Stuff is helpful and approachable. This is the greatest thing about the place. On my last day, I asked for wake up call which was not delivered. The manager then called me a taxi. The driver called me "lazy" but at least I was on time for where I was going.
My room had an window and a view towards the private park which I liked. There is a conditioner, TV and the bed was comfy. It looks very dated though. The side table was on the way of the wardrobe and I couldn't open the door fully which was annoying.
Regarding location, it's a bit of a walk from the underground station. I got lost every time. It's realy quiet area though and I managed to catch up with some sleep.

Fantastic value for money !! Clean, convenient, great location and friendly staff. I was very happy with our stay. The room is small yes BUT everything was spotless, lovely big towels, great facilities and an iverall great stay
We will return.
P. S.
The room was quite cozy and small and the location of the hotel was very convenient.
I spent my 10 days of isolation here and had no complaints. The entire staff from the front office to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and very courteous.
Would definitely recommend!

The place was Perfect! Very spacious and comfortable. I have booked a second time in one week! Raouf at reception is a legend! So warm and welcoming and made the stay even more perfect!

It's nice. Reception on arrival very nice. Clean and hygienic. No breakfast facilities was a little disappointing. But some food places nearby so not too bad. The only drawback was the room is very small but comfortable not much walking space. But everything else is good room is clean would maybe consider staying again if in that area.

Very impressive reception staff. Great location for the West End. Hotel clean and efficient. My single room was too small, but I'd happily stay again but next time book a larger room

Really great experience, great location. Staff were very friendly and accessible at all times. Found it a really good spot to explore surrounding area. Kids had their own mini room with TV.

Small but nice room. Would be a 5 but for electrical issues in my room

Very nice room, the bed was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect. Very central location and walking distance to 3 underground stations, as well as Hyde Park and the major Museums. Only downside was the bathroom is a little on the smaller side making it difficult for anyone slightly above average size to access comfortably, and the rooms are not soundproof- this meant that the couple arguing and slamming doors in the room adjacent to ours kept us awake half of the night. Unfortunately reception were not completely helpful in this matter.
Aside from this I would recommend the hotel due to its value for money.

My mate and I had to overnight in nothing Hill and my mate found this nice hotel. I first though it was PREMIER inn, When we got there I was pretty surprised,. Great staff, the room was decent and all the amenities was good. The only issue was the room was cold and when i turned the radiator on there was this stalling fuem. /smell....but....After few minutes it went away..

Lovely stay
It was a wonderful stay, staff were lovely and most helpful. We had booked the executive rooms, spacious rooms, beds were comfortable and area was close to restaurents shops. However i did find their own website was cheaper than booking via hotels.com.

Great for the money.. clean and great location.. the lad on reception could have been a bit more helpful when I asked him for some wine glasses for the room 🤔 as normally its fine... but yeah good place to stay in nottinghill

I wholeheartedly cannot recommend this hotel and it's staff enough. I have been staying at this hotel, sometimes 3-4 nights per week for at least 4 years. I stayed here all throughout the pandemic (when possible and open). I was made to feel extremely safe and the room exceptionally clean. i stay here every week for work and would gladly stay here for leisure too. The location is fabulous, not too close to city center but a tube stop away. Close to nice restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Hyde Park. Whatever your stay requires, this is the place to stay. Nothing is too much trouble, if it's possible, they will make it happen. Fabulous. *****

Had an excellent stay! Came here for two nights to escape the heat and it was perfect. The rooms are clean and good quality for what you pay for. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The airconditioning was controllable within the room and would only shut off once you left. The WiFi was also great and I have no complaints.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. They were happy for me to leave my bag before check in so I could get straight into my sight seeing. As it happened my room was ready and so I could freshen up before heading into town. I booked a single room and was thrilled that they gave me a room with a double bed. The tube station was a short walk away and the hotel was located in very quiet street. The room was big enough for me and the room and ensuite shower were immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet had a range foods to choose from. The staff were very helpful. I also managed to pop into the Greek Cathedral which was a two minute walk away. This was a very beautiful church and well worth seeing but its not always open. I went just before a service and they let me have a look.

First impressions was very good. Clean, tidy and a good location to stay with my work location, an easy 15 min walk away. Free parking outside after 6.30pm.
This was shattered by very inconsiderate neighbours who decided to have a long domestic row at 1am for a good hour plus. Raised voices. Slamming doors and running up n down corridor outside my room. No attempt by staff was made to stop the selfish cat fight and totally disrupted my rest, with an early rise pending. So walls doing very little to dampen the aggravation.
The following night was much more peaceful.
So 5 stars could have happened but I'll hold that for a forthcoming visit due in a couple of weeks.
Groan over!

Good value for money
Liked · - The staff were lovely specially Raoof and Morgan - Microwave in the room - Fridge in the room - Iron in the room - The room cleaning - The location - you can keep the luggage after the checkout - upgrade my room because I'm genius in Booking.com - plates, knives and forks in the room
Disliked · - The room is smaller to call it executive double room. - No tissue - The bed is not comfortable - sometimes they don't put milk with the coffe and tea - The cleaners' sounds are too loudly talking each other - No slippers and it was mentioned in the Booking there are slippers - No bathrobe and it was mentioned in the Booking there are bathrobes

We had a great night in the Nothing hill hotel. The services was great there. We were a bit to early but we still could check in and go to our room. Also the cleaning services there was amazing. Every time we came back to our room, the room was clean. And the location of the hotel was also perfect. And the staff there was very friendly.

Because I tend to see a hotel as just somewhere to sleep and to get clean rather than as an amenity, I don't like spending too much. In central London though, "budget" can equate to squalor if you're not careful. I have stayed in some very depressing places in London for a price that would have bought luxury elsewhere in the World.
Enter The Premier, Notting Hill. Not to be confused with the Premier Inn, this is an independent hotel. It is no more than a 5 - 10 mins walk to the Circle & District line and is situated in a square facing a park and comprises (I think) 3 beautiful Georgian houses. The reception looks clean and modern and staff are polite and attentive. My room was small but it suited my needs perfectly and certainly wasn't the shockingly small size I suffered last year in an "Easy Hotel". Apart from bits of loose floor tile grouting littering the bathroom floor, everything was clean, tidy and in good working order. The price was very fair given the convenient and pleasant location, a 24 hr reception with pleasant staff and a comfortable room. I recommend this hotel and may well book a room here again in future.

This hotel was very good for the great price. Staff was outstanding. Very welcoming and polite. The location was close to tube, hop on hop off bus, shops and restaurants. My room was immaculate!! The real surprise was the awesome bed. Maybe the best bed, firm but soft, I have ever slept in at a hotel. I’m really happy I upgraded to the full size bed. The room, 206, was small but adequate. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was not large but again served my purpose to eat and go. Scrambled eggs, cooked mushroom, yogurt and tea worked for me.
R. T.
Go for a room which faces outside. Our window was near Aircon vent which was so noisy all night. Although I know it is covid times, still service could have been much better.
Good location, which we loved.
C. L.
This place is terrific value for money. I’m quite an experienced traveller. The location is excellent as it’s a very short walk from Bayswater tube. It’s a very comfortable and immaculately clean hotel. My room was small but affordable. Again, it was totally clean, very comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower.
The staff are fantastic. For example, I was in a bit of a bother and Savio on the front counter was able to sort things out straight away. He was a very welcoming and courteous fellow.
Loved this place and wished I didn’t have to check out.
S. V.
I stayed here for 7 days and had such great experience. Nice staff, clean, great location for transportation. They even gave me a bigger room for a double bed room for two people. (Even though it was for the disabled so the shower and the sink was beyond lower than our heights) I had a comfy and warm stay.

Wow. Wow. Wow. What a lovely hotel, from start to finish the staff at the hotel were amazing. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check in and after check out for the whole day so we could sight see comfortably. When we picked the bags up to leave for London, the hotel manager, Zara offered us tea, coffee or water and biscuits. The location is stunning and the room was lovely, the shower was state of the art with a bath too. It was a sensational stay in London. I'm already looking at booking my anniversary there with my husband.
R. W.
First of all, I had my room without any windows - that was not really cool because I have lost a feeling about the current weather in London :-).
The room is not really big, but for one person (+short stay) absolutely fine. The room was (in my case) very cleaned and I got an introduction from one on the employees.
But I will highlight the receptionist, I think it was Silvio (?), he was really nice to me. He knows that I was in London for a personal job interview, that was really outstanding. Furthermore, I have asked for an earlier-checkin and Silvio (?) made it possible for me.
I will come back to this hotel for sure, because the location is great as well. But I will recommend a room with a view.

What a little gem! Good quality small hotel, in a quiet location. Room was extremely clean and staff were very attentive and polite. Just spent two nights with them and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Zara, The House manager was always smiling, as were the rest of the staff and the porters could not do enough for you. A small fruit plate was on the desk, on our arrival, which was very welcome. Close to Tube station and busses and easy to get to the various tourist areas including Covent Garden. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel for a City Break. Go for it...you might be surprised!!!

Absolute best hotel in London!
It’s my second time staying at the perfectly located Premier Notting Hill Hotel for long stays (5-7 nights). This hotel deserves a trophy for their excellent costumer service, impeccably clean and charming hotel and the amazing staff who goes the extra mile to make you happy. Highly recommend it to friends, family and anyone travelling to London. Mr. Savvio at the reception and his staff go beyond their way to make your stay confortable & memorable. I enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet with healthy and delicious foods that really set me up for a great day each morning. Look no further, this is the best hotel with the best staff and service in London.

We stayed last week for 4days. Staff is very nice n accommodating. Clean rooms n bathroom too. Comfortable bed,we had club room. Breakfast is not included. Location is very convenient to tube n bus services.
V took hop in hop off bus from main road. Stay was very good . Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Price is bit high but u get good comfortable room.

Lovely friendly hotel that was very well presented throughout. Rooms are small but you see this when booking. They are perfectly suited for a short stay. Bathroom was clean and tidy, if a little worn (cracked tiles missing grout and a showerhead that needs replacing.). View from window left much to be desired, but I was there for one night and wasn't in the room save to sleep and get ready for an event. The one thing that really let the place down was the bedding. The quilt was SO thin and it was cold. I ended up having my coat over me as I was so cold on the night. Also there was a noise that would occasionally wake me, either the heating (I never felt it so doubt it) or perhaps the lift. If I was in London again for a short stay where I needed the room for nothing but sleeping, then as long as they had better quilts in the beds, I'd stay again.

Everything was great!
We got upgraded to the executive room😄
Room was nice, bathroom was great!!
Special mention to the staff... extremely helpful, very cheerful,
Polite, courteous... many more adjectives...😄
Breakfast has a good spread...
We mainly dealt with Lisa and Savio who were extremely nice...
Manager Aparna met us on the day we were leaving.... enquired personally about our stay...
Location is super..many pubs and super markets close by
Two tube stations.. bayswater and queens way 5 min walk...
safe area
So suggesting family and friends to stay
And if i come back, i ll come here... of course with a free upgrade...😄

A nice hotel in good position in the city, with comfortable bed, air conditioner, so it could be perfect start position a tour in Notting Hill in any season. The check-in and -out slower than in a big hotel, but the staff is very friendly.
The problem we had the cleaners started to work before 8am, so we woke up after a long theater night at pretty early.

This hotel is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in London; best value in London and I have been coming here for 20 years. The facilities were in excellent condition, the staff was very pleasant and courteous, the location (while not adjacent from a tube station) was just a couple of blocks away (7 min walk), and the neighborhood had excellent diverse culinary options. We will definitely stay again!
C. G.
Great stay. An upgrade on arrival, so we were in a Club room. Room is quaint with great view of garden/square. very quiet considering location. Room very clean and comfortable, great local pubs and close to central line tube and Hyde Park. Fully recommend.

The hotel is very well located. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The stay was nice and the rooms were clean. Just that the size of the room and bed are a little small, which is the case in most of London. All in all, it is well recommended.
Special mention about Ahmer from the reception, he helped us a lot in making our stay more comfortable.
Q. C.
Stayed there for one night. Choose this hotel as it looked like the best quality/price choice in the area.
Location is great, 20 minutes away from Kensington, very close to Central line. The neighborhood is beautiful and feels very safe. There are a ton of restaurants nearby so you won't have to search for too long to find somewhere to eat.
The lobby of the hotel is very nicely furnished. Check-in was quick and the staff is helpful and polite. We got a nice free upgrade to a room with view over Prince's square. The room itself is small (it's London), but quite nice and clean. There tea, coffee, biscuits and two free water bottles. It does feel very cramped with two people inside. One at the desk, one on the bed and not much room to move around. The bathroom is a good size, the water very hot with good pressure.
Noise insulation is not very good. You can hear everything from the corridor and on Sunday morning, we could hear heavy bass coming from another room/floor.
That's about it! I would probably come back if I had to stay in the area again.
C. B.
Our first stay in London was here and our initial response was that size of the room was small (we found out later this is common while traveling abroad). However, the cleanliness was wonderful, the breakfasts were fantastic (best eggs I've ever had) and the distance from the underground is perfect (you can't hear it, but its within a 4 minute walk.)
S. J.
Exceptionally clean hotel with good social distancing guidelines. Very comfortable room with fresh soft towels and Tea coffee etc replenished each day with a 5 min walk to Bayswater station I would definitely stay here again
p. m.
I stayed for a Saturday night in a single room (112). All the staff I encountered were welcoming, courteous and helpful. The reception area is very pleasant and the hotel has a good ambiance.
The room was quiet and very comfortable and good value for money. There was no view as it looks out into a light well with ducting, pipes etc but there were excellent curtains if you wanted to block it out. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, a bottle of water and biscuits. The small wardrobe had plenty of hangers but the ironing board at the back restricts the available depth. There is good storage for a single room in central London. The bathroom was small but well designed with good space for toiletries, and the shower was good.
I didn't have breakfast as I had an early departure but again the individual on reception was courteous, enquiring if I had enjoyed my stay and expressing the hope that I would come back. I have stayed overnight in London many times and this hotel was one of the best in terms of value for money I have experienced. Yes you can get a bit cheaper in Shepherd's Bush and occasionally even in Bayswater, but this place is in a different league.
If you want a larger single room in central London, you will have to pay over £100 and there's likely to be traffic noise. I'd rather stay here.
A. C.
Clean room, all services a 4 star room must have. Frendly staff. English breakfast with not too many options. A little downside was the fact that the room was located under the main floor, with not much natural light. But they have upstairs rooms as well. For 1 night business traveler it was very good.

The hotel was a great place to say, friendly staff that is happy to help.
Good rooms which are modern and stylish in a great location in London within close walking distance to a lot of restaurants and pubs.
E. V.
My mom and I were in London for one weekend and we had an amazing stay; the hotel was located in a quiet and beautiful area in London, close to Notting Hill (walking distance) and to the underground. All needed facilities were present and the rooms were very clean and cozy. A special thanks to Savio (who upgraded us to a better room, without us asking) and Albazar, they were extremely kind and made our stay already more pleasant!
a. W.
Loved where the hotel was situated.
Staff very pleasant and clean.
The first room that we were sent to was very claustrophobic.
To call it a deluxe is misleading.
We moved to a room in the basement, which was a better size room, however vulnerable to outside noise.
D. C.
Very nice for the price. Staff professional and helpful. Less than 5 min to tube so good.
G. B.
Nicely furnished hotel room, which was reasonably priced for London. Staff were efficient and friendly. In a quiet location. Only issue was that our room was quite small. No room to put suitcases and we had 3 of them.
I. C.
We had booked a Deluxe Room and it was very small. We upgraded to a Superior or Clubroom and it was perfect. The staff is excellent. the area is quiet but 5 min away from pubs and restaurants. Close to the underground. We stayed from the at this hotel from July 25th to 8/5/2018.
Mr Savio and the rest of the staff were very friendly
J. G. G.
The staff is very nice, it is pretty close to the centre, very clean facilities, but the rooms are a bit small. It is hard to open 2 suitcases at once and you can barely walk through the room. The bathrooms are all right and there are good Tv's. Overall it has a good location, good rooms, but a bit small.
P. F.
A little home away from home. Perfect location, reasonable rates, the best staff. From the friendly faces at reception (Ahmer and Irene) to the manager Zara who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and all the staff who's names I can't remember, well done all of you. Milagris at reservations, you are the man. Double rooms are comfortable and practical with a nice view of the park. A bigger lounge downstairs would be nice. At the end of a long day in the city, it was nice to head west and come relax amongst the greenery.

In terms of location, The Premier Notting Hill does not get much better. Everything you could need is right on your footstep. Initially after an error with the booking (error of booking agent not the hotel), the hotel bent over backwards to assist me to make sure my stay was rewarding. This is the service you want after you fly from Sydney to London.
From Irene at Reception to Milagris in reservations ensured that my every need was met. It is remiss of me not to mention the porter (apologies for not remembering name) as he was SENSATIONAL. He always has a friendly smile and assisted in transporting bags to my room. I was so impressed with the hotel, I have already booked to stay for another week once I return to London in a few weeks. Yes the rooms are a little small but this is what happens in London particularly the Old Victorian buildings - but rooms are neat and tidy and have everything you need. Would happily recommend.
Have happily returned to the Premier Notting Hill after a few weeks away in Europe. This is my second stay here and once again I am very happy with the service provided by the hotel. Savio on the front desk has been so accommodating and greets you with good morning or good afternoon each day by your name - which is great customer service. The hotel also looks after returning guests so I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central location, nice staff and clean hotel.
G. M.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff for the most comfortable and diligent service I have received within your hotel. With the courtesy of the most exquisite room and outstanding customer service I am more than delighted with how your staff welcome me from the moment of my arrival and take care of my requirements through to my departure.
I have stayed in many hotels worldwide and I truly feel that the service you provide is outstanding and I thoroughly look forward to my time residing with yourselves and during my business trips within the London area.
R. E.
The location was great for what we wanted. The receptionist that checked us in was very gruff, we felt like naughty school kids. The room was compact but had everything we needed. It was clean but shabby. It was very hot at the time so the air con was on but kept switching itself off, especially annoying when your trying to sleep, which we didnt get alot of because the bed was rather uncomfortable and the guests in the next room were very noisy. All in all we wouldnt stay here again.
G. Y.
My four night stay at the Notting Hill Premier Inn was an exceptional experience and exceeded my expectations. This was certainly due to the warm and welcoming manner of the manager, Aparna Zara and her outstanding staff, Ahmer, Savio, Albazar and everyone else I encountered Sorry to say, I did not catch all their names; they could not have done enough for me, and I felt very safe and secure in this quiet neighbourhood. For a seemingly everyday chain, this Premier Inn branch does a really superior job and the experience was much more like staying in an independent boutique hotel.
I had a small single room, 303, and despite its size, it was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Absolutely perfect for one. The front window overlooks the garden at the centre of Prince's square and there is a great pub on the corner. Breakfast is fantastic; full english or continental and they have an espresso machine! Newspapers and magazine are available in the large welcoming lobby. The area Notting Hill/Bayswater has many wonderful shops, a variety of restaurants, and is close to tube stations and the Parks. I am definately coming back to enjoy a double room with my husband on our next visit. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Geraldine York

Most of the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The room initially booked was labeled"deluxe single." As tiny as it was, it was like a snuggly nest in grandma's attic. I've had larger rooms across the world that were never So Cozy! AC, state of the art shower, great tv, and a fair size comfy bed!
Only 2 issues- an on-line listing stated mini-fridges & airport shuttles were included. Not so - Only Certain rooms have fridges, so I was moved to another one, but at my (full) expense, no discount offered. The new room was lovely, & included a microwave (!) tho I missed the cozy nook. The staff kindly moved my bags for me, including a sleep mask I'd misplaced!
Also there is No shuttle, & whilst they offered to make arrangements -again at my full expense- subsequent Considerable issues with their calling for cabs made me glad I didn't take them up on it. In 4 days, I had them call 3 cabs, only 2 of which showed, & each quite late. One used his GPS to get completely lost & attempted to drop me off at a housing development instead of Sunday lunch at a pub! I noted all this to the desk later, & a perfunctory apology/excuse was made, citing their perfect history with the company they use, & will continue to use. Not satisfactory considering the formal wedding functions I was horribly late for 3 out of 3 times!
The rest of the staff - lovely! The upscale rooms/location on a quiet street facing a lovely park- wonderful! The location near Queensway, Whitely Mall, the trains, & Notting Hill -the Best!

Lovely little boutique hotel, very safe as a solo traveller and cute little luxury rooms

I stayed at the Premier a number of times throughout the month of July whilst travelling Europe. The hotel is modern, well designed, clean and comfortable. The reception and hotel staff always went out of their way for me as solo traveller, making me feel welcome and looked after At all times. The location couldn’t be more ideal in Notting Hill, close to transport and a number of tube stops. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back here again and a big thank you to Zara, Savio, Irene and Albazar!
H. S.
Even though the room is smaller than a normal 4 star rated hotel, it was comfortable and the service was outstanding.....from the concierge to the breakfast staff to the front desk staff. I will definately book into this hotel again as it is neat and cosy. It is also close to two stations within walking distance.

We were staying for a few days at Bayswater Inn which was a few doors down. We got given a room that probably would have broken all the safety laws in Australia. We were due to come back in about a week’s time to stay for a week. Not being able to stomach staying at Bayswater Inn for any length of time we got our agent to cancel the week’s booking and then promptly booked ourselves into The Premier. Milagris who attended to us was very welcoming and accommodating (literally and figuratively). The rooms, the service, breakfasts and staff were much more to the high standard that we were used too. The only glitch was I made the mistake of asking them to order me a cab. I think they ordered a “friend’s cab”. This person took something like 20 mins to half an hour to arrive by which time we almost missed the Eurostar.
N. B.
Some of the rooms are for the hotel with 1 star, too small and if you open the window you can see double big tube, diameter 1m, some kind of aspiration from kitchen and from this sound you cannot sleep..you cannot even spend your time in the room..See on my photo.
Fortunately the staff is really nice and they can change the room as they made with me..now I can open the window, have the fresh air, nice view..
So my advice: Just be sure in the choice of the room ..

Great place to spend the night. The hotel is one of the cleanest places I've ever seen! Everything looked like it was just waxed and cleaned everytime I walked in.
It's a bit far from the underground, and it's not a real hotel (more like a motel) so I had to give only 4 stars, but other than that it's great!
М. С.
Single rooms are claustrophobic. Nothing but a bed can fit in, no place to put your stuff. Single glass windows are old and it gets cold in the night. The walls are cardboard, you can hear everything outside. No idea about the price but overall its a place to sleep and nothing else
H. H.
Good facilities and spacious. Received outstanding service from a gentleman at the desk called Raouf. Hard to find that level of service these days. Will return.
J. d. W.
Fine hotel with friendly staff. Not for overweight people though in the 1 person room the bathroom cabin is so small you cannot enter without hurting youself and cannot move when in there. Never had this issue in a hotel before.
S. S.
A tasteful and exceedingly well-maintained hotel in a quiet, safe and convenient location. The room was elegant and cosy, the staff kind and helpful. I was plesantly suprised by a follow-up call by the house manager, showing once more the attention to customer satisfaction and comfort this hotel has towards its guests. Will definitely make it my to go hotel in London
V. K.
Wery good hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. If you are looking where to stay in London, the premier Notting Hill is best choice.
Only downsides are: bed is a bit small and mattress is sagging. Unless you are staying on your own than is ok.
R. P.
Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Very low water pressure in the shower (my room was on the 4th floor).
Air condition smells like pee. Had trouble in the very small breakfast room, but it was very good.
M. S.
Excellent boutique hotel. Great location with 3 X tube stations in 10 minutes walk and Paddington a short taxi ride away. Helpful staff. Compact room, but well appointed.
C. D.
Nice hotel quick check in lots of bars and shops open late near the hotel but very quiet. Set in a regency location very beautiful. Cosy room but modern interior design with nice amenities. Easy access to tube station.

When one has traveled 23 hours from Sydney to London, suffering from severe sleep deprivation, the thought of a well-managed clean hotel with an efficient shower and a comfortable bed becomes an obsession.
So, when we stepped into the Premier Notting Hill Hotel, we were immediately welcomed by Zara, the House Manager, who introduced to Savio and Albazar, all of whom went the extra distance to make us feel at home, assisting us with our luggage and ushering us to our cosy, comfortable, room which afforded a serene view of Princes Square.
We stayed at the Premier Notting Hill for three days and during this time, we were well cared for by the staff who went out of their way to make our short stay a pleasant one.
Breakfast was well prepared by Sonny the chef who served us with a friendly smile each morning.
The hotel is an impressive Georgian / Edwardian style building with small rooms which could be an impediment for guests looking for a spacious, modern, up to date facility with all the bells and whistles. We found the Premier Notting Hill perfect for our needs; reasonably priced, secure, clean, close to Bayswater Station, with the convenience of shops, restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance.
Lastly, we would like to thank Zara, Savio, Albazar and Sonny for making our stay a happy one.
Best regards,
Delysia & John Riffel.

The place is comfortable and quiet with very nice folks to take care of you. I had plenty of questions and all were answered. The provided breakfast has a big selection of hot foods and tastes great. Recommend highly!

The room (we stay in ) is roomy, private, well-appointed and comfortable. In fact, I'd say "comfort" is the key theme here. You feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. The very big dogs, Beau and Buddy, are sweet dogs, and very well-behaved.
E. A.
The staff was extremely helpful the morning we arrived, and really made our trip by their kindness. They certainly went above and beyond! My wife and I would definitely stay again.
G. S.
Fantastic property , excellent customer service

The Premier ia a lovely boutique hotel in the middle of Notting Hill. My room proved a quiet, calm and restful sanctuary with creature comforts including a kettle for tea and coffee (plus daily biscuits), plush towels, air conditioning for warm London days, and radiant floor heating in the bathroom. Zara and her team were professional, friendly and helpful willingly giving directions to the closest tube station (Bayswater), and booking me taxis for an evening at the theatre and an early morning ride to St. Pancras to catch the Eurostar.
In addition, The Premier is close to trendy shops, cafés, restaurants and bars on Westbourne Grove, and is within walking distance to Portobello Road.
I’ll certainly teturn to The Premier on my next visit to London!
M. B.
Happy, friendly staff who are always attentive. Room was very clean and a good standard of decor. Easy parking directly outside. Short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington High Street. If you don't mind a bit of a walk... took 35 mins to Oxford Street. Many cafes and restaurants - our favourite Maroush in Queensway, been there 6 times and never disappointed.
b.
A nice and quiet place to visit when you want to live close to the central city. Walk distances to both Hyde Park and the lovely Notting Hill.
The staff was nice and helpful.
M. S.
Good location, very close to all transport links. Hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable, very high standard, sadly though, the rooms are VERY small and hot so felt rather claustraphobic

(Translated) Nice environment. The nearest underground station is only a 5-minute walk away. Rooms are small but cosy. Bathroom big enough and nice. Bottled water, instant coffee/tea and cookies are complimentary in the room. Reception staff were very friendly however we wanted a second blanket for our stay which we had to ask for a total of 3 times and wait a day. We only had a window view of the inner courtyard, which wasn't particularly nice and the ventilation could also be heard with the window open. But all in all ok.
(Original)

(Translated) Good hotel near the center but away from the chaos. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained structure. The room, despite being a deluxe one, was microscopic. The bed had hardly anything to do with it and the wardrobe was very small.
It may be fine for a weekend but more so.
Perfectly in line with the classification because on average in London the hotels are overrated by one star compared to Italy.
(Original)

(Translated) I'm not very excited about the facilities of this hotel. I had expected more for 4 *. The room was very small and in every corner you have started. The bed was very small, but comfortable. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking there. The location was very good and it was nice and quiet in the evening. I would not stay here again though.

(Translated) Very kind and friendly staff; very clean rooms with good bathrooms! The room was tiny but for a tourist it was perfect! .. hotel less than 10 Min walk from various Metro stations, in the 5 Min area there are all the shops for any eventuality: souvenirs, supermarket, currency exchange and all types of restaurants / takeaways.

(Translated) The hotel is nice, good cleaning, if you don't care about the space in the room, otherwise you should know that you may not be able to go around the bed but be forced to climb over it. They tried to put us in the basement, which unlike the other floors has an excessive dose of room fragrance, which probably serves to cover the smell of damp / mold. For what it is I think is expensive but London hotels are known to be expensive and cheap.
(Original)

(Translated) Expect a 3 ☆ hotel and you will not be disappointed. Ceiling height is a problem for taller people. Most of the photos show large rooms, which probably do not exist in the majority of the hotel.

(Translated) The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Paddington Station. Check-in is fast, the hotel is clean, the room is large. Initially settled on - 1st floor, room with shower. She asked me to change the room, after 3 days I was moved to the top floor with a beautiful view of the park, but I was never given a room with a bathroom.
There is a hairdryer (in the top shelf), toiletries, an iron and ironing board (in the closet), 2 bottles of water for free.
I didn't take breakfast, but there is a cozy pub nearby, to the left of the hotel.
Would recommend the hotel to everyone. The service is great.

(Translated) For London standards, it must be a great hotel. Great location in Bayswater, nice neighborhood. In a quiet, stately condition. The room is, for London, spacious.
