Need to clean up the front of the property and provide a place for people to properly dispose of cigarette butts.
Comfortable rooms.
Second stay for one night (room 508) needed attention.

Room 406 was great.
M. N.We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was small but had everything you need and was very clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and eager to help. The breakfast was quite good - cereals, brown and white bread for toasting and a selection of hot dishes which were replenished often. My only complaint was that the croissant was tasteless and rubbery.
The breakfast area became a bar in the evening. The white wine by the glass was lovely but unfortunately there were no beers available on tap despite having beer taps.
The hotel was nicely situated, a short walk to Ealing Broadway shopping centre.
G. K.This establishment is aces. I was in a bit of a pickle when I arrived at the doorstep of this Travelodge and suffice to say I was not disappointed one bit. Nadia and Nowlie were wonderful and super helpful. Cannot recommend this establishment enough.

R. M.Yes it is rated as a basic hotel but actually it is top notch.
A great London location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Even when some other customers were being slightly overly demanding, staff remained calm, courteous and yet still in control of the situation.
Contrary to the Travelodge website, this location does have an on-site car park. Spaces are presently charged at £10 per day, with priority to disability spaces. Due to the structure of the building, road access and actually parking is somewhat difficult here.
M. P.Very basic no wardrobe or drawers. But clean and comfortable bed. Nice greeting at the reception. Bathroom spotless chambermaids done a great job!

A. C.Decent Travelodge. Seems to have had a refurb recently. Clean, tidy, warm and comfy. It's all you can expect for the price. No parking or really any parking anywhere near the hotel, so be aware of that. But location wise it's decent as there are all the shops and takeaways you could need a 5 min walk away.

S. B.Had a good stay. Very strict about 2pm check in unless you pay £10 for midday check in. Had a Super Room but coffee machine didn't work and the cleaner did not replace any coffee, tea, milk used on the first day. Excellent shower though and the receptionist guy John was very helpful and friendly. I would stay again.
D.It was alright for the money (£50), it was close to transport and shops/restaurants and staff were friendly. Room was quite small for a travel lodge and dated, in need of some loving care. No air con and window restricted. Ask for a lower floor facing inward as they are cooler than the top floor. Would only recommend for a one or two night stay.

The highlight of my stay was the lady at reception I believe her name was Shireena, without a doubt exceptional service, speedy and friendly check in and also provided a lot of information about the area and restaurants this saved me so much time due to her recommendations.

S. K.Easy and simple check in. Polite staff, straight forward. Room was clean and decent however the bed, not as comfortable as the other Travelodges I stay at. Perhaps it was just that mattress in that room. My biggest issue here was the morning of check out when we were still asleep.... The cleaners were banging around and making extreme amount of noise that it actually disturbed us and kept us up earlier then we would have liked. Otherwise a good stay, close to shops, a walk away from Ealing Broadway so good location!
E. S.We had a great weekend stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was great with a private area for us as room 218 was situated on its own. Friendly, welcoming staff that let us keep our suitcases there on the final day when we went around London. The food was great. Everywhere hygenically clean. The only problem was that we had too many pillows and one of your beds was too cold for our young son. I would recommend for anyone needing to stay here and do things in the are.
A. G.We enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel. The staff especially Ellie and John were most helpful with our parking difficulties as one member of our party is disabled. The rooms were clean and comfortable and just what we needed.
O.A mix of good and bad experience. So, the staff were all friendly. When we arrived we were told that we’re being upgraded to a Super Room for free, which we didn’t expect so we were happy about that (but I don’t think it was for any reason other than they probably were oversubscribed for regular rooms). The room was clean and fresh as you would expect. The carpets were stained a bit, but that didn’t bother us. The big issue we had was the breakfast! It was the WORST ever hotel breakfast I had in my entire life. The quality was so poor. The texture of the eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes were disgusting. £17+ for two (horrible) breakfasts - we should have eaten breakfast out! So definitely one star for the breakfast and 4 or 5 stars for the rest of the experience. So I think an overall 3 stars is fair.

S. D.We had a lovely stay at this Travelodge. Room was clean spacious and well prepared. The sofa bed had already been made up for my girls. Stayed in floor 2. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of breakfast items. As my hubby is a blue badge holder we were able to park in the carpark to the rear, but it was very tight be warned. Other wise you need to find local parking. They advise to park in the shopping centre a reasonable walk away.

T. M.This Travelodge is a good one, clean, well presented and staff are friendly. It is a Travelodge though so you know what you’re getting which is basic. The shower, you can’t take down which being short struggle with. A fridge would be handy also but overall for a night or 2 it’s a comfortable stay.

They will do anything to make the stay comfortable. Rooms very clean. Barbara on reception was so happy and friendly as soon as we arrived. It didn't seem like a travelodge to be honest and more a hotel. Because you don't expect to given excellent customer service .. when you visit places on an accomodation budget. G. P.The hotel is in a great area for commute and has a mini drop off/pick up area which is really handy, as you don't have to walk miles to your taxi. The room itself was on the small side, but given I was only there to sleep, it's fine. The mains plug was close to the bed, which was an advantage compared to other travelodge hotels. There was no street or hotel noise. The bathroom was of decent size. The breakfast was really good and well catered. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if You need somewhere to crash overnight.

P. D.Nice new Travelodge in Ealing, quite central for the town and 10 minute walk to the railway station. Nice compact room, paid extra for a "super room", this however did not come with a super view! Disappointing and even depressing view from this only window... a brick wall... bricks... nothing else. Would not wish to stay here again.

Would recommend anyone to stay here. It's situated in an ideal place as you're not far from shops, and Broadland shopping mall and, within walking distance from the tube station. There are plenty of places near by to go and eat. Would use them again.

R. M.Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. However the room was very basic, large room devoid of any furniture; also the toilet smelt slightly off. The price was fine for the night, but we weren't expecting to be placed in the "disabled suite". The TV was also a bit small, not a smart TV a silly TV. The lights were confusing.

M. C.The hotel is ok. It's very clean, the bed was comfy and you feel safe. But the rooms are extremelly small and hot during the summer, and the only window in the room is too small and doesn't open completely. The breakfast could also have more choices.
R. H.Very hot room in warm weather. Had a fan which helped. Didn't stock the rose wine on the happy hour list which was annoying. Had the white but was pretty nasty. Love the bed though and is comfy and quiet (5th floor) reasonable price too.

One thing to note is that they haven't taken down the signs that say food is available through the night. Hot food finishes at 1am.
They don't mind if you get food delivered to the hotel.

G. M.We love coming here every year for our annual few days in London. Booking well in advance makes it very cheap and travel into town is as easy as you like. John L on reception is excellent.
G. M.It is quite a nice place and located in the heart of Ealing, so easily accesible.
However, we had numerous problems. Such as people next door banging doors every few mins, children running down the corridor, cannabis smell coming from landing, continously blocked sink and lastly youths booking a room so they could drink 'secretly'.
Ofcourse we addressed our issues to who ever was on desk and most of them got resolved BUT somethings were beyond ttheir control.
We had a double room on the 'quiet' floor and it was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but it did the trick however the sink was blocked on arrival and it kept blocking up even after it was unblocked by a member of staff.
I wish though that the cleaners, cleaned the room thoroughly. Overall thumbs up!
p. h.Very well located for shops, restaurants, and public transport. Book well in advance for best rates. Our room was VERY small (505), and hot! - much warmer than ambient outside temperature!

D. K.2ND visit to this travel lodge,the 1st in August and the 2nd the 7th December for 2 nights..well both times has been great,the rooms are clean tidy and are fine for what you need but the next time we stay we will stay in the superooms as they have more stuff in there!!
On arrival we were met by a lovely manager John who made us feel so welcome what a great guy..
Can’t spk highly enough about the staff they are so polite and made us all feel at home which is what u need..

Good hotel and seemed quiet in all areas - rooms, lobbies, corridors, stairwells.
It's a bit of a walk from Ealing Broadway Station but all-in-all a good stay.
Thanks to staff member Souhaila who was friendly and helpful obtaining the iron and ironing board for me.
R. 3.A basic hotel about 15 mins walk from the station. Clean and simple. Westfield, a massive shopping center is 3 stations away and centre london is 8 stations. A few shops and cafes within walking diatance. Around 50/night is not bad for a hotel near the center.

P. D.I arrived at 1am having arts ged free parking. The service was good and the room was good value all be it off peak. Clean quarters and a reasonable selection at the breakfast buffet which was an added extra.
M. H.Clean bar/dining area. Similar priced drinks to local pubs but slightly cheaper food. Friendly staff, especially Johnl on reception who took time out for a chat. Rooms smaller than a premier inn, but price reflects this. Plus, it's a travelodge and you are not living in your room, it's mainly to sleep. Beds very comfortable. Overall, if visiting Ealing there is no real reason not to choose this hotel for a night / 2 night stay.
b. m.Location was ideal, as there are plenty of shops around the area. Also service from the staff was great. Can't comment on breakfast, as I didn't have it. The rooms were what was expected for price, however the only downside was the bed /pillows weren't comfortable Apart from that, I would visit here again if I was back in the area for another event
S. A.The Travelodge London Ealing was my choice considering the price when compared to the offer in central London.
The stay started off on the right foot with the friendly service from the staff. We were also surprised by the quality and comfort of the room. The bed was one of the best I've slept in.
On the downside, you could easily hear the doors closing from the other rooms (which woke me up a couple of times), and internet is limited to 30 min.
The breakfast offered had your 'english' essentials which provided the energy needed for the rest of the day.
The tube/train station is about 10 min by foot if you're looking to get to the city centre, but there is plenty of offer in the nearby area.
J. H.The room was clean, well presented and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located a short walk from the main shopping area of Ealing. There isn't much parking but then that is very common for hotels in the area.
S. H.I stayed here for one night (18-19 Jan 2016).
Just on the Uxbridge Road, around 0.5 miles from Ealing Broadway Station, the hotel was in good location. Please be aware that they don't have parking for everyone, only for disabled (or disabled badge holders), so you need to park your car in walk able distance [Arden Road, West Ealing W13 8RP is just couple of hundred yards away, that is the best i think].
Room was fairly clean, couldn't find anything which was unpleasant. (i was on 5th floor).
Breakfast was above average. In dining room, the ceiling was not in perfect condition, it had some roof tiles missing and some water staines were clearly visible.
Staff was helpful & descent. Will surely get back to this hotel if i ever visit the area again

V. V.I stayed at the one in Ealing for a night and had a big bed and a small bed all to myself. It was all clean and laid out nicely. I honestly can't find a reason not to dislike it. It was truly s great experience.
