N. m.If want a very very central location to visit London from, just a few minutes off of Trafalgar Square. If you have plans to spend most of the day out exploring the city, and just need a cheap room for the night then this is the perfect hotel for you. Modern finish, clean but ultimately small. Rooms are small, some without windows, and very little privacy in their toilets. The lobby is reception, bar and restaurant all combined into 1 small room. If want a more central base to spend time in whilst in London maybe try somewhere else, if not then it will do the job

Hotel rooms are small but for the price you pay its great value for London during the weekday. Weekends are more expensive so I'd stay elsewhere as you can get bigger rooms at the same rate.

Staff bend over backwards to make sure everything is just right, and we were even moved rooms as we asked for one without a pillar - no questions asked - seamless process for the Reception team. Love the hotel, staff and everything in between!
D. P.Very central. The rooms are nicely functional with double bed and bathroom but not much else. Given you will be out doing stuff this is more than sufficient and the location is a short walk to all of Westminster's main sites.

I was on the second floor and the room is very well soundproofed - couldn't hear a thing from the outside world.
If you're staying with someone else in the room be aware that the bathroom and toilet is in a glass cubicle with a glass sliding door.
You can see and hear everything. Hope you're comfortable with the other person you're staying with lol!
I did have two bad experiences speaking with staff. Once over the phone (Mon around 16:00) and whilst checking in (Tue around 17:00).
Both times the person just didn't listen to what I was asking but was just trying to respond as quickly as possible.
He also spoke in a very rude tone when I would repeat my query and he would have to answer again.
Really glad I'm only staying one night and hopefully won't have to interact with him again in the morning.
M. M.Stayed for 2 nights for my uni graduation and I just love this hotel. The location is perfect if you like the cultural scene in Central London as it is a short walk to the National Art Gallery and other museums and landmarks. Covent Garden is also dotted with quaint shops and beautiful pubs, and there are some really good ones just across the street.
The hotel itself is chic boutique-style that's very well maintained and impeccably clean. The room is compact and very conducive for a good night's sleep. It is equipped with a huge smart TV at the foot of the bed that's very inviting to just lie back and watch your favorite movies till the wee hours of the morning.
The staff are very polite and accommodating that made our entire stay very pleasant and convenient. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family! 👍👍👍

t. H.Ideal for one or two nights, if you are on a budget and want a top location. Most rooms don't have windows but have giant tvs instead. The lobby has board games. Staff are great with kids.

C. F.We stayed there for one night and had absolutely no problems I paid £140 for an accessible room. It is in such a convenient place it's easy to get to places. It's a 20 minute walk from the London Eye. It's a 4 minute walk away from 99 comedy club. A 10 minute walk from all the shops. The staff were lovely the room was easily accessible. You get free tea and coffee in the room. Shampoo and shower gel is provided. There is a tv with Netflix, bbc i player, itv and youtube on. The room was clean. The bed was comfy and big enough for 2.

T.I stayed in the Trafalgar hotel and the staff was so lovely the room was SPOTLESS! I paid £200 for 2 nights it was an amazing location the room was small but perfect for just me and a friend the staff cleaned it so well everyday had a nice bar and breakfast and staff was on hand to help 24/7 ,will 100% be coming back in the new year.
C. F.Accessible to all tourist spots near Trafalgar Square. My room was small yet very clean and tidy. It is in front of a Police building so I felt safe walking late at night. Charring cross and Leicester square tube stations are just walking distance too. It is also next to a Thai restaurant which is my favourite. All staff are friendly and polite. If this hotel is not fully booked on my next visit in London, I'll be staying there again. Their rates are the cheapest in that area of London. Try it and you'll surely come back.

T.If planning your stay for 2 nights this is a perfect place. We stayed at Trafalgar Z Hotels. They are quite welcoming and flexible. The only problem with my stay every time is the bedding is not fresh. I spoke to the manager, they apologised and gave me a discount coupon for my next booking.

L. E.Superb experience. Staff were super lovely and professional. The room was all high tech, clean and cosy. The pillows on the bed were the most comfortable I've ever laid my head on. I can't get over how good they are. Not sure if they were made of some memory foam material or not, but they were out of this world good. Seriously, if you stay here, take some time to appreciate how good those pillows are. Bacon bun in the morning was good, and the staff couldn't have been more courteous. Unbelievable price for the service - will deffo stay again in a Z Hotel next time I'm in London.

v. g.A hotel in the right near the heart of Trafalgar Square! A very cosy room and comfortable room with free and unlimited amenities. The room was very trendy with lots of techs to control the lights (different moods) as well as the AC. The shower and toilet are a little close, but this does not cause an issue as some people may think. They have such friendly staff and a bar on the premises. There is also a Tesco around 8 minutes away and other bars/pubs dotted nearby.

I think the price is very reasonable for what you get. I hope they keep it the same.
Room:
Just like the pictures: very modern and stylish. I wish I had the panel on the side which controls the lights in the room and the bathroom. There was also an air conditioner which works for cooling as well as heating. The bed is so comfortable and the pillows were stuffed with duck feathers (posh). I slept very well honestly. There is a space to hand your clothes on the wall. And obviously there is a tv which you could use for Itv BBC Youtube and Netflix. There was a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee.
Facilities:
They have a bar that seems to serve alcohol drinks and possibly soft ones too. They also lend you an umbrella when going out if it rains. You need to leave it back before leaving the hotel for other customers.
Would I come back? Absolutely yes - my first option ever.

L. B.Budget with a luxury twist! This was my first time staying in a Z Hotel and it won’t be my last. The hotel was really well located. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room is your usual POD room but unlike their competitors the little touches made a huge difference. Lovely toiletries, super thick and fluffy towels, the duvet already on the bed and best of all really nice tea and coffee in the room. The refillable water bottle and glasses were also a nice touch. There was even complimentary cheese and wine, in the bar as well as lovely juice at the check in desk. Umbrellas at the door were a complete saviour this morning!! Will certainly be back!

J. L.Let's say that I loved my stay here. The hotel is very transparent about the size of their rooms, so this was not an issue. The hotel was clean and the staff were mostly warm, friendly and amicable.
The location is astounding, surrounded by a slew restaurants, and bars. A short walk from Trafalgar Square Covenant Gardens and Embankment. Tube access onto 3 major lines.
I had a few issues with my stay, the staff thought it was okay to hammer on the door incessantly just to check that the room had been cleaned. There was no mention anywhere, whilst booking that the building was still an active building site, which meant dust and noise. Also due to the incomplete nature of the building the air conditioning was not active, which (when you accept a room with no window) cooks you. I was told a fan could be provided, however when I asked there was not one available.
I still would choose to stay here again, but being forewarned about the short comings would have been appreciated. The rest of the hotel (the part that was complete) was a modern high finish and was very comfortable.

T. W.Price for location, you'll never beat this in the world. It's probably the least comfortable room I've stayed in though, despite being modern and clean. It's smaller than a cruise ship cabin and there's a big air gap in the frosted glass door to the toilet, so prepare to hear your partner pooping 5ft away for the duration of your stay. Poor sound insulation and lots of cramped rooms to hear. Absolutely nowhere to put luggage. If you're slumming it solo, go for it. Your wife will not be happy here.

A muddy wasteland, an unpleasant, unfriendly, haughty staff. I got ankle deep in mud AND no cab there, forced 3km walk to a hotel and call a cab. Result £ 125 to get to the airport. Near Z hotel 50m test center £ 55.

Z hôtel Trafalgar est idéalement situé. Malgré une réservation en Avril 2020 non échangeable non remboursable l’hôtel a gentiment accepté de reporter le séjour au vu de la pandémie. Personnel très agréable. Pour les chambres les moins chères éviter d’être 2 . Seul point négatif et encore pas de bar mais à 3m il y a profusion de bars . Rapport qualité /prix pour UK. 5/5 . Je recommande . ATTENTION ne prenez pas les tests à l’aéroport - Collinston : c’est une arnaque, 95£ il n’y a pas le bus promis pour y aller donc taxi 14£ et vous arrivez a Mossoul. Un terrain vague boueux, un personnel désagréable, mal aimable, hautain. j’ai eu de la boue jusqu’au chevilles ET pas de taxi à cet endroit, marche forcée 3km pour atteindre un hôtel et appeler un taxi . Résultat 125£ pour arriver à l’aéroport. Près de Z hôtel à 50m centre de tests 55£ .

Une expérience au top, en week-end avec ma maman nous avons passé un super séjour. Très bien situé (à deux pas de coven garden), le prix est très raisonnable. Et le personnel, Top ! mention spéciale à Tatiana qui nous a aidé durant tout notre séjour (mais toute l'équipe était super de l'accueil aux femmes de ménage en passant par le bar ou encore les managers), des équipes hyper serviable, un environnement super, des collations offertes (vin et fromage le rêve!). Je recommande vivement, et je retournerai la bas sans aucune hésitation tout était super, et les personnes qui y travaille ont vraiment contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. A très bientôt !
