Good and friendly people plus Good service plus i am not a too confident person but i able to build

I have to say I don't understand some of the negative reviews for this hotel. I stayed with a colleague for a buisness trip and the Hotel ticked all the boxes. Well connected location, large comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and a tasty breakfast. Staff were also very friendly, can't fault it!

Only a short stay but very impressed with this hotel. Check in was easy. Rooms were very clean. Location was perfect for visiting popular attractions. Would cost about £30 to get a taxi from kings cross. Lots of shops near by if you want goodies.
P. W.
The bathroom was very nice the room was a little dated but had all the amenities and was clean. The receptionist seemed confused when my colleagues and I were checking in for some reason. The location is great
A.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the bathroom is great.
Unfortunately there are two points which are not optimal.
1. No air condition. The room gets incredibly hot. So the window is the only chance to get at least some cool air. But with open window, point two has great impact...
2. A police station is in direct neighborhood, producing a lot of noise.
These two points made it very hard for us to get some sleep and should be considered especially in summer.

Location was nice and close to the venues that we visited. All staff were helpful and friendly.
Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, nice quiet location. Would come again and …

The location of the hotel was excellent for the tube and local bars and shops.
The en-suite of the room was very dated in appearance, with the shower,WC and wash hand basin were old fashioned and tired. The silicone sealant around the …

Stayed at the Hotel days for one night to attend a work event nearby. The hotel was clean and the open plan lobby was nice. Slightly confusing as to where the check desk was as it is just a table in the middle of the lobby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast was good and catered for everyone. Overall a good hotel in London for business.

Perfect location for me. I only required to sleep at hotel and it was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Room was a small and serviceable double room, would have been a bit cramped for two. Overall I was happy with my stay.
J. F.
Pretty average. Very cheap for the location but the hotel doesn't look like it has been updated or maintained over the past few decades. Room is an okay size and clean, just very worn. Breakfast was pretty basic and poor. Not bad for quick overnight stays for business, or people on a real budget that need to be in the centre of London.

Is a place to recreate and hell yourself!!! Funny and helpful staff members.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. It was my first time in London and they were able to guide me, provide me with a map and a 20% discount on most attractions in the city. Room is fine and clean, has everything one needs when on vacation. Hotel is located within reasonable walking distance of city attractions (15 min) and very close to bakerloo tube stop. Pay for the breakfast with the room so you can start your day right, being a tourist area, food prices are a bit high. I would stay here again. Perfect for the price.

Really nice hotel! Rooms with a good size, comfortable beds and a cattle with all you need for tea or coffee. Bathrooms clean and towels everyday changed. Felt really comfortable here and you're quickly at the metro station or catch the bus. Few restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, but you can also join the restaurant of the hotel itself. Breakfast typically British. Have a look to "The Tankard" down the street if you're looking for pies or fish and chips ;)

Excellent location.
A minor thing but there was only 1 power point in the room including using that low level power point for the kettle. We were due out early for an appointment so I was showering before 6 - the water was cold as was the water from the wash basin.
M. W.
Yes the rooms are a bit dated, but you get plenty of room, which in central London is unheard of at this price. Found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Room was clean and had a good enough shower. There is also a car park, probably space for 10 cars which is worth remembering. Height at the entrance is 2.8m from memory. There is a bar with various t.v. screens - I watched a champion's league game there during my stay. All in all not a bad hotel at all.

Great value for what it is. Rooms are clean and were ready when we arrived. The English Breakfast was an alright buffet. The food was hot and fresh. Elevator is a bit wobbly. The location was pretty good, withing walking distance of the south bank and of the trains which made it a breeze getting around
J. K.
Met expectations. The rooms were very cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Pros: the bed was comfy, the room was cheap, fairly centrally located.
Cons: The Continental breakfast was severely lacking. The rooms do not have fridges or safes. The room was incredibly warm, but only had a fan that was only partially functional. The room was also lacking in power outlets, having only 4 total, two of which being used by the TV and fan. The TV had inputs accessible, but it was locked down to prevent going to the input channels, so people like me that bring their own media to connect shouldn't expect it to work. The bed also didn't have topsheets, which puts you directly against the comforter, which probably doesn't get washed too often.
M. D.
Great location (5 minutes walk to the nearest tube) Comfy beds, really tidy and clean, lovely staff who are always happy to help, continental breakfast was OK and we paid the extra £2pp for the English breakfast which was really nice. Really good for the price.
If I ever go London again I will 100% stay again, thank you.
R. L.
Perfectly pleasant hotel, clean and tidy from what we could see. However several downfalls.
Breakfast tasted cheap, the elevators felt dangerous as they would constantly bump as we were going up and down. The bath mat in our room was tucked away to the side of the shower and had what looked like water mould on it but I didn't get any closer to investigate.
Staff were always friendly and the room was decent sized for the price, free wifi is a bonus too!
R. K.
Spent couple days here. Price: Days hotel was the cheapest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food and drinks available but I did not eat or drink anything so I can't comment on quality. In terms of budget hotels I don't have anything to compare to in the UK as this is my first time here. Room is clean but the bed is very "bouncy" and there is no ac or fridge. WiFi isn't the best but I was in 5th floor. Could be better on lower floors. Safes are available on 1st floor but I wouldn't trust them as these are easy enough to access if you know how to. Next time I will probably spend more for different hotel but if you are on a budget you can best the location.
R. B.
Great location in Waterloo. Staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful. Hotel Bar great atmosphere & lots of people passing through. Everyone up for a chat & a positive exchange. No air con, hence 4 stars
S. B.
The staff is very nice. The lobby is a bit standard, but well equipped. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice. The rooms are also neat. So a great hotel to stay overnight.
d. c.
Good location, nice food in the restaurant especially the specials board. Rooms large and bathroom modern. Rooms could do with a little modernisation but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was nice. Clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again definitely.
O. B.
Good maid service, and any other staff at the hotel for that matter, great value for your money in London. Nice continental breakfast. Property is somewhat run down, however staff try very hard and it's clean!! 3 minutes' walk from Lambeth North tube station.
N. B.
Room and ensuite were very clean. Warm and cosy. Although we were above the entrance and facing lots of traffic on the road, the room was extremely quiet, very appreciative! Shower was very powerful. Very good value for money, would stay here again if needed to stay in central London again.
S. W.
A good hotel with minor cons.
First: The staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy. The room service is very good. The bath is clean and there is no sign of rust or mold.
The price was (booked via web) acceptable.
But: there is no airconditioning in the rooms. Thus the temperature in the night gets to a point where a healthful sleep is impossible. And: the police station near the hotel is very loud. Especially on weekends.
J. G.
The big positive for this hotel is that it is reasonably priced for such a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the son was clean and in a good state of repair and the facilities were adequate. It's very close to the tube and only a few minutes walk from the embankment opposite the Houses of Parliament.
T.
Have stayed here twice now, haven't used all the facilities but friendly professional staff, comfy clean rooms and bathrooms. Soft large towels, hair dryers, coffee/tea, TV and great menu choices!! Also great location for visitors to London.
M.
No issues at all found with the hotel. I made a 1-bed half board booking to attend an internship for the same length of time. Therefore, I only used the hotel to eat and sleep, only to head out again the next morning. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help someone if you ever find yourself in trouble.
I loved breakfast since there was an array of food, from full English to continental, so it was easy to overeat.
However, the evening meals were served in small amounts despite the large dishes, which didn't quell my appetite well enough. The price was also a little too steep for my liking, but then again, one forgets that they are in London.
Overall, therefore, the hotel did what it was there to do so and I would definitely book with them again should I return next year.
M. A.
Good spot for the price. Its got a clean bed, nice shower, complementary coffee, and a 2 minute walk from lambeth tube station. Great for a city getaway for a couple nights. The breakfast was not good and the walls are thin keeping it from a 5 star.
L. G.
Stayed at that hotel for 2nd time and still have no problem. The bathroom has been refurbished since the last time I was here, and it looks great. The wi-fi was perfect!! Staff are very friendly. The bed was comfy, coffee and tea facilities was there. Also it's very close to tube, costa, and supermarkets. Have no complain whatsoever, I'd definitely stay there again
s.
It is what it is and for what you pay, you get good value for money. Room is clean, hotel is close to the metro, staff is nice and let you check in early. You get complimentary coffee and tea, breakfast is good. Even though the entrance area and outside looks a little run down, I would definitely recommend.
H. S.
Clean comfortable rooms. A bit on the small side but sufficient for the 2 of us. Great buffet breakfast. We liked the location as it was a few blocks from main attractions. We enjoyed our stay!
G. M.
This hotel in London is a nice place to stay. The rooms are not so big, the beds are not next to each other but it's very clean and definitely very polite employees to help you have a pleasant stay here. In the night it's very quiet.
V. B.
Stayed for one night in February. Lambeth tube station near by, Waterloo train station about half a mile away. We had twin rooms, hairdryer, tea, coffee etc in room. Comfortable bed, pillows a little hard for me, but found softer ones in the drawer in the morning! Nice bathroom with a lovely shower. Continental breakfast in the morning which was included in the price. Full English was extra if you wanted it. We paid £60 per room for the night.
J. A.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Shower was a little on the small side but powerful so makes up for the size. Rooms have secondary glazing which makes them quiet despite being near a busy road
S.
Great location and rooms are okay, beds are fine nothing special, window View depends on your luck and the cards that open your door. Breakfast was pretty good though with lots of tasty food there. Staff was awful, well I really couldn't tell since as far as I can tell they were all foreigners with a thick accent to back that up so understanding these people is a challenge on its own.
R. C.
Very nice hotel if you are on a budget. Friendly, helpful staff. They were very accommodating with both an early check-in and late check-out. The only reason I don't rate it five stars is there was some minor mold in the shower.
D. B.
Pretty average city hotel!
Nice bathroom
Bed was ok but I did wake with a sore back.
Lots of languages being spoken in the bar area.
TVs on the small side and constant picture interference.
1 night stay was happy to leave @ 06:30am
Traffic noise in room through the night!
Not to be helped but it was still an issue getting to sleep
S. E.
Nice large rooms, lovely bathroom. Friendly staff and in the centre of London. Has its own car park but it's at 20 quid a night. TV, Fan, spare bedding, hair dryer, tea/coffee in the rooms. Laundry service available and an ironing room on one of the floors. Traffic a little noisy, but hey we are in the middle of London and lift is a little squidgy and clanky, not the best if you don't like confined spaces. Has a bar and restaurant or you can place snack orders at the bar to take back to your room. Overall not a bad stay!
I. L.
Tired building but clean. A bit noisy due to road traffic noise and no ability to adjust heat in room. Staff are friendly and food in restaurant is reasonably priced. Relatively inexpensive with several good pubs in the neighborhood.
g.
If you can manage to book at a discount price via one of the many on-line booking sites then this hotel can really represent good value for money for a London hotel. Although a bit dated the rooms and reception areas are clean and presentable and the rooms a good size for a budget hotel. The location is excellent - just a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station.
R. S.
I've stayed here a few times now, and every time has been great. All the staff are polite, the rooms were tidy and the breakfast is superb. Even better is the price, so cheap!
l.
Good hotel in a very good location (approx 2 mins from Lambeth North station). Room was an adequate size for stopping for two nights. Bed was very comfy and all utilities in the room worked as expected (aside from the shower which the holder was broken and the door opened the wrong way, making it slightly difficult to get into). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the intercom system was very handy for when you don't want to travel round the hotel. Would definately stay there again!
R. M.
This place was a great stay - it was within close proximity to London city and walking disrance to transport routes. The rooms were quite small, however they were neat, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were always helpful.
C. M.
Perfectly acceptable city centre hotel. Rooms are a bit quirky and small because of odd shaped building. Continental breakfast was a bit lacking but was cheap so get what you pay for. Great burgers at Steam Engine just around the corner.
R. L.
Great location just 7 minute walk from Waterloo station. Rooms are small but we'll 2 appointed. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great pub across the street to have a pint and great Indian in the same street. would recommend and we will stay here again in on our next trip to London.
M. C.
We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Easy direct access to West End and Paddington on Bakerloo line. Southbank within walking distance. Would use again
T. C.
Decent budget hotel. Breakfast not included but we got vouchers for a few bucks off. Small rooms but that's Europe for you. Short walk to the bus stops and very close to many tourist spots
D. M.
Well priced for London. The rooms get hot and there is no air conditioning but they provide fans. For London the rooms are big, clean and quite modern. the breakfast is alright but not worth it unless included.
P. B.
Rooms are basic and OK but the food is very poor. The breakfast is nearly £10 and is terrible. The evening meal I had was very basic and I could have got a better meal from McDonald's. The location is good as it is only a short walk from the London Eye. I would stay again but would not use the resurant.
C. G.
Nice hotel. Enough if you are travelling on business or family holidays. It is not a luxury hotel but rates are fair. Very good sized rooms and an excellent toilet, clean ans spacious.
D. G.
Highly recommend. Booked through superbreak - very reasonable. 10 mins walk from Waterloo, 5 mins from Lambeth North tube, 5 mins from Imperial War Museum. Rooms were good size and clean, bathrooms looked newly refurbished. Hot breakfast buffet decent, but main breakfast room small, though overflow seating by bar area with additional continental breakfast stuff. Bar pricey, but hey this is London! Overall good value.
D. C.
Staff were very efficient at sending me to my room... to the extent I struggled to keep up with what the girl was saying. Modern bathroom was nice to see, given the dates exterior to the building. Comfortable beds. Get a room in one of the higher floors to avoid traffic noise.
L. E.
I liked it. Friendly staff, budget hotel but a clean room, helpful staff and a hearty cooked breakfast with a hot shower and comfortable bed are all you need really.
G. C.
My friend and I just returned from staying 6 nights. Lovely staff, room was small (but it didn't matter; we didn't visit London to stay in a room) but was cleaned every day (very pleased about that). The continental breakfast suited our needs and we had no trouble with the wi-fi. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go. This hotel was a good choice for us and if we ever have the good fortune to visit again, will book this hotel. I only gave 4 stars because the shower was a little too small pIus I had trouble regulating the faucets.
P. O.
Good value for money. Rooms were fairly maintained, and lavatories/showers had just been renovated. One lift was out of commission which slowed a lot of trips for guests.
A. W.
Standard cheaper hotel, pretty good considering the price we got. But thin walls and door towards the corridor and quite early start of cleaning/drunk people coming back in the night is not a good combination.
Rooms are clean. Soft bed, nice puffy pillows and blanket. Coffe, tea and boiler. TV with maybe 10 channels. Soap, shower gel etc. Standard stuff.
The hotel is located more or less next to a police station so once in a while the sirens turns on in the night. You can keep the windows closed but the room temp was a bit hot so we had them open. Well, makes you feel safe at least.
Good location, not especially busy. 10-15 min walk from Waterloo station, 25-30 min from Trafalgar square, 15-20 min from Big Ben. A few min to Lambeth North and both tube and buses.
If you aren't sensitive to noise, a good hotel. But if you are, don't go to London at all unless you can afford the high end hotels. They seem to be experts at building non-sound proofed hotels in my experience.;) Or bring ear plugs and, if at Days, ask for a room facing away from the main street to avoid police sirens.
J. S.
Nice and clean....Dint have any issues with room. Within walking distance of Lambeth North and Elephant and Castle tube stations. 10mins or less. Enjoyed the breakfast. Was a work related stay so wasn't really looking for anything extravagant. But I will say I got more than I paid for. :) Good value for money! :)
c. k.
Very nice hotel clean and comfortable room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a good place to stay and handy for all your sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.
D. P.
The quality of the rooms might not be that great and the showers are tiny but the beds are comfortable enough. The main selling points though are it's very cheap, especially if you're staying in London for a week, and above all else the transport links. You can catch a bus just outside the hotel along the road to Leicester Square or anywhere nearby.
I've stayed in quite a few hotels in London and this is by far my favourite just because it doesn't cost a fortune and I can get to / from the West End very easily. There's nothing worse than getting a 3 star hotel 'in the city' that's a mile walk from the nearest tube or bus stop!
My only gripe is that the breakfast is abysmal and not really worth having. I'd recommend instead walking to the shops along the street as there's a cafe there that do very nice reasonably priced breakfasts.
B. A.
The rooms are fairly standard, the bathroom is quite nice. The beds are quite cheap and you can definitely feel it! There's no air con, but there's a fan in the room if need be
A. P.
What a find ! A very reasonably priced hotel 5 minutes from Big-Ben, The London Eye and the Southbank Centre. Even more amazing - you can park your car for just 20 quid.
The room was obviously just refurbished (to a very high standard). There is a bar, a restaurant and lounge. All in all GREAT VALUE.
S. M.
Great location. Staff friendly and rooms well appointed. Lovely outside seating area to enjoy a hearty breakfast or just a drink.
D. M.
My first time at Days Hotel and a little disappointing. I paid the same price as Premier Inn but got a less comfy bed, no air con, and a worse breakfast. Adequate but better alternatives available.
M. W.
A great hotel with an excellent housekeeping. Breakfast is simple but more than enough to start the day. The location is great with a metro station nearby and Waterloo station is just a few minutes walking. A recommendation
C. M.
Good location for Westminster. Close to All attractions. Lots of local shops close by. Room large comfortable quiet. Good breakfast. Perfect location for St Thomas hospital. 1 night special deal was great value. Choose Sunday for Best deals.
M. V.
Friendly staff in this hotel! Rooms are small, but they made the best of the space. Unfortunately there is no air-conditioning :( everything else was good.
J. W.
Have stayed here several times over the last 4 years. Reasonable price for London, rooms small but clean, good bathroom, TV tea & coffee making facilities in each room, only drawback is no Air conditioning so rooms can be very hot in summer, a fan is provided and you can partly open a window, though traffic noise can be a problem. Five mins walk from Lambsth North Tube, 20 mins walk from Waterloo Station. 344 bus passes outside. Opposite Imperial War museum. Always had good service, breakfast NOT included in price but can be purchased.
J. B.
Some of the staff are polite But management have to take notice of priorities with the repairs. Food is good. And girl who cleaned our room was lovely and made us welcome.
S. H.
Staff were pleasant and the check in was easy. Our room was clean and tidy with fresh towels and bed sheets ready. Quiet hotel. Enjoyed our time here
R. &. R. G.
This is a budget hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds require some attention as well as the foyer area. Breakfast is okay but not a huge selection for continental breakfast option.
D.
Room very cold, heater did not work.
Breakfast was worse than ever, being told to wait for 20 minutes before I could join others in our group. …
D. M.
Great hotel 3 minute walk from Lambeth North tube station or 10 minute walk from Waterloo tube. The hotel is a 10 minute strole to the London eye and Westminster Bridge where of course you'll fine Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. The Imperial war museum is a stones throw away. The hotel itself has practical clean rooms with an ironing room on each floor.Free safe disposit boxes are found in the reception area.I stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was the usual drinks, cereal, croissants, toast and fruit, not bad at all. The restaurant is modest but the food is very good and have to say not expensive. I would highly recommend this hotel for an inexpensive break in a great location and friendly welcome.
D. S.
Very average. Bed was comfy and there was tea facilities and ok WiFi. However, rooms don't have central heating (just electric heaters), it gets pretty noisy and cold at night, and the receptionist was extremely moody on arrival. Also no invoice could be provided on exit, I will hopefully be emailed later with it 🤞
D.
Great location, only a short walk to the river and even a free newspaper in the morning.
Only a bedside table on one side of the double bed, a shelf for my phone and water would have been handy.
m. m. g.
This is well located place 5 to 10 minutes from most main attractions staff were helpfull and food was ok great if you need budget place to stay in London. No bells and whistles you get what you pay for would stay again. Just one thing Breakfast needs work
P. N.
Lambeth is one fine neighbourhood in London. A very pleasant place to stay there is The Days. Rooms not too big, but certainly sufficient. Very good bathroom and absolutely satisfying continental breakfast for £ 6 p.p. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Honourable mention for Marsha Brown. She knows everything and manages all in a natural flow.
d. b.
Good value hotel close to everything in London, but the staff were not very helpful or engaged with the customers.
d. f.
Excellent value for money for london. Comfy bed, nice room. Bathroom needed bit of a refurb but decent water pressure in shower. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff
J. R.
Nice, reasonably located hotel; 5 minutes walk from Lambeth North and 10 minutes from Waterloo. Room small but adequate and clean. Window double glazed plus secondary glazing, so quiet as well
K. D. S. T.
Location is very convenient. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed and for Muslims, prayer direction is thoughtfully indicated and mats are also provided. Staff are welcoming and food is good!
D. P.
Good hotel for purpose; close to Waterloo and Imperial War Museum and quick transport links nearby. Clean room and friendly staff. No air-conditioning so be aware when it's summer!
A. S.
This hotel was perfect, it was a great price and close to everything in London. The tube stop is nearby and there are plenty of pubs in walking distance. The staff was amazing!
p. s.
Great price for the location, within walking distance of the eye, parliament, Lambeth North tube stop a little over a block away. Room basic but clean, staff super friendly, makes a great home base. Will be back for sure.
S. W.
i would stay here again ... we got a tiny little room... then asked if we could move to a larger one... and they obliged with no extra charge! the breakfast was .... ok .... the beds were ok... not a new hotel... but keep in mind the price and location.... these two factors make this the greatest deal in central london!
F. F.
Hotel is close to the undergroung station and to the very centre. Staff is kind and nice. The hotel offers you a lot of services. Rooms are small but the price is cheap. It is possible to have breakfast at low price.
j. p.
Central London. Very accessible. Good Breakfast. Clean and cosy. Fair prices. Near Waterloo Station, Imperial War Museum, St. Margaret's Church, 10 min on foot to Westminster Bridge, London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Etc
C. L.
It's in a good location in the heart of London. Around 2 mins walk to the closest tube station. Overall the experience was nice, TV had problems connecting to channels, bed could be comfier. I would still go there again as it wasn't that bad.
T. P.
Small rooms, however very convenient for a one night stay. Good proximity to london eye and parlament buildings, river thames cruise. The best part is that it's a quite neighborhood. The full English breakfast was excellent.
R. C.
Location is handy, room is tolerably clean, though a bit over priced. I'm here in company business and TBH the hotel doesn't match the travel policy. If I was passing through London I would consider staying here (if it was cheaper)
E. D.
Great location and a really short walk from Lambeth North. Not far for anyone wanting to be on the South Bank.
The bed was really soft which wasn't my cup of tea but the facilities were really clean and was a comfortable stay for one night.
R. J.
Comfy bed but a little dated decor. Quite a warm hotel but thankfully a fan was in the room. Will stay there again as it's pretty decent from a coat perspective.
S.
This hotel is near to public amenities
There was a vile and puerile smell in the room and bathroom sink which was also too small. …
G. G.
Excellent place. Bathroom is very large and the water is good. The bed is large and comfortable. I recommend to all who wants to visit London.
D. B.
What I expected tbh. Clean, staff very polite, bed a bit springy but comfy enough. Cooked breakfast wasn't worth a tenner though. You could get a full English at the café round the corner for much less.
m. s.
Lovely night staff, extremely attentive apart from the the lady on shift, spent the whole time talking to someone whilst the other guy did everything. Not really fair, plus gave him macallan without charging!!! Ye great ethics for a manager!!! Other guy deserves better that he gets amazing guy
T. C.
Great location to tourist sites such as Westminster and Tate galleries nearest tube just 5 min walk (Lambeth north) continental breakfast can be included in stay. Has a bar, nearest shop is just 1 min away has a wide variety of food and booze and pub just around the corner.
M. B.
Good location, cheap and cheerful, rooms are a ok size. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff. What I would expect from a budget hotel in central London.
F. S.
Hotel seems nice and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are small but got everything you need. Nice bathroom with decent shower.
D. P.
Small rooms with no air conditioning and bad lighting. Small shower in nice bathroom. Nice staff. Was very very hot and stuffy at night.
M. S.
Clean and comfortable although the room was a little on the small side. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Overall very good.
s. l.
1st time back this yr and looks very different. Big improvement to the decor.staff as always friendly and polite.shame we missed Frank as he always went out of his way to make us feel part of the hotel family.the night staff and especially frank are an asset to your hotel and makes us want to come back time and time. Hopefully we will b returning in may to celebrate my mums 80th birthday
the decor of the hotel.
L. E.
The rooms are a little dated and the beds are very soft. But that is expected on a 2 star hotel. Good value for money.
D. B.
Close to everything, generally quiet
Walk past fruit stands, general stores, coffee shops on way to tube. Near a Boris bike stand, reasonable price
Wifi could have been a bit better in the end room. EDIT; wifi could be much better
S. D. W.
This hotel is in a great location if you’re visiting London
Close to Westminster Bridge
Clean not overly spacious but it’s safe
A few nice restaurants to est close by
Breakfast is great lots of choices and options
Give this hotel a chance
I’ve stayed there over 20 times now
S. M.
This hotel was amazing from our room ,the food and the staff was very helpful and could not do enough to make our stay a lovely experience and to top it off the manger gave us a bottle of champagne because it was my birthday
R. L.
Fantastic location, clean and comfy rooms. Didn't try breakfast as we discovered The Corner Cafe a 2minute walk away which was excellent.
S. E.
Breakfast was not very good. Sausage and bacon quality was poor and eggs were hard. Room was excellent and staff were very friendly. If you stay here it's great value but have breakfast elsewhere
M. H. (.
Cheap and cheerful, you get a small but comfy room with a bathroom. Good location for the bus network. Helpful staff. Very good value.
S. B.
It's near to the city center. The rooms are small but big enough for a few days of sightseeing. Breakfast is nice but not very much choice what to eat.
S. S.
Stayed for 2 nights and found it to be a very good hotel.
The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and tidy
The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is close to westminster
All in all a very good stay.

Days Hotel London
Very comfortable. Helpful pleasant staff. Room a little small but good , no air con but fan provided.....would stay again
C. K.
Close to the underground. Nice staff. Very small but clean and comfy rooms. Good prices. We would come back.

Decent sized double room with a TV, desk and everything needed to make tea and coffee. The bed was soft and comfortable, nice room that did the job.
D.
Good: Location and friendly staff in restaurant/bar area. Relatively cheap. Location
Bad: food dreadful. Avoid anything cooked...breakfast or dinner. Miserable East European staff in check in area
A. C. L.
Good experience! Attendents were very comprehensive and helpfull. We had arrived from a 30h trip and were able to check-in earlier :) Good area also.
M. D.
The location is as busy as you can aspect in a big city. Prices are reasonable for the service and accommodation. There is no airco in the room, only a fan. Breakfast is a little expensive but you can choose international or english.
a. z.
It is oke for the price. The rooms are small but clean. The location is amazing, really close to an underground station and waterloo station.
I. H.
Nice room, breakfast was a little disappointing as it was cold. Rooms can be a but noisy but it is in the city. Overall good
L. C.
Location is great Not far from a train station to get to central London quickly and plenty of pubs around nearby Rooms are a little small but they are clean and have all the necessary amenities
L. B.
Friendly staff, clean hotel and a more quiet neighborhood. The hotel was located near easy transportation access, which was great.
M. B.
Some of the staff not very helpful. There was a bad smell coming from the sink in our bathroom, one of the bedside lights didn't work. The restaurant was small and cramped
S. G.
Very tiny rooms, but clean. Somewhat creepy people lived there. The connection to the underground is very near and good.
D. C.
The hotel looks tired from the outside, but the rooms are clean and modern. The staff are polite and the bar and dining area more than adequate.
W. B.
Good place to sleep and stay.
+ location near subway and Westminster
+ good bed
+ friendly staff
- bathroom could use an upgrade
T. W.
Staff very friendly. Rooms a reasonable size. Ground floor rooms need air conditioning.
Food reasonable price and tasty.
M. R.
My experience at Waterloo hub hotel i can't say nothing bad it's a nice hub hotel ❤❤
M. B.
Excellent budget hotel friendly helpful staff. Great location for central London. Clean quiet comfortable room. Good breakfast.
T. C.
Everything you expect from a hotel of this calibre so no complaints. Staff were as friendly as they would be at the front desk. All was good with the world
A. L.
Great hotel with a spacious bathroom, given free tea and coffee with the room. But is a 10 minute walk away from the centre of London, never the less Would recommend
L. W.
The room was lovely, although nothing about £20 to park there during our stay for 24 hours, I think that should be included not extra,
The menu was very limited, we asked for a curry 20 minutes later they told us there wasn’t any, we asked then for chicken wings, about 10 minutes later and with my food she said there wasn’t any of those either, the service was very poor, we went to the bar and was waiting there a long time to be served,
The waitress has long hair not tied back and was playing with it as she was serving us, also the language barrier was hard too, she couldn’t understand us
We never slept very well as there were sirens on the road up and down all night
I wouldn’t stay here again
A. S.
Very pleasant stay. Near tube and bus stations. Large clean room with cozy bar and full English breakfast.
J. E.
Great stay very polite and respectful staff. Was a little loud at night with traffic. But it's London so I guess that's normal. Breakfast not included which kinda bummed
A. V. W.
The rooms are nice, tge location is amazing, but the staff not very helpful, didnt know much about the area and the sites of london, practical information etc
A. G.
Rooms where ok in size, no a/c, it was hot and fans will not cut it no variety on breakfast, but it was close to London atractions.
C. M.
Small, but nice quality hotel rooms. No AC, but provided fan was sufficient for this early September trip.
J. L.
Good location within walking distance of many tourist locations. Rooms are clean and decent. Service was prompt.
M. B.
Nice and decent rooms, breakfast is fine, personal is very friendly and the prices at the bar are good
p.
Rooms are so clean and tidy. But breakfast is not good. I think, they can widen breakfast choices.
J. v. d. H.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms were clean only thing that was a bit off were the constant sirens of police in the night
D.
Very good bathroom, with lovely deep bathtub.
Room was very dark. I was on business, and really need more overhead light
S. W.
Good location, rooms a little small but price reasonable for being a 10 minute walk away from tower bridge. Would recommend for the right people
B.
The staff were friendly and polit.
The whole hotel needs redecorating, particularly the lifts and hallways. No air conditioning.
J. S.
The rooms in the hotel were very tidy and the standard was very good. The front of the hotel looked dull and like a council flats.
N. C.
Good position opposite Imperial War Museum not far from Waterloo. Couple of good pubs nearby. Room was fine.
K. H. o. S.
Good value for money. Lovely clean rooms. You couldn't wish for better staff
G. A.
Excellent location, very good service, rooms OK, not adequate space to hang clothes. Overall very good value for money
G. G.
Nice and clean place. Unfortunately if you are a smoker, you have to do it in the rain. There are tables outside but nothing to protect you, not even a big umbrella.
H. G.
Service good, old-fashioned room equipment, but in clean and acceptable general condition.
Breakfast good, permanently fresh cooked food 🥘
B. R. M.
The team is still the same. Hotel is in a very good location, there is a new software going on and chromecast should be working in rhe room, but it was not. They can improve but I understand the brand change can be an obstacle. In general they deserve better grades than people are giving them.
C. B.
Days Hotel London is in a great location for travelers. Close to the tube, pubs and food options. It is a typical inexpensive hotel in London, in need of refurbishment.
