What a find! Great price, great quality, great location, really helpful staff, fab little garden out the back, fab bar area and small lounge, super clean…..really couldn’t fault a single thing.
The apartment we had (floor 3) was a triple room. It was pretty compact but had absolutely everything you could need and spot on from a cleanliness perspective.
Not that I counted (haha) but it was 60 stairs from the ground floor to our room/floor. And the stairs from 2nd to the 3rd floor are especially steep and narrow, so if you have mobility issues, or LOADS of big luggage, unless you guarantee a ground/1st floor room, this may not be the place for you.
We LOVED it and will definitely be back.
Thank you for having us!
Cute and charming house. The rooms are small but lovely. The common room is decorated with knick-knacks, the rooms are in modern design.
It is fantastically situated with the Kensington Gardens and two Tube lines (Central and District/Circle) near-by.
Two things I did not like are the very VERY soft and wobbly (wheeled) bed, and the thinly insulated windows, because the street can be a tad noisy with revellers and traffic.
The stairs to the upper floors are VERY steep, which is fine for able-bodied guests, but I thought I'd point that out.
There are many shops and a few pubs and restaurants close-by.
Will definitely come back.
Lovely place to stay. Staff were really welcoming. Room was well laid out and amenities were all accounted for. Sorry for using all the hot chocolate. They even let ua keep our bags there on the checkout day as we were sightseeing.
Excellent location and good price for this area of London. We stayed here when going to see a gig at the Tabernacle. Really good places for breakfast within 5min walk of the hotel. Rooms were compact but classy, lovely bed.
Well cared for property and friendly staff welcome you back after touring London. A convenient distance from London sites, and well situated in a mature, lived-in neighbourhood with shops and eateries of good quality near by. This review is written in invisible ink so as not to get so discovered that I will never be able to fit in a future booking! Good job, folks.
We stayed in April.
Clean and convenient room facility in good location.
Staffs are very friendly and quite reasonable. We love this place. We want to stay again if we had chance.
Vice nice studio apartment in central London. Decent rooms with all the basic amenities. No lift inside the studio. Nearest tube stations: Bayswater and Queensway. You can get variety food, grocery and drinks very nearby. Staff is really helpful, especially Ghita and Jessica. If you want to walk around late night, the studio is situated in a safe locality.
These studios are excellent .The overall experience is very positive ,the single room studios are compact but perfect for a short stay of say 3 to 5 days and represent good value for money. The location is first rate 5 min walk from shops, tube and park , the only problem is getting a booking!!
Great hotel for the price. Excellent location, near two subway lines and lots of food options. Major con is the stairs and the fact that somehow by magic the water in the toilet would get dirty over time which is kinda baffling and gross lol. I always forgot to mention it to the staff.
Nice room overall in a lovely location. Quiet and mostly-comfortable. Unfortunately, the bed wasn't long enough and my feet hung over the end resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep.
Awesome staff. So friendly and helpful. Beautiful building with quirky rooms. All the facilities you could need. Loads of shops and restaurants, and Hyde Park, only a short walk away.
Stayed there for 14 days. It was a lovely experience, wonderful area in the heart of London, clean rooms, most needed facilities are available, lovely small garden, and beautiful internal design.
The only problem was that the room is a bit small. There is no lift in the building but that was not an issue for me as i stayed in the 2nd floor.
I totally recomend staying there, you will enjoy it for sure
Excellent location! The place itself is OK (I was in a single room, so not much of a room), but I'm sure they have bigger studios. Good value for money.
Lovely accomdation.
Clean, cosy & welcoming.
Decor entertaining, not usual stripped back boringness or clinical.
Serviced daily.
24hr reception.
Best place haved stayed in a long time.
Not suitable for those who like luxury, also ask about the elevator before you book, the corridors are narrow, ask about the role you live in before you book, the crew is good but needs more training to smile in the face of the customer
Location is lovely and price is right for what it is. Weird taxidermied animals on the walls. 24-hour reception. Fantastic location. Nothing you'll write home about, but good for a quick biz trip.
Excellent location, very clean and extremely nice and helpful staff. The rooms are bit small but then again you're in London.
A lovely stay. Very nice staff and great location (short walk to Bayswater and Queensway tube stops). Plus, a very sweet hotel kitty named Zeus!
Beautiful Rooms. Clean. Staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Each room is decorated and dressed differently.
I stayed Monday 4th Nov till the 8th was at a cookery school training, the hotel, rooms, garden etc 10 stars 🤩 the people 10 stars 🤩 it's all so lovely home away from home with luxury cosy friendly the reception girls are fab thanks for all our help from start to finish and highly recomend it all Lorraine from Crafty Bakes at Sorrentis Wolverhampton XxxxX
Comfy, clean and cozy place with good service. Very helpful staff. 5 min walk from Queensway underground tube station. Variety of eating places and shops closeby. 5 mins walk to Hyde Park.
From small room to apartments, Vancouver offers great serviced rooms . The staff is nice, location is great. Back garden is a relaxing and quiet.
Amazing place to stay!
The only drawback I felt is a lack of stairs which may be difficult for elderly.
Wonderful elegant place to stay. Beautiful well appointed rooms. Great location and friendly staff.
very nice cozy room with friendly and helpful staff. great location...not central exactly but a short tube ride away from major attractions.
Very charming place especially garden. Bed too soft. Some rooms may need serious repair.
Great place perfect English style. Staff super. Room are large and spacious with nice bathroom.
Nice hotel with friendly staff who allowed us to check in early with no questions... Just a shame there is no air-con! This was desperately needed when we visited.
Absolutely perfect if you don't mind stairs.
Excellent! Great location, cosy and comfortable. Nice staff, very clean room, lovely garden.
Perfect for Kensington gardens and Hyde Park. Room was great. Will definitely stay here again.
Very good location, a bit small, but clean rooms. Very friendly staff!
Lovely room with kitchenette too. Very reasonably priced for what you get
Great location, not far from Paddington railway station and easy to get to. Many nearby shops, cafés, eateries and an interesting area to explore. Very welcoming staff and lovely room which was very clean and comfortable. For me, the hotel was like home from home. I'll definitely be booking in again at Vancouver Studies 😀
Rooms are clean and neat but very small as it is in the central London
Wonder staff and nice view Apartment
Its a great place to stay, so comfortable and welcoming, will definitely be back
Staff is nice. Room is comfort and tidy.
Nice and clean apartments. Loved the details
Very Nice for a short staying. Super nice staff
Great location and the room was clean and bright
Lovely people, lovely atmosphere, good value for money
Amazing place. Enjoyed my stay.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff
Love this place. It’s perfect, especially for a solo traveler. Incredible value for money. The rooms are small but the bed is very comfortable and you have all you need. I love having the fridge and microwave for quick breakfasts before heading out and keeping drinks cold. Location is superb, very close to 2 tube stations. I’ve stayed here on 4 occasions and look forward to returning in the future.
Very comfortable. nice staff.
Nice studio apartment to stay.
Nice place with beautiful rooms
Lovely place to Stay!
Still the best sleep in London
suitable studio for 1
Great little place
Marvellous
Room on the top floor (without lift) of adequate size, however the fixtures were very worn, there were drafts, you could hear street noise and the window did not close badly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delightful internal garden. The area is wonderful.
(Translated) Highly recommended!
I stayed there several times years ago.
Sure, London is not cheap .. and prices have always been increased here too.
But .. in the meantime the rooms have probably been spruced up and improved.
The short distance to the bus and underground train and the nearby Hyde Park is particularly good.
The hotel's small garden is wonderful and had a cute, red-brown cat back then.
If you book here, you should definitely check the bed or change the room immediately ... Breakfast was okay too.
If you come by rental car, you need good nerves .. or you risk a ticket .. because the park rangers grow out of the ground here ... !!
2nd row parking to check in .. ??
Forget it!!
There is a small park 50m from the hotel ...
The hotel has nice decorations and the staff was always friendly.
Only the stairs are a challenge with heavy suitcases, because there are some winding corridors.
I recommend the hotel and would come back again and again, as the area offers everything .. 👍👍

Sehr empfehlenswert!

For amenities, breakfast is not free as advertised for sure as it cost £7.5, not included in the room rate. Not kid or elder friendly for sure again because there is no elevators! Guests have to bring all luggages to their room themselves using *very narrow and steep stairs*. Staff will not help you with that as they don't provide the service. The highest floor is the fourth but with five staircases. Free wifi but quite poor signal. The good thing is it's located nearby the underground train and other supermarkets. Easy for commuting around. The room is quite small (depending on the room type). My room has a small kitchen station which is convenient for cooking. Maids provide a room service every day but they never wash dishes properly. Regarding the rate which is not cheap, I think it should have provided a better service. If it's all self-service, it should promote itself as a hostel not a boutique hotel.
Hello. I was there in July 2019... I unfortunately chose the 2nd floor... no agent to carry the luggage. Small stairs.... not at all clean... found the glasses stained dirty. We don't change the blankets anymore... drops of blood on the blanket... toilet problem. Every morning I find a yellow liquid in the pot, even though I clean well before sleeping... I had to buy bleach to clean well... and when I complained to the tall manager, he got angry, telling me if that don't you like to leave... even though I had only a few days in London and I didn't have time to look for other places... but the rest of the staff are wonderful and helpful... they helped me change rooms on the same floor... location of the hotel and the area and the price are good... I was disappointed by the reaction of the managers when I told him that I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel...
I stayed in a twin room. The room was small, completely different from the photo, but it was comfortable. There is no elevator and it is difficult to lift suitcases up the narrow stairs. Please note that overseas buildings have high ceilings, so there will be more stairs.
It's a great location with restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and two stations nearby. Suitable for people who want to stay somewhere other than a hotel.
My hotel in London for a few years. Victorian atmosphere in a multi-ethnic neighborhood. Simple but comfortable. Some apartments are magazine-worthy. For those who like a slightly retro charm. Small internal garden, including the cat (the real owner of the house). Off cold and hyper-technological hotel lovers.
I stayed at Vancouver studios for 7 nights. It's a super cute little hotel. 100% English decoration, super attentive service and small but extremely clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need: microwave, refrigerator, safe, TV, internet. The location is unbeatable with a metro and bus stop a 5-minute walk away and 10 minutes from Hyde Park and Nottighill.
I would only recommend that if you don't like climbing stairs don't stay here. For me it wasn't a problem because it was part of my daily exercise.
(Translated) Very cozy place. Clean, at the entrance of chocolates and apples, take as much as you want, this is a nice bonus. London is quite an expensive city, so having your own personal, albeit small kitchen is a huge plus. There is a kettle and everything you need from dishes for small preparations. There is no elevator, but very bright staircase, the owners took care of comfort. Everything is very nice and thoughtful. Cleaned every day.

It is very central, clean and comfortable, we were on the fourth floor, there is no elevator but we did not bring large suitcases either. It is a charming hotel because it is decorated in a peculiar way. Advisable!!
Beautiful and well furnished structure although a little old-fashioned, the room was very small but with the essentials. All in all, it is close to London's major attractions (with the tube and the Oyster Card you can go everywhere) and in the nearby street there are lots of shops, restaurants, etc.
Classic English decoration: stairs with carpets, a suit of armor on the landing.
Rooms with kitchen, plates, water heater glasses, coffee sachets, tea, milk and cookies.
Very clean, extremely attentive staff, quiet area 5 minutes from the metro station and close to the Big Bus stop.
Very nice hotel, room with kitchenette (perfect if you don't want to go to a restaurant in the evening), close to two metro stations and Hyde Park. Friendly staff and clean, secure place.
Be sure to ask about the room and floor in advance because there is no elevator and the rooms under the roof have no air conditioning. Stairs are small and steep. Rooms heat up a lot and there is carpet everywhere. The heat builds up.
Friendly staff and a ginger cat, a nice garden at the rear. A small kitchenette with a kettle and toaster, with supplies of simple instant coffees, tea and biscuits. Beds were a bit soft but we slept well. Our room was mostly quiet with church bells until the evening. Hotel location was fantastic, near two tube stations, bus links, restaurants and Kensington Gardens. Would stay there again!
Nice little hotel at Hyde Park not far from Bayswater tube station where the Circle and District lines stop. There is a small kitchen in the room and there is cocoa, tea or coffee to make yourself. Price performance was great and the staff was very friendly.
(Translated) Very comfortable hotel. Very interesting style and decor. The room was with a kitchen. There are all accessories. Great bathroom. Soft bed, pillows and blanket. There is a TV and the Internet, though sometimes it is badly caught. Polite staff. The price matches the quality. Convenient location. 5 minutes metro station. Near many supermarkets and cafes. You can walk to Hyde Park. I strongly advise myself to stay here again.

Very good place to stay in London. Clean, comfortable and spacious room, excellent location, helpful staff. Great value for money.
great hotel: great cozy and romantic decor (garden studio) pretty relaxing garden after a long day of sightseeing - clean - friendly and smiling staff - ideally located in a quiet area, with restaurant and shops open late in the evening - a stone's throw from Queensbay metro station
The room is very good, clean and they are very friendly. I will definitely return when I visit London next time
Excellent, in style and well cared for. We had an apartment with a kitchenette, the bathroom was a bit small.
(Translated) Very good accommodation option in London. Rooms small but comfortable and clean. Very good location Highly recommended

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Londres. Habitaciones pequeñas pero comodas y limpias. Muy buena ubicación. Muy recomendable
Good hotel, nice staff and cozy room.
Nice little yard at the back where you can sit and sunbathe.
Very pleasant place, quiet, cozy, smiling staff, very clean room, small treats for breakfast await us.
Ideal location. Very clean site. Very attentive staff and the area is very cozy, quiet and safe.
Lovely quirky building. Friendly staff. Cosy with a lovely little garden. Great little studio apartment, very comfortable. The only downside is no lift, luckily we were only on the second floor, and no air-conditioning - but there was a fan which we needed! But these things wouldn't put us off staying here again.
Very good location perfect and fast service, fast internet
I was at the Olympics... everything was very good! 4+
Good location and excellent staff service
The best apartments in London
Good price if you need pentry/fridge. Clean and pretty recent tiling in toilet and shower. But single room is miniscule, especially the toilet. Bed was too soft for my taste. Quite the exercise to make it on narrow and steep stairs. Leaving your key when going out and waiting to be buzzed in when coming back is always a little annoying. Surprisingly many hangers. Great and happy staff!
Generally everything here was very nice. It was homely as in the halls they have carpet entrances, travel gear as decorations, and there was a cat lounging in reception at one point. Staff on the phone and in person were happy to have us visit so we certainly felt welcomed when we visited, checkin/checkout was swift and straightforward. Reception has a bowl of thin chocolates as well, I could overhear other visitors wanting to grab handfuls, but I stuck with just the one. The room was tastefully presented, with a luxurious array of items which is rare for the excellent prices. The cutest touch was a little plush toy hippo door stop. The entire room, corridors and reception were in an excellent state with nothing broken or not working at all, everything just worked and even the power shower dials were familiar and easy to use. We had a twin room, which comes with a couple of cushions and pillows each, dining table and coffee/tea making kit, TV, bedside table, free internet, modern blinds and traditional window, kitchen with fridge, mini oven, sink, kettle, and plenty of crockery and cleaning products. There were at least 6 spare plugs as well but most were in the kitchen rather than next to the beds. The ensuite had a walk in shower, toilet, sink, and a telephone-style hair dryer, and came with 2 towels each and body/hair lotions and soap as standard. I didn't get the best sleep as it was quite warm - we ended up having the window wide open and turning off the rad. The bed mattresses were soft. The ensuite is quite small but we had no problem using it and it was well decorated and making an excellent use of space. It doesn't seem to have a lock but we were not worried about it. Overall I would highly recommend as it's not a far journey from Bayswater station and several convenience stores, cafes and restaurants with very friendly staff. For the price I was very impressed and they clearly take compete care of the hotel and rooms and everything was in an excellent quality.
