R. S.An excellent stay in a comfortable room. A special mention for staff members Michael and Laura, who made me feel welcome and valued, for which I was very grateful. A shout out too for Indira, the lovely lady who cleaned my room. Enjoyed watching the disobedient robot vacuum cleaner, which having cleaned my room, made a run for it down the corridor! Have already booked my next stay here.
M. I. K.Was staying here over the weekend during Christmas for work. Good location, Massive car park. Akita was on the reception when i arrived, bit busy on the phone. I stayed 3 nights however on 2nd saw Bed Bugs and couldn't sleep after that. Saw many bed bugs under the bed, Reported to the reception, they gave vague answer.
Hotel was quite and peaceful.
If not for bed bugs i would have given 5 stars.

I had a very warm welcome from Akita, a very friendly member of the reception staff.
Check in was fast and she got me a room on the ground floor.
It's quite a new hotel and there is virtually no road noise.
As a contractor food is important after a long day at work...
Even though there is a restaurant on site I prefer the variety of choice from the branded chains,
So just a few minutes away there is a shopping area with pizza hut, dominoes, McDonald's and subway plus more... There is an eat all you want buffet style breakfast that's £9.95 for adults and kids eat free.
Very quiet Ac and hot powerful showers... What more could you ask for..
I would recommend this hotel of rooms are available.
Only down side is signal/reception on mobile phones is really poor...
Travel lodge should address this problem or give people free wifi , as on modern smart phones this would allow for wifi calling aswell as compensate for the lack of 4g signal... Add it on the prices of the rooms invisibly so contractor working for companies don't get stung for the extra £3 per night.
a. b.The breakfast was nice ( it's not normally), no fruit out for the kids, cereal was limited. The staff were nice and polite. Much better than the Dagenham one
D. K.It's the typical travelodge experience. Clean and decent size rooms. Free parking. Ideal if you want a place to park your car and visit London. Metro is just few bus stops away and is in zone 4.
However the area does have a weird smell. Not in the rooms though. It looks very industrial as well. Not an area you want to walk around and explore.
J. L.Lovely new looking hotel. The food, although expensive (£12.50 for a pizza with a side; I got spicy chicken wings), was very nice, particularly the pizza. The service wasn't the best either; there were 3 members of staff, yet 1 poor woman was having to go between the reception and take orders from the bar, so was run off her feet. It took 15 minutes to have her take my order. The room was gorgeous, complete with a decent little coffee machine aswell as a kettle, and sockets everywhere with USB charging.
The only things that let it down were the fact that there weren't any teaspoons with the tea making facilities, so I had to stir my coffee with a rudimentary tool and the shower had a dispenser in it that was full of foam handwash (much to my disappointment when I was mid-shower) despite there being a foam handwash dispenser next to the sink.
B. A.Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we couldn't use our mobile data in the hotel at all which is frustrating! Having to pay when we already pay for data is unacceptable. I found a mark on one of the towels and the quilt hadn't been put on correctly, it was open down the side and when moving it I found a mark on the quilt inside! Not pleasant.
R. Q.Very nice stay with friendly staff. We meet Carla, she is very helpful to explain us to find public transport from hotel . Also reception staff is top.
Only the mobile connection (with simcard from Belgium) inside hotel was bad , strange in city as London 2021

D. H.Absolute bargain, 1 bus and 1train will get you into the centre of London, about an hour. Bus stop 5 minute walk, although you can park for free next to it. Very friendly staff. Not great for families with young children if you want to travel back late, as scary bus stops at night

P.Expected better, room was cold on entry, after having to get a second key, it was not that clean, see pictures, coffee machine did not work, in this upgrade room, not worth the extra, it had a bath , not needed, the show works well, a little good bit, meal was good in the restaurant, but I was the only person eating, and the room was cold. The bar man, waiter, and cook, was the same person, he was very helpful, just think they should have more staff

1. Shower curtain needs to be higher. Hansgrohe shower splashes over the curtain to flood the bathroom.
2. Weak pressure on toilet flushes. No explanation needed.
3. Why does mobile data stop working? Even on the 3rd floor.

I. L.Its a new lodge and I booked a supreme room ! Its has air condition,massage shower and cap coffee ! But it lot items need improve !! First the roed side direction need clear ! Second the air condition filter need clean up,it very danger ! Final the cap coffee mechine is very loud in use .
