Enjoyed my stay here. Received excellent service especially from Natanya at reception. Room was clean and had all facilities. Brent Cross shopping centre was only a bus away so it is a great location
A. S.
Nice rooms, clean, comfy , nice shower pressure- overall very nice.
Good service too- we got free kit kats from a nice lad called Oliver :)

As good as it gets for Travelodge. Very clean, spacious, friendly staff. Nice café/bar, plenty of parking. Ideal location if you're in a car (slap bang next to M1 J1). Only slight drawback is that it's a 20-25 min walk to a tube station. But there are bus stops very close by.
J. B.
The room was nice clean Quiet staff where helpful and very polite especially the assistant manager Natanya , the free parking was also very good aswell I would be going back

Very clean room. Staff are very good.
Food was good too.. All in all a very pleasant experience.. will definitely use again 👍.

It’s a good location , the reception guy called ghazel is verey helpful and friendly , but the big essue is the security of my van I would say it’s not safe parking as few ptimes is been Robbery at the car park , it should be a security or a gate barrier , be carful about your car or van …….

It is our 2nd stay at this hotel in family room. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful.
Special thanks to Natanya for her excellent customer service.

Very clean, spacious, very welcoming, friendly staff. Plenty of parking space and they have amazing coffee:)

I don’t think I have been able to leave a positive review for a hotel before so it’s actually a pleasant experience to finally leave good feedback!
My husband , two children and I stayed at Brent Cross Travelodge when we went to watch an England Rugby Game.
Upon arrival I will be honest and say from the outside it looks awful! It appeared all run down and I was already expecting a bad experience.
However as soon as we walked through reception we were met by Natanya. She welcomed us all with a smile and bubbly personality that immediately made us feel more relaxed! We got offered a drink on arrival and got travel advice to get to twickenham. She Reassured us that we would see her in the morning when checking out .
The rooms were a decent size, clean and tidy. If I was being really picky just one of the usb charging ports weren’t working but there were plenty within the room anyway.
I take my sleep very seriously and can honestly say the beds were extremely comfortable and I didn’t want to leave it come the morning.
When we went down stairs for breakfast we were met by natanya as promised.
She was just as bubbly (despite an early start on a Sunday morning) . She remembered that we went to go and watch the rugby and asked the kids about their night, even showing interest in the pictures they have taken which made them feel special.
The breakfast was good for £20 for all four of us. All you can eat and drink! Food was warm and plenty to pick from.
Honestly could not fault our stay in the slightest but must say it was natanya that made it such a great experience! Thank you!

Here for a work job, the staff, especially Gary and Gabriella have been amazing. They made us feel so welcome and made it such an enjoyable visit.
k. k. K.
Nice room, not so far from town centre.
This hotel has free car park on premises.
S. S.
A cean, comfortable room with a lovely & helpful lady called Kathryn who went over & beyond in helping me find a suitable, quiet room. Thank you for your patience! Kathryn was very kind, polite & professional.

I stay in Brent Cross Travelodge very often i have to say thanks for all the staff with no exception , they're very enthusiastic and make me feel very welcome! That's why I always chose the Brent Cross one

Friendly staff, the large but mostly empty bar area was open for the first time on this visit. The staff are very friendly... Very happy at thr rubhurb gin being in stock.. My favourite. If they add ginger beer to the mixers list I'll be in heaven.
The room are very comfortable, and the quilts, the sheets and pillows great for the price of thr hotel it can't be beaten.

Very nice hotel , staff were great and very helpful , room was fine , breakfast was very good , had everything we needed , would stay again.

Ideal location for exploring London and the Greater London area.
Just off the M1 where it meets the North circular Road. Nice large car park ( at the front and rear of the hotel ) this is first come first serve basis so ideal to get there early park up and forget about your car during your stay here.
They have couple of charging points for electric vehicles.
Don't forget to log in your details at reception so you don't get charged.
There are rail and bus stops nearby, Ideal for getting into and out of the city. Much cheaper than driving and trying to find somewhere to park that doesn't cost an arm Or leg ( it is London after all )
plenty of local shops nearby inc a large Sainsbury for everything you could need ( about 10/15 minutes walk ) Plenty of takeaways to that you can walk to or have food delivered.
The room was nice and clean and the shower was lovely and hot which is great!
There is some noise outside ( traffic / people / trains going by ) but nothing that will spoil your stay.
K. E.
Lovely travel lodge with friendly staff. Room was really clean and the shower was so refreshing would definitely stay here again
K. O.
The staff at the hotel are amazing!
I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome at arrival.
I must say that Natanya was great, she had such a nice, helpful and enthusiastic ethic in her work. She is a shining example to hospitality 👍
A. E.
Arrived and floor was wet in hotel whilst there heating fan had been left on .. anyhow, I didn’t give it 1 star only because the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming.
W. M.
Nice room and close to a bus stop, staff were helpful. Didn't give much of a choice for breakfast for someone with eating requirements.
H. K.
Rooms are good size and comfortable. Clean and in good condition linen. Good size new TV.
All amenities working. Air-conditioned rooms.. Power and USB plugs to each side of the bed. Good size desk and chairs.
Good value for money.
Plenty of parking space. Perfect if driving in and out of London at it is just of North circular road.
Payed WiFi at lower costs then other hotels.
Big building with wide corridors.
No local restaurants or bars or tube stations near by or within walking distance so car is needed.
No suitcase storage, but does provide for early booking (at a cost)
C. P.
The staff here are really friendly and helpful, making your stay really nice rooms are nice . Plenty of parking. Great breakfast. Had a few problems with the RAC who are doing the bookings but Steve the manager was so helpful keeping my room till it was all sorted out. All in all a great place to stay with access to M1 , North Circular , and A5 Edgware Rd.
J. R.
A decent Travelodge with friendly staff and good facilities. If you're approaching by public transport, go to Hendon Central and walk from there. You'll see why if you don't!
n. a.
Nice and clean, friendly staff, free parking close to where I want to go and get around
S. A.
I have a fabulous time and my room was upgraded too with no extra cost.
S. K.
Best affordable option to stay in London. Plenty of parking available and it’s free upon registration at the time of arrival. Parking registration kiosk available on the reception.
Neat and tidy rooms. Budget friendly refreshers like tea and coffee available In the room. In-house restaurant available till 10.30pm
S. A.
Brent Cross has to be the best Travelodge that I have ever stayed in. I have stayed here three times now and will continue doing so for my trips to London. The hotel has everything I need. A spotlessly clean, and comfortable room, a restaurant that, okay isn't the Dorchester but is perfectly adequate. A reasonably good meal at the end of the day and a good, stress-free feel to the place. The links are brilliant ie. Brent Cross Shopping Centre and busses into the city very frequently. Of course, you can also take the tube but I find the overground much better. We all know that Travelodge is towards the budget end of the hotel market but I really do feel that this one is extremely good value. It is, without a doubt, very well managed but it's not just that. The staff are simply fantastic. All of them. But I want to mention the ladies who clean the rooms and who keep them looking brand new and fresh for your arrival. As I said, spotlessly clean everywhere. Brilliant Hotel.

The rooms are lovely the only thing I thought could be better is the showers, the pressure is slow.
R. P.
Nice big hotel with large car park. Bit difficult to find. Friendly staff.
B.
Great Hotel I have to say. We stayed when it was boiling hot. Air conditioner was like Ice 🧊 loved it. Great stay. Good price. Really do recommend. It’s not far from the bus stop so you can just walk take a bus and travel easily. It’s a good area. Trust me you will love it. 👍
D. S.
The hotel and staff itself are faultless. However the surrounding area is filthy which is no fault of the hotel. Not sure what the local council is but they need to take a walk about.
J. H.
Travelodge so you know what you are getting. This one was well run. It is quite hard to get to depending upon which way you are travelling. If you are leaving London you can get to it quite easily. Coming the otherway you need to turn around somewhere as the entrance is on a one way slip road. Don't miss the turning otherwise its a bit of a nightmare.
The Hotel is behind Denmark House, which in the dark it is confusing. You need to drive between the two buildings. Signage is not good and at the side of the building rather than in the direction of travel so can be missed. There are two car parks a small plot in front of the Hotel doors and much bigger plot at the back. Take care where you park at the front as most of the spaces belong to the Probation Service in front.
Hendon is about the closet station to get into London. It is still a bit of a walk. Along the A5 walking towards Hendon there are also plenty of food places. You can get to Brent Cross but some of the walkways feel isolated.
The only criticism is that Travelodge multi- task their staff so it can be hard to get service at the desk. But that is more of a criticism of Travelodge policy rather than the staff.
P. R.
I stayed here for work reasons. The rooms are very clean, spotless even. The staff are are all very kind and friendly and talkative. They are very helpful. If there was one thing I would say is that the breakfast box isn't the best I would suggest having a wider selection of serial. All in all a very good stay
E. G.
Friendly staff good parking always available always clean in the rooms etc
D. A.
New lighting in the rooms and air conditioning unit. Plenty of parking as the hotel was quiet but don't know what the parking would be like if the hotel was busier. Most surroundings streets are permit holder Parking so if you don't find a car parking spot you may have issues. Brent Cross shopping centre is just a 15mins walk or 5 mins by car. No food outlets near the hotel if you don't fancy hotel food so you would need to go to brent cross shopping centre. This is the reason for the 4*
P. H.
Free plentiful parking but not close locally to amenities on foot, great service clean rooms
D. J.
As per usual, lovely room, lovely staff and a very good price too!
A. K.
Nice.clean. Friendly staff.Plenty of parking space.
Going back on 9th of December 2021
L. L.
Friendly staff
Spacious room
Lovely breakfast
Parking free
E. G.
Room was freezing when we arrived. If it was still summer fair enough but during autumn? Cmon
A. K.
Very clean and quiet Travelodge with free parking and relatively close rail connections into London. Lies outside the congestion charge zone. Welcoming and efficient staff and seemingly very Covid aware and secure. Inexpensive room £36 on a Friday night (without breakfast). Internet cost extra though and bar/cafe is closed. Nearby main street has a plethora of takeaway establishments within easy walking distance, but need to drive further for restaurants/pubs. Sat Nav took me to the door, so dead easy to find. Good option for visits to North London.
M. W.
Rooms were clean and tidy. However the location lets it down somewhat as there is nowhere within walking distance and it is close to noisy infrastructure.
P. M.
What a fantastic find! This is a great location for visiting London. Very close to the M1, and a half hour tube ride from the centre of London. The staff were great, especially Jorge. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The TV was a decent size and the temperature controls worked perfectly. Breakfast was tasty and a good choice of food. Literally could not fault the place. Thanks Travelodge, we actually won't look anywhere else when visiting the big smoke in future.
-.
Staff are very polite and friendly all the rooms pretty modern I’m come with air-conditioning and a decent flatscreen TV.
I was working nights at the local area and was worrying about sleeping during the day and people keeping me awake but once the door is closed you cannot hear a thing.
on-site free parking.
Staff also was following the current government Covid guidelines so that’s nice to see, compared to other hotels.
S. W.
Good value for money with breakfast included. Free parking was also a bonus!
Very clean, quiet and friendly service staff so deserving of a five star rating.
The only downside for me was the smell of smoke in the room and a couple of corridors. Smoke triggers asthma attacks for myself so thought we'd need to move but with the window open it was manageable this time. Unfortunately, this does happen everywhere, not just in Travelodges. If it had been a problem, then I could have moved to another room.
S. M.
Basic room, no hairdryer unless you ask at reception, coffee/tea not great flavour. Have to walk all the way around the building to get in, which when on public transport was a little inconvenient. Staff were helpful at reception. Ideal for contractors or short stays.
J. M.
The rooms were small but clean and nice. The breakfast was also minimal but tasty. The location is not the greatest because it is behind a building that handles welfare of some sort. It was a bit hard to find. Also the parking lot is shared with companies in the area that use it to park their vans overnight. So you want to get there early so you have parking
A. S.
I've stayed here many times and it's by far my favourite Travelodge. Clean, modern, spacious and the staff are all welcoming and really helpful. The window in my room wouldn't close properly last night so the road noise kept me awake, Aleksandra was kindly moved me to another room today though. Nothing is too much trouble for reception and I highly recommend this hotel.
J. T.
Mirela at Brent Cross was the most welcoming and heart warming travel lodge I've ever come across and I have stayed all across London, by far the best travel lodge I have stay in.
V. A.
Decent room for the price we paid. There is a canteen that provide food at a reasonable price. The main inconvenience is there is no space provided to put your clothes in. Also it is not sound proof enough to cover the noise from the traffic and road works outside.
L. H.
Great place to stay. My favourite so far.
S.
Very good price for rooms, good position with easy access and free parking. Close to bus and tube station. The room was much cleaner that we were expecting with comfortable bed. For a cheap short stay will definitely use it again.
S. S.
A good value for money reasonably priced hotel. The rooms are well maintained and clean, staff are very helpful, and meals are varied. There is adequate free parking on the grounds of the hotel, and it is situated near to Brent Cross Shopping Centre , where there are a number of buses to travel to central London, North London etc. It is also within easy access to Brent Cross underground station.

My family stayed at the Travelodge in Brent Cross for 5 days the past December and it was wonderful. The front desk personnel was welcoming and accommodating but one person stood out. Her name is Tanya. I met Tanya in the dining room while I was waiting for my family to join me. She asked me if I wanted something to drink and our conservation started from there. She politely asked if she could sit and keep me company before my family arrived. What a pleasant, caring person who went beyond her call of duty. She was warm, attentive, polite and caring. Tanya will flourish in any environment because she has the care to know and love people. To the Travelodge in Brent Cross Team, you have a gem (Tanya) so make her feel she is a GEM. My very best to the entire team. Best wishes, Connie
k. c.
Modern Travelodge. Good lighting in room, plug sockets and charging points bedside. Pleasant staff and free car parking.
Best Travelodge I've stayed at, and economical.
Only gripe, ample space in the room for a luggage stand, rather than bending down for suitcase contents.
A. R. A. A.
Stayed 1 night.
It was very noisy at 1.30 am people making noise.
Next day spoke to the manager and sorted me with 50% refund as an e-voucher which I can use again.
S. J.
I stay in Travelodges quite a lot and this is definitely one of the better ones I've stayed in. Very comfortable bed, and there are power supplies right next to the bed which is rare. Best shower in a Travelodge. Very hot and powerful. Staff were great. Very polite and helpful. Ample parking which is very good value for money. About a 30 minute walk from Brent cross station. The only negative I had was being woken up at 6am by the fire alarm, but I'm guessing that's not a regular thing. Overall very happy with my stay.
R. S.
Typical travelodge room - plenty of space (even for 4people). Bathroom was fine - shower over the bath that worked well. Food, never expect much from a chain like this, but pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was!! Drinks are the usual, couple on tap and loads of bottles available. I'll stay again, very helpful staff and decent price!
W. K.
Staff excellent friendly.
Room spotless.
Breakfast amazing.
All in all excellent.
Would definitely recommend.
Can't wait to go back again.
J. S.
Very close to Brent Cross shopping mall which is a 5 minute walk away. Taxi to Brent Cross station around £6/7. Staff very helpful. Rooms and en-suite as you'd expect. Best value in London if you compare reviews and prices. Free parking, which is a huge bonus.
V. D.
The entire hotel was very neat and clean. The Bed and the mattress was very comfy. Hotel is well connected by road and rail and is conveniently located off the north circular road and it is very easy to get on/off the main road. The hotel is just a short walk from Hendon Railway Station. On the whole it is excellent value for money.
l. l.
It was annoying that I had to be charged double because my card wasn't english and then wait up to 1 month to get it back. And some of the receptionist seem unbothered. Other than that it was a great room with nice facilities. I enjoyed my stay.
Also they dont reply at all on email
E. M.
Cheep and cheerful. Lovely staff. One issue I had, I thought I had left my passport behind but couldn't find a direct number to the hotel. The one listed on their website took you straight to their booking centre which charges 13p a minute.
Other than that though I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.
I. F.
About the place I think it's very good for the price you pay
Rooms are high quality
But....if you come with your car make sure you park near the reception where cameras are there
Other wise you take a risk of vandalism to your car by those in the streets looking for something to still from your car
P. C.
Excellent service from staff. Lovely Thai Green Curry.
J. J.
Cheap and cheerful and can't believe it's in London for the price and quality. Really friendly staff. Lovely stay and THE BEST mattresses in the world, which by the way, you can purchase too. I'm definitely purchasing one. You will not be disappointed.
I have a slipped disc, but I totally forgot about it after sleeping on this mattress.
Thanks you Travelodge for the lovely service and the excitement sleep
S. A.
Perfect location, within walking distance of tube. On site restaurant although we didn't use, we either called on way home to shop or got pizza from a mile down the road and brought back. Comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms. Not too noisy but we were not in a road facing room. Clean and tidy.
T. A.
I use this as a base when working in London as the transport links are good. The Hotel staff are like my family as they always look after me and always smiling. Food is good, I know it's the same in other Travelodges but it's just the presentation and it's not like eating stones after 5 minutes. Well done Brent Cross.
R. “. R.
All the fancy four star places I've stayed can step aside. I never dreamed that a budget hotel could be such a great experience. Thank you to Bianca Lucie and Milena for such an awesome stay. Nothing was too much. The breakfasts were excellent and the food on the dinner menu was outstanding. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Will be visiting there again.
J. C.
Very nice newly built hotel. Very friendly staff, great quality you would expect from a Travelodge. Right next to a motorway but no noise at all in rooms. About a £15-£20 Uber into central London or 15 minute walk to train station. Would definitely stay again.
K. S.
Overall the room was tidy clean and the staff friendly, however because the hotel is new and the rooms around us where not being used our air conditioner switched off in the night and we all roasted 😰😰😰😰. When I pointed this out to reception they just said thank you for telling us no apology or anything. A very disappointing end to an otherwise amazing weekend. I have had better nights sleep 💤 in other countries than I had in my own. We stay in travel lodges from time to time and have never had a problem before, the last time in Kingston for the Army Navy game in May.
M. A.
We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely new hotel.cannot recommend it enough, staff very polite and hard working, especially Lucy. Rooms bright and airy, clean tidy and well maintained. Breakfast all fresh hot and replaced regularly. Will definitely be back soon.. keep up the hard work ladies x
J. M.
Nice clean rooms - to the small side, but they have made the right priorities... a large nice bed and a rain shower. Fancy check in system where you supposedly do not need human assistance does not work at all, which results in a lengthy check in procedure requiring out of this world patience.
A. T.
Clean and adequate for what we needed. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Only one needed customer service training she came out from the kitchen having been asked to replace some of the dried up food and looked absolutely miserable and the face never changed no matter who was talking to her or what she was doing. Shame because she let the rest of the staff down who were really lovely. X
s. r.
New travel lodge. Decent rooms with combined Aircon and heating unit. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Stayed one night and parking was free. The hotel was overall clean, spacious and reasonably priced.
G. A.
Had to stay here last minute because Kings Cross had a power cut. Last minute this was the cheapest ever. The only room available was a family room for just me and my sister, so when we arrived they changed our room to a twin with free breakfast. Thoroughly impressed
G. P.
I endlessly stay in Travelodge hotels but this one in particular had the most welcoming staff ever. There was one grumpy girl at the bar but there's always one! The rest were lovely & the room was warm & cosy.
K. M.
Clean and friendly. Great meal late night Saturday
k.
Cool staff nice clean room
A. D.
Can't complain too much about the quality of an inexpensive brand. If you've been to a Travelodge before you know what to expect. Decent bed, terrible WiFi. Small room but not quite cramped. Unlimited breakfast is not too expensive. Great if you need a bed at night but not a place to spend the day working from the room.
Unlucky guests will get a room with a lot of road noise, but my main complaint would be the poor WiFi that isn't good enough for YouTube or Netflix.
k. d.
Liked the aircon 🙂 themeat feast pizza was very good
M. S.
Travelodge a fantastic hotel that accommodates for all types of groups being a couple or a family they provided a fantastic service throughout our stay' the wonderful staff members also supplied us with a travel cot , extra towels, hairdryer etc. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the central London area thank you all. (Management) doing great job.
F. L.
A newly built hotel. Has a free car park and breakfast available at this hotel. The staff are polite, the hotel itself is clean and in a good location. There are a few places to eat just up the road on the high street.
P. H.
Made a booking yesterday morning to stay in London. Came to see some musicals.
Booking was easy and the member of staff on the phone was friendly and helpful.
Traveling from Middlesbrough we were very late upon arrival but the staff were lovely. Andriel was very welcoming and helpful regards to parking and checking in.
When waking up for breakfast the staff were all happy polite and interested in our plans.
The food was lovely. The rooms clean and very comfortable.
Will certainly be booking in again on my next visit :)
R. B.
Clean tidy room , decent breakfast and convenient for transport links .The receptionist Rachel is the most helpful I have come across in a long long time. She really takes her time to explain things and was very knowledgeable when asked any questions, thankyou for making my stay so easy Rachel .
M. M.
Great hotel, very clean and modern. Free parking was included which was amazing for a London location. Staff were very helpful and friendly, Steve was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel.
C. R.
You need to know that if you are on foot and need to use the underground you have at least a 25 minute walk to the station. You can get a bus, but have a walk to the bus stop too. Nearest station is Hendon Central. Hotel itself is lovely. Not noisy as long as you have a room facing the inside carpark. Staff are lovely and ever since helpful. There is even air conditioning in the room.
S. E. D. G.
I stayed at the Travel Lodge in Brencross for 2 nights from the 18th - 20th of June. It was quite a pleasant experience. Exceptionally clean room & shower. The staff were very helpful, professional & nothing was too much to ask for. The bed was so comfy it got me unwinding easily and lulled me to sleep. The food was somewhat overpriced so being a local I ate out. My only grouse was the fact that their was no intercom in the rooms and hey hey. . The WiFi was absolutely NON-EXISTENT. It was so difficult accessing it was simply unbelievable. The hotel website & the staff on duty claimed it was outsourced. All in all an experience I'd love to repeat. Lest I forget the carpet on the corridors cold do with some carpet deodoriser. Ayoola Alade (Lagos-Nigeria)
M. L.
We had a pleasant experience, especially given the low price we paid!
Kind staff and helpful guides on the local area made our stay very comfortable. The rooms had ample facilities too- was a shame that WiFi was not free, but given the overall low price of the room, I'm ok with paying a little extra for it!
R. K.
Good location, spacious parking free of charge - second parking on the back. Bar, restaurant. Clean room with aircon, USB ports next to the bed.
A. B. D.
Less than 12 months old and you can tell. Very modern, clean and most of all the thing that impressed us the most was how friendly and nice the staff were. Would recommended and use again. Only thing that could be better is the appearance of the outside of neighbouring buildings but don't let that out u off.
T. W.
Location was a bit of a walk (20 mins) from Hendon Central underground station but my stay was good. Rooms modern and clean, good shower, etc. 24hr bar was a nice bonus and the cooked breakfast (buffet style but well stocked) was decent. Service was very good. Was staying over for work, would stay here again. There's a department store with a food court about 10 mins walk away, had plenty of the usual options for dinner. Limited free parking which may be something to bear in mind.
E. B.
Everything you expect with the real bonus of free parking even on the day of checkout. Staff are lovely. Easy enough into town. I recommend to everyone as it represents such great value.
U. H.
Absolutely loved staying here. Staff were really nice especially the house keepers. The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.
K. A.
Bus stop near by and train station at 10-15 min walk! Cant complain about the hotel , perfect at the price they offer
R. G.
Location was spot on, room very quiet. I did think the aircon wasn't that powerful 🤔
R. R.
Most of staff brilliant. Helpful. Very clean. Family room good size. Had everything we needed (except hair drier). Great value.
B. P.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and reasonable prices. Ideal for a visit to London although it is a longish walk to the nearest tube. Reasonably placed for Brent Cross shopping centre and fairly easy to reach by car. Free parking is a welcome bonus.
D. C.
Difficult to get to. But had no complaints once we were there. Less than 2 minutes to get back onto the M1. Fantastic position if you don't want to go into the heart of London.
M. L.
New (Feb 2018) hotel with free parking, which is a bonus. Larger than average rooms & good breakfast selection. Only downside is distance to the nearest tube station (approx 20 mins).
T.
Brent Cross Travelodge was just the job for our visit to see some relations, a good size family room, clean and comfortable, we had an evening meal at the Travelodge saving us time before meeting up with our relations. Then after a good sleep and wonderful shower in the morning, a great breakfast to set us up for the day!
t. f.
Very nice hotel. Quiet, just what you need after long day at work...
L. T.
Lovely new hotel However getting broken sleep with a stiff neck caused as no choice of firm OR soft pillows. Firm only !! Holds your head 4 + inches of mattress giving me a crock neck. Need to bring a soft thin and one with me next time. How off is that !??
R. H.
Enjoyed are two night at Brent Cross travel lodge food was lovely, staff very welcome, very honest, room in very good condition enjoyed our stay
D. C.
Spotless and faultless. Never seen so many staff in a Travelodge and they're so helpful. Only small issue is the carpark. As a contractor I am in a van which needs a bit more space this carpark a bit tight
S. K.
Staff very friendly and helpful, room spotlessly clean, free parking, would definitely book again.
V. M.
One of their better units which considering it's location is nice and quiet. It's not been wrecked by builder's yet but it is a new building so there is plenty of time for that. Large cafe and bar on the ground floor.
P. W.
Lovely staff on reception and bar guiness spot on pizza nice rooms clean n tidy bed very comfortable
T. S.
Quick and easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Clean, good food and parking included. Easy to get the bus and then tube stations around London
G. M.
Clean, good beds, nice staff especially manager Bianca.Noisy guests in the morning but then again it was half term.Wifi should be included and breakfast just like the hotels in the area.
U. K.
One of the better Travelodge in the country. It has air conditioning and the rooms are clean. The closest tube station is definitely not walkable unless you are up for it.
S. D.
A little more upmarket than your usual travelodge , as air conditioning in your room is standard.
Quite tricky to navigate to though
O. A.
Thank you very much for the great stay,
The place was quiet and you can trust your stuff in your room as it gets tidied up when you go out and come back.
Overall, it was a nice hotel
M. A.
Parking available, food there isn't nice. I had a big yellowish spot of carpet on the floor but it was clean. I don't agree with the WiFi charge! should be complementary!!
R. M.
Room was really nice, let us order in food and was very chill. Not on a busy road either so it was good.
J. A.
Great place for the money, very friendly staff and the room was just what i was after. Only downside is that there arent any tube stations within a km, but there are bus routes stopping a minute away
B. x.
Clean, friendly staff, follows Corona guidelines to keep people safe, one of the best local Travelodge and offers free parking
M. B.
Don't be put off by outward appearance, it is very clean and modern inside with freindly staff and we had a good night's sleep with no sound of the roads outside. Would definitely stop again.
J. S.
Sockets with 4 x 2.1A USB chargers next to the bed. Bring your own USB cable. As its just opened (Feb 2018)in mint condition. Services are good as expected in Travelodge.
Do not park in bays with red markings 'PS..' on it.
Use unmarked bays only. Bays inside busy but behind the building next to the railway line are mostly available. No parking at the front of the building as it all marked with 'PS..'
M. L.
Had a curry there was very nice and spicy and reasonably priced service was good also
R. T.
A good enough place to last minute stay. Specially when you're going to be out all day long and only coming back to sleep. A comfortable stay on a budget!
A. W.
Lovey staff all helpful. Nice clean rooms . Food good as well. Bit of a walk to the tube. But would stop here again
L. F.
Always good, but hard to get a room without noises from outside, horns ,trains
M. h.
Really good stay, comfy, clean, room. I had dinner whikst staying, really nice good value for money. Staff are really polite and helpful
G. A.
Nice hotel, lovely personal and professional.
M. M.
Excellent hotel bedrooms spotless and staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast and evening meals ok. Can't find fault.
A. S.
My parents stayed for 3 nights and were quite pleased. They complained about some trash bins ruining the already not too appealing view around the hotel though...
L. M.
Stayed here for work for a few days, the hotel is a 25min walk to the tube which isn't ideal, but the staff are really friendly and they do reasonably priced food, although it's only basic.
P. S.
This is one of the better travelodges out there, with air con and normal showers (not the usual eco dribble). There is a restaurant and bar here. The hotel is located about 1 mile from Brent cross tube station.
C. S.
Really friendly staff. Lovely and clean. Breakfast top notch. The only down side was at least a 15 min walk to the nearest tube.
U. M.
Nice hotel. Recently opened. Staff very helpful. Sent item left behind to us. Restaurant good for a bite to eat.
A. S.
Amazing and friendly service by Rachel and Saghar
A. B.
Extremely handy just off M1, but satnav takes you the wrong way if you are coming out of London via Kilburn. You have to go past and turn round, a nightmare at rush hour!
Check first.
T. C.
Travelodical... What you would expect, nice room and food was pretty ok. Kind staff. All in all a nice cheap place to stay. Will be staying at another.
T. M.
Outside rooms quite noisy. Everything else as you would expect at a TL
V. L.
Great price, rooms are clean and tidy and quiet. Plenty of free parking.
D. C.
This hotel was two weeks old at the time of visit. There was a hiccup at check-in where we were provided a room that was already occupied by another guest. After this mishap, the rest of the stay was ok.
M. P. M. &. V.
Excellent location with free parking. Reasonable rates and fantastic staff that go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. Will definitely return
S. K.
Great rooms and clean as well , comfortable beds. Staff was helpfull. Kids loved it too.
N. A.
There's a member of staff called Lucie who works so hard there, front of house, restaurant and room services. The hotel is so clean and so friendly.
Will be using this hotel again.
S. M.
Great value for money. As has already been said parking is bit hit and miss if arrive late in the day as shared parking area's.
M. C.

P. R.
Breakfast would recommend, Dinner Don't waste your money, chicken was dry as a bone, also the drinks are extortionat, can of Boddingtons £3.80,we went to local Tesco less than a £1 a can
A. M. V.
It was a pleasure to stay in Travelodge Brent Cross. It is not in London Downtown but the price is very cheap and the room comfortable. I recommend to select this hotel.
J. E.
Food not really up to scratc
D. W. (.
Very clean, walking distance (if you don't mind a stomp) to the Northern line so good for a late night.

Reasonably priced for a London stay. Free parking helped us choose this hotel.
C. W.
Hotel is on a one way street which is a little annoying. The staff are lovely. Its basic, it's a travel lodge, that's what you are paying for.
a. r.
If you've ever stayed in a travelodge, you know what you're getting. Room was good, breakfast was good, no complaints
S. C.
This hotel was perfect. So clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.
S. H.
Was kept waiting for over an hour and a half for a family room that had been booked weeks in advance. Staff were not a bit friendly with this "I don't care, I'm only just on" attitude.
B.
Clean room and free parking. Friendly staff. Room size is pretty small and WiFi is not free.
A. H.
Good food and location, not far from tube station, clean rooms, would recommend.
s.
It's great for a budget hotel, a bit out from London centre but the tube station isn't far and really is the best way to get around.
