T. D.Amazing stay!
The facilities were great and the room super clean when we arrived. The bed was so comfortable and soft too! The location is so convenient as we walked 3 minutes to Sainsbury’s and 10 minutes to China town. Never took the underground once during our stay! There are so many shops and restaurants nearby.
The manager also let us have a room for a couple hours after checkout when my boyfriend had an important interview to attend online and needed a quiet space. Overall great service and great apartment. I would recommend this place 100%

T. B.Absolutely lovely place. Really clean and well equipped for sure! I used the hob to cook late after being out all day which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to younger people up to 30 because one person has to climb over to get to the bed which my dad would not have been able to do (other rooms may be different in fairness). Our freezer was frozen over which affected the temperature of the fridge as the door wouldn’t shut properly (hence the 4 stars) but other than that, the location is PERFECT and the staff were AMAZING!

However all overshadowed by the excellent front desk staff they were super & extremely efficient and helpful, totally professional. 5 🌟

The only reason this review isn’t “excellent” is we were in the “accessible” room which had the smallest sink I’ve ever seen, and it was way too low for us to use comfortably.
I would definitely stay in this Wilde hotel again, in a different room.
R.This a great place, everything was perfect,the views were fantastic, the iconic places in London are so close to the hotel, it saved the headache of using to much public transport, which gave us more time to enjoy other places in London. the receptionists we really polite, they were ready to help at anytime, the rooms were so clean, cookies,milk and water was mandatory for the guests, which was a beautiful touch. I would 100%recommend this place.
J. R.Aparthotel is situated in a fantastic area close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and tube stations for exploring London. Staff were very friendly on arrival. Our room was very clean with good quality sheets and towels. The bed was so comfortable and an added bonus was the black out blinds . Apartment was well equipped with the essential appliances and a hairdryer. Would definitely stay here again.
n.Brilliant hotel, especially for that price. Nothing else in the area was close to being as cheap. Very well designed layout of the room. The bathroom is small, but manageable. All the staff were so nice (special mention for Soha and Kaianne.... Apologies for the spelling. They were brilliant and so friendly) The location is perfect for the theatre district and everything you need is within a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be staying here again.
E. S. S.Came to the UK from the US for a two week trip. Over that time, we stayed in 8 different hotels. This was easily the best one we stayed in. We were coming for a special occasion trip and we were greeted to our room to a free upgrade and a nice bottle of wine which was so sweet. The staff, especially Savio, was so friendly and the room itself was wonderful. Everything is modern, clean and completely up-to-date. The decor is nice, the bed was so comfy and it was so wonderful to have the conveniences of a little apartment in the room. Really had everything we needed and it was super convenient to use Whatsapp to message the staff for anything we needed (more places should do this!). We were certainly sad to leave and will return if we come back to London!

P. S.The staff here are amazing! I got there quite late and was welcomed with open arms by the night manager who fixed an issue with my booking and got me booked into my room! Room was great and had lots of amenities, was clean and comfortable. In the morning when I left I went to check out and JAN was amazing sorting everything for me, offering suggestions on where to go and what to do, warm and friendly. Will stay again.

M. F.I was really impressed with this hotel. Was only expecting a small bed in a tiny room. But I'm happy to say it has a coffee machine, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, safe, TV, heated towel rail, electric blinds & USB sockets. Great location too!

These are beautiful, well appointed apartments. Ideal for a few nights if you're going sightseeing, as the location is fantastic - really central, easily accessible for all the sights.
My only criticism is that the beds were really high, which can be difficult if you're elderly or have limited mobility. The ensuite is a little odd too, in that the wash basin is not in the same room as the ensuite. Not ideal but not a deal breaker, as the place was otherwise lovely and the staff were really friendly 🙌🏽😍
I'd definitely stay again but not with elderly relatives - they did struggle a little
A. O.Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are very clean and modern & the staff were very attentive and friendly. Call the must haves including hairdryers ironing boards and coffee machines were also included at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend.
N. M.Wilde suites is in a great spot for Covent Garden etc and there’s so much to do right on the doorstep. The suites are small but really well equipped and ideal for a short stay. Every member of staff we came into contact with went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I even received Wine and chocolates for my Birthday. Will definitely visit again.

Double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together and you had to climb over to get to side by the window. They were very comfortable though. Fantastic shower and cooking facilities too with a hob and microwave. Dishwasher too
Very well located for The Strand/Theatre district. Not sure I'd stay again at normal rates though.
C. 1.The location was perfect, everything was close by so we was able to walk to the shows that we wanted to watch. The reception team is lovely and really helpful and the rooms where Perfect. I will definitely come back.
M. S.It was the first time that we stayed at The Wilde by Stay City in Covent Garden. Just like any person I wasn't sure whether to book a room here or not but since a friend of mine resided here recently, she narrated her positive experience and that's when we decided to book this location. It was a seamless arrival experience. The reception team were very welcoming and made me feel like I was home already. This gave it a good kick start. They guided me to my room and also brought up the luggage instantly. On arrival, we noticed that the room, looked just gorgeous. It was the right size for us. Everything was cleaned and kept neatly keeping in mind the Covid cleaning guidelines - which made it even more safer. Everything else went perfectly well and hence we will not only promote this lovely hotel but also come back when our travel plan brings us back to this end.

B.After an initial issue with room bookings (the reason why I can’t give 5 stars) which was the result of an error from a different team, the Covent Garden team did everything they could to get us the rooms we had originally booked, and they did! Jam in particular, helped manage my concerns and demonstrated excellent customer service skills: she was patient, genuine and understanding. It was my birthday and the whole team including managers worked together to make it as memorable as I had hoped. Jam left fizz and chocolates in the room and made sure we were all looked after. L.Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful we even managed to check in early. Very slow lift and the bed against the wall is not the most comfortable but the service makes up for it. Highly recommend!

The staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly especially the Manager Yannick who went out of his way to make sure our stay was just fabulous.
The one thing that made me feel safer at this hotel was the fact that amidst current times, COVID guidelines were followed.

j. c.Perfect for Covent Garden and theatre district. Apartment was compact but had everything necessary for a short stay. Room was suprisingly quiet for where it was situated. There were a couple of things that weren't perfect. The twin beds were actually 2 mattresses on a large wooden base. This meant the person nearest window had to climb over the other to get up. Fine for close family not so good if you were sharing with a friend. However the good outweighed the bad and I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I are in London for a treat and there were some teething problems initially in regards to the room. I was recommended this by a friend who also had a great time when she stayed here. I am glad i went ahead and booked the stay. Best part is that all the staff are very warm and welcoming. in my opinion - i would say that it is a great value for money.
N. S.Overall the stay was good. Me and 2 friends stayed for 3 nights, the staff were super friendly (Jam especially she was super lovely asking about our day) and the hotel was in a good location. I would 100% stay again. However we were checked into a room early which was good at first but the room wasn’t set up for us, we had to get a third bed out which had no bedding covers. When I whatsapped them I was ignored so I went a night with no bedsheet or pillow case (then after messaging again they brought me a kind size cover for a single duvet). Our fridge was leaking an ice block that took over half of the room in it and when we got someone to check it nothing was done so we kept stepping in wet puddles (and the food we had inside got soaked). And for the size of the rooms I would say it’s slightly over priced. & annoyingly the basin was on the opposite side of the apartment so to wash your hands after using the toilet you’d have to walk around to the other side. Besides the few inconvenient things everything was super clean when we arrived and the facilities were useful.

The rooms are small but very conveniently made. The lights,window blinds, air conditioner and heater are all managed through smart touch.
As I am from Germany, I was really pleased to see that I could darken the whole window. The air circulation was not the best for me, but maybe its because we usually love some "frische luft" from our window (which are fully closed here for safety reason).
One small pack of milk, two water bottles and 4 coffee tabs are waiting for you to be used, as well as some sweet packed biscuits, and a small variety of tea which made us all feel very home.
All in all, the rooms are very tidy and neat with lots of daylight!
I have to say I fell in love with the hand soap, I think i will miss the smell for next couple of days!(:
The staff is very friendly, always with a smile in their faces and eager to help, which made us feel very welcome!

I happened to tell them that it was my partners birthday and the staff went out if their way to make our stay special. I booked through booking.com this time but was informed that I would get a 10% discount when I book directly in the future so will most certainly return I'm December. Few hotels in London seem to get things right and these guys are definitely one of them.

B. L.I’ve have never stayed anywhere so clean and tidy . My first trip after the lockdown and I was understandably a bit nervous , but there was no need to staying there . All the staff are so welcoming and friendly and willing to do anything for you . Room had all mod cons plus extras which include an automatic black out blind , great touch . The location is perfect for anything you’re doing in London. I can’t hype this place up enough. Definitely will book again.

A. R.No frills but not lacking anything! Not the biggest rooms but really cleverly designed spaces. There's everything you need cleverly hidden away, iron and folding board, hairdryer, coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave and foldout desk are all in the rooms. There's no breakfast available or bar on site but the location has everything on your doorstep. Covent garden market and embankment station are both under 10 minutes walk.

The room was gorgeous with a massive window and a great view of the Strand. Lots of little high tech features in the room and a well stocked kitchenette which helped when making breakfast/brunch the next day. It’s in an really great location as well so makes it easy getting around London. Would definitely recommend and would go back again!

Comfortable bed and you can order room service via the WhatsApp group (ask staff for details) about a 3 minute walk from the Underground and directly across the road from the Adelphi Theatre. Local shops a short walking distance away.

First time in these apts. I'm a regular visitor to London with family & usually stay in mid budget hotels. Tried Wile Apts for a change.
Great location, very clean, but room for 3 is tiny. No wardrobe space at all. A few hangers are provided, but they hang from a handrail inside the bathroom door.....Feels like the inside cabins of cruise ships.
For the same money there are better options in central London with more space.
Unfortunately won't be back.

P. J.What an absolute gem. I visited here during a uni break recently and was amazed at the tech in the rooms, there was even a Nespresso machine wich was such a life saver. I stayed in the basement studio which was way nicer than i imagined, the staff were so genuinely interested in my stay and nothing was ever a hassle for them despite them being so busy. I highly recommend this hotel amd will definitely return
J. M. M.Our stay was 3 days and 2 nights. This hotel is well appointed; walking distance to all the action of Trafalgar square, Soho area and within Covent garden. Tube stations Charing cross and Embarkment within a few minutes. Many many restaurants steps away and a grocery store. Staying here was so easy, as it was our first time to London. Staff was exceptional in service (especially Anjulee) and friendly. The bed is extremely comfortable and unit was clean. You are on a side street to the Main Street called Strand. It was very quiet and you cannot hear the traffic! We are so happy to have found this great place!!!

After all the info about the hotel we were shown our way up and got to the apartment which is so well thought of. It had everything one would require. We made good use of the appliances and this saved us the hassle of ordering take out. Rooms were spotless and fresh. Check out was a breeze, just dropped the key in a box that they had placed near the elevator and off we were. We will definitely return soon.
