The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and tidy, good variety of food and drinks for breakfast which was in turn very delicious. The shower was below my expectations though, the head was mounted on the ceiling, sprinkling all over, not great if you don't want to get your hair wet.

First of all thank you to all the staff at The Westbridge Hotel. From the point of check-in on New Year's eve everyone has been ever so polite & helpful. From our balcony we saw 2022 with a great fireworks throughout the skyline of East London and beyond. We came to our room, which was tidy & clean, with rose petals on the bed. Having interacted with staff has been interesting. Breakfast in the restaurant has been wonderful. Buffet style with staff being attentive throughout. Having had breakfast on 3 mornings, we have had a nice spot to sit. Enjoyed looking at the design of the ceiling with items hanging off 👍🏼. The lounge has small & large sofas. Where hot drinks can be ordered. I have had the space to teach my wife to play chess. The hotel is friendly to all. The hotel boasts an intimate courtyard and whilst the is on the main road, one is not disturbed from the traffic. We still have not checked out, managed to extend our check-out time, though not wanting to leave. Highly recommend room 503. We have had a lovely experience. A great weekend it has been. Full of memories & experiences. Thanks to the Owner, manager & all the staff who have shown us an awesome start to 2022. All the best to Westbridge Hotel. We hope to stay here again. (those thinking where to stay, this hotel is a 10 walk from Stratford / Westfield. Forget about getting a train, there is a bus stop 1 minute walk to the bus stop. Get the 25 bus - top floor - go towards the City of London. See the bustling of London. Alternatively cross the road & head towards Ilford. If you choose to walk then head towards the Olympic Village or walk towards the city, plenty to see on route as well as places to eat. The hotel caters for halal dietary requirements. Rooms are small, our window was broken and wide open (on 3rd floor) rooms are tidy and beds are comfy. Staff could be more helpful - asked for extra milk and wasn't allowed any!

Great location in Stratford. Walking distance from the Tube station and Westfield SC. I had a "Deluxe" Double Balcony Room. The balcony was a great size. The room was clean, bed comfy with plenty of pillows, soft towels. Ah few noticeable issues that I took a Star off for - no fridge in the room (my stay was 4 days so it would have been nice), large shower head that had issues with flow of water, and the Wifi didn't work in the room. The room itself is small BUT the balcony makes up for it. Great TV channel options. I'll definitely be back to stay. The staff were super friendly too. :))

We stayed in one of the junior suites here and to be honest we were a little underwhelmed. The bathroom was absolutely tiny and quite frankly uncomfortable. The mini fridge didn't work (the maintenance man tried to fix it but to no avail). The WiFi was intermittent and the movies on demand didn't work on the TV. Luckily we booked the room when it was still an ok rate but noticing how much the rooms went up to, I would have been very unhappy paying top price for the room. The bed was comfy and the staff where very pleasant. Just the room was disappointing.

The beds where extremely comfortable with a harder and a softer pillow, room was clean and had a large tv which you could watch youtube, movies and room controls such as the lights and room service. The towels where soft and a good amount of toiletrys where provided, staff where so helpful and accommodating with us and leaving suitcases to be minded

Great hotel and visit. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a standard double room, which had a large bed, chair, desk, fridge, iron/board, hairdryer, Well stocked hot drink station, and walk in rainfall shower. The TV controls all the lights, alarm etc and there is temperature controls in the room. Plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries (soap, body lotion, shampoo, shower gel) in the bathroom. Only slight downside was the hairdryer wasnt the best, but would work for most people without super long thick hair! Range of pillows to get comfy and nice dark curtains. Very quiet night and super helpful and friendly staff on the desk! I opted for the breakfast, which was a well stocked bag of goodies shown in the photo and a good coffee. Thanks for a lovely stay, I'll be back (hopefully when the restaurant is open)!

All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The public areas of lounge, courtyard breakfast room, and gym were all clean and tidy at all times. Bathroom was clean with lots of hot water. Bedroom clean and quiet with comfy beds, pillows and duvet. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Everything was perfect - and felt Covid secure with no-touch hand sanitiser dispenser always full and everyone wearing face masks. A really great place to stay. Thank you

This place will surprise you - comfort, price and location. Staff was quick to respond about issues with TV. If you're in the area, do try the Pie Crust (authentic Thai cuisine) just close by. We couldn't try the hotel restaurant as it was closed during our stay.

Easy to check in and change our booking dates due to the pandemic. Unfortunately missed breakfast hours so cant comment on that. I would only say, we got a corner room which was a bit small in comparison to our last stay and we felt a bit overlooked. (Our room was 205 i think).

Nice and clean rooms, provides everything you need from fridge, laundry bags, sewing kits, shoe shiner, small cabinet, locker, delicious breakfast. Great standards from independent hotel. Only issue was the smell of sweat in the room and occasional lack of ventilation when other people are using the restroom, toilet smell leaked into the hallways but it might be because the hotel are getting a bit older. But don't let that stop you, our overall experience was still good. Would recommend for its location and price in London :D

The Westbridge Hotel Stratford is a very cosy hotel with nice decor. I’d say its Ideal for couples. We stayed in a standard double for one night, the room was clean with everything you need such as a tv, fridge, tea/coffee, iron and lots of mirrors! I am a fussy person so if I’m giving a 5* it has to be good 😀. The reception staff were very professional and polite. The breakfast was amazing too. It’s in a good location only 5mins walk into Stratford Shopping Centre.

A really pleasant, clean and very reasonably priced small boutique hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is my second stay here very good location less than 5 minute walk to Stratford train station and shopping centre. Restaurant is a little over priced for the quality of food being offered but still quite adequate all the same. All in all good value for money and I would certainly recommend.

The staff were amazing and the site is Covid safe, the hotel was lovely and clean. Kirrill went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Great location with 2 tube stations nearby so easy access to London. The hotel entrance is on a busy dual carriageway with no parking facilities so access by car is difficult but we managed to park 5 mins away. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, lovely welcoming staff. Smells lovely and fresh through reception. Rooms of a decent size and very clean. Bigger than expected bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Only bad thing is the lift bell going off all the time, it either needs turning off or down!

This is my second time stopping at this hotel and it's even better than I remember. The staff are very attentive, especially the two guys in the restaurant in the evening. The food is of a very high standard. I have just ordered the duck breast for the second night in a row as yesterday it was cooked to perfection. The rooms are extremely comfortable, providing a great nights sleep. No noise from town centre or high street either. Breakfast is a vast array of all types of breakfasts, including both English and Continental. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone. *****5 stars from me👍

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The rooms are luxurious, washroom is spotlessly clean, and the staffs provide excellent service. The food is also amazing. Moreover there is a handy mobile device for every room with free national and international calls* along with preloaded apps and data which you can carry along as a companion, during your stay. In short, its a 4 star hotel with a 5 star experience.

Its a very good hotel. Location is perfect in terms of public transport. You can get bus, DLR and underground with in short walking distance. Staff is really professional and good. Hotel is very tidy and clean, room service everyday, very nice lobby on 1st floor. Plenty of option nearby as well as in the westfield mall. I was really impressed with the overall management. It may not look much from the outside but it's a lovely hotel. The rooms are stylish and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only negative was that the hot water was a little cool but I would recommend staying here.

Comfortable and modern 4-star. Lights and climate control are controlled via your TV screen and remote. The room isn't spacious, but compensated by smart usage of the available space and large mirrors, it doesn't feel like a small room. Cozy restaurant with good food. No alcohol served. It's an excellent quality hotel. Breakfasts were great. Staff was very kind and helpful. The localization is perfect; it's the safe and good-communicated area. There are a shopping mall and shops near. Moreover, there are some local pubs nearly so you can try regional beers and meet residents. We were staying in the hotel during the Shell Eco-marathon Europe 2018 which took place in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, so it was a great place to stay for us. Thank you for our stay, we will be back for sure.

I stayed at the Westbridge during the hottest day of the July 2018 heatwave and it was the best money I have ever spent. The staff was amazing, helping me with an early check in and were always on hand to answer my questions - ever helpful. The rooms were of fantastic standards, very comfortable beds, great sheets, everything smelled and looked spotless clean - a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and there was a lovely business lounge which guests could use beyond checkout for work and reading. Thank you Westbridge for being such great hosts. I would recommend above and beyond the bigger chain and brand names in the same area.

Beautiful hotel and mostly clean. However I was annoyed that despite calling twice, weeks ahead, to confirm the exact room I wanted to stay in, as well as writing it on my booking, and being told that yes, I definitely would have that room, I arrived to be told that that room was taken and I was put in a different one. The beautiful old furniture had various noticeable dark stains on the fabric. Despite the slightly annoying situation I was happy with the hotel and would probably stay again.

Lovely hotel. Staff are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much hassle for them. Room we have stayed in (twice now! :) ) is fairly small but serves it's purpose. Beds are very comfy. Air con broke on first visit but quick call to reception had it fixed and a fruit basket in place upon return to room! Lovely. Would return.

This plave was wonderful. We had a 3 days stay with great breakfast. The rooms are good and got climate. And you receive a mobile phone which u can use outside for google maps and calls etc so it was very easy and comfortable to travel the city. All personal was kind and we felt familiar. I could recommend it and definately we will come back!

Stayed here during our weekend trip in London during Christmas. It's a short walk from Stratford station so it's in the perfect location to get into central London. The hotel itself was spotless and very modernly decorated. Would definitely stay again.

Good location but the beds are rock hard. The hotel does not serve meat and you won't know this unless you see the menus before hand or ask. And the breakfast room is very small, so 3 stars are generous! As the only good points are location and decent decor.

This hotel is fantastic 5 mins walk from Stratford tube with very easy access to central London. The staff are amazing and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome and we had rose petals on our bed for our wedding anniversary and a lovely card and even a complimentary cake!! Although the hotel is located on a busy main road, it was a peaceful haven inside. Our room was very tastefully decorated and relaxing, it was a small standard room but very clean in all respects and comfortable. This old building has been carefully modernised whilst maintaining its history & age. We had a delicious afternoon tea and relaxed in the stunningly beautiful lounge upstairs, choosing some books from the large selection in the lovely wooden bookcase. I felt the staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Its a few minutes walk from Stratford international and Westfield, but not too far. I will definitely be returning.

Transportation in the area was pretty easy. In fact, the whole hotel is very clean. Felt very safe walking downtown up until midnight. The breakfast at the hotel is as good as you can get. There is a great shopping mall attached to the hotel. The team there just couldn't do enough.

One of my favourite hotels in London. Very well equipped rooms. Easily ranks above your Hampton's, Doubletree's, Marriott's, etc. Excellent service. Unless you go 5* you can't really beat. Although beuffet breakfast is also best I've had, restaurant set menu is a little basic but only negative.

Very high standard hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, polite and well presented. The rooms are done up to a very good standard. The beds are super comfortable, you get your own private WiFi network to use in the room, and a free smartphone with included minutes and data is also provided to use during your stay - you can even take it out and about with you! The bathroom is very clean and modern, and the TV has lots of smart functions built into it e.g. YouTube, Internet Radio, etc. My only gripe would be the slow WiFi speeds (<1Mb/s). However this can't detract from what was otherwise a lovely stay. Would certainly be very happy to stay again in the future!!!

Our room was on the Ground Floor (but down from reception) and had a pavement right outside the window, which was a little disconcerting if lying on the bed in the day and people walk past. Very good location for the olympic park and stadium and quiet at night.

We stayed at the Westbridge Hotel for one night last weekend as a base for a spot of sight seeing. The hotel is a dream, very stylish and spotlessly clean and the standard of service unbeatable, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were bowled over by the wow factor that we felt, from the modern contemporary style of the whole hotel, to the small finishing touches that absolutely make your stay; complimentary newspapers, hairdryer and electronic scales in the bathroom, and even the offer of an umbrella to use in the rain! We had a very comfortable night's sleep followed by a very tasty breakfast where you could help yourself to either continental or full English. We will definitely go back for another visit and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

My Partner and I booked for a single nights stay so we could visit Winter Wonderland and have a mom break before Christmas, I also planned to Propose that weekend and so I contacted the staff about helping me put flowers in the room post check in as a surprise. They couldn’t have been more helpful they went out of their way to make the room look lovely and were discreet and kept the surprise secret perfectly. The staff were all lovely and a delight to deal with Epescially the desk manager Ionut ( hope I’ve spelt that right). I would recommend the location as it’s so close to Stratford station and the area feels safe in the evening even at later hours.

I really love this place. It's quiet, clean and comfortable with good, tasty food and pleasant service. The menu doesn't change very often, but it's good for what they have. There are a few vegetarian meals. Great desserts! No alcohol served by BYOB and they have a garden open at times. It's a bit of a gem! Ring in advance if you have a tastecard.

- Availability and price for accommodation was fair, as was pricing for food (breakfast and dinner) - Hotel staff were responsive to emails to answer queries and make a reservation at the restaurant - Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, e.g. quickly coming to our room to answer a query about watching movies on demand - Good use of technology with a handset available in the room to plan your stay and room settings (lighting and temperature) are adjustable via the TV - Restaurant was very good, especially dessert - Room was compact, but I didn't need any extra space and it had pretty much everything we needed (iron, ironing board and fridge) - Room was very quiet, had blackout curtains and the bed and linen was very comfortable - Excellent breakfast was tasty, well stocked and had a good range of items - we were stuffed! - Hotel decor and finish is good - There's outdoor seating and tables, useful for when the weather is good - Halal food was greatly appreciated and is very accommodating for Muslim guests Only thing that would have made it perfect is if the TV was smart rather than just Freeview to give access to Netflix!
