A gem of a hotel, with excellent customer care, great location and nice clean rooms. The breakfast is scrumptious, in a cozy environment. The hotel staff is always smiling which is so refreshing. Very close to the tube station but if you are willing to walk a bit then you can walk to most places on foot. Many restaurants nearby to choose from. Highly recommended.

Just a guest of a resident but what a fabulous place. The important parts of the building looked great. Corridors had an aged look but well decorated so not tired or shabby. The meal we had was really great. But all that was nothing to the staff who had the perfect mix of professionalism and familiarity in a really cheery way that lifted everything. I was only there for an evening but would love to stay a while.

Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood with public transportation, stores, restaurants and the gorgeous Hyde Park nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The residence has a dining room, a lounge area and a private garden. Recommendable for a long period stay.

Staff is amazing, really kind, and a friendly and multicultural environment. Rooms are clean and furniture & amenities are above average. Perfect for business stays and long stays due to the common spaces (bar, garden) and sleep quality. Conveniently located 5 mins from underground. Breakfast (included) and dinner are fine. If you are passionate about architecture, the building has something to say. If booking for very short stays, do it well in advance to get the best possible price.

A really warm-hearted stay at a wonderful place. The rooms are homely, the staff are very efficient and friendly. The food... What a treat! The chefs are amazing and the congeniality of the lounge and garden make Vincent House one of the choice places to stay. This remarkable heritage place comes highly recommended!

A very nice place to stay. I think for London the prices are moderate. Breakfast is great and the rooms are totally ok. Beds are quite comfortable. Everything is clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. They have a lovely back yard garden and the whole building has a 60s charme. Highly recommend this place!

The Hotel has a very spacious living room with a large TV that transmits football matches, as well as a pool table, many sofas, and an outdoor area with garden, very similar to what you see in hostels, but with a 3 stars hotel comfort. Excellent and varied breakfast. Perfect wifi connection, very fast and stable, very rare thing in hotels I stayed. Large and comfortable bedroom with minibar, TV, work desk, two comfortable armchairs, with plenty of space to store belongings (wardrobe and drawers). Good location in very interesting neighborhood of London (Notting Hill), 3 minute walk from the subway, and 15 minutes by subway from the main tourist attractions in the city. Nevertheless, the lack of outlets in the bedroom bothered me. There were only two, and they were both far from the bed. Also, the bed was way too soft and I had difficulty sleeping in it. Other than that, great stay.

(Update 2019. We are Americans - and have stayed at Vincent House 8 times) In short, we love Vincent House! Friendliest staff anywhere in the world. Location is perfect for sightseeing - you can walk to many major attractions and parks, and the Notting Hill Gate tube station is only a few steps away. Charming decor throughout. The entire place has recently been renovated and modernized. Rooms tend towards the utilitarian but are still quite comfortable. TV! Mini-fridge! Wi-Fi! Do yourself a huge favor and include evening meals in your rate. Breakfast has something for every taste and culture, but dinner always runs between very good and amazing - especially so considering the modest price. You will not be disappointed in any way. Even if you are out and about in the evening, they will prepare a cold tray of great food for you to enjoy when you do make it back. No, this is not a really posh place to stay, but if you're looking for very decent digs at a price that doesn't break your travel budget, this is definitely it. We have tried renting a flat, but we come back to Vincent House again and again. Home away from home! P.S. - Did I forget to mention the relaxing lounge - with a bar! Or, the beautiful garden? Or the fact that breakfast sausage is on again? Wow!
