I booked this hotel for a 3 night stay at the end of Feb 2022 and I have to say it was excellent! Upon arrival, we had a warm welcome from the lady on reception who was very friendly and helpful. There were 3 people in my party so we had a triple room which was just perfect for what we wanted. It was very clean and fresh towels were provided if needed each day. It was in a great location just a 5 min walk from Victoria coach station and 10 min walk to Victoria train/tube station. I was that impressed that I have booked again for another stay with friends later in the year.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly and fine for an overnight stay. Our room was small but perfectly formed and stocked with everything we needed for an ideal stay in a central location. Victoria train station is a short walk away and there is plenty around the area to keep the curious traveller interested. Would definitely stay again if in that part of town. Also very good value for money.

Clean rooms and decent facilities conveniently located in Victoria. The hotel rooms are on many floors, so if your room is on the too floor it is bit of a hike. Breakfast could've been better, though you do get your croissants, toast, cheese and juice. Fresh vegetables would been a nice addition. Breakfast staff wasn't very attentive and seemed to be in the kitchen talking a lot, though some of the tables hadn't been cleared. Reception staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel has a luggage room free of charge for hotel guests.

No air conditioning which I probably read about when I booked but forgot. It was fine as the window opened. Bathroom was cramped and not great. Breakfast was very nice. Breakfast room was cramped but guests were friendly and shared tables. Staff working breakfast did a fantastic job. Overall a good place to stay especially if you aren't planning on lounging at the hotel much.

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and l loved the view from our room. If you rent a car you may have to plan on parking a few blocks away and walking. Also there is no elevator so you'll get a workout carrying your luggage upstairs. In our room there was a foul odor, I think of gases coming up in the plumbing from the bathroom but there was also a fan and when we opened the window it cleared out well. Very conveniently located.

Only stayed one night for a couple hours. This hotel depends on what you are looking for. We just needed it for a couple hours which was fine and worked perfect. If you are looking to stay a couple nights it is a bit small and there are not elevators. There is a doorman that will take your bags for you. Payed about $70 for the night I am not sure what is the average in London. Stayed here instead of a hostel.

Location is good as in Central London. Rooms are very small and toilets are smaller. The reception desk is maintained by Punjabi guys from India. Hospitality is good. Breakfast is ok , can be improved. No lift facility and steep steps. Staff is very cooperating and polite.

Booked together with tickets to wicked. The room was very small for a double room, I'd say slightly smaller than the Travelodge Vauxhall for the same priced room. Breakfast was continental only, we went down and here was no space so went to leave. The chap on reception however kindly said we could use the breakfast facilities opposite as it was slightly bigger which I thought was a good touch. The rooms and general decor could do with an update. I've given 3 stars as this is a comparison to other hotels I've stayed in London (and I've stayed in lots). Upgraded decor and improve the breakfast facilities and this would have been a 4.

Friendly staff. Above average breakfast. Clean but badly designed rooms, no desk, no shelf or hooks in bathroom which sounds small until you want to put your clothes, tooth brush or shaver somewhere. Shower enclosure positively dangerous.

Liked it but was unhappy about being mislead about it being a BNB. Had to pay quite a bit extra for brakefast. If I had known, I would have went with something closer to the places I wanted to visit. Also it's wort noting, when you leave you are to leave you room key with them. There is not always someone at the desk so I did find myself having to wait in the rain once or twice. Nice street view and the breakfast was delicious. I would love to have known who actually made the jams so I could have brought some back with me. Tiny room. Thought I had photos. The WC door couldn't open all the way because of the bed.

The hotel's rooms are modern and welcoming however space was very limited in my cabin. All of the staff are very polite and courteous. The sign to the hotel is quite hidden and they should invest in a sign that is visible from the opposite street. 😀

We got a bigger room for free when the Lord saw that we were with two children and an extra couple of take-away bags with breakfast, which was very useful when visiting London with the kids. Note, the air conditioning in the rooms turns on automatically, so if it is the fall / winter season, you have to take it into account, because you can come back cold, and there is an air conditioning (but a large dryer in the hall works 😁) Location great !!! (Original) Wspaniała obsługa, szczególnie jeden Pan na recepcji, pełen profesjonalizm. Dostaliśmy za free większy pokój, gdy Pan zobaczył, że jesteśmy z dwójką dzieci i extra kilka toreb ze śniadaniem na wynos, co bardzo przydało się podczas zwiedzania Londynu z dziećmi. Uwaga, klima w pokojach załącza się automatycznie więc jeśli jest pora jesienno-zimowa trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę, bo można wrócić zmarzniętym, a tam klima (za to działa duża suszarka w przedpokoju 😁) Lokalizacja super!!!

But the TV in the next room hangs on the wall where I have the headboard! Breakfast is a disaster. It's not breakfast (coffee is terrible, rolls, muesli, cheese ok). Пешком до метро, автобусного и жд вокзалов, до Букингемского дворца, Гайд парка и Сейнт-Джеймского парка легко. Номер конечно маленький очень, но уютный, с небольшим окном, из которого был прекрасный вид на город и колесо. Матрас удобный, есть ванные принадлежности (шампунь, гель, молочко для тела). Чайник +чай, кофе. Свежий ремонт ( с небольшими косяками). Подъем на 4 этаж меня не напрягал. Девушка на ресепшн очень приятная и приветливая. Я бы остановилась в этом отеле еще раз. Минусы: Это скорее заметка - в таком номере людям с крупной комплекцией будет сложно, возможно даже не получится войти в душевую кабинку( Звукоизоляция не очень, мне повезло с соседями. Но телевизор в соседнем номере висит на стене, где у меня изголовье кровати! Завтрак - катастрофа. Это не завтрак (кофе ужасный, булки, мюсли, сыр ок). Если бы можно было от него отказаться, я бы это сделала . В Прет кафе у вокзала каша+ кофе+ круассан 5-6£.

Es war genügend da und wurde auch regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Man kann es für 2-3 Nächte buchen um eine tolle Zeit in dieser Stadt zu erleben. Jedenfalls war mein Hotel in NY teurer und wesentlich schlimmer...

Das Ganze Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat keinen Lift. Die Treppen sind steil und etwas komisch zu begehen. Je höher man kommt desto wärmer wird es. Auch in den Zimmern war es sehr warm. Die Fenster konnte man gerade mal 10 cm öffnen und daher staute sich alles noch mehr. es war leider nur ein Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Grösse des Zimmers war knapp bemessen jedoch für nur kurze Aufenthalte geht das klar.Das Frühstück ist im Keller in einem ebenfalls nicht zu grossen Raum. Neben Kaffee Saft und Müesli gab es einen Käse, Schinken und Salami. Toast, Brötchen und Croissants. Die Tische wurden laufend abgeräumt jedoch nicht mit dem Lappen gereinigt dies Könnte man noch verbessen. der Ganze Aufenthalt war angenehm und das Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
