L. K.It's London so the rooms are small; however we were comfortable enough. The price is reasonable for London, especially if you book in advance. We have stayed many times but this time we had the super room.... and we will book it again!! The location is fantastic!! The tube is next to it ( light sleeper... close your window& it's fine); parking is extra charge but only £30 for the whole week!! Very very Good, especially for LDN.

Train/bus service a stone throw away & a fantastic onsite restaurant this has to be the best deal in London Town & would definitely recommend. Have no hesitation booking this hotel for future corporate stays.
A. L.It's alright for one night stay if you're on the move. WiFi is not included in the price. Room was cleaned overall,with a weird smell. Breakfast is quite expensive and there's no vegan options. Coffee and juice were not even available so we ended up paying 10 pounds for a cup of tea.

B.Chose this place as somewhere central for our NFL weekend as it was easy to get to both London and Tottenham Stadium from. It's right next to a car park and the tube/overground with some great trendy places around, so the location was fantastic. We were warmly welcomed by staff and given a room with a great view of London! The room was clean, bed was comfy and shower was great. The Lavazza machine was okay when it worked - could use an upgrade but didn't damper the stay (there was also Galaxy hot chocolate so that helped! :) ). Bed was comfy and towels and coffees were replenished each day. Overall, it's a great location to stay outside of London at the price and we'd definitely stay here again for the next NFL weekend!
B. M.It's not the Ritz, but it sure ain't the pits! Very well priced. Staffed by very busy people, that still manage to be friendly and good natured. Walthamstow Central, has a big, secure car park and the tube is next door, so you're a short tube ride into London.

D.It's ok if all you want is a bed to go out from. The rooms are much smaller than Premier Inn ones and, whilst the bed was comfortable the pillows were not so. Enough towels and the two tea bags were replaced the next day, when I asked.
Overall it's relatively clean, though see photo of carpet, and social distancing measures all in place, as with everywhere they are not always enforced.
Cafe/restaurant for pre booked breakfast was very well controlled. The staff member on duty for breakfast over 14/15 Jul 21 was very efficient and helpful.
The local area is very dirty and the doors are locked to prevent 'non guests' sleeping in the entrance, that should tell you all.

T. C.Fab place so convenient, staff are helpful. Tried a Super room this time and it was worth the small extra charge. The coffee machine is not the greatest but the shower and location of the room was worth it - up on the 9th floor was quiet and the view is not bad if you get the right side. With the tube station so close it's so accessible for an easy trip in to central London. This is my 4th time for a visit and will definitely be back.

N. H.We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. It's perfectly located for our needs. Easy to drive to and a 30 second walk to the train/subway station. However parking is pretty much non existent, you won't find a space between 8am - 6pm.
S. E.My stay in walthamstow was exceptional since the company took all the precautions to ensure the safety of their clients at this turbulence time we going thru. If you like to stay somewhere that cares for your safety as we going thru in this pandemic, then I recommend travelodge. My stay inhere was Feb 8 2021. I'm sure policy will change when things get better but keep in minds that hotel is open for business only and not 👎 for luxury holiday leisures, meaning hotel will ask the purpose of your travel and also further evidenced for your travel since we still on lockdown. #headsupmessage
M. E.Really good value hotel, right next to tube and overland. Family room for 70 quid, super clean and new linens. Beds are comfy too. Breakfast included and had a great selection and lovely staff looking after us. We wanted to be near Walthamstow village so this was perfect. The room could do with a little fridge for drinks, hence 4 stars. Thanks Travelodge!

Д. П.Top location! Literally 2 min walking to underground, buses and overground! Price is good. Standard rooms are rather small, compared to other travelodge hotels, there was no proper wardrobe. We were on the 7th floor and i found it quite noisy! Rooms are clean and bed comfy. The toilet at reception wasn't well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful.

What I do *not* recommend is the breakfast. I rather suggest you take something from the store opposite of the train station.
F. A.Had a nice stay for 3 nights in a small family room. Positive factors - Located right next to tube station, lots of food places nearby, nice clean room, room on higher floor have fab city views. Negative factors - main door close down in the evening so if you come back late you have to ring a bell, no space to hang our coats and jackets, no wardrobe, no minibar, and the toilet was pretty small.
c.You couldn't wish for more - well maybe an electricity socket next to the bed would be handy. Michelle on reception is always a delight. Great room, good shower, comfy bed. The hotel is surprisingly quiet. There is construction work going on outside the hotel (June 2018). Ask for a room that doesn't overlook Hoe Street and ask for a room high up for an amazing view!

K. C.The hotel- The hotel is located in north east London, the hotel is very nice and clean with affordable prices. I was over to London for a 4 day stay for recreational purposes so I was only really in the room for the majority of the evening and sleeping.
The room- The room was very good, very clean with a lot of room and a comfortable king size bed. The room had a comfortable king size bed that was very clean and the sheets were replaced every other day. The room also had two leather chairs and a table suitable for doing work from. The room also had a television with free view and it also had a remote control. I did have one problem with the room though, the lack of plugs, there was three plugs in total, one close to the door, I assumed for the cleaners and two at the table area, I would of preferred it if there was plugs at the side of the bed for charging mobile phones etc. There was also a bed side table and little shelf on the wall beside the bed.
The bathroom- The bathroom was very acceptable. The bathroom featured a toilet with sink and a shower with the possibility of having a bath. There was hand washing soap provided and there was also body wash and shampoo provided so there is no need to bring body wash. They have a system of they give you fresh towels at the start and when the towel is used, you put it on the floor and that indicates that it needs cleaned and they will then replace the towels with fresh towels.
The reception- Reception was OK, very nice, funny and helpful staff working the reception and a special shout out to Michelle for being such a help and being very kind to her guests. One thing about the reception is the fact it is not 24 hour, but this does not make a big difference.
The restaurant- The hotel had a restaurant and bar that you payed for in advance when you were booking. I am not sure if they did evening meals but i'm sure they did breakfast. The breakfast was very good. It was a buffet style restaurant, all you can eat and they did cold and hot drinks ranging from cold milk for cereal and drinking and juices e.g. orange and apple juice and cold water. They also had tea and coffee. they also had hot breakfast food items like mushrooms, beans, sausages, eggs etc. I personally did not use the bar because I do not drink but they did have a good selection of alcoholic drinks.
The staff- The staff were fantastic with speedy service and great customer service. they were very helpful and kind, Very kind bunch they are, saying good morning etc to you.
The security- I think I will put a little section on security because I think it is a very important thing, the security wasn't exactly top notch, but it was OK! First of all in the hours of darkness you need a key card to enter the building but in the middle of the day anyone could enter the building. Once you go to your floor you need a key card to enter the floor, once you were in the corridor with all the rooms you need your key card again to enter your room.
The local area and transport- The hotel is situated in the centre of Walthamstow and there is a lot of bars, shops and take aways around the area. The hotel is also a 2 minute walk away from Walthamstow central Tube, overground and bus station. from here you can get London underground Victoria line services and Overground services. The bus centre also has a lot of bus services serving it.
H. O.Had a fantastic stay here. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Even the manager was wiping down tables at breakfast working as part of the team. Special mention to Michelle who was super friendly. Also a really good value hotel, an ideal base for a stay in London

S. C.This is a perfect budget hotel in many ways for a london visit.
Booked on sale it was approximately £70 for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday in December.
The staff were friendly, check-in and out was quick and easy. The room was standard as expected, but spacious enough and clean.
There is a Costa coffee next door which is very convenient. The train station is also literally next door. It's an extra few minutes walk to the Victoria line. The tube takes less than 30 minutes to get into the heart of London I.e. Westminster.
Although on top of the station, the hotel seemed relatively quiet and sleep wasn't a problem.
The only issue is parking, especially with current construction work. I chose Stanley road car park which is approximately 15 minutes walk away. From 5pm - 9am it's free, so you may only need to pay £5 to park all day on Saturday morning. This will require a 30 minute walk round trip to the car though.

High rooms suffer less from road noise. On road parking restrictions strictly enforced ( I got a ticket at 0003, having parked with my back wheel on a double yellow 6 minutes earlier) but plenty of parking 8 mins walk away, under the Selborne Walk shopping centre, entrance on Selborne Road

Have to say the staff or some of them were good and helpful. The older lady on reception was very helpfull and polite, not saying any one was rude but difficult to communicate for an iron and board! Got it in the end.. Location is ok.
The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were awful and the duvet to thin.
No free wifi which now in hotels you would expect not 30 minutes a day? what use is that..
The lifts smelt a bit and i think it was the milk that was spilt in there from some one taking it to their room.
Stayed there a few times and now back to the Premier inn for comfort and a better experience.. Travel lodge have not got it right yet.. also expensive now..

B.Hotel has great ease of access to local amenities including Walthamstow Central Station, Tesco, bars and cafés, etc. Room itself is reasonable however drainage in the bath is very slow to the point it was nearly blocked. Bed could have been more comfy as it was a bit on the lumpy side, but otherwise it was a reasonably good stay. Could be worse, but there are definitely points for improvement.

L. B.Friendly service and the room was very nice considering the budget price I paid. Breakfast was nothing special, but perfectly adequate for my stay. I have stayed in this Travelodge twice now with my wife and two kids, and we have been very satisfied.
M. C.Great room, parking is a struggle and a charging structure designed to empty your pocket. You can only pay up to 4am not overnight so to save getting up and then paying the additional few hours needed I had to pay for another full day. They should be wearing a mask.

V. M.Perfect location just next to Walthamstow tube station as well as bus central station. Quality accommodation in a new building of 12 stores with amazing views, clean and comfortable rooms. If you book early you will be able to get really good prices. London center about 20 min away by the tube. Car park also available upon reservation and payment either online or in a maschine.

l. k.Good location just off the tube station in the middle of Walthamstow. Restaurant on site for breakfast and evening meals although there are also of cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are noisy (hotel being surrounded by busy roads) so couldn't sleep with the windows open and we did have issues with the fire alarm going off due to people smoking in their rooms but the staff we're on hand to reassure us that everything was OK.

J. V.Best deal in London for business and leisure travelers! Courteous and competent staff are a highlight here, as well as the clean rooms. Location is right near Walthamstow Central so you can get to the underground, overground and bus lines with ease. And yes, the Victoria line is one that runs night trains on weekends. You're steps away from food, entertainment, a street market and just a little bit away from the very cool Walthamstow Wetlands. Onsite breakfast is well done and there's a small bar where you can buy some beer and other drinks. When you stay, remember it is a budget option and the amenities are pretty basic so don't expect artisanal soaps or upscale furnishings. If you want those things go pay eight times the price and stay in Central London.

M. S.Ideally located just at the end of the Victoria line, with the station right outside the station and Bus station right round the corner. We were down for the World Championship at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Stadium which was only a 25-30 minute ride away on the bus!! Tesco and McDondalds just round the corner aswell aswell as a local pub which we didn't go on but looked nice, functional room with good shower and facilities, had four staying in a room but didn't feel cramped. Great view of the city at night!!

Ended up walking up 9 flights of stairs because of the queue for the lifts of other people not getting food. not very impressed. It's not as bad as Travelodge Hackney. But it's no Travelodge Stratford, Stratford oddly being the gold standard for London Travelodge

Very decent staff who deliver great service despite an insane business model that means you have to go to a website or centralised phone booking system just to extend your stay. We nearly ended up spending a night on the street because of that, but one heroic employee at this place went above and beyond the call of duty to fix it. She deserves a medal, but working for a badly organised chain like this I doubt she will even get a decent pension.
