Very clean and good smelling place. The hotel seems recently renewed, they really care about all details inside and outside the room. The staff were really friendly. The only problem in this hotel is there is no elevators

Very helpful and friendly staff. It was a pleasure to stay here. Lovely, clean and modern rooms. One slight problem with the shower not draining very quickly but it was fine. Close to the tube and easy to get around. Especially great to get to Notting Hill Carnival, we walked there and back easily.

The location of the hotel is great; steps away from Westfield mall. The renovations look really good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee, and water bottle are a nice touch. The room was not clean. There was hair all over the carpet. There were bugs in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The noise from the street also kept me awake. There were stains on the headboard, the sheets, and the walls.

Gorgeous decor, lovely hotel with lovely staff. There is no elevator here so when your room is on the fourth floor you do have to do a lot of climbing. Rooms are beautifully made and soft beds but a bit too soft for my taste. En suite bathroom is bright and clean, though the walls could be cleaner but that's just me being nit picky. Decent sound proofing within the hotel but it's by a busy street so you can hear sirens and car horns throughout the night. Would stay here again definitely, the one minute walk to tube station is a definite bonus.

The rooms are very cosy and comfy. This hotel offers a great value for money. The deluxe single room was large and spacious with plenty of amenities and very pleasant modern design. The bathroom was exceptionally large and very clean. The Wi-Fi is very good, better than some large hotel chains. The only drawback is the large number of steps since there is no elevator, which are somewhat steep so not the best place to have a large luggage. The room didn't have a window but it was in top floor and had a ceiling window for natural light.

Room was alittle on the small side but it was well presented, very clean all the amenities you'd expect. Nice hot chocolate. The bathroom was a good size and shower was really nice. Would come back with no hesitation.

Cozy, 19 room hotel, pretty vintage decoration everywhere. We had a good quality bed and everything was clean and tidy, especially the bath. No real heating though, only small electrical hand towel heating element in the bath (even to small for one towel), which doesn't help a lot if the windows (though doubled) aren't tight.

The rooms are quite cramped BUT the decor is beautiful and tastefully done. Looked like it had been recently decorated. It has everything you would expect, kettle, TV,hair dryer etc The safe were incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is the best. Right next to tube station and minutes from Westfield shopping centre.

Great hotel in Shepherds Bush, ideal for a visit to the Shepherds Bush empire for a gig. The rooms are clean and tidy, tea, coffee and toiletries are provided too. There seems to be no access other than the fight of stairs leading to the first floor where the reception and is situated so may not be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. Very helpful staff and highly recommended.

I stayed this hotel on the basis of comment via Expedia. The location is little a bit far away from central London but room is very clean, I enjoyed so much. However I I felt little noisy at the night.

The room is very clean, and the staffs are very nice! The location is very close to the tube station and Westfield(a shopping mall). They use anti-noises window to prevent outside noises. All is good except for the pillow need to be updated.

Second time staying here and it's really great. Super close to good shopping and the tube stop is right next door. Staff is very friendly as well. Changed review to 3 star since the internet is atrocious. It might seem petty but it is basically not usable it is so slow which makes it hard to plan things or get directions.

I had a single room yet it felt roomy unlike most single room at other hotels more like the broom cupboard not this one amazing how they fit a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom clean tidy hotel ideally close to Westfield and all modes of transportation not expensive staff very friendly no lifts here not suitable for the infirm but we are young so we endure will come back again there is no restaurant but plenty of places to eat nearby

Parked at the Westfield which is 5 min walk away (park near waitrose for closest pedestrian exit), and it's right on the central line for easy access into the centre. Staff were friendly and room was basic but modern. Tea and coffee station in the room too.

It was right next to the station, so it was easy to find and move around. I was nervous about moving into the dormitory early in the morning, so I was worried about my luggage, so I looked into this hotel in a hurry, but the facilities were great and I was satisfied! However, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up. A staff member helped me with my luggage when checking in, but it was a bit difficult when checking out. Still, I think it would be good to go again because it was good value for money! There is a market under the hotel, and they sell Korean cup ramen and various other things there, so it's good to buy it and eat it at the hotel!

Clean, well appointed hotel with comfortable beds, good shower and well heated. Very convenient stayover for Olympia.

The entrance is so narrow that you can almost walk past it. I did my best to spread out my suitcase inside the room. The rooms are clean and stylish. The location is excellent, right in front of the station. There is also a large shopping mall nearby, so if you get tired you can buy food at the supermarket (both M&S and Waitrose), and there are KFC and takeout stores within walking distance, so it's recommended for travelers.

The hotel is very nice and well located. That it does not have an elevator is a big disadvantage if you are not on the first floor. Cleaning is fairly basic and it is very important to store valuable objects well.

The location is 1 minute walk from the station. There's a shopping mall in the back, so you won't have any problems. The problem is that if you have a room facing the road, there is a lot of traffic, so you may experience some noise.
