R. F.Perfect location, lovely place. I really liked the room, it was clean enough and the staff were always helpful when we needed.
The room was warm and cosy and had all what necessary for our stay.
We stayed for 12 days, and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to London.
L. M.The first time I am actually considering to repeat a place. Excellent team and service! They really know what they are doing. The studios are modest and you get what you pay for. Clean and tidy - for a shower and a place to sleep, it is all you need. Very small in size, though nicely optimized. Mind that if you get the fourth floor there are lots of stairs to climb.

No tea/coffee or shampoo given but all other materials provided. Great price for London. A lot of stairs however!
M. U.Place is very well positioned, close to Northern and Jubilee line tube stops and to shops and amenities. Studio is very good, only a couple of nuisances: the shower water, which had some weird smell but that's possibly because of the old building and therefore old pipes (tap water from kitchen sink was just fine for drinking) and the bed mattress, which was a bit on the soft side. Nevertheless, great place!

The staff was friendly and helpful except for the blond receptionist (rude and lazy): we asked just an information and it seemed to have bothered her! Absolutely unacceptable.. Anyway, we're enough satisfied. 3⭐
J. T.Very nice accomodations! It's a small studio apartment in the size of a hotel room, so you get a private bathroom, your own kitchen and a place to eat, and a bed. The night manager was one of the nicest hotel employees I've met!
C. S.An excellent budget place to stay in London. The rooms are essentially studio apartments with bathroom and kitchen that includes fridge and full oven. There is a full set of crockery and utensils so you just need to bring your own food. A great way to stay in London without having to eat out for every meal.

F.Clean and cozy apartment, sheets, kitchen, towels all smelling! in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood, (having a huge park you can see some fox running at night in the streets ... but don't be scared) the subway is a 6/7 minute walk (Northern Line - Belsize Park) and cut the city well, to be able to move comfortably in the various points of interest, nice holiday!
I. O.I was looking for apart hotels in London for a long time, and I found Welby Short lets.
What a good place!
The rooms are quite nice, and they have a kitchen, fridge and sink. Ours was located in the second floor of the house (no lift).
The staff was quite helpful.
The location of the appartments is in a very nice neighbourhood, buy a bit far off from.everything. nevertheless, there is a train station 2 blocks away, and busses wich run one block away.
When I go back to london, I will definitely stay here again, because it has all the commodities I need.

Beautiful green neighborhood.
Not the biggest rooms but you get what you see in the pictures. The walls are quite thin and the doors make quite a bit of sound so if you're a very light sleeper this might not be the place for you.
The owner was really friendly and helpfull.

T. I.(Translated) It is very well located, in the heart of Hampstead, 3 blocks from the subway. Our apartment was very small, with the bed against the wall, so it was uncomfortable to access.
It has cooking utensils, cooker and oven, but it does not have a microwave, which would be very useful in such a place.
It has no cleaning service while one is staying, but we receive it impeccably upon arrival.
To request the change of towels or the supply of toilet paper, you must go to the administration.

Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno corazón de Hampstead, a 3 cuadras del subterráneo. Nuestro apartamento era muy pequeño, con la cama contra la pared, por lo que era incómodo para acceder.
Tiene utensilios de cocina, cocina y horno, pero no posee microondas, lo que sería muy útil en un lugar así.
No posee servicio de limpieza mientras uno está alojado, pero lo recibimos impecable al llegar.
Para solicitar el cambio de toallas o el abastecimiento de papel higiénico, hay que dirigirse a la administración.

The woman at the reception is really nice. The white woman in the office in the morning is really unfriendly and not very good. . Son departamentos tipo monoambientes, chiquitos pero prolijos y con todo lo necesario para desayunar o cenar allí. Son sencillos pero buena onda la gente que alquila, bien de limpieza y muy bien la ubicación. Buena relación precio calidad. La única contra, tenes que subir el equipaje por escalera.
M. M.(Translated) The area is great, and the apartment itself is modest but the basic needs are covered to spare. They could be more generous with the toilet paper and put some more cloth, tablecloth, broom, bleach ... in short what is necessary to have the apartment neat. The kettle was full of lime, you could tear the pieces, it was not a pigsty but it was not clean either. Personally it would lower the price a little (it's not expensive but it's not worth what it costs, let's be honest) and it would include more cleaning material, then the guests who decide whether to use it or not.
The staff, except one guy who was very correct, some rude, especially a pregnant girl and another lady of a certain age.

La zona está genial, y el apartamento en si también, es modesto pero las necesidades básicas están cubiertas de sobra. Podrían ser más generosos con el papel higiénico y poner algún trapo más, mantel, escoba, lejía ... en fin lo necesario para tener el apartamento aseado. El hervidor de agua estaba lleno de cal, podías arrancarle los trozos, no era ninguna pocilga pero tampoco estaba limpio. Personalmente bajaría un poco el precio (no es caro pero tampoco vale lo que cuesta seamos sinceros) e incluiría más material de limpieza, luego los huéspedes que decidan si usarlo o no.
El personal, excepto un chico que fue muy correcto, unos maleducados sobretodo una chica embarazada y otra señora ya de una cierta edad.

Hôtel bon pour quelque jours seulement car pas de ménage fait en chambre durant le séjour. Les femmes de ménage sont inaccueillante sauf le personnel à l'accueil qui sont des plus agréable.Les chambres sont bien équipés : absence de micro onde c'est dommage.. La literie est à refaire..plaque sur le corps à mon retour en France ainsi que mn conjoint !!!!! La robinetterie également est à refaire.

Appartement situé au 20 belsize Park, propre et conforme aux attentes. Quelques points positifs : emplacement (entre deux lignes de métro Nothern Line, Jubilee Line), propreté, calme. Quelques points négatifs : les produits de base ne sont pas fournis (balai, brosse et éponge pour vaisselle, sel, poivre, sucre, café, ...), poignée du four absente (ouverture difficile quand il est chaud), accueil laissant à désirer.
