P.This was a last minute find for one Sunday night, very central location and for the price it was perfect - when one pays £30 for a night in a hotel adjacent to Earls Court one's expectations cannot be unrealistically high, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and courteous, free WiFi and breakfast had we wanted it. Yes the hotel is in need of some TLC and would benefit from a refresh in the carpet and soft furnishings but that would increase prices so you get what you pay for and for the price, it was perfect.
B. J.Very tired hotel but in a very convenient location, 5 mins from the tube station and shops and a 24hr Tesco 2 mins away. Staff were friendly and helpful, including changing the linen from the gross non-fitting set to fresh ones on request. The room was stuffy, hot and noisy with a window that didn't fully open to allow fresh air in. No aircon, tiny desk fan provided. Bathroom was adequate. Kettle in the room and the breakfast was basic but adequate. A little overpriced IMO given how run down it feels but the location is very convenient, and the staff very friendly.

Z. P.Hotel is fairly clean, with every day cleaning service. Wifi is fine, tv signal is very puor and you can't watch all channels, just the noise from main street is really bad. If you are sensitive it will be restless night. But even than I'll recommend this hotel, it's very close to high street.

Ok, it is an old Victorian building, and you really can't expect top notch everything there, also the Lift is too small for somebody like me who suffers from chronic Claustrophobia...BUT....! I have been in London's hotels that are 5 to 8 times more expensive , in some of them you're never greeted with simple Good Morning and you do not get Fresh & Clean Towels every day as a norm! Well, this hotel has hands down the most polite and helpful staff I have ever experienced in London, we got Fresh Towels every day, and the ammount of soap, shampoo an the Toilet paper is already stocked in your room for a longer stay, so you do not have to remind Personel like in many other far more expensive Hotels every single morning to do so. Also, we were really surprised when we found that a Room keeper has spotted our bottle of Wine and left two Wine Glasses - that is how you win customers! Breakfast is very simple, but also very good - you really can't expect A La Carte menu breakfast for the price you pay here. Also, take into account that 200 meters on the right, there is a huge Tesco store, and some 300 meters on the right, there is Earls Court Road with tons of restaurants, shops and a Tube station - District line Hub and Picadilly. Bus Number 74 stops practically in front of the Hotel, and Landmarkwise it's a 15 of Central West London. Upon check out from the Hotel, we received a nice small presents for the trip back Home. As I said before - this is how you win customers. Thank You!

You can walk quietly through the streets without fear. The hotel is clean, the attention is good and at least me and my husband never lacked anything, it has wifi internet that I think is fast, clean sheets, comfortable beds, TV, kettle and coffee since they leave you cups in the piece. It also has a small refrigerator in case someone wants to cut costs and buy food in the sector. The shower meets the hot water. They have always left us clean towels, soap and shampoo. It is comfortable and good for value. I totally recommend it.

Estoy hospedada aquí por harto rato ya y me parece una excelente opción y recomendable totalmente, no es caro, queda ubicado en un lugar seguro y cerca de las principales atracciones de Londres en locomoción. Se puede andar tranquilamente por las calles sin temor. El hotel es limpio, la atención es buena y al menos a mí y a mí esposo nunca nos faltó nada, tiene internet wifi que a mí parecer es rápido, sábanas limpias, camas cómodas, tele, hervidor y café ya que te dejan tacitas en la pieza . También tiene un refrigerador pequeño por si alguien quiere abaratar costos y comprar comida por el sector. La ducha cumple, el agua caliente. Siempre nos han dejado toallas limpias , jabón y shampoo. Es cómodo y bueno por su valor. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

The location is excellent, very close to transport and supermarkets. Struttura davvero essenziale e un tantino antiquata. Le stanze (almeno le singole) sono piccole, in compenso il bagno è relativamente spazioso, entrambi sono puliti. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima ai mezzi e a supermercati. Colazione con scelta limitata ma dignitosa.4 stelline soprattutto per la disponibilità dello staff che mi ha cambiato la stanza (la prima assegnatami, affacciata sulla strada principale, era troppo rumorosa) e che mi ha dato un sacchettino con acqua e dolcetti al check out!
C. L.(Translated) Have a good stay! Very friendly welcome! When we left we were given a small bottle and a small packet of treats. It was a lovely touch. Very good location! Ideal for moving around without worries. Regarding the room, it did not exactly match the photos but it was. The "shampoos" and other soaps in the bathroom are dropped like that in a chaotic fashion. A small basket to hold all this could very well solve the problem. No spoons to accompany the cups in the rooms. We stirred with a straw :) The continental breakfast is very brief: white sandwich bread, coffee, two types of cereals, ham, butter, cheese, jam, yogurt ... So is a continental breakfast, however I would have liked to have some pastries and a little more choice.
I paid for breakfast but since there is no verification of room numbers at breakfast time, I might as well have not done so and eat anyway: s
The elevator is much too narrow !!!!!! Almost impossible to enter in two!
That being said, I think if I was to go back to London for a weekend, I would stay there again.

Bon séjour! Accueil fort sympathique! Lors de notre départ, nous avons reçus une petite bouteille et un petit paquet de friandises. Ce fut une charmante attention.Très bonne localisation! Idéal pour se déplacer sans soucis. Concernant la chambre, elle ne correspondait pas exactement aux photos mais ça a été. Les "shampooings" et autres savons dans la salle de bain sont lachés comme ça de façon chaotique. Un petit panier pour contenir tout ça pourrait très bien régler le problème. Pas de cuillères pour accompagner les tasses dans les chambres. On a touillé avec une paille :) Le petit déjeuner continental est très succinct : du pain de mie blanc, du café, deux types de céréales, du jambon, du beurre, du fromage, de la confiture, des yaourts... C'est donc bien un petit déjeuner continental, cependant j'aurais aimé avoir des viennoiseries et un petit peu plus de choix.
J'ai payé le petit déjeuner mais puisqu'il n'y a aucune vérification des numéros de chambres au moment du pti déj', j'aurais tout aussi bien pu ne pas le faire et manger quand même :s
L' ascenseur est beaucoup trop étroit!!!!!! Impossible ou presque d'y entrer à deux!
Cela étant dit, je pense que si je devais retourner à Londres pour un weekend, j'y retournerais volontiers.
H. P.(Translated) It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, very well connected to the center thanks to the underground station of Earl's Court, which is 6 minutes walk. Right next to it there is a Tesco supermarket and where the metro stop there are lots of shops of all kinds.
The hotel itself is austere but very economical, the cleanliness could improve, although it is fine, compared to other London hotels with that price scale.
The attention from the staff was very good. They were kind and friendly and tried hard to make our experience good.
In short, totally recommended.

Está en un barrio agradable y tranquilo, muy bien comunicado con el centro gracias a la estación de metro de Earl’s Court, que se encuentra a 6 minutos andando. Justo al lado hay un supermercado de Tesco y donde la parada de metro hay cantidad de comercios de todo tipo.
El hotel en si es austero pero muy económico, la limpieza podría mejorar, aunque está bien, comparado con otros hoteles de Londres con ese baremo de precios.
La atención por parte del personal fue muy buena. Fueron amables y simpáticos y se esforzaron para que nuestra experiencia fuera buena.
En definitiva, totalmente recomendable.
