally funky vibe. Not a traditional hotel with a stuffy reception area and corporate like gym, so not the place for you if you're into that... But it's a beautifully decorated, fun hotel in an excellent location. I've been loving it!
L. P.
Fun, quirky boutique hotel in a great central location. Was there two nights for a business event in the area and enjoyed my stay. Only downside to me is that it was quite noisy at night. I was also dealt a really average and boring looking room compared to my colleagues who all had fun themed ones for some reason. Regardless, won't hesitate to go back for a short stay.
A. H.
What a great hotel. I stayed here for one night while in London on business but I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay. Really funky decor, cool cellar cocktail bar and very welcoming staff. The manager Lorenzo is a gentleman. The rooms are large by London standards and each one has a different theme. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort had gone into the design of this hotel. The location is also very convenient, being just across the road from Kings Cross St Pancras Station. I really can’t speak too highly of the Megaro.
S. M.
Very cute hotel right on Kings cross station which is a perfect location!!! Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are desent size for two with original decoration! Clean and tidy and a very nice welcome with coffee machine, tea and biscuits, popcorn, jelly belly and more. Shower - excellent!! Toilet - we found it too high to sit on.....bed - very comfortable but too short, so our legs were kept out which is less comfi. And one more thing - not enough light in the room although the staff was very kind to bring an extra lamp. Overall good experience!!
D. I.
Nice place to stay. Super convenient location. Rooms and service are both excellent. Room was quiet and spacious, and very comfortable. The only slight problem is that I found shaving tricky: the bathroom light placement means your face is in shadow, and the plug in the sink didn't close properly. I'd definitely stay here again though!
R. R. C.
We booked an apartment (2 minute walk away) for three of us for only one night. Charming place to stay! Love the quirkiness of the hotel, the breakfast was excellent, comfortable bed. No complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
M. C.
Wonderful boutique hotel with nice rooms and very kind helpful staff. A bit pricey and breakfast was really basic but the location is excellent. Count on a bit of noise from the busy street. Insulation is great in the rooms but you are located right next to St. Pancras-Kings Cross railway station so sirens and honking cars are par for the course. On the plus side it was great to be able to jump into the subway and go wherever we wanted to go.
B. S.
The Megaro hotel is pleasant and a very genuine-feeling hotel within line-of-sight of Kings Cross.
It's location is it's biggest selling point, 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross and St. Pancras.
The room I stayed in was clean, warm and provided the amenities you'd expect. A fridge, kettle, coffee machine. No iron in the room however a request was all it took for a member of staff to diligently and swiftly deliver one with a board to my room with a smile.
The service was top notch from start to finish with every attempt made to accommodate my small requests.
One gripe I had was my room had a bath and shower with an open side area which meant water would splash out of the bath and land on the floor outside. Granted the floor was heated and would eventually evaporate the water but just felt like a simple shower curtain or larger glass panel was all that would be needed to prevent something like that happening.
It made the body facing jets impossible to use because it led to a watery mess.
In any case, the view of Kings Cross station from the room was great and opening a window will greet you with the typical hustle and bustle London traffic has to offer but take that as a given for the very convenient location. Great hotel, would recommend.

great location at 3 mins walk from st pancras trainstation. stylish rooms. only stayed one night, didnt try their breakfast. friendly staff.

Funky 4 stars, excellent for sightseeing London. We spend 2 nights to celebrate our wedding and got first star service, including complimentary chocolates and champagne. We had a small issue with the bill but Raul, the manager, sorted it for us. Highly recommended.

Generally the hotel is nice, but the rooms could use a bit of work. Windows were very dirty, obscuring the view, and carpet could use replacing or renewal as its quite worn and old looking. I also found on arrival that the fridge door had not been closed properly in my room so had leaked water on the floor, and there were a few other small, inconsequential things that weren't important but which I think housekeeping should have picked up on. Also noted that the cupboard doors could also use some oiling as it takes my whole body weight just to open and close them! Other than these small gripes, the staff are nice and quite helpful, and it feels like a secure place to be. I would stay here again for the right price.
M. W.
This hotel is right by the king's cross underground and train stations making it a great place to stay if your visiting London. The room was good overall. The staff were incredibly friendly. Check in/out was easy. I would recommend this hotel.
C. G.
Very nice stay, quirky & fun place
A. W.
Nice hotel, good location. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the adjacent café is superb - if you haven't booked your room with breakfast, it's still worth it, especially the yogurt with honey and the English/French... breakfasts (huge!).
Room was fine and quite spacious, especially the bathroom was nice. There's a minibar and coffee, water and tea is included.
D. L.
Lobby is weird in a good way. Staff is nice and friendly. Blazing wifi. The wood paneling inside our room is oddly dated (like from the 70's), as are the stairs and carpeting. The bathroom is big, but not much horizontal surface to place toiletries. There is no shower door or curtain to prevent the water from spilling everywhere, or we had to contort the glass panels to do so. Free coffee and water (still & sparkling). Near shopping, transportation (underground, bus, taxis), and good restaurants.
F. D.
Nice design hotel, very close to king cross station.
Rooms are large, with all basical services, and bathtub, and there is a 24 hours minibar available for all guest.
Atmosfere Is casual, and the lobby of really artistic.
Kind staff add a few points to this, already great, experience.
K. D.
Locked me out of room as a way to get me to come to reception for a message! There's a much more polite way to do that! Half cleaned the room came back to find dirty towels still on bathroom floor. Kept taking away soap I'd opened and used only once, what a waste! Fairly noisy from outside as windows didn't keep out the noise. Room was a decent size and had good free refreshments, coffee, tea and water. Likely wouldn't stay again!
J. F.
You should stay here if the price is right for you. Great staff, good drinks, and lovely food. A top notch experience is yours for the taking, I like this place. The dry aged steak is nice, and they make a fine English Breakfast
D.
Centrally located hotel with 24/7 reception and rooms bigger than anticipated. My room was a bit dated though. The carpet in my room had a lot of stains and I could hear and feel the tube's vibrations in the evening. Apart from that, the people in the reception area were really nice.
H. A. D.
My most favourite hotel in London. Stayed there so many times and I have always enjoyed the stay, the staff are amazing. The bathroom and the shower are very clean, available tea and coffee and plenty of light in the room.
The decoration is very intimate and permeates through you to achieve a baseline of happiness.
Great value for money in one of the best locations in London.
E.
The location was key for me as I needed to be close to St Pancras/Kings Cross. The design aesthetic and vibe of the hotel are very cool, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However there was no desk in the room, and lighting was more form than function. The eatery was also very good, and the staff in the cocktail bar were great.
D. T.
Hotel is clean and secure. Rooms are large. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Extremely convenient for St Pancras and King's Cross station. Room furniture is definitely dated but works fine.
N. D.
Fabulous hotel with great decor and splendid breakfast staff were helpful too
D. M.
Perfectly pleasant and fantastically located by the train & tube for ease of getting around. Street noise & A/C could get a bit loud, but otherwise a nice place to stay. Bonus - the shampoo/soap were all cruelty-free.
R. I.
We've stayed here often. Just across the road from Kings Cross and St Pancras international, it has been a convenient overnight stopping place before departing on a continental holiday next day. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a good dining room. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
T. H.
[Update: after seeing this review, they offered to reduce the bill by half. I appreciate the gesture very much. I increased the rating by one, as this should have been done proactively instead of after a complaint. I'll try it again next time I'm in town and see how it goes. :-)]
Although I had a confirmed reservation at the Megaro Hotel, upon checking in they said there was a problem with the system and they'd need to check me into their sister hotel, the California, two buildings down. The California has one fewer star yet they charged me the same rate (but threw in a free drink at the bar). I don't know what the Megaro rooms are like but the room I'm in doesn't feel like an appropriate substitute for a 4 star hotel.
Friendly staff and good location. Worn carpets, street noise, and small rooms.
S. B.
We stayed at the Megaro for the first time in October, 2019. Before arrival, I had a few questions about the room I had booked and they were very prompt to reply via email and answer my questions. I was amazed at the beauty of the steampunk-inspired lobby -- it's absolutely beautiful. The young lady, Noemi (sp?), who checked us in was extremely polite and courteous, as was the gentleman who checked us out and stored our baggage for the day.
Our room was one of the apartments, in a different building around the corner on St. Chad Street. Although we didn't need the kitchenette, it's nice to know about that if needed for a future visit. The bed was comfy and the room had a balcony, which we appreciated. The bathroom was incredibly beautiful and is a modern design. The room included an Illy "FrancisFrancis" pod-type coffee machine, which didn't work very well and I couldn't figure out how to add water to it on the 2nd day. Personally, I prefer a drip machine in hotels, not Keurigs, Nespressos, etc.
That said, in the main building, there is a cafe and restaurant on the ground level and a nightclub & bar on the lower level. So we didn't have to go far for a fresh brew of coffee in the morning. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the staff at the cafe and club were very friendly. The coffee was good and inexpensive.
King's Cross has changed dramatically in the past 15 years, since I was last in London. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. If you're not familiar with the area, it's one of the best areas to travel easily to other parts of London as there are major bus routes by King's Cross / St. Pancras Station, which features Tube and rail connections, including Eurostar. Outside the station, there is a lovely food market featuring different vendors that sell cheeses, samsosa, breads, build your own Turkish mezzes and Portuguese pastel de natas.
We highly recommend the Megaro Hotel and will definitely consider it again for our next visit. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
P. G.
Clean, spacious (by London standards), well-equipped room. I had one of the rooms facing the street, which was noisy due to traffic. I asked for an interior room and the staff helpfully arranged another room for me which was very quiet. Might be a problem if all rooms are occupied and you don't want traffic noise.
C. C.
Amazing hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spectacular. We stayed for two nights, it was a little noisy at times but you are at the heart of Kings Cross. Would recommend.
V. A.
Our family had a great stay at this hotel. The room, where my husband and I stayed, and the apartment, where our kids stayed, were both very comfortable. They were also cleaned and fixed very well daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure we felt right at home. The cafe of the hotel, Karpo, served very good food overall. It's a great place to start your day with a hearty breakfast. Some of their best dishes are their buttermilk pancakes, oaked smoked salmon, and their croissants, which are baked fresh daily. Their staff as well were very attentive and go the extra mile to make you feel so welcomed. A good family place overall!
D. D. M.
Really spacious room and good mattress and pillows. Super location at only 3 mins from Kings Cross St Pancras which makes it super good to reach. Quiet nevertheless, slept very well. Did not make use of breakfast or the bar, so cannot comment on that. Enjoyable overall.
K. H.
We had an apartment here last year. Beautiful big rooms, fully equipped kitchen, short walk to groceries so we could cook our own dinner and a literal stone's throw from the Eurostar. Perfect.
S. C.
So close to Kings Cross that I could see the station from my window! Very convenient. Staff were friendly, room spotless, bed comfy and in room facilities were excellent. It was a little noisy as the room faced on to Euston Road but that for me wasn't an issue as I live on a main road at home. Ate in the restaurant too. The starter of chargrilled leeks, tangerine gel and salted hazelnuts is not something I ever want to eat again but the filletto steak, spinach, capers and romesco sauce paired with a baby tomato and home pickled onion was outstanding! Best steak I've had for years. I will actively look to stay here again, thank you for a good stay.
A. M.
Hotel with good style. Fully equipped rooms, incl coffee machine with some free capsules. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Not noisy in the room. Nice shower room. Size of the room 20m2. bigger as usually in London.
T. C.
Very nice place, the building is both very good looking inside and outside with a modern look. Perfectly located too.
Personal was very friendly and room had everything you could wish for: comfortable, and quiet.
R. B.
Great location for Kings Cross. Smart hotel. Rooms are all very well appointed, all have a mini bar, fridge and espresso machine. Sky TV in all rooms and most have a comfortable seat and a desk. Fast and free Wi-Fi is a bonus.
Beds are comfortable.
The hotel restaurant and bar is nice, food is generally very good and reasonable priced.
Used to be on the cheaper end (below £175 a night) which made it a bargain. It seems to be a bit pricier these days (consistently over £200), so it's now just OK value for money.
R. P.
Small and stylish hotel near to St. Pancras station. Very friendly personel and spacious loft style rooms. If you are into cocktails and G&Ts this will be one of your favourite places in London. Recommended if you find a room at a decent price.
G. N.
Hotel staff particularly helpful and kind. This is my second time visiting Megaro and will be returning again. I really like the room we where in which had a beautiful view of St Pancras Station. I Feel a bottle of wine or complimentary food would be much appreciated!

Had a lovely Christmas meal in the hotel's private dining room. Their gourmet festive menu was delish: pork terrine, goose and choc fondant and the service very good even though we were a little tucked away. Would recommend for groups medium to large.

Lodging in London can be struggling sometime, prices are high and the city is huge, I stayed at The Megaro Hotel for a couple of nights, it was not cheap but it was worth it. Location is very good, just next to the King Cross Station and in the north part of the downtown.
Since I like to walk very muc it was easy to reach the most important attraction, walking in a cold but sunny weather in London. Rooms are large, with a genereous desk for the business needs, clean and totally quiet, in spite of the close traffic and station. Bathroom is large too with very nice and modern shower. Definitely will stay here again next time in London.
K. M.
For the money, it's good but not amazing. Rooms are large and clean and location is great, but I much prefer the Great Northern Hotel just across the road. The megaro is brilliant when there are offers on, otherwise I think there are better options nearby. Still a nice hotel.
a. g.
Quirky but interesting hotel and bar. Love the breakfast and tasty burgers. Interior design is great and always changing. Very close to stations. If waiting for a train go and visit. It's worth it.
F. T.
Great room and really friendly and helpful service. My only complaint is that, because of the location, it is a bit on the noisy side. That's even with me requesting and getting one of the quieter rooms. But I guess that's the price of staying close to King's Cross.
A. J.
Stylish trendy rooms, amazing cocktail bar and restaurant! Not to mention the espresso machine in the room😋. The Italian job! Well done guys looking forward to visit agin. Suggest to book direct and you will be saving 💷
S. H.
Small and perfectly formed. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with plenty of towels. Great staff and perfectly located for the Eurostar terminal. There's a bar next door and a small restaurant that also provides room service.
A. M.
Stayed for one night after a long train journey to London. Very convenient for Kings Cross/St Pancras stations, it's just across the road from the stations. I booked via laterooms and was surprised when the room I received was an executive family room, it was huge, although the room was facing the road which was a little noisy - however the room had two sets of windows to alleviate the noise. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. The hotel advertised free wifi, however it didn't work on my visit. Would definitely stay again.
N. M.
Great location. Lovely rooms. Very quiet. But my room was cold despite the temp being set to 22C.
T. M.
Me and my husband stayed there for 1 night only. The hotel was recommended by a friend. The staff of this hotel are always accommodating and very helpful. The traffic is easy to navigate. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class.
j. b.
Really unique boutique hotel in a great location opposite Kings Cross Station. Good sized, well appointed, comfy rooms. Nice restaurant and cocktail bar on site.
w. c.
Outside the door there is access to st pancras. The room was clean, good size, bathroom was clean, shower was good and plenty of toiletries. There was a safe, an iron, hairdryer and fridge. TV worked and they offer room service.
G. L.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms for a 4 Star property. Cosy bar, nice restaurant... and I got upgraded to this cute little apartment :-)
A. G.
I love this place. It's cool as f#@k. If they get rid of the tinyflys* issues. They might even get another star.
They even signed me up for the KX-CLUB. So I could do a even better job on the influencing side of things. I like chairs they're comfy. I like the clean toilets. I like the layout of the bar and the Quirky bar staff are CoolCats too.
A good place. With a good vibration. I'll keep coming back here.

Pros: the staff was kind and always greeted me with a smile, the wooden room decoration was cozy. Cons: essentials like a table to write without breaking my back was missing, there was no brush in the toilet, the street noise made it hard to sleep, and there were unnecessary things like a TV.
E. B.
A boutique hotel hidden in the city landscape of Kings Cross. It has great little additions that make it special.
Great steam punk concept in the reception. Popcorn and Jelly Bellys on arrival.
Fabulous food at the Megaro bar and grill.
f. a.
Great hotel to go, right in front of San Pancras. The team is lovely and shows real care, the breakfast is great, especially the banana pancakes.
One recommandation :rooms can be noisy because of the large road in front of the hotel
E. M.
Posh nice cool and trendy. Different cute rooms out of this world design. Sci-fi feel Dr. Who look. Tidy cosy plenty of room for food and drinks with a great bar and excellent drink choices.
F. D.
Vert nice hotel with clean room and modern bathroom. Wifi works well and there's a large TV screen. The hotel is very close to intercity railways (st Pancras & King's cross stations)
P. R.
Used one of their meeting rooms for the day. Lovely environment and great food but got a bit hot and stuffy in the afternoon. Great location being so close to St Pancras so would use again
J. B.
Good hotel but wifi not working from the room, many days during a business trip, and the room had no mobile network available either: made it complicated to organize. Staff could not do much about it.

Compact hotel in the humming heart of King's Cross, with wooden floors and playful steampunk-meets-anime lobby decor. Fun without being Ace Hotel twee. Suites are spacious and generous with closet space.
T. S.
Location is great. Rooms are good size which is rare for London. Free water. Only downside is busy street outside which can be loud.
D. S.
Lovely hotel with a gorgeous steampunk reception/bar and very comfortable bedrooms but, being on the extremely busy Euston Road, it is very noisy at night and the double glazing is not enough to keep the traffic noise out.
D. B.
Good character, atmosphere and staff. Slightly noisy at night if your room overlooks Euston road. Decent steak in the restaurant too!
g. e.
We were upgraded to one of their nearby self contained suites for the night, all good and the breakfast in the main hotel was excellent. Good location just over the road from kings cross station
S. H.
Love this hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good location if your on an early or late train in or out of kings cross or St Pancras. I'll be going back
A. S.
Great hotel, beautiful rooms and very near to King's Cross/St. Pancras. Only caveat: no plug in the bathroom but no mirror in the room either which makes blow-drying your hair a bit cumbersome.
L. F.
A small hotel close to Kings Cross Station with nice rooms and comfortable beds ideal for a recovery nights sleep. Pleasant efficient staff man a desk in a bar...this entrance is novel ...modern I suppose.
L. T.
Loved this hotel, when I go back to London I hope to stay there again. We stayed there for five days for the Queen's Jubilee. We were impressed by the friendly staff, lovely room's and the breakfast.
J. E.
Terribly noisy. Needs better windows, or supply of ear plugs in rooms. I think I was in one of the quieter rooms too. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
M. M.
Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, nice staff, good location, and very close to the underground station on picadely line so you can reach it from the airport without changing lines.
D. B.
Outstanding rooms & service every time. I have stayed here on numerous occasions & been impressed by spacious rooms & good service every single time. Highly recommend & usually has reasonable rates.
c. j. f.
Excellent breakfast! And room is clean and nicely furnished. Hotel is quietly tucked in a quiet corner near to the St Pancras station.
M. K.
It was ok hotel, super close to Kings Cross. Easy access to everything. Room felt bit empty, not cozy and there is no door or curtain in shower
K. D.
Little luxury boutique hotel right next to Kings Cross St Pancras station.
Crazy decor, good breakfast and a great display of steak to choose from for dinner.
V. F.
Very exceptional atmospheric hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Cozy rooms with espresso and iron facilities. Excellent location!
L. R. S.
Loved it's quirky eccentricity, loved the room, loved the breakfast, definitely coming back and next time maybe for a longer stay in one of those amazing looking apartments!
J. D.
I was put in the suite. It was clean and we'll furnished. The location is central. The staff was friendly. I wish the building had a gym.
O. D.
it is a good hotel, helpful and kind people. I got a special room with music band stuff in, it was ok for a night but too dark for longer stay.
I. H.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Wish i had stayed here on my return journey instead of next door at the California.
L. S.
Clean rooms and creative entrance with free snacks. Lack of staff at night to accommodate room service. Arrived before 10pm when room service supposed to end and still had problems.
H. J.
Clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, very convenient location across from St Pancras
C. T.
Very Convenient and neat St. Pancras Train Station & St. Pancras International Ttrain . Rooms are Clean and i think they make one of the best eggs :) eggs florentine & eggs royal ... Mmmmm yummmm

D. Z.
Great location but super overpriced (I paid $300+/night) for the standard of room. It's not awful but meh at best.
M. O.
Dated room, heavily used and abused, a bit noisy from the street. Location is great however, right next to train station.
A. G.
Well-appointed room with 3 separate beds for us, which is what we required. Location made it ideal for our travel plans into and out of London.
T. A.

I. K.
Positives:
+ Location: quick access to underground and rail
+ Staff: great attitude and very friendly
+ Space: rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in the area
Negatives:
- Rooms: hotel rooms are dated, the paint in some areas was peeling, there were broken tiles, and the carpet was torn / stained in a few areas
G. Q.
Nice hotel, beds are standard queen size but it's cheap and we'll located.
R. P.

(Translated) Very very well placed in front of the station. Really impeccable level of cleanliness, hospitality and little touches. I recommend the earplugs if you are a light sleeper despite the double glazing for the awesome front corner rooms. I loved the view from 305 (3 windows! 180 degree panorama) but the slight background noise won't appeal to everyone.
A very good choice when arriving by Eurostar.
(Original)

(Translated) Hotel in a strategic position to say the least, right in front of the stations of st. Pancras and King's cross.
Despite the location, I found the room quiet and didn't have any trouble sleeping.
Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, although the wood should be taken care of a little more (especially in the bathroom due to humidity).
Tea and coffee are available in the room, as often happens in England. I will return.

Convenient location, from London Heathrow Airport can take the subway, through the King's Cross Station Street can go directly to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and WIFI is perfectly suited to meet our needs and expectations. There is also an iron and iron board in the room, I can iron the T-shirt myself, and the bed is very very comfortable! I will come here again next time I come to London!
