Reviews of W London
Very special hotel in a very entertaining location. The staff were very nice to me. The room was a bit small but superbly equipped.
This is an expensive hotel but if you're planning to stay just round the corner from Leicester Square you should expect everything to be expensive.
I really enjoyed my weekend here and would not hesitate to recommend the W Hotel.
Thanks Gemma for delivering an unique and unforgetable W experience to us. Although there were minor episodes during our stay (02- 03 October ) but overall it is a pleasant stay. The cocktail is fantastic. The housekeeping needs sort of improvement since there were some obvious stains (i.e lipstick print etc.) and dusts left on the cabinet of secretaire, on the floor and on the surface of wall.
W London is for everyone who wants to experience london right from the center! We did like our room, even though you have the be aware of very little privacy. So if you want to share a room with someone ypu aren't very close with, maybe W isn't the right choice. But for all the lovebirds and best friends it's perfect. You'll get a nice and even healthy breakfast and everyone is happy to make your stay as pleasent as possible for you. Be aware that W London is a nightclub as well and the evenings can get quite crowded as the bar in the lobby 😉 And if you are into sports at all, try the gym! I was very happy with all the equipement and the location
Hotel was in a great location, right next to China Town. Alot going on inside the hotel, especially on the weekends. Rooms were clean, view was great, and staff was very friendly. I will stay again.
Mike at the front desk was absolutely amazing. My elite member upgrade was more than expected, and I never wanted to leave my room. Mike happened to be at the desk most of the times I needed assistance, and he was SO friendly and SO …
The hotel is nice and room was comfortable— we especially loved the location and the well equipped gym.
The breakfast was unacceptably slow for three mornings (30+ min for simple food to arrive, and 10min for coffee?), which made us decide day to skip it on our last day. It would benefit from a buffet style set up.
Too bad the wellness is closed on Monday and Tuesday, and that it opens only until 7pm on other days. Leaves not much time after a work day to relax, which would have been welcome.
All in all would recommend for friends as a leisure hotel, but unsure if I will return on business trips.
Absolutely amazing stay here for myself and 13 year old son. Booked for a treat and we had a fantastic time . The room was absolutely amazing...so good you didn't want to leave it. The whole hotel is incredible and lots to discover. But for us what made it was the delightful staff. They go to extraordinary lengths to make you feel welcome and comfortable. So friendly and lovely and I can't thank them enough for make our time in London so special. Thank you all. We will be back !!!
This hotel was a treat for my wife and I and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was well designed and gave you a cosy environment. One small correction would be to have two stalls in the room.
The staff and facilities were excellent and would go back ( when I can afford to).
Hotel was amazing looked and smelt beautiful! Buzzing atmosphere!! Location was as amazing as you could get and despite all the hustle and bustle once in your room it was quite!! However our room …
Had a great one night spent at the W London, used points for this stay with my partner and we both loved it. The rooms are spacious, bright and loads of room. The Nespresso machine is a nice added touch. …
The hotel is lovely. The rooms are ultra modern. But it is your staff that make a huge difference. They are fantastic. Rafaella on reception offered the best check in I've ever experienced. She was kind, articulate, great conversation and genuinely seemed to care about our W experience. Breakfast was great. Check out was simple and quick. Just a fantastic hotel experience. If you want to stay in central London then you won't find a better hotel or a better location.
Great hotel. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Good COVID precautions and very accommodating. Rooms are super stylish and one of the best modern rooms I've stayed in in a long time. No bathroom which may put some people off but makes the already reasonably large room even better (small toilet and small shower cubicle). Perception bar is classy and chic, breakfast is really good. Fairly expensive but you are paying for an experience in the heart of London.
This property welcomes and envelopes you in style and service. From the modern and well appointed rooms to attentive friendly service wherever you turn. Location is amazing for those who like to explore on foot or on transport. This is now our new go to property when in London.
Absolutely amazing staff, go above and beyond (had the pleasure of meeting Andrew at our stay) lovely rooms, food & drinks as well. Will be back!
Everything was as expected for a W Hotel. My only issue was one of the hostesses at the lounge told me I needed a reservation to get a table. She said the tables were reserved for guests, which I was, and that she would let me know when …
From my first stay at this property in june 2021, I have been much impressed with the service and the dedication everyone works with to ensure the guest is comfortable. This property is now my preferred hotel when in London, not only for …
Front desk and in-house staff gave excellent service. I was turned off by one of the security personnel at the front entrance asking me if I was staying at the hotel after returning from a long day out. After responding to him “yes”, he …
Booked this hotel for my wife’s 30th, location, room, staff were just amazing. We came back from the theatre and there was a bottle waiting wishing my wife a happy birthday. Everyone in this hotel made us feel so welcome, thank you
Went to the W with friends for cocktails and received some of the best table service ever. I commend both Natalia and Ramona as amazing waitresses, highly engaged and super helpful. When we come back, we hope to have your amazing hospitality again! Thank you W, great cocktails, great evening.
Boutique and luxury hotel which shouts ostentatious. Everything about this hotel feels shiny and sparkly and it is a very good spot if you like Chinese food (China Town is on its door step) which many bars and restaurants are nearby to provide a 360 degree choice for the gourmand.
Hip, trendy, stylish, modern, clean, new are just a few of the adjectives to describe The W Hotel in Wardour Street London (Piccadilly Circus/Leicester Sq). Ideal location for shoppers, theatre goers, China Town along with the nightlife of Soho. You have to take the lift to level 1 for reception who were really friendly and efficient. My request for early checkin was done and they knew all my favourites from the Marriott profile. Room 208 is called a wonderful king bed room and wonderful it is. The whole room is controlled by the iPad with many different light settings. There are lots of choices for cable tv, radio, YouTube, Netflix etc. Normally it is hard to screen mirror in hotels but W made it easy. There is a Nespresso machine fridge, kettle.
What I didn’t like was the outrageous charges levied on free calls. As a traveller I needed to speak to the COVED hotline. That phone number would be free normally but w Hotel charged GBP for a 5 min call.
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel which was amazing, the staff went above and beyond especially Rita from reception. The food and cocktails were great. The hotel is in a great location we will definitely stay again.
Truly one of the best experiences at a hotel, I’d like to say resort because they go the extra mile to accommodate any requests you may have. The whole staff was excellent and hospitable. Would highly recommend this hotel to any age with much to see inside. Stayed 8 nights and it felt like home. Thank you W London!
Our experience at the W was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were so lovely and welcoming from arrival all the way to departure. The decor was so stylish and modern. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and Andrea on the reception …
My friend and I decided to go to London for a girly weekend trip away when we seen this hotel on line it seemed to tick all the right boxes for us and it did not disappoint. The staff could not have been any more impressive everyone was so delightful and friendly can not wait to stay again.
Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my partners birthday. Hotel & room were beautiful, staff were very friendly and we really appreciated the complimentary birthday gifts in the room. We will be back! :)
Initial communication via email with the front of house & perception bar staff was great despite a number of changes at our request for reservations within the hotel.
Upon arrival the amazing surprise of an upgraded suite at check in, further anniversary gifts (all just from a mention that it was our anniversary) and attention throughout was exceptional.
We booked the W SOHO due in part to the events in the Perception bar providing us with some evening entertainment under the current restrictions - and it was perfect for what we wanted (a base to relax and enjoy ourselves as much as possible).
Under slightly difficult circumstances (& a rowdy crowd on Saturday) the security & bar staff remained professional and friendly throughout.
A special mention to Rita, Marco & Muhammad- however all the staff are a credit to the hotel.
We hope to be back soon.
We were in London for the first time...and this hotel ( i like to call it home) was within walking distance of everything ... the Tower, the museums the tube the shopping. It is hip (if you want ) it is quiet ...it is safe as can be ...(no one is getting into that hotel that does not belong there.) They actually did not laugh at my "American" questions and were just so nice. Room service was just out of this world .... (all ipad ) coffee for all with "scones" in a matter of minutes and they learned to bring the cream. We worried about a lot on this trip...what to do how to get there...but nothing re the hotel. Oh did i say it is in the Soho district that can get a little loud??? You are not going to hear it in these rooms. Slept like a baby .
The hotel is in a great location, the staff were excellent. Cleanliness great. The only drawback was the breakfast which was so poor we cancelled on the second day of our stay and went elsewhere to eat.
I had a lovely time at W London at it is a fabulous hotel very Morden and trendy however is was tarnished by the booking staff who failed to see an opportunity give a new guest the best experience of the hotel especially when they are …
Thank you for going above and beyond to make my birthday a special one. It’s not often my husband and I get time away together and it was really lovely. Absolutely loved the screening room with bath and steam room.
Hotel bar is great and open to the public. Drinks are quite pricey, but it's worth it. Great place to visit with friends, as there is a photo booth on the premises which is free to use. Would recommend visiting earlier in the evening, as the place gets quite busy and the security team prioritises guests over visitors.
The W hotel is modern and classy the staff are friendly and always happy to help you . The food is extremely high quality and the rooms are simply breathtaking modern and so crisp and clean .
Incredible hotel where style is everything. Very interesting use of space. Good adaptations to covid restrictions, with unfortunate reduction in choice for the menus as a result. Superb location for theatre district.
Great Hotel with really friendly and professional Staff in a Perfect location for London Sightseeing. Chinatown next door was a bonus too. 3 mins from Leicester Sq tube, above M&Ms world. 11 min walk to the River and 3 min walk to Hop on Hop off bus stop. Room was large/ beautiful and really Clean, with a lovely large waterfall shower. 10 out of 10 stay. Thanks to the Customer Service.
The W Hotel is a vibrant Hotel with excellent Customer Care..the rooms are modern and so different that make the stay extra special
Some lovely unexpected touches were made to make my partners Birthday so special Thank You
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
The customer service was amazing, from being greeted at the door by the doorman …
This is my all time favourite hotel. Beautiful suites. Amazing food and the sublime Perception bar for great cocktails & music.
The staff go way above & beyond to make your stay memorable. …
If you want to stay IN London this is the place. It's highly walkable. The staff really made my wife feel welcome at every step of the way.
One night staycation. Very W style, chic and fun but somehow not really welcoming. Rooms ultra small, great location
A very nice hotel in the middle of London. The rooms a slightly over designed for my liking and the sound proofing isn’t 100% but the location and service are fabulous.
Upon arrival the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Gemma on the check in desk.
The room itself was fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the layout, the …
From checking in to checking out, a truly 5 star hotel and experience.
The staff were outstanding, the room was beautiful with an ultra modern feel and …
The staff, the food and the place are the best in London. The hotel makes you feel welcome and has interesting ways of making your stay enjoyable, such as the funky thing on the bed which lights up when you use your flash to the photo booth on the first floor. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special.
A hate and love relationship with W London. LOVE: The location at Leicester Square, the modern rooms, the friendly staff, the overall design of the public areas in the hotel, and again location location location. HATE: the noise from outside or other rooms from time to time, the room equipment that feels sometimes too modern. Last time with another 1am surprise: a fire alarm, walking 7 floors down just to realize it was a false alarm.
Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
Modern, lively and spectacular! The staff were amazing and we’ll be back time …
The hotel only has positives.
+ great location, close to Leicester Sq and Picadilly Circus underground stations …
Front desk and in-house staff gave excellent service. I was turned off by one of the security personnel at the front entrance asking me if I was staying at the hotel after returning from a long day out. After responding to him “yes”, he proceeded to ask to see my room key. I was upset, very offended, and I felt I spent too much money to stay there feel harassed. Asking to see my key was not necessary because you cannot get beyond the first floor without having a room key. This was my second occasion staying there for an entire week, and now I am not sure if will be returning.
Great service especially from Kaitlyn! Room was fantastic. Love the iPad!
Great hotel, beautifully designed and very friendly staff. Rooms are amazing. Located literally between Leicester Square and Chinatown. …
My Wife and I return to this hotel again and again. The team at this hotel make it hard for you to not Want to return. For me, fantastic service creates loyalty and What I love is the reciprocation Where loyalty creates fantastic service! …
The W Hotel is a vibrant Hotel with excellent Customer Care..the rooms are modern and so different that make the stay extra special
Some lovely unexpected touches were made to make my partners Birthday so special Thank You
You will not be disappointed- this hotel is on par with The Savoy in every way - in fact, I think this hotel may be better! The response to you as guests when something goes wrong (life is never simple for anyone!) is 5 star. …
The hotel staff were welcoming and responsive, however, the room was looking tired, particularly in the shower area where there were clear signs of wear and tear. The breakfast in the morning was unfortunately the worst breakfast we've had at a hotel restaurant. The avocado was slightly off and the rest lacked flavour. My girlfriend took only a few bites and then asked for an alternative which the staff happily provided but the replacement was just as bad. We spent some time in the bar/club area after being out for dinner but the crowd were incredibly young (would guess average age under 21). We are both in our early 30s and still love to go out but I think the fact that the crowd were so young created an atmosphere that wasn't very welcoming and so we left after only a short time having spent most of the time queuing to buy drinks - lots of people pushing in front to be served first rather than waiting.
Unreal Hotel!
Nothing is a problem attitude from the staff.
Breakfast was levels. …
Fab fab fab!! Loved our stay here. Have stayed before, and this visit also lived up to every expectation. Friendly staff who cater to your every need, they’ve all got smiles. The room was spotless, and bed like sleeping on a cloud. Love the decor and little touches in the room. Couldn’t fault at all. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. Beautiful hotel in the perfect spot for broadway shows and restaurants etc.
Absolutely stunning hotel and room.
Stayed her celebrating my daughters 16th birthday.
It was perfect. …
The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly. The location was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for a theatre break.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was quick and easy.
Room was stylish, clean and comfortable.
Min bar was well stocked but frighteningly expensive.
Location was great

Lovely weekend stay. Can’t fault the staff everyone was so friendly. Room was nice but slightly small, so quiet and dark we managed to have a lie in. Breakfast was disappointing.
Our experience at the W was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were so lovely and welcoming from arrival all the way to departure. The decor was so stylish and modern. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and Andrea on the reception was so lovely and had great customer service. The breakfast was lovely too. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a romantic celebration.
W London did not disappointing. The Hotel is located in the Center of London, right in China Town. The possibilities in that area are endless, you can have any kind of food / drinks / experiences you'd ever wish for.
We were upgraded to the Studio Suite Corner Room in the 7th floor. To sleep in this bed is heaven and we had the view over some China Town Streets (see photo).
We ordered the breakfast to the room and it was delivered pretty fast, steaming hot and delicious.
The minibar was empty (due to corona regulations), but ice cold and we were able to store our own Softdrinks inside which was nice.
The service of the Hotel was excellent as expected.
The room features are over the top, as known from W Hotels. We have the ipad to control the TV, AC, Lights, Radio, In room dining, Spa treatments, and much more. The gym is open 24 hours!
Amazing service! I stayed there for my birthday.
I felt very welcome by the team, especially Rita and Emma. Will be definitely coming back!

We had a dreamy vacation, a gorgeous and spotlessly clean cool suite, delicious breakfast, and amazing staff!
Namely Dario, that made our stay so incredible, could not thank him enough! We decided to extend our stay just because of how he made us feel like royalty, a true professional!
The manager Michal and all his team were also so helpful and kind.
We can't wait to come back!
The hotel is very modern and the shared areas are very up-to-date and new. We had a screening room which overlooked the gym. The room is spacious and clean. There were lots of toiletries available and the sauna shower was very fun. The fact the room was above the gym was strange and meant that we had the curtains closed the whole time. If we’d been staying longer than one night I probably would’ve asked to move. The cinema screen is a great addition to the room however I think there needs to be more films available-maybe pre-logged in Netflix account? The iPad itself was quite old and kept crashing .. may need updating however the concept is a really good one. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. A really good variety of choice and everything we ate was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would say the price of the room reflects the features (eg cinema screen) rather than the luxury element. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful.
Unreal Hotel!
Nothing is a problem attitude from the staff.

The W in London was in a very key destination area and a great spot for a one night stay. Traffic was pretty heavy getting to the hotel from Heathrow, but that is pretty expected of the area. Check in was easy and checking out was even easier. We stayed over on a Saturday night a few days before Christmas. The hotel lobby bar was busy, but not overweling. The seating area before the bar was a great area if you didn't want to dive straight into parting. The room was clean and the unique style made for a night of lux. Mini bar is well stocked and the ipad with music is a great touch. Bed was comfortable and the shower felt like you were at the spa. Overall 10/10.
Absolutely loved our stay. From the service at check in from Tatiana to the technology and comfort of our room, everything was impeccable.
W is always a pretty nice experience. This one doesn't disappoint. The location is fantastic - right next to Chinatown, close to Leicester Square. Easy to get anywhere, lots of things to do in close walking distance. Staff are great. Champagne on arrival because the hotel was celebrating an anniversary was a nice touch. The rooms are small, but well designed. Clean and contemporary design.
On the downside, I'm maybe getting a bit old for the pumping music at 1am from the hotel bar and whatever other establishments are nearby, although it's only on the weekend. If I were 20 years younger, I might love that vibe, so feel free to ignore this cranky old curmudgeon (haha). Noise cancelling headphones worked a charm though.
Another fantastic stay at the W London Leicester Square!
Stay here on business trips into London.
5 star service as always, special thanks to Andrea and the rest of the team at the front desk.
I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it here. Yes, It is noisy on Friday and Saturday nights but you are at the W so you need to expecting something thumping late into the evening. Always busy so don’t expect an extra warm welcome as mostly young staff at the front desk who are still learning about the hospitality industry. Small rooms but very tastefully decorated and great technology in the rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Love the lighting controls and entertainment. Breakfast was awesome. Very nice breakfast waitstaff, they were attentive, and food variety was good.
Fantastic hotel really nice staff and the room design are great. great location for centgral London.
Overall great location
Hotel had a good vibe, staff excellent on arrival and throughout stay
Room was good with airplay …
I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding service I received at this hotel. My experience with a few other W properties were not near as great. From my initial arrival with front door staff, the check-in, lounge, housekeeping and other staff, I felt important and respected. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they all did what they could to ensure I enjoyed my visit.
The hotel is in a super busy tourist location but the staff remembered my face each time I arrived and welcomed me back. I wish they had an outdoor area at their bar/lounge but aside from that, I had no complaints about the property. It was convenient to public transport and popular sights, and was clean and well kept.
The rooms are comfortable and offer some great amenities. I felt like I could customize it to make the room work best for me.
We had Ana amazing stay at the W London, the bartenders at Perception (Diego and Benny) we’re not only great but entertaining and helpful. They went out out of their way to make our vacation great. The people at the entrance from the street …
Had a lovely stay was a beautiful hotel with helpful staff and lovely rooms, my only reservation was the set out of toilet and shower being situated in what appeared to be wardrobes with the sink in the main room, it wasn’t a big deal but having a 16 year old daughter with me who understandably wasn’t so keen on getting out the shower and getting dressed in the room with her father present so I popped downstairs for a drink. Other than that was great stay, great staff and great location .
The W is a lively hotel and truly is in the heart of Soho. It’s location is excellent for walking for food, bars, sightseeing, and it’s an easy walk to the Tube station. The room was nice, although we ran into issues with the doors not opening all the way, some scratches on the wall, and some other overlooked items. For a 5 star hotel this was unexpected. The positive is the bed is extremely comfortable and it’s a sweet vibe at the hotel. I recommend for anyone who is coming to London to party or enjoys music!
Good experience all round. Great location and modern high tech room. Very large and well equipped gym. Trendy bar and good champagne selection
Stayed here to celebrate my Wife’s Birthday. The staff were amazing and upgraded us from a studio to a screening suite. The room was large and impressive with plenty of storage. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. During our stay the staff from reception to front of house were very friendly and helpful. London is very busy during the Summer months but the hotel felt calm and relaxing. I would like to give a special mention to Rochelle for arranging a great table at Perception, Davina and Adam in the away spa and Rita on the front counter. The staff made our stay very special and we are looking forward to coming back.
My wife and I decided to try the W in London despite reading some of the mixed reviews. As a platinum member, I tried using my suite night awards, but due to availability of suites, was not given a suite in advance. Overall, the SPG recognition was good - although they did not have a suite available, they did try to find the best room possible and were able to give us a slightly larger corner room. We did have to wait a bit for our room to become available, but the manager did offer us drinks at the bar nearby.
We were satisfied with the corner room and the room/bed were comfortable. The room was not very high up and we did hear a lot of noises coming from outside - keep in mind the location is fantastic and there are a ton of people walking around outside. The noise did seem to quite down by the time we went to sleep at night, so the noise wasn't an issue. We did have an instance where a fire alarm went off in our room and bunch of hotel staff rushed in to look around. It was definitely a false alarm and it may be the sensors are sensitive to the heat from the shower.
We had the daily breakfast buffet and we found it to be delicious with great variety. This is definitely a W so expect it have the night club feel and noise level throughout the lobby and bar areas. The hotel staff was generally happy and helpful. Overall, while I do wish we were able to get in one of the suites, it was a good stay and we were happy with our experience at the W.
Love the attention to detail from checking in to leaving. Your people are your strength. Great location, good food and Wonderfull warm staff. Loved the stay.
In my opinion, it’s one of the best hotels in London , it’s my favorite
Great stay in the heart of Chinatown, however my only complain is the cleanliness in the shower is not up to par with a 5 star rated hotel. Floor towel used had a wet smell and water was escaping through the door and toilet had urine smell as you enter the comfort room. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, breakfast was good and love the modern digital style of this hotel. Would definitely come back again.
Stayed in this hotel for several nights in early December and had a wonderful time. Staff started us off with a couple of complimentary drinks at the incredible bar while we waited for our room to be finished up. The hotel also surprised my wife and I with a bottle of champagne and gift upon hearing it was our first time in London. The rooms themselves were chic, the waterfall shower was lovely, and the countless amenities of the hotel really added to the experience. We will definitely be staying again when we come back!
I arrived early and was taken care of immediately by the check-in crew. They offered me the ability to freshen up and offered breakfast while I wait, without knowing my status! Not sure the last time I received that kind of attention to detail. The service staff were always friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant is on point. The location is fantastic, and the bar at night is hopping!
Valeria one of the ladies there is fantastic and goes out of her way to make you feel Welcome!
W = Wonderful!
The W London is a wonderful hotel, in a perfect location (it couldn't be more central!). The standard rooms are smartly designed, with lots of mirrors and curtains that make them seem larger than they actually are. In any case, for London they are actually large! And the design is just fantastic, ultra chic.
As with any W, the bar and lounge are very relaxing during the day, and become very lively at night. It's great to be in a trendy and very cool bar and then being able to just take the lift to go back to your room, which is also perfectly sound proof (I was on the third floor and didn't hear anything). The fitness room is very well equipped and there are also a sauna, steam room and showers available. Too bad there isn't a swimming pool!
Service is of high standards, although during my stay two little things made it less than perfect: I asked for a coffee maker in my room, and they delivered two kettles with tea, and no coffee; and on the last day of my stay the Internet in the lounge wasn't working, and the staff was helpless (and actually unapologetic) at finding out what the issue was. But this are small glitches that can happen anywhere - although I was a bit surprised to find them at a W.
The Spice Market restaurant is very very nice and they have also a pre-theatre dinner menu which is good value for money.
All in all a great hotel perfectly in line with the W brand, which means wonderful design, very comfortable room and bed, great facilities, and lively action at night. I can't wait to be back!
Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful. The location is so good as it’s really close to everything. And for those worried about it being noisy, it really wasn’t. We didn’t hear anything when in our room which was on a higher floor. I booked this hotel for my best friends 30th birthday and they made it really special for her. Will definitely stay here again and I 100% recommend it to others.
Would highly recommend, was staying in the hotel Saturday night but was actually supposed to be going out elsewhere to another bar but ended up spending the night in the perception bar lol
Travelled with young family and this place turns into party central on Saturday night. The noise is immense and dress code scant! Never had to move rooms at 2am in my life because of a party that could not be controlled next door to our room. Fab place if you want to party but not great if you want to sleep! I am sure during the week it is fine. Staff are brilliant and the food and drinks excellent.
Wow what a hotel. Great staff and the venue is just breath taking. loved it.
Had a great one night spent at the W London, used points for this stay with my partner and we both loved it. The rooms are spacious, bright and loads of room. The Nespresso machine is a nice added touch.
Staff were very welcoming too. I would stay again at any W worldwide based on this stay.
The hotel is well prepared to welcome guests back! Rooms are clean and the staff is very professional. Excellent choice for leisure travel!
Great service especially from Kaitlyn! Room was fantastic. Love the iPad!
The location was great. Super easy to get to Regeant Street, Covent Garden and Leciester Square.
We had a Studio Suite very spacious, just a shame the room wasnt as clean as I would expect it to be, considering the cost.
The bar had a great vibe to it, just bar staff was very slow at taking orders for drinks.
That said the reception staff were great and very accomodating.
The other thing is that the bar doesnt finish until around 2am and we could hear the music downstairs, but that wasnt too much of an issue as they do provide ear plugs in the room.
All round a great stay and the breakfast was very good!
