V.Great value for money. Check in and check out easy and friendly. Hotel is situated on a residential street in between Leytonstone and Wanstead. Easily accessible by road, tube and buses with on street parking. Petrol station with shop next door. Room was clean and included amenities I wouldn't have accepted really for the price (hairdryer, iron and ironing board and kettle with tea and coffee)
You wouldn't find much better for the price in this part of East London. It's a budget hotel but for a few nights in London, I'd recommend.

A. A.The hotel is in an immaculate condition. The room me and my family stayed in was for a budget stay and for what we paid, we got much more than a simple place to rest your head. Rooms are spotless and are kept that way by very diligent staff. The receptionist is kind, knowledgeable and very helpful and treats the hotel as her home (I think she's the owner as well). It's relatively close to 3 underground stations and multiple bus stops. A couple of streets down the road you've got a nice cafe strip, with a large selection for an exotic breakfast or a light lunch. Perfect for a weekend away.

u. c.The hotel was very nice, the room was spacious clean and comfortable,I enjoyed apart from the lady at reception on that night very rude,miserable and impolite not helpful at all,some other guest double parked his car in front of mine blocking my exit,when I called her for help,to check who the guest was,she kept on telling me,not my problem and that she is not a 24/7 receptionist,she was very rude and abusive. I liked the place but wont be going there again!

The hotel exists in a quiet residential area , there are four free parking spaces related to the hotel but if you find them occupied you can park anywhere in the same street.The room itself is very clean, beds are comfortable ,duvets are warm , many pillows,the room has a small opened cupboard , small table, hair dryer, a kettle, the heater is efficient, Bathroom is very clean with plenty of towels, Toilet paper rolls, soap dispenser,shower gel.The water pressure of the shower is very good.
The Receptionist was so helpful.we checked in 3 hours before the usual time.
The hotel is far from london city center , there are 2 near by tube stations and also bus stops but you will walk about 15 min (0.6 miles ) To reach the tube.
it will be more comfortable if you come with a car.
There are plenty of restaurants , tesco is near by the hotel .
It is really a good value of money.
