B. S.Great service from Lana and another lady whose name I did not catch unfortunately, she was working the morning shift during my stay. Both of them were extremely helpful and enthusiastic, and always proactive when it came to any queries I had. The lady even helped me check in early because I got there a few hours before I was supposed to due to some logistical error. Lana gave me a larger room when she couldn’t find me a room at my preferred floor. Rooms were decent for the price and the location is perfect.
S.I had a long 3 week stay at the travel lodge, my first time. I had a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and helpful at the reception desk.
The room was really clean, thanks to the polish lady whose name I can't remember. The radiators just need the dust blowing out but the bed was really comfortable. In general, I thought they kept the building really clean, and there is always someone around which is nice.
The location was excellent with the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and train station all within walking distance with the busses being frequent.
The only downside was the WiFi for me. I found buying additional WiFi a pain to set up from the web page. It was fine with the inital booking, but the add on seemed to take a long time to set up. I don't know why the WiFi can't be included in the price like other places and why you are only limited to 2 devices. You get a small amount free but that is not generally enough. Travel lodge just need to sort that out as everywhere else is free WiFi.
I had never thought to use the travel lodge before but I would definately do again.

S. S.Room was a little small but perfect for what we needed. Parking close by as well, you can book cheap parking spaces in the large ASDA just 2mins walk away online. Room was clean and had everything we needed, we did have to ask front desk for a iron and ironing board. Good security at the door over night.

A. A.Okay, so just like other reviews I've done, it's part of a chain establishment. A bed for the night with ensuite facilities.
This time I treated myself to a Super Room, yep, you've guessed it, not much 'super' about it, BUT, a fair improvement over the 'standard' rooms normally on offer (not that I'm complaining about them, they serve a need & budget).
I stay in Travelodge when needed, as it suits my budget / travel needs & this time decided to treat myself to the extras on offer, so not disappointed.

V. H.Good location. Quick check in. NO restaurant in the hotel, but has a coffee just outside the door and a Lidl 2 minutes away. No parking, I used Asda's car park, as their website suggest, 5 minutes walk. I had a top floor room, was clean, very comfortable bed, hair dryer, tea, coffee, towel, shower gel. Was reasonably quite. Good value for money.

H. H.A great location very close to the station with bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Hotel doesn't have a bar or restaurant but theres a Costa Coffee next door. Room was basic but clean.
S. O.Nice and very basic hotel. Bfast quite expensive for just 3 or 4 basic items..did not go for.the bfast which is a rip-off. Nice friendly staff. House-keeping staff did disturb with noisw and loud bangings against the waĺl etc in the mornings, therefore not considering the fact that not every guest was checking out every morning. Also thwy kept knocking on the door even when I hadnt checked out yet. Light snacks or a microwave could be provided as one had to constantly go out to buy or eat food outside. . Nice location sometimes a bit noisy die to people who were drunk late at night. Overall, would stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay here, staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Pretty good location, bus stop right outside and Train station just round the corner makes travelling very easy. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Disabled accessible rooms available.
Only issue we had were that the lift doors closed on us a couple of times as we were entering the lift. This was mentioned to staff so hopefully fixed shortly.

Only problems were the shower curtain was only just longer than the lip of the walk-in shower so the slightest movement or breeze blew it over the edge and got water everywhere. And every hallway and lift was ridiculously hot, no need on very mild-warm September day.

J.basic cheap hotel, good location being very close to clapham junction station means you can get into central easy or its good for a night out locally (bit of a walk or short bus ride to clapham high street). Was clean tidy and everything worked fine. Look out for their cheaper room deals as prices vary quite a bit

A.Had great experience staff were friendly, ordered a super twin room was nearly perfect some toiletries were missing and spares were not available only from reception and house keeping, the room size was a bit smaller then expected. All in all had great time!

C. D.Comfortable rooms, good prices and a convenient location just outside Clapham Junction railway station means that I use this hotel a lot when staying in London.
No frills means no bar or restaurant, but there are lots of nice places around to meet those needs.
C. L.This hotel was very mediocre but the staff were friendly and kept the rooms very clean. The rooms are plain, no dressers, no air conditioning. The bathroom has a tub that is awkwardly shaped and no towel wrack. But the worst thing of all is that they charge you 3£ per day for WiFi. At this point internet is a utility and you need to build it into the price. Asking your customers to pay explicitly for wifi will only annoy them into writing reviews like this. I should have gone with an AirBNB, I could have gotten a cheaper place with more ammenities.
C. J.Good location near Clapham Junction train station. Room was clean and modern (with windows that open!). Staff were friendly and helpful. You can park for 24 hours for £10 in the near by Asda car park.
P. H.Rooms are good for when you just need a place to crash, but if you're looking for comfort (especially at that price) it's not ideal. Bathrooms are plastic cabins, windows don't shield sound well (even the 7th floor was loud) and the sheets/duvets are quite hard.

J. M.Friendly staff and clean rooms are all I ask for when staying in a hotel. This Travelodge location went above and beyond my expectations. We were travelling all day down to London with a newborn and we were tired, the staff got our room ready with a cot for the baby. Everything is nearby, there is a Boots, Lidl and Asda within a couple minutes walk from the hotel.
I will definitely book again when I am down in London for travel.

I overlooked the station so it was a bit noisy but expected (there was also a great view of London being on the 7th floor). There's also an excellent place to eat right outside - the best coffee and breakfast I've ever had.

m. u.The Travellodge is wonderful! Neat, tidy rooms. It's not too loud even though my room is facing towards the street and there is a lot going on during rush hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful - they provide everything you need very professionally. The location is great! Shopping opportunities everywhere (supermarket 1min walk away, clothes stores 5min walk away - bus station on the opposite side of the street), as well as bars and pubs; all just minute walks away. I really enjoy staying here and whenever I will be back in London, this will be the place I go to.

It was constructed on the site of an old Benifits agency Job Centre out of what can only be described as old Shipping containers like it was Lego.
I have never heard any complaints about it but wonder as it is bang next to Clapham Junction if it is noisy??? Typical if travel lodge the price goes up and down a lot.
U. 3.Good Travelodge close to Clapham Junction station. Staff good and friendly. Rooms are a little smaller than normal but as you won't be spending too much time here they are fine.
