S. M.We booked this hotel in the middle of the night after a failed attempt at another. The staff welcomed us graciously and even upgraded us to the Deluxe room. The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was the most helpful. They offered for late check out (2pm) free of charge since we showed up at 2am for check in. Will definitely stay again.
A. P.My second time staying at the Westin. The room is spacious and modern. The spa is lovely. I had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and catered to me being a vegetarian. The only let down was that the bar overlooking the Thames was closed. The staff on the front desk were welcoming and even gave a glass of prosecco on arrival. Would highly recommend staying here.
D. T.Had a lovely weekend staycation at the new Westin London City. As expected, had the signature Westin smell, so felt like we were on a proper holiday! Staff were warming and accommodating, especially to our daughter. Pool and spa areas were relaxing, just be wary of the child/family-friendly times restricting access. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you'd expect. Location is great to access St Paul's, the Thames, with Underground stations close by. Went for a drink in the bar, the view is breathtaking. Felix looked after us and introduced us to some awesome cocktails!

D.Spent a day at the Westin City Spa having the Heavenly City Escape package. Everything was amazing! The staff were all incredibly sweet, competent and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience during my treatments and in between. I got to enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna all to myself. Was impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the facilities - I’ll can’t wait to go again!

A. T.It was an amazing atmosphere, all of the staff were absolutely amazing. I have never been to a spa as good as this. Danni really took care of me, I had the BEST massage! The spa and hotel are stunning, very classy. I will be coming back once a month for a massage and to use the spa facilities. Also, after a massage you go to a relaxation room where you are given tea and water and you can relax for as long as you need to

W.Alex (the GM) and team have put together a great property and the first Westin in the U.K. We did 5 nights here opening week, the place looks stunning, the SPA and treatments were outstanding (great job Jenny). Hithe and Seek offers river views and fab champagne (Peter killing it on F&B) Kudos to the front desk team and housekeeping. They even welcomed our furry little friend with a bed she loved, bowls and treats. A true home away from home for us. We will be back (Marriott Ambassador level guest). Best of luck going forward to the team.

The gym, wine bar, Swimming pool and spa & wellness facilities are all great additions that helps unwind after long day and is close to all the major attractions in London. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in London!

I stayed for business purposes in the first few weeks of opening. The finish/ interior design is amazing, the staff are so attentive and the location is great.

We were welcomed by Bruno Castro at the restaurant , we were surprised by the nice attitude , good service and professionalism.
We will definitely come back again , first because of the nice service and second because of the luxury that the hotel offers

T. C.We came here to try Hithe & Seek and couldn’t fault the staff or the food!!! We had a drink at the bar where Umesh & Balint served us excellent cocktails. Both were super helpful and really engaging. We then went to dinner at Hithe & Seek and the food was AMAZING! We had a selection of tapas and what was lovely was the staff knew the menu and helped recommend items which did not disappoint! Francesca, Magdalena & Felix were all truly fabulous. I highly recommend the visit!
M. D.This is one of the most beautiful and exciting hotels located in the heart of London. It is situated on the north bank of the Thames and is facing Shakespeare's Globe and the Tate Modern to the South. Its pool/spa area has a Roman baths history to it and the Queenhithe Mosaic in the front reminds you of London's multilayered and rich history. The Westin London City is an absolute gem with incredible food in both the wine bar (Hithe + Seek) as well as its restaurant (Mosaic) which is led by renowned chef Jorge Colazo. The hotel is a walking distance to St Paul's Cathedral, Millennium Bridge, Tower of London, Borough Market, and many other popular London attractions.

All of the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful but we particularly enjoyed speaking to Andre who checked us in and talked us through the hotels amenities and various local restaurants and bars. The views and ambiance in the Hithe & Seek bar on the 2nd floor are not to be missed. We will certainly be returning on our next visit to London! 10/10

m. s. s.the staff, service and accommodation at this fairly new facility were absolutely first rate....as a bonvoy member, i was upgraded to a lovely suite....challenges i had procuring a 'fit to fly' for my US return were swiftly and painlessly resolved by the concierge....front desk unfailingly helpful ...unusually good location....honestly, the best 'new hotel' experience i've had since the pandemic began....am impressed and grateful to staff
K. W.Hotel is beautiful and a great location. Good spa and nice breakfast. Unfortunately the service was quite poor. Unsure if I would return because of this especially given the number of hotels in London. Half of our luggage was lost, waited 4 hours for ice bucket and glasses and had to call a couple of times before we received them, holding money was not returned, when I finally revived the invoice it had strange charges on them. I’m not sure if it’s a new hotel but it just seemed like the staff didn’t know what they were doing. Unable to clearly answer any questions, sometimes a little rude.

The entry on foot is quite befuddling the first time because I exited the North side of Mansion House and Google maps took me from there EAST on Cannon to Queen to Upper Thames St. 4x the necessary walking distance. Fastest route is WEST on Cannon from Mansion House.
