Just returned from the hotel, check in was smooth and welcoming. I was allowed to check in early and provided with an upgraded room which was a nice touch. You can hear a slight rumble of trains at Euston but not much of an issue for me given that I was just sleeping there after a night out. The last trains stop at 1.30am. Room seemed to be recently renovated. Be warned HS2 has created a slight diversion when walking from Euston but still relatively close which is handy.

When we first arrived I was underwhelmed because the location wasn’t very appealing which consequently meant that there was no good outside views. However, I liked how the quiet the surrounding was and the close proximity to many key locations. The rooms were tidy on arrival. At first glance the bathroom appeared to be clean but on closer inspection the grout was mouldy and the floor had many hairs on it. I liked the coffee/tea station in the room, thought it was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and had pleasant encounters with all of them. Overall, I had a good experience but for a 4 star hotel I had higher expectations.

The staff were genuinely helpful. the location is perfect.
We thought the price of breakfast was high at 30 pounds for a couple
Be back I am sure

Enjoyed my stay in this cosy hotel. It was nice to discover this hotel and it's history. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was one particular staff that knew a lot about the history of the hotel. I thought that was quite impressive as I thought the employee might have just said-"don't ask me, I just work here!"

Had 2 lovely days there with my wife and its a great place for the money will come back again the room was really clean and the food in the bar was amazing for the money and again the drinks were just as good would Recommend to a friend

The rooms were comfortable and modern. Getting to the room was like an adventure: the route was as convoluted as a maze. I half expected to get to a level, get a powerup and free the princess!
Gem- it's got free on street parking available from 6:30PM and over the weekend!

Excellent service by everyone, especially Flaviana, who was very welcoming and always available. Rooms very comfortable and study-friendly.

Just behind Euston station, smart comfortable rooms and good products in the bathroom.
Stayed here a couple of times now.
Some decent pubs and indian resteraunts in walking distance also.

Had a lovely stay here last night after train cancelled from Euston . Super staff and great room . Only short visit but will return 👍

Nice clean room, smaller than the photos suggest but not the end of the world. Pillows were terrible. I asked for some firm ones, which I received. Still pretty soft. If you like soft pillows, you'll be fine. If you want any kind of support for your neck, maybe think twice.

Very friendly staff .very nice room .Great food and definitely I will visit again

Had lunch here with 5 friends on a voucher deal. Three courses with bottomless prosecco. The hotel is not very appealing as there are a lot of building works going on due to HS2 Inside is a bit gloomy and run down. Food was just ok but Stefan kept us topped up with prosecco. Deal was quite cheap so can't really complain but wouldn't go back.

Booked this for convenience of Euston station. Really close to the station. Great value for money. Very clean and modern. Super spacious bed and very comfy. Aircon is quiet! Would highly recommend for an overnight stay and convenience.

Nice and comfy bed. Powerful shower. Expensive food. Small rooms as well.

The Wesley has very friendly and helpful staff, the room has been very cozy, nice products (sustainable and organic), amazingly comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to stay there!
I bet its even better if you are not in quarantine there!
Lots of love to the friendly staff!

My wife and infant child stayed here from the 23rd to 25th of September 2020 and we were very impressed. We didn't ask for much but what we did ask for the day and night staff accommodated with speed and perfection. The rooms were made up lovely and we were a stone's throw away from convenient public transport. Thank you for the great 2 days guys!

The Wesley is ideally situated within walking distance of central London with plenty of transport links if required .We were greeted very enthusiastically at reception as soon as we arrive and given our room key.
Once in the room noted how clean and very up date style and furnishings were. It has a lovely contemporary look and feel to it. Everything you require for a short or longer stay was there. complementary tea coffee etc as well as large bottles of filtered house water (which I drank a lot of) . It also had a iron and ironing, board hair dryer and safe big enough to put my laptop in.
It started to rain as I was going for a walk and I was about to go back to my room for a jacket when someone from reception offered me an umbrella (nice touch) . Receptionists were always there to assist and were very friendly. Unfortunately we did not get to use the Savannah but did use the Garage for breakfast before leaving. Excellent value for money and really nice food. In all I would recommend the Wesley and will hopefully be back sometime.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast buffet and reasonable rooms

Depends what you are looking for.
Place to sleep and then go out and see the sights of London. Then this place is perfect, good central location and the rooms are clean.
If you are looking for a nice hotel with decent sized rooms and beds, then this is not the place.
The food is rubbish, but you have about 500 restaurants within 100m, go see the city.
The breakfast was cold, the are cafe's ask around the place.
The room was tiny, but I was only using it for sleep, didn't need a suite.
I think I spent about 8hrs in the place, and was asleep for 7 of them, so for me, it was perfect.
And for London, quite reasonably priced.

Lovely staff helpful welcoming place enjoyed my stay clean and fresh too

Absolutely fabulous hotel, I only have one very minor gripe, no tea or coffee tray in the room. Other than that, the place was spotless and the staff were amazing. Keep up the good work.
We travel for our work and comfort at the end of the day is a must! This place we will be staying at again!

It's a cute small hotel. Room was quite modern, which was a great surprise given the entrance and hallways (these were so narrow I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, but indeed the room was an acceptable size).
Given the nature of my stay, I didn't try the breakfast which is a crucial part of a hotel stay.
Rooms were clean but didn't get a lot of light.
Location wise the hotel was perfectly located near a few subway stations, making it a great place to stay if you want to be well connected. The area also seemed quite walkable.
M. A.
Warm helpful welcome.
Allow a bit of extra time to find it because of the HS2 development going on.

Loving this hotel, a real home from home. Staff are fabulous

I had to stay here overnight for a morning train and it was a great surprise. Hotel is clean and staff was super caring. We ended up in the accessible room, so we had extra space, specially in the bathroom. Had dinner at the room and boy, the burger was huge! And very tasteful also. Place is quiet and we had a good night of sleep. Breakfast was fair and enough for starting a day. We were in a hurry and they speed up check-out for us. I'd stay here again in the future.

Comfortable enough room (windows opened). Good shower.
Usual rather tragic hotel coffee for breakfast, but plenty of cooked options.
Basement conference room a bit Stygian, but excellent IT support for my MacBook PPT connections - system worked well with good sound.
D.
Superior room very nice. Clean room and bathroom. Staff very helpful.
Soundproofing lacking a bit so you could hear noise in the corridors. The place is a bit of a maze, having to go up and down staircases and through numerous …

Great location. 5' walk from Euston Square underground and same for Euston national rail station. It's got a good feel this hotel with a grenn/ethical/ESG feel. My room was on the 3rd floor n quite comfortable. A little noisy. Breakfast was surprisingly good and varied. I was too.late for dinner but 2 streets up, there is an array of small restaurants. So I had an Indian - really good.
P. D.
Room was fairly spacious, bed comfortable, sheets and towels also comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very Convenient location next to Euston Square.
One criticism is they need to better clean and care for the common areas. The hallways and reception looked run down, which made the hotel look worse than it actually was.
Overall good hotel for the area.
J. G.
Great hotel with plenty of amenities to make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable. Room amenities are excellent from the shower soap to the in-room coffee. My wife and I are glad to have stayed at this hotel during our trip to London as part of our anniversary. Lovely all around!
D. S.
Great location, friendly reception staff and clean rooms at reasonable prices. The bed is big enough for two grown adults, the TV is big enough to see while lying in it, and the showers are particularly nice. However, our room was unfortunately right next to linen storage. Starting at 08:00 the housekeepers would bang around in there and every time one of them would come and go (every 5 minutes or so) they would let the door slam loudly. This continued to happen both mornings of our stay despite multiple complaints to the front desk and to the housekeepers themselves. I can't imagine that this hasn't been a problem for others considering the storage room is directly between two guest rooms, and it could be fixed so easily with a rubber door stop or a tiny bit of consideration on the part of the housekeeping staff.
D. R.
Half of the staff was super kind and inviting, the other half, not so much. The rooms were very tiny, but clean and comfortable for the most part. This was my first visit to the UK, and from what I gather, the boutique hotels there are mostly small like this. Pricing was ok, and complimentary breakfast was always hot, fresh, and plentiful.
M. S.
This hotel is a strange one. It's a combination of conference venue, small boutique restaurant and business style bedrooms but nothing quite fits. The breakfast room is tiny but the coffee is decent and the range is fair. Bedrooms are a good size and everything is socially responsible which is a big tick. It's really handy for Euston but has no gym or exercise area. Rooms are on different staircases and it is best to get lost trying to find your way back to your room. The staff are mostly friendly so it's an ok place to stay for a night
i. p.
Attended a meeting here. The room is nicely set up and food was good. It is a bit of a rabbit warren, so finding your room can be challenging and think it would be good to have bit more corridor space, and not to have to dodge staff with food trolleys. But great location and overall good venue.
j. A.
We got off on a bad start arrived late Thursday night and we were put in a room the size of a closet with no windows. We complained and they were super nice, all the staff are very nice and friendly.
The next morning they moved us to a much nicer room. Both rooms were very clean, small but to be expected for a large city at this price point, Great value
J. D.
I attended the Wesley hotel over the past 2 days on a training course. Whilst I can't comment on the rating of the rooms and I didn't stay over. The quality of the venue was very good. Location was great and it seemed very quiet even though it's so central and 2 minutes from Euston Tube station. The training course was very well catered for, the staff friendly and polite. Facilities clean and looked after. I would return for additional training and also look at a room when I next need to stay in the area. Great job!

Recently stayed in a Wesley Hotel as a group of 3 friends. It's a very good hotel located close to Euston Railway Station and having approach to many restaurants nearby... But, honestly I felt it's bit expensive considering the hotel property, room size and amenities...
Location
=======
Location is very good with proximity to most of your needs. The lane in which it is located itself is very calm.
Hotel Property
============
As such it looked to be a very small property with limited number of rooms. Has a in-house restaurant for breakfast and dining...
Rooms
======
Rooms looked very small in size. Upon enquiring we learnt that the rooms sizes in London are comparatively smaller than the other parts of world. But of course rooms are nicely maintained and clean. Bathrooms were clean and neatly maintained. The room provided all standard amenities like Tea Coffee Maker, Iron with pad, safe and a dryer...
Restaurant
=========
Good restaurant taking care of your food needs... Spread Buffet Breakfast provided quite good options.
Overall, it was a happy stay for us...

The room and bathroom were clean. Small in size but fine for the night. Not keen on the floor to ceiling window in the bathroom looking into the bedroom. Not exactly private. Fine if you are traveling by yourself. Other than that it is an easy distance from the train station. Good location and price.
S. L.
Had an afternoon tea! It was delicious, very friendly, helpful service. Relaxed atmosphere, lovely decor, beautiful toilets! Five 🌟star 🌟
K. S.
Bathroom is spacious and beautiful, shower is very powerful.
The lady on reception is incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful!
A. H.
good quality. Most important - got a good night's sleep, it's very quiet. It's clean. Staff need to smile more but maybe that is just because it is London. Only gripes are I left an item behind in my room and they did not find it. The Wifi code is not clearly communicated to guests in the rooms.Breakfast is Ok, but a bit unimaginative and basic.

We had a fabulous stay. They staff were very welcoming and accomodating especially Serena . She was very kind, warm and personable. We would definitely be staying here again.
E. A.
Good food, good service. We came here after an event in the area for a quick bite and ate in the bar area rather than the restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient. We both ordered the steak frites which was a good portion of steak and both tasty and filling. It wasn't very busy, though it was a freezing cold Monday night so that's probably why. Most diners seemed to be staying at the hotel. I would go back if I'm around there again.
T. M.
Brilliant location and lovely room. Customer service was friendly and very accommodating. Bed was comfortable and shower very nice. Would definitely stay again, especially when arriving to Euston station. Also appreciated that bottled water was given upon request as the tap water in London is terrible.
S. S.
Very nice hotel very polite staff
M. S.
The conference facilities were average. The refreshments and catering were excellent. However, the conference room and conference facilities were lacking. The IT and presentation equipment was sub standard and the room itself was either very hot or very cold and you could hear the water systems operating above you. There were also nowhere near enough toilet facilities for a venue of that size. The hand dryers were also situated within the toilet and set off drying automatically if you were stood in the vicinity of them, even if you were not drying your hands. There are some definite improvements that need to be made from a conference perspective.

Very good location 5 minutes walk from Euston Station and very nice looking bar. It looks very clean and nice inside. Also it has lifts. Although, I did not like the area and the street and did not find it safe to walk there in the evening after our Christmas party there. But hotel has meeting rooms to hire and we had a good party there. I give 4 instead of 5 only because I did not like the area.
M. V. W.
Clean and tidy hotel, friendly staff. The mattress was a bit too soft for me and the rooms are quite small, but I guess that's typical for London. Only 2 minutes walking to the Euston train and tube station of which you have very good connections. Free wifi is a plus, coverage was quite good. Small rooms unfortunately have no minibar.
P. D.
A clean, modern room. Good sound proofing on the old windows, in fact had the window open rather than use the quiet aircon out of preference and found the little outside noise to not be disturbing. Heard some noise from the corridor so don't think the internal soundproofing as good but I guess that depends on the other guests! The breakfast was continental style and whilst fresh didn't have much of a selection. There was an upgrade to full English (and other options) but only noticed after we'd started our breakfast. Would have be nice to have that pointed out when we were seated. Very convenient location and not far at all from Euston station.

The Wesley is situated in the perfect area if looking to tour London. It conveniently has a VQ (although closed due to the pandemic) on the corner. Also conveniently has a Euston Square underground station on the corner making it easy to commute to central stations such as Victoria or Kings Cross as well as touristic places such as Camden town and Oxford circus. There are santander bikes local too. The room is clean and spacious and the service allowed us to get extra towels at no extra cost. The breakfast was delivered up the the room and the service was outstanding. We had a minor hiccup with one of the receptionist but it was resolved very quickly and the only complaints I have is the of the view from the bedroom window and the fact that there is no nearby supermarket or shop but I guess there's not much they can do about that. We booked last minute and the price was amazing.

We stayed at this London hotel over NYE.
First when we got there we were offered a room that was being renovated, had to go back to the reception to get a key for another room. Second room we were offered was probably intended for disabled people because the room was a size of a shoebox, however, the size of the room was compensated by the huge bathroom with access facilities for disabled people. Back to the reception we finally received keys for a room that was more or less appropriate (but still really way too small compared to other hotels we've been to).
The room had no fridge, which is not acceptable for a 4* hotel and the price that we paid for it. Bed was quite small for a double room. The temperature range on the air conditioner was locked, I was not able to raise it above 22 °C despite calling the reception twice to unblock it (they only raised it manually but then when I tried to adjust the temperature myself it switched back to the "locked" mode).
On the upside though there was tea/coffee/water and some cookies waiting for us in the room (refreshed every day). Bathroom equipment was rather new. Also the breakfast was quite OK (Full English + continental). The location couldn't be better as it's just a few steps away from the Euston Underground Station with easy access to the Northern Line, which brings you directly to the city centre.
All in all, I think this hotel should rather have 3* and cost half of what I paid for it, then it would be appropriate.

We stayed at The Wesley Hotel for my birthday weekend as a surprise from my boyfriend, when we first arrived my first impressions were positive. The reception area is modern, clean and inviting, unfortunately when we went into our room which was situated on the third floor is was none of those things. The room was cramped and did not look "deluxe" as described online. We did go to reception however and explain that we would like to be moved if possible and the staff were extremely helpful, they were able to move us to a family room which was a lot more spacious and modern, very pleased with the staff and the room on the second floor.
Our booking included breakfast which was a bonus as after a nice night out in London was very much needed, the food was cooked well and included a wide selection to which I had a full English. I was very happy with the breakfast and the selection provided.
Other than the initial room issues the hotel was modern, clean with extremely friendly and helpful staff, I would most certainly go back and recommend to my friends.
T. M.
Good range of meeting rooms at this mid-range hotel. The catering was great and the staff were very friendly and it is well located, just a five minute walk from Euston square station. Parking is limited as it's on a busy side street.
I. M.
The staff is very friendly and it’s easily accessible by car for pick up/drop off. Nice that it’s close to public transit and also some restaurants/bars/etc. The walls are pretty thin and it’s easily loud around as a result. Doors don’t allow you to pull quietly shut so that results in a lot of slamming anytime people come/go - if you’re looking to rest even during PM hours, it’s not really that possible. Good for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re staying more than a 1-2 nights.
M. P.
Great location, just 5 mins from Euston station and underground. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was decorated well. The beds were good, but the bathroom wasn't the greatest. My wife got water from the shower all over the floor. Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant good also.
T. M.
Great location for travelers utilizing Euston train station as the prime hub. The double room was so small I would hate to see what a single room looked like. Luke warm breakfast not very enjoyable. Very welcoming and helpful staff …
J. H.
The hotel location is great, just a short hop from Euston Station and you can get everywhere from there. The hotel seems a bit shabby though, rooms could be cleaner (toilet was not cleaned properly). We booked a superior double room and I expected more but overall it is OK for London. Wouldn't give it 4 stars though, have stayed at a 3 star hotel of a big chain in London for a similar price including breakfast and it was higher quality. Would stay there again for a one-night trip.
N. A.
It’s an ideal location 5 minutes from Euston. I have been staying at the wesleyan over the last 4 years- whilst it’s been renovated. Rooms are lovely, staff are helpful. Breakfast was better a few years ago before the renovation.
B. D.
Now whilst I did enjoy my stay, I was a little disturbed when a Chinese man with his suitcase entered my bedroom at 11pm and asked what I was doing in his room. It was a bit of a shock. I spent much of the rest of the night jumping from my bed when I heard key cards in the vacinity as feared this was another entry.
A free breakfast in the morning was appreciated but the night was disturbed.
I'd rate worse where it not for the fact this establishment seems genuinely to work hard to ethically source and direct its business. Thumbs up for that.
B. P.
Good central location, lots of meeting rooms. Staff generally very helpful for our meetings there most weekends. Nice cafeteria with good range of snacks and well stocked bar. Only 150 yards from Euston mainline station.
E. S.
Reasonably priced for London, rooms were a good size and nicely decorated, very clean.
The staff were fantastic! We had one or two small issues that they sorted out quickly.
I would go again & recommend to others.
V. W.
Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning easy to work. The breakfast was good: lots of choice and the full English breakfast was cooked quickly.
A. E.
Visit for a conference meeting and use of a meeting room and bar area. Modern facilities. Lunch was sandwiches mainly - there was some fruit too. Temperature in meeting room ok but air conditioning can make it harder to hear presenters at front of room. Bar area was able to accommodate about 30 people just about.
H. Z.
Rooms are a tad small. But good over all.
J. F.
We stayed for 7 nights and loved the hotel! They gave us a room with extra space (which was still not very big) and it was really nice. The hotel is modern and the rooms are clean. The staff was mainly very friendly. Would definitely come back :)
M. T.
The location was excellent. The rooms were lovely. The staff especially the management were very helpful. I changed rooms 3 times due to a few rooms not having a window. But definitely no complaints. Breakfast was very nice and the waitresses were cheerful and accommodating. I'll definitely be staying again. Perfect for our short trip to London. Thankyou
J. B.
Hold training days here with work & the staff are always attentive. Food is really good, especially the breakfast. Beds are comfy. It's within walking distance of Euston and St Pancras stations.
C. R. M.
The Wesley is just a few minutes' walk from Euston Station on a quiet side street, not a super-chic area but very convenient. The hotel is smart, clean, well appointed and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Our room was a little on the small side, but was extremely clean and decorated in a modern, tasteful style. The air conditioning instructions did not match the controls but it worked well and we had a comfortable night's sleep despite the 30+ degrees on the days were were in London. We had two light meals in the air-conditioned Savanah Bar (a real bonus in such hot weather). The food was tasty, appetisingly presented and served promptly. Breakfast - good value - was included and was served in the light and airy restaurant. The was a wide choice of hot and cold dishes, again tasty, well-presented and served promptly.
E. K.
Stayed here for a couple of nights. The location is excellent and the amenities are what you'd expect for a 4* accommodation. The food was very good. Interesting menus for breakfast and dinner. The staff are friendly and helpful and very professional. Would stay again for sure.
J. C. A.
I've spent a week in this hotel, and my experience was really good. The people working there were really nice and welcoming. The room wasn't big, but It was renewed and cleaned every day. The hotel is not located in a pretty street, but it's right Next to euston subway station, wich makes It really well comunicated (You can get to Leicester square in 5 mins).
They also have meeting rooms, a bar/restaurant with good food, WiFi and room service.
Either if you're travelling for work or holidays I'd totally recomend the place.
D. J.
A disappointing stay for us. Overall we found the hotel a little scruffy and stingy. From only one hot chocolate per double room per night, not enough hangers, only one tea bag per person per day, to a cheap foyer, nasty passageways to our room, only one thin coat of paint on the bathroom woodwork, then having to sidestep corridors strewn with cleaners equipment.
For £400, I'd expect a little more.
One more. What is that bright green LED permanently on for. If it's for fire safety. Have it activate with the alarm.
On the plus side, the aircon was efficient, we were upgraded to the next room size, the staff were good and the concierge very useful.
A. H. (.
When we checked in on 18th Aug 2019 around 5pm, the only guy at the reception's attitude is bad. He's treating us with black face, not patient and not willing to help. The other receptionists were ok when checked out. Please train that guy how to act to have a proper customer service. Room is clean but very small. The place seems still under renovation. All the floor covered with woods and lifts also repairing. Luckily we were on 2nd floor.
s. f.
like the hotel, it has friendly staff, it is quiet and clean. the room and especially the bathroom is very clean. It is located two minutes from the center of London, so well located. Only one thing bothered me; that I don't have a place where I can smoke.
M. J.
Nice clean rooms and a great location, right next to the train station. Was a bit unfortunate to have all the road works outside, but staff were friendly and did their best to help.
P. S.
Had afternoon tea before getting the train back home after our theatre break. It was our second time and as before afternoon tea was lovely, lots of choices and plenty of it. Staff very attentive and helpful. Will shall definitely be back.
K. E.
Location fantastic for a meeting I was attending in Euston Square. On arrival, room was very hot and stuffy and air con not working. Reported to reception and a rude woman attended and simply pressed all the buttons, then told me she would come back. But didn't. Window didn't work properly so unable to open.
Breakfast of eggs Benedict took ages and was ruined by hard eggs. No time to send back. Glad I hadn't spent £8.99 on them as was advertised on menu!
A. S.
Venue was really nice and spacious. Went there for a charity event and really enjoyed myself. The hotel itself is quite difficult to find and is rather difficult to navigate with multiple staircases as rooms. The food at the bar was really good considering it was just snacks. Would definitely recommend as venue for events.
T. M.
We wanted a reasonably priced hotel that would give access to London as a whole. The location of the hotel is brilliant for anyone arriving into Euston. The staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for working at UCL just across the street.
T. M.
Fab start to our weekend away it makes such a difference having somewhere to come back to after a full day out. We were delighted by the proximity of Euston Station and Underground network. Convenient location for transport links to all parts of London. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
Ł. Z.
Standard Room - no too big. Comfortable bed, but Queen side combined of 2 smaller ones causing an annoying split in the middle. TV of average size, but good quality. Good internet connection. Poor toiletries. Good tube connection with the City.
S. B.
I had a varied stay at the MIC recently.
Initial impressions werent great, from the outside the hotel does not look anything special, and this these is continued in the small entrance lobby and corridors. My company had booked the hotel in advance, but my paperwork had been mixed up in the hotel and I was asked to pay in person again on arrival. This was sorted in ten minutes but wasnt a great start after a long day.
However, I have to say I was extremely impressed with my room. Very modern, extremely clean and well appointed including air conditioning. Free tea, coffee and bottled water, a decent TV. The bed was very comfy, I had a great nights sleep, and the shower was brilliant.
The no hassle free wifi was also a boon, and it worked!
After reading reviews, I found breakfast a bit of a let down. I went for the English Breakfast and it was really no different than any other hotel I have stayed in. OK, but you could tell it had been sitting in the warmer for a while. The dinning area was also a little clinical.
One other thing. This didn't really bother me personally, but my room faced Euston Road and was quite noisey. There is a bar not far down the road and shouting continued for as long as I was awake.
I would stay here again, just for the room.
D. H.
Nice venue for a meeting. Sadly no mobile reception in downstairs conference room and the WiFi experience wasn't good. The room was otherwise very good and temperature controlled. Staff were very helpful too. Just let down by very poor WiFi.

We have held two dinner parties here over the last two years as a company celebration, with over 30 guests each time. Both occassions have been fantastic: the food is delicious and affordable, great wine, excellent service. Organising the events was very easy and the staff were flexible when (inevitably) people arrived late each year. We chose this venue because they are socially responsible and we continue to go back because of the great service. Thanks Wesley & Savannah! Special thanks to Audrius in Events.
I. E.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. We accidentally booked a room for the incorrect date and the staff was great about accommodating us. Food and drinks at the restaurant/bar are absolutely great and good value for the price . Had a late dinner and breakfast there, both meals were excellent.
P. R.
You would expect a single room to be on the small side, but the room I had was tiny, felt cramped and claustrophobic.
The shower was adequate but the tiny sink was not fit for purpose, shaving being particularly difficult.
Breakfast good, but expensive.
G. P.
Me and the wife stayed here to go out with friends in London. Locations was great so close to Euston. Room was clean and tidy of a decent size. I was a bit taken back I had to leave a cash deposit
C. W.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean although extremely small and cramped. The halls are small; motion lights control the lighting. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and hallway.
A. Y.
The hotel is a bit underwhelming but the service is phenomenal. The front desk guy was super accommodating since the WiFi in my first room was spotty. He moved everything for me himself and was super professional about it all. The girl before me also had booked under the wrong name and the hotel went through lengths to get her to be able to check in as seamlessly as possible. Great staff!

We had an amazing time in this place, service was great, the restaurant downstairs was really nice. The only thing that we didn't like was the size of the shower, really smaaal and tiny, be careful with your elbows. Other than that we had an amazing stay there. Definitely recommend
T. M.
We booked this hotel for its convenience of location to Euston. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even after midnight. The location was perfect for Euston Station and accessing all of London. Convenient getting to and from public transit and tourist attractions. Very expensive for what I got.
M. K.
The stay was fine, the room was small, but tidy. It could be more aesthetic on the corridors. Breakfasts really tasty, good selection of food to choose. Overall really nice and not too expensive.
a. t.
The staff was extremely friendly even with unpolite guests. The breakfast was very good and allows a wide range of choices. The rooms were comfortable, even though they were a bit small.
T. M.
Very convenient location from Euston. Unfortunately the safe was locked why I had to call front desk. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel, mackerel and salmon. Due to higher de***d, we payed a higher rates than the minimum rates mentioned on their website.
D. C.
A wonderful non-big-chain hotel only 1 minute walk from Euston Station.
Great room, great service, friendly staff - especially the chef making the seriously tasty scrambled egg at breakfast. And it's a social enterprise :)
H. H.
They could not do enough to make our conference go off with a massive bang on new years Eve during the day, despite obviously getting ready for the evening guests. The meeting rooms are spacious and well equipped.
A. D.
"The Environmental Hotel" I was in a conference in a basement meeting room. I don't have much knowledge of the venue besides this, but love their claim of being environmentally friendly. Food was good and pens & pads appear to be made of recycled materials.
D. B.
Staff very friendly. Hotel clean and tidy. Excellent location near Euston station. Rooms are nice but not the most soundproof (I slept fine though). Bed was very comfortable.
D. W.
Place was very clean and modern. I attended a job interview hosted at the venue, so I have only experienced their conference room, all were, a great size, with lots of room, water, pens and paper were supplied and staff were very helpful pointing me in the correct direction.
B. M.
The perfect place to stay during our holidays. Lovely staff who helped us in everything we needed (we stayed there with a baby). The front desk people was really great. Comfortable and spacious room, clean and comfortable bathroom with great amenities. Good price and good location. One step from Warren St. where you'll find gorgeous decor and design shops. Very close to the British Museum and Oxford St. Close to the hotel (less than 5 minutes) you'll find Honest Burger, a charming place to eat the best burger with camembert in London. There are some supermarkets and a Pharmacy across the road. We have been in London a few times but this lastime time was the best. We will repeat our stay un Wesley Euston Hotel.
P. D.
Having an un-frosted, floor to ceiling, window through from the bed to the toilet wasn't something I thought anyone would want in a hotel room. Waking up to make eye contact with your loved one, who is on the pooper, kind of kills the romance. Otherwise the room was clean, well maintained and great shower.
T. M.
Nice clean rooms with small mistakes like having toilet seats where you can see the age, sink not working and no outlets next to your bed. Breakfast is OK, most things were not filled up and run out, coffee was quite good.
C. K.
Staff was not very helpful at lunchtime reference to not enough portion on buffet table.and the fresh coffee was cold all through the day.we should not have to pick them up on this as it is down to supervisor to check and working with chef. Also not enough plates no forks it was a finger buffet but some foods needed the equipment to go as well.
Saying all this the disable apliances was not working struggled to get up and down.saying this the reception staff was very helpful and if the could put a sign in lift to say reception on the button in the lift so I would like to see cages on my next visit
K. K.
I stayed with my family at the Wesley Euston for 1 night, it is very conveniently located as we had to take a train from Euston next morning.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The negative points:
The room was extremely small - as we booked a suite - I have not seen such a small suite for 278 GBP - there is also sound of the underground tube - there are better options when you want to spend upto 300 GBP - the best part is mainly the location
p. n.
Was a great hotel. Staff were nice and affable, service was great, water was great and free. Got lost whilst I was there for the first time and staff were kind enough to escort me to the right room for my interview.
R. N.
I have been to this hotel twice for business meetings. The location is so good as it's only about 200 metres from Euston Square tube and approx 300 metres from Euston Station.
The meeting room (Epworth) was a good size and we were well supplied with tea, coffee and snacks. Ventilation and lighting were good and facilities such as projector, wifi etc were adequate. I cannot tell if they have large flat panel TVs for presentations than the old-fashioned projectors.
Staff at the reception were pleasant and literally pounced on me to find out how they could be of assistance.
Félicitations à vous, management.
A. B.
Great room, but could hear the underground, I also noticed quite a bit of dust on the beside table and phone. Also hot water took forever, I didn't get any but seemed to get slightly warmer as I showered. I left it on for my fiancé to use and it was hot by the time she was done.
P. S.
Lovely hotel, lovely greeting, the room was comfortable n hotel was situated central for our London experience needs. The restaurant was closed due to renovations which was sad as there wasn't anywhere close by to eat. We'll be sure to eat in the restaurant next time we visit
M. W.
Amazing Hotels and Great hospitality services by the staff at TheWesley Hotel. being situated near the Euston Station in London always makes it easier for us to travel to London and have a great 4 Star accommodation closer to the train station. Highly recommends to anyone who is looking for luxurious stay in the city on London.
M. M.
Hmm. I applaud the ethical stance, an it really is excellent value for the location, but I have no idea how this is rated as a 4 star hotel - the facilities and experience were just not what you'd expect for that. The staff were all kind and polite, but kept making mistakes - from clearing away unfinished breakfasts whilst someone got themselves a coffee, to giving me a 6:30 alarm call I hadn't booked! Also the paintwork and floors in the communal areas were very shabby. I'd love to see it up its game and do well, but it reminds me of the Co-op bank in the 1990s - when it was all fluffy jumpers and christmas decs as well as ethical savings... But they couldn't clear a cheque for over a week
G. S.
The hotel is very modern and is beautifully designed. The rooms have minimal space, and despite the recent design, there are already black stains on the shower silicone joints. The breakfast is deplorable and not worth the price nor fitting a four star hotel. Raquel and Fatima are wonderful at the Reception area!
G. W.
A busy little business-type hotel located a very short walk away from Euston railway station.
It's as presentable as it needs to be, but no more. The common areas emphasise the functional over the appealing. Maybe that's what the customers and the owners want.
M. H.
Excellent place to organise events - and to work with a socially focused business. The Wesley organised the room for the meeting very well and supported different requests throughout the day. The hotel bar also served well as the reception for the post event networking and reflection. The location is central and easy to reach for people from the UK but also for visitors who came by Eurostar.
A. S.
Quite stylish! The owners are very concerned about organic and ecological safety - all elements are "green", including straws in the restaurant! The beds are good, very comfortable.
T. S.
Great service and location, just walk around 3 minutes from Euston station, Melton street exit. The room is clean, and has adjustable heater/air conditioner. There are two things that need to be aware. First, the lv that show inside and outside is a bit different like if outside is G floor you need to press 1 but the other floor is fine. Second, I felt like this area is a bit quiet at night so there will be some ppl around the Sainsbury's at Melton street exit or the beginning of the ally but not many ppl walk inside the Euston street. Oh one last thing, there is a few steps to the reception but if your luggage is heavy, I think you can ask the staff there how to use the accessible area to lift your stuffs up.
N.
Very convenient location Smallish room. Breakfast could be improved a lot. For £150 a night cooked breakfast should be included in the price.
J. G.
I attended The Wesley as a venue for a course. The room although small and in the basement was clean and well provisioned. The provided meals and snacks were excellent and vegan options were available upon request.
J. J.
Easily accessible meeting rooms, refreshments good and staff accommodating. However, decor is very dated and reception and corridors look rather like a public loo!
M. R.
Jubilee room 1 was comfortable and spacious but noisy. Next to the lift and noise from the street. Room had a strong smell of cooked bacon in the kitchen morning as it was close to the restaurant. I like bacon but it was overwhelming at 7am.
R. H.
Before we arrived the service was excellent. Upon arrival and during our stay the service was excellent. Even when we left the staff were so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. What a delight to find a hotel in the heart of London that offered such excellent rooms and service.
İ. A.
Nice hotel with spaceful rooms and a very nice bathroom. The heat at room was not working but they offered a room change or a mobile heater, so service is good and staff is very helpful. Bed was a bit old and not so comfortable.
J. M.
Went for a training course. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The conference room was averaged sized, ideal for about 60 people.
S. F.
The best hotel experience during our stay in London. We always wanted a hotel near Euston train Station in London, as that's the closest location to our corporate client meetings during our time in London. I have to tell the food is really great and the best hospitality service you can expect in a busy city while enjoying your time and relaxing at the hotel.
Highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon to TheWesley hotel.
J. S.
Nice customer service. Easy to get there. Only need to walk 3-4 minutes from Euston train station. Inside there is a place that we can sit and relax to drink our tea time and chat with friend.
M. U.
I stayed at Wesley before, this was my second stay. I had a very heavy luggage so in n out it was a struggle climbing hose 5 steps . Staff at reception was nice and friendly, they even waived my lateeee checkout . Room was ok except the phone wasn't working and bit noisy being on road side . A mini freeze would be useful in one of those rare heat waves😜
R.
During our stay 29/4 - 2/5 they were doing some refurbishment on the restaurant. The breakfast was alright during the circumstances.
The man who worked the night-shift on Friday 29/4 is definitely working in the wrong business. Asked for my football tickets if they had been delivered, he said no without even looking around - NO customer service at all.
İ. O.
It was a clean, tidy but a very small room. I spent 2 nights just and since I was attending to a seminar, I only slept in the room. I have no other idea about the facility.
M. M.
I visited the Savannah bar in the Wesley with a friend. We had a Groupon but the bar man was quite dismissive of us, telling us that we should have booked, even though the bar was almost empty. However, when we did get served, the food was very tasty and the waitress very friendly. My only gripe was that the beers were fairly rank, the Scottish Black Stout was sweet and a bit sickly, I don't know why they can't serve Guinness! The other big problem is that it is situated in a very dodgy part of Euston, close to Somers Town, a notoriously rough area. I certainly wouldn't want to be there after dark.
A. G.
Nice venue. There for an educational workshop. Clean toilets, food was tasty as well. I PA system was not used do hearing the presentation was difficult.
M. V.
I was impressed by the cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff. Only one negative, the room phone was not connected, but when I told them the next morning, the caretaker or handyman was called immediately, whilst I was stood there, to get it sorted out. I will go there again.
E. F.
I had already been at The Wesley. What I like about it is the location (15mn walking distance from Saint Pancras) and the fact that it has recently been remodeled and very modern and comfortable.
This time, probably due to the exceptional heat in London, it seems there was an issue with the air conditioning but only at night as it worked well during the day.
Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel.
R. S.
Pros: Clean and functional rooms, very comfy beds, quiet, pretty good breakfast.
Cons: Room rather cold (in December), AC control panel did nothing (although extra radiator was provided), hallways to rooms are a labyrinthine maze worthy of a minotaur.
S. R.
Attended a market research panel here Mar 19. Hotel is on a quiet side street behind Euston Sq. It's far from lux - common areas were tired and need of refurb. Conference room was in basement with no natural light and poor air con. Meh.
O. H.
Nice location and friendly and efficient staff on check in. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Sheets on the bed are a bit on the stiff side, and the air conditioning would not switch to cold, but a good hotel.
v. n.
Great hotel with clean facilities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and slept like a baby all three nights we were in London. The hotel is also close to metro station.
J. G.
Well trained staff, small but decent budget room, very nice food, and a very good Merlot. I would stay here again, and will recommend to friends and family.
J. C.
Good conference venue, spacious room, excellent catering options for lunch and refreshments. Good bathroom facilities, well maintained. Excellent location for Euston train station
T. C.
The place was very clean and the staff was very nice. Nevertheless, one night was £165 and the room didn't have a window. It was permanently dark. Other than that, it was really nice.
K. R.
Very friendly helpful staff. Nice decor, large bed, nice en suite. The room was a bit cold, but our stay was very pleasant.
A. I.
We held a team meeting for 25 people the food was good there was a nice selection for lunch, the room was well prepared and we were provided with everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly
R. C.
Used as a meeting venue. Handy for Euston station. 5 mins walk only. Room and catering fine. Some rooms have no natural light . Staff freindly and helpful.
I. F. (.
Bit tiny for a 4 star hotel, clean and comfortable. Walls are thin so you can hear doors slamming. Very good location.
K. M.
The Wesley was in a good location. The staff was flexible with our early check-in and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
A. C.
Not bad as a conference venue. Decent hotel rooms. Average food in the continental breakfast and catering. I'd come back
B. J.
Easy location from Euston station. Excellent front desk staff, not so good for breakfast but nice food. Some vibration noise in room, couldn't see TV from bed. Overall good/easy.
A. T. (. T.
Rooms are reasonably sized by London standards and clean. Lift is small but works. Short walking distance to tube. No fridge though .
D. G.
Good quality hotel, attended conference room there. Hotel bar doesn't allow consumption of own drinks which got annoying during the downtime; no other place to sit either
T. S.
Attended a conference on a hot September day. Hotel had wrong name for the conference so confusion from the off. The room was boiling and the water wasn't replenished on the tables.
Good conference, average venue.
K. W.
Clean inside, street outside is a bit undesirable. Booked a meeting here and the room itself was fine but the biscuits ordered were a poor selection for the extravagant price paid
B. A.
Excellent, accommodating staff, very clean rooms, good air conditioning, and a very good standard of decor. The chilled water and tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch.
J. D.
The location is fine, the room and diningroom are good. Clean. The reception area is a mess. The receptionist wanted to charge for breakfast extra and room service also wanted to charge a different price to the one on the menu.
P. R.
Small and not the best maintained hotel in town. I think I will stay in a different place next time. Plus for being close to main street and underground.
A. S.
Maybe not so big room but fresh and clean and in reasonable price. Breakfast was good. Very nice and helpful staff of the hotel.
C. N.
Convenient location just round the corner from Euston Square tube station, good modern facilities and helpful staff. Would use again for conferences. Nice lunch too!
N. L.
Used for meetings. Downstairs rooms a little tucked away with not much natural light, but usable. Can be a bit tight. Sandwich lunches not bad!
S. M.
Convenient location, very close to euston and euston square stations. Refreshments provided by the hotel for the conference were well presented and options were provided for those with special dietary requirements.
A. C.
Nice environment and loved that it's an ethical hotel. Great food and nice vegetarian options. Staff was friendly and accommodating and love their green pens!
R. D.
Excellent location for conferences, if travelling to Euston. Staff excellent and a very smooth running conference venue at good rates. Didn't use hotel facilities.
F. J.
I visit regularly for a breakfast networking meeting. Great to be able to support an establishment sourcing things ethically. Breakfast fast buffet is first rate.
D. C.
Love the location. Super near to Euston!
The bathroom is clean and quite big and the water gets hot immediately! Definitely recommend this place to stay in London :)
S. C.
Great food during our break. Great tea selection. First member of staff I spoke to on the desk wasn't as friendly as I'd expect. Looked at me a little blankly when I spoke to him. Someone else helped me though.
P.
The room was a good price and was nicely decorated and clean. The layout of the room was strange and the noise from the railway and the band playing early in the morning was a dampener.
E. H.
Food and drink always the same type of thing. Nice but gets a bit boring. Conference rooms can be a bit stuffy. Aircon or Windows that open would help.
J. S.
The room was very well apportioned the conference facilities worked and the lunch they provided was excellent. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped as much as they could.
A. J.
Was there for a team away day/ meeting. Room in basement was ok, tea and coffee was very average, snacks were poor. Overall a very functional venue. So rated average.
N. H.
Very comfortable stay, friendly welcome!
A. A.
The hotel itself and staff were great, room was little and perfect for a quick layover. In addition to its ideal location next to Euston. Would definitely go again.
A. D.
Reasonable location, meetings rooms full so we met in the dining room which was a bit noisy and not a great shape. Staff friendly.
r. m.
IIW Inspiring Indian Women had their first meeting with the Jury for deciding ' SHE INSPIRES AWARDS ' 2018 and we completely impressed by the hospitable staff and cool ambience. We were there from 12 to 9.30 pm and appreciate that the staff were so supportive . We would love to continue hiring the rooms for our Not for Profit organisation IIW INSPIRING INDIAN WOMEN activities.
S. E.
Decent conference centre in a good location in Central London close to the tube. Better 'green' credentials than some venues, plus they provide sweets in the meeting rooms!
K. P.
I have only been there for a meeting but i have found a really nice place with very nice and helpful members of staff.
The hotel is in a very good location, short distance from Euston Station.
D. v. D.
Nice hotel for a London trip. Might feel a little cramped (small reception area, slightly small room), but the staff is very friendly and helpful
P. S.
Great location near Euston station, but down a quiet back street. Ideal for a short stay and the staff are very good and friendly.
p. r.
Good food. Nice service. Had to leave place after a few hours as seating time is limited. But had a good expetie ce with friends neve the less.
D. D.
Great restaurant deals toe had, good food and service
B. W.
For meeting rooms this was pretty great. All the facilities you'd expect and the staff were absolutely brilliant.
A. M. T.
Great little place in the back streets of Euston, right round the corner from the station. Well placed for central London, clean and Accomodating. Friendly staff, recommended for a stop over in town.
L. S.
Lovely clean rooms and good location, very convenient for Euston station. Getting around the hotel is a little difficult, it's a bit of a maze.
m. a.
Because the hotel is a ethically accessible and have experience to deal with their guests and good accommodation good restaurants, business class and reasonable price and walking distance to Euston tube station
J. M.
Fantastic wedding evening, staff friendly, professional & apparently really helpful through the whole process to our friends who held the reception here. Food also delicious
R. C.
Very warm and friendly place to stay. Excellent facilities for both the business or tourist traveller and highly recommended.
J. K.
Being 5 mins walk from Euston train station this was a good location for a meeting. The meeting rooms are at the bottom of the hotel and a bit dingy but the lunch made up for it.
K. H.
Very nice place. The rooms are a bit small and you can feel the vibration of the underground every so often.
M. P.
I attended a make-up class. The room we were in was modern but the lighting was weak. The toilets were clean and well maintained.
L. B.
Still my favourite hotel in London. Easy location. Great staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, just as it should be!
J. S.
Central venue very close to Euston Train Station, with modern conference and meeting facilities. Proudly one of the only ethical meetings venues in UK, with very reasonable prices, for London.
P. W.
Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean and a good size comfortable twin room. The location was ideal for our visit and I would recommend.
I. B.
Well appointed venue, busy with conferences and lots of meetings but a good, positive atmosphere with friendly staff and clean rooms.
r. c.
Conference room in the basement with no natural light so not ideal but facilities good and food was actually better than most conferences I've been to.
G. P.
I Attended a meeting in one of there conference rooms excellent service with well presented reception staff very easy to find in a good location..
S. P.
Great staff. Decent hotel, cleanliness and facilities. Great location.
T. H.
Nice place, conveniently located near Euston station. Rooms are modern and minimal. Good shower pressure though drips noisily.
O. C.
Had a great afternoon tea and dinner at the Savannah restaurant in the Wesley Hotel. The food was excellent and the service from Erica and her team was amazing!
S. C.
Contemporary hotel with clean and we'll appointed meeting rooms. Friendly staff and good service.
D. C.
Good food at the Savannah. Small portions. Bit pricey. Great service. Disappointed my G&T was served in a tall glass and not a goblet.
A. N.
Clean and very friendly hotel, very close to Euston train station. My room was very small but it was perfect for one person for one or two nights.
N. P.
I went to piranaviruthi meditation in Wesley hall.Very good experience I got in this programme. Also good atmosphere in this premise.I will be attending regularly in Wesley hall for all courses regarding Piranaviruththi and Twin heart meditation.
I. C.
Location is fantastic. Room was clean and modern but, even though it was a deluxe double, it was very small.
I. S.
Facilities met well with department all day work conference. Lift available for people that struggle with stairs.
J. V.
Friendly and helpful staff, pleasant and modern rooms, good breakfast. Close to Euston Square subway and Warren Street subway, allowing fast access to any part of London.
P. F.
There for a conference. AirConfirming in the conference room was a bit cold. Lunchtime meal was good would have gone back for seconds if there was time.
O. S.
Good breakfast, very small rooms , with a glass wall to the bathroom (may be an issue when sharing the room), air-conditioned
A. F.
I personally haven't stayed at the hotel I've only ever gone in for conferences and meeting rooms the staff are friendly enough although there are some stairs that we encountered which would be awkward if you was less abled bodied the decor is a little dated and could probably do with a revamp but knowing that HS2 is coming exceedingly close to them they're probably waiting to see what's going to happen
V. B.
excellent quality room..and breakfast was lovely..they offer a huge amount of choice and lots of veggie options
K. W.
Work conference, venue too small for the number of people there but that's not the hotels fault. Facilities were what you would expect from a hotel just off Euston Station.
P. C.
Facilities OK. Receptionist rude - "did you not see the sign for the meeting rooms". Why would I ask for help if I had seen the sign?
J. K.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was pleasant and comfortable. Location is good for Euston, St. Pancras and Kings Cross.
A. K.
It's a wonderful conference / training venue in perfect location. The only weird thing is that one of the rooms at some point inevitably has a strong cannabis smell coming from the vent
j. l.
Great value, really friendly staff. Spotless rooms good size amazing breakfast
C. D. (.
Conference rooms vary in quality, mostly basement with/without daylight. WIFI available (not tried). Lunch ok.
I. d.
Great location, average room, nice breakfast (though £5 each to upgrade to full English, which was very nice!)
P. S.
Good place for quick stay
P. J. P.
Great room, bright daylight big windows, neatly appointed, ..... wifi connection poor and constantly disconnected
V. G.
Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent: diversity of fresh food.
A. P.
Great place! :)
Strange to pay an extra-fee for anticipating check-in or for a cappuccio at breakfast, but we have to give a positive feedback anyway
B. B.
Really nice hotel for reasonable prices. Excellent location for few days visit in London.
s. c.
Pleasant basic rooms. Not a good checking in experience and the security night light in the room ridiculously bright and no way of dimming.
D. B. E. (.
very well located hotel. near St- Pancras International. nice room. check in fast. Friendly staff. pleasant hotel. housekeeping is good
S. B.
Clean, quiet and incredibly comfy beds! Great location - would definitely recommend!

T. G.
Good shower pressure. Soft bed. Decent rooms. Reasonably quiet. Food is not bad.
J. M.
Great location & clean, serves a good breakfast. Room was a little bit small.
J. N.
Room was very good. Floor I was staying on was being redecorated which took away from the experience a bit. But 4* hotel and 4* rating.
B. C.
A lovely hotel, neat and tidy, and very accessible from London Euston station. Big thanks to the staff for making my family feel welcome :)
N. F.
Service was excellent and staff were very helpful. However the room was quite cramped and probably should have had fewer tables in it.
M. A. A.
Clean room , friendly staff, good service and very close to Euston station which has necessary shops like restaurants, Pharmacy, grocery , Cafes like starbucks ...etc
A.
Amazing rooms and dining area. The confrence rooms are also warm and spacious
m. (.
Rooms are clean, breakfast awful, tiny TVs in a lot of rooms. Staff very helpful
A. J.
Decent hotel situated right next to Euston station, a bit pricey for what it is but your paying for location , shoe box single room with TV and bathroom a bit noisy in the early hours
T. M.
location is excellent, room was clean with good services. already few times of staying here
L.
Pros:
Location
Very near to Euston station
Friendly and courteous staff
Nice breakfast
Cons:
The staff in the restaurant were quite unpleasant.
J. S.
Excellent customer service, room was very nice. Brands itself as the most ethical hotel in London
M. B.
Very polite and welcoming hotal but over expensive with the drinks one shot of Hennessy and coke £12
A. S.
Better than expected 4 star hotel around the corner from Euston station with good-sized rooms and contemporary styling.
G. M.
Was only there for a conference. Well catered and close to main line station. Very good.
D. S.
Very nice also boaloa
E. Y.
Nice hotel, rooms small but functional, some rooms less naturally lit than others, great location
S. D.
Good service and location, rooms are decent, beds comfortable, but heating is an issue
H. S.
Like one of those spots u usually find in dutch cities for modern informal business meetings but slighly smaller of course as u are in price per foot london
I. C.
Smallish conference rooms which are downstairs which makes things a little dark. Did the job though. Near Euston Square station. Helpful reception staff.
P. M.
Room was nice, staff were great and the hotel was very handily located near Euston Station.
j. f.
Brilliant affordable hotel spacious rooms bed are very large and comfortable. Prime location next the Euston station
P. M.
Location to Euston Station excellent, conference facilities situated on the lower part of the building ok, Didn't stay overnight
a. d.
conference venue. very eco friendly. could do with a bit of painting etc but very nice staff and food.
T. L.
Internal work noise during conference speakers slot spoilt the flow. Buffet food small and not enough
F. D.
Decent hotel for the price, but I wouldn't put too much stock into their eco friendly claims.
N. W.
Good small confernce / meeting facilities and well priced comfortable accommodation.
P.
distance from Euston station and the underground, excellent breakfast and size of room
restaurant is a bit small
A. K.
rated 3* as a conference/ event space, with staff helpfulness and good-enough food masking a rather dim and gloomy set of spaces
T. M.
Very close to Euston station, friendly staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Prices were not too expensive either.
S. L.
I must say we was made very welcome at the Wesley, and the reception staff are a joy! So helpful and always had a smile.
D. H.
Room was nice but when we checked in, the system shut down so we were not able to check in promptly.
L. W.
We really enjoyed our 3 day break with you. Everything was fabulous and we look forward to staying with you again soon . Thank you
M. R.
Good service, rooms are tidy, easy access to the underground. A fair 4-star hotel.
