J. L.Staff was really nice upon check in and out. Overall the place was okay, bed was comfy and had a good 3 nights of sleep. However, bathroom was extremely tight, the kitchenette was not very practical, sink was too small to even wash the pots and plates, and not enough dish wash soap given. Also there was no dustpan so was not able sweep the floor during our stay therefore was left with dirty floor.

J. D.My girlfriend and I stayed here on a night out at Printworks. We just couldn't fault the place; beautifully decorated/designed, comfortable, good location, near Aldgate East tube station and lovely staff.
The room had everything we needed and was just cleverly tidied away, so it didn't feel cluttered. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and although you are next to a busy road, we couldn't hear anything.

Location is central and plenty of street parking for free, which was a welcomed bonus. The breakfast was exceptional and fresh. The best hotel breakfast we've had for a long time. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. It was also super close to transport - a short walk to the tube station. To top it all off the staff were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to London.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment with a fantastic view of the city. The apartment was very modern and had everything we needed.
We had breakfast 2 mornings and again we couldn't fault it, freshly cooked, very tasty with a great selection. We'll definitely stay again.

A. K.I am relocating to the UK with my wife and we stayed here for 3 weeks, before moving into our place. The check-in experience was very smooth. We waited for 5-10 mins before our room key was handed over.While we were waiting, the staff offered us beverage and were great.Lazarus,Dee and Almay made our checkin very smooth.
The studio in which stayed was on the 13th floor, with an amazing view of London skyline and the Tower Bridge.
The room and the bathroom was super clean and smelled good.
The staff is very nice and hospitable, during our stay we interacted with many, to name a few Auguste and Farmaan who were always helpful.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Wilde, Aldgate and would love to stay at their chain Aparthotel in future.

S. C.Hello, I have been staying here for more than 14 days and I had a fabulous experience. The rooms are decent in size with all basic amenities like oven, induction, dishwasher, toaster and other small cooking essentials.
The staff here is quite helpful, I came across Leah and Lazii who went out of the way and help us understand more about London areas, do's and don'ts, their guidance was a boon for us. These guys literally helped us understand the different tube lines, bus services etc. All other staff members were super supportive as well.
Area where the hotel is located is quite good it has Tesko express near by and Aldgate/White chapel tube stations at walking distance.

#. S.Perfect location, nice tidy warm comfortable room. The room was spot on, nice and clean, the bed was really good and soft and we felt sleeping like in a cloud. 10-15 mins to tower bridge and all the city sightseeing busses stop also close to Sky garden.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and very polite. Easy and fast way to connect with the reception or the staff of the hotel via WhatsApp. Laz, Faatimah and Erick were there to help us with all we needed. Thank you guys, you made our stay even better.

There is a great attention to detail at this hotel, such as two welcome pods of coffee for the Nespresso machine in the room, complimentary milk, teabags, and two bottles of water. No sound from the street gets into the room. There are smart solutions such as closing the blinds with an electric button. All the staff were truly lovely - we had a chance to briefly interact with Fatima, Chris and UJJ. The staff were professional, joyful, personable, friendly, approachable and in good spirits. We could clearly see that other guests also enjoyed their interaction with the staff. The management is lucky to have them! The place is clean and has many charming touches. I was very impressed with the kitchen equipment in the room, which included pots, bowls, cutlery, mugs, glasses (including wine glasses), and even a pizza cutter, wine and can openers, and lots more! It was a surprise stay for my fiancé who said that it was his best hotel stay yet! Keep up the good work and that lovely, unique vibe! Thank you.

The room was rather hot and aircon doesn’t get too cold or blow into the bedroom but the manager asked for feedback when we left and said they were looking into it, as I believe it’s not long opened which is a fantastic approach to customer service. We were upgraded to an amazing one bedroom apartment, with a spectacular view. The sofa became two separate beds and the space is incredibly well designed. Our reception help, Faatimah was brilliant. My room was absolutely spotless, had absolutely everything I needed plus some jaw-dropping views of London’s most popular skyscrapers. The bed was a huge highlight as well! Overall the high standards and value of the place were undeniable. I really didn’t want to leave but will surely be back soon and recommend to others. 10/10 !!
g. m.lovely rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff. There were a few hicccups checking in but all was resolved. After all it had only just opened a couple of days previously, would definitely recommend. Position is good for the East end ( brick Lane, Whitechapel Gallery, museum of the Home, Spitalfields Market and docklands )but bus routes, tube and taxis work well if the walk into Covent Garden, Holborn etc proves too much.
The welcome into the hotel by the Staff was lovely and throughout our stay we felt well looked after.
