T. B.Very disappointed in the lack of a self catering kitchen!! We had to drink all the fresh milk we had brought straight out of the bottle. However I did not deduct a star for it as I feel the reception staff deserved 6 stars in the first place.
B.We only stayed there for one night and it was a good experience! We had a spacious room with a private bathroom, the hostel is clean and modern and the people who work at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. What I didn't find great is that towels are not included in the price and that check in is just after 5pm and check out already by 10am. Otherwise, everything fine! Would definitely return! 👍

There was a sign to leave the window open for air circulation, the place is on a very busy road so not ideal.
There were a lot of marks/ flakey paint.
The heating wasn't working so a small heater was in the room.
The bathroom was very tight to move around and was prone to flooding as the drain wasn't great, so a squeegee was left for each individual to use whilst having a shower.
If you need a central location in London this place works.
m. c.Had a fabulous stay. All the staff are fantastic, not only eager to help with customers at the desk, but very attentive and pro-active in helping out too.
Room a good size, clean, and although overlooking a fairly busy road in front of St. Pancras the noise didn’t bother us at all. With windows closed it was fine. Excellent location for getting about with underground access just across the street.
We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t hear any other guests until the last night (nothing rowdy, just pretty loud giggling and singing!), but mentioned it to reception at about 11:30pm and they did a quick walk around and we didn’t hear a peep after that. Wouldn’t have bothered me too much anyway, we just had our young children with us and didn’t want them to be disturbed! Really awesome the experienced staff were able to help with it.
Another bonus is the water filling station in reception, easy to fill bottles on way in and out.
The pricing was superb, made it possible to stay in London for a week with my family and not worry too much blowing budget when out and about.
Would also add that we found the bunk beds extremely comfortable, we all slept like babies! The light/plug/usb next to each bed is super convenient too!
L. S.Great location. Clean room and good staff as usual with YHA. Not too noisy even with the window open, though my room was facing away from the road. Although the room wasn't en suite I was allocated a bathroom for my own use which was nice.
A. N.First to say that they didn’t have dorm style while I stayed here due to covid. Which seemed strange and I guess they are one of the few places not doing dorm style, which was a big issue for me since I was traveling alone and wanted the hostel experience. The staff was nice. But there is no WiFi in the middle floors as there are only routers on the top and bottom two floors. The bathroom needed an update and the beds were 6” of foam which was quite shocking given the good reviews. Overall I would have trouble recommending this. I did have a nice view.

Stayed for a couple of nights with the family for
half-term and this hostel made the perfect base for 3days of activities and sightseeing. Close to kings cross and st pancras stations, a 15 minute walk to Regents park, London Zoo. We walked/strolled back from Covent garden one evening in probably 30 mins. Also the hostel is a 5 minute walk from Regents canal which is a great running route!
We had a private room with ensuite, which was comfortable and clean, exactly what we expected and needed. It also felt very safe. We were also able to have 5 of us in a room which was a huge bonus as those of you with 3+ kids will know it is a nightmare finding places with rooms for 5! Saved us a fortune which we could then spend on doing more whilst in London!
This hostel's real selling point were the staff, all absolutely brilliant, from the first email! Always cheerful, helpful and very hardworking!

It was the middle of the night and I saw this place and went in .. they let me charge my phone whilst they went above and beyond to help me and got me a room sorted … travis and tony were amazing and so helpful .. I was in a right state and they were so helpful and kind .. the room was lovely and clean and warm .. I will definitely be coming back .. it restores my faith In this world at how wonderful and helpful and kind they were to me when they really didn’t have to be

S. c. a.Me and my baby had a 3am arrival from Stansted airport we arrived here 5am staff were super friendly. I was happy i booked and i would return. Not only was it a great location for us to take the train up North the next day, it was super clean, no noise, hot shower and nice coffee in the morning also a good price. I would uE the YHA again.

the look and feel was very modern and fresh. it was clean and well lit etc. sheets pillow for rooms were clean and fresh. I'd booked a private double room and got upgraded for free to a room for 4 with a full shower ensuite which was a nice touch. my view of the st pancras hotel opposite was amazing which is ironic my view would have been better than the room view there.
the continental breakfast was cheap and very good. cereal, pastries, hot drink, fruit, plenty of it and good choice for each part. also there was lots of stuff to buy there snacks, basic hot food such as pizza etc and also a bar onsite. they have proper coffeee to buy too which is great and a reasonable amount of downstairs seating as well as a dedicated communal chill space upstairs which also is lift accessible.
the Value blew me away. yes it is a hostel there are bunkbeds but for a traveler it was more than i could have needed. prime location. clean welcoming and secure. welcoming staff good offering of food and drinks to set me on my way. comfy clean bedding and most of all it was really cheap per night for london. if you aren't desperate for a hotel big bed it's definitely worth looking at. i'll definitely be returning if not to this one, one of the others in London. Thanks for the great experience you guys are a credit to the YHA

N. S.If you are looking to support a good cause and are not too bothered about the quality of the room/looking for a cheap stay, then this is the perfect place for you! As soon as you enter, you are greeted by friendly, warm staff who are very attentive to your needs. They have free WiFi, and the place is literally perfectly positioned for travellers, being down the road from Kings Cross. They also have a lovely cafe-bar, where you can grab a quick breakfast and coffee before you venture the huge city that is London.

K. S.Got this as I needed a last minute place to stay in London and this did the trick. Was my second time at the hostel (first time pre-covid) and they seem to have dealt with the covid conditions well. Every booking gets a private room, so me and my friend got a whole 6 bed to ourselves for only £13 a night each, including our own bathroom. The beds were decently comfy, each with their own plug sockets and light. Big window which opened, which was nice. Bathroom was ok - shower was small and did leak but they provided a brush to help clean up and the toilet and sink were fine (even if the toilet did gurgle weirdly every 15 mins or so). The staff at check in were extremely pleasant and helpful, and there is a small cafe area if you need a coffee and criosant to go. There is also a free waterbottle filling area which was a nice touch. But, undoubtedly the best part of this hostel is it's location. 2 minute walk to St.Pancras station, from which you can easily get to any part of London. Also, the station itself is massive, and filled with shops and cafes if you need anything, and pretty much any time of the day (including a Gregg's where I got a cheap breakfast ever morning before hopping on the tube). All in all, this hostel is great value, has a fantastic location, and friendy staff so would definitely recommend.

C. Z.This was the first time I've stayed somewhere after the lockdown and was really pleased with the precautions they've taken. The room was quiet and sparkling clean, and although not en-suite, they've allocated me a private bathroom. Plenty of hand sanitizers everywhere and the staff seemed to follow all the COVID 19 safety precautions.
Great central location and a comfy bed as well. Even though I've arrived quite late, the staff was super friendly (and I know how difficult that can be on a night shift). Really enjoyed my stay!

L. k.I stayed at YHA St Pancras during the weekend. It was my first stay at a youth hostel so I can't compare to others. The staff were very friendly on arrival, they checked me in quickly and explained what I needed to do. My room was a sharing room with 3 bunk beds. The room was small and basic but that is the point of the stay. Included a separate toilet and shower. The shower was great. Because it is on a main road in central London the outside noise was obviously loud, something which can't be helped. The room was extremely hot, even with windows open and a fan. I didn't have breakfast in the morning but I could see there was a lot to choose from and looked great value for money. When checking out, staff were again very friendly and polite. Overall the stay was excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying with YHA again.
D. M.Stayed at a 6 female dorm. The room is nice and spacious. But the biggest problem was that the charging port did not work on my bed and there was no wifi in the room at all. Location is very good with bus station leds than 2 minutes away and 5 minutes walk to the tube or international rail station.

The staff is very friendly, and pro active to help! It's a happy place! A vibrant bar cafe and super clean and cozy rooms!
Another good thing about YHA St Pancras is that it's 4 min walking distance from Kings Cross underground station, great connectivity to the whole city and the airport!
S. B.Great location. Found a great last minute deal that made it very affordable. Rooms are clean and big enough. Had our own bathroom included. Some things to hang your wet towel/ coat would have been nice. Did not mind the traffic (4th floor) and was very quit and good temperature. Nice coffee bar on ground floor. Would prefer a small kitchen to prepare own breakfast and lunch to save some money though, but wasnt available. Staff was helpful.
A. A.I'm giving it 4 stars just for the fact that I only stayed for one night so I wasn't really able to experience or see everything that the hostel has to offer. But from what I was able to experience, the staff were really friendly and helpful in getting me out of a bind. The check in process was super quick and easy (even though I checked in early, about 2 hours before, and they weren't able to give me a key until after the official check in time.)
I paid £18 (about $24) for the night in a same gender dorm-style room for the night and I had booked my stay the night before. The facilities were nice and clean. My favorite part about the bunk-bed style rooms is that each bed has it's own charging station (USB ports, UK power outlets, etc), which was great for me since I had drained the battery in my portable power bank and had left my converter in Paris and didn't want to have to buy one for one night only. I also decided to stay at the St. Pancras location because it was literally steps away from the train station, no more than 5 minutes (depending on how fast you walk), which was GREAT since I had an early morning train to catch back to Paris. It's also located near several Underground stations nearby, which was another bonus!
Despite only spending a few hours in the hostel itself, the quality for the price is great, the staff is amazing, I'd definitely stay here again.

Super close to Kings Cross station, which give you access to 3 different Subway lines across major attractions, and easy connection to railway service to other cities (even internationally). The only draw back is they don't have a kitchen and fridge, which may be a bit inconvenient if you wanna cook. Some rooms are directly facing the traffic so it can be a bit noisy. But if you travel budget, this is the place to go!

C.I can't find anything to complain about with respect to the price. Modern facility, big room, nice staff and good location. For additional paid service, the only thing that really disappoints me is the breakfast. Avoid it at all costs! 5 pounds, no sausage, no omelet, only toast or croissant. You can get something much more balanced and delicious at the same price in McDonald's nearby.

Room 101. The light sensor in the toilet didn't work all too well. The shower room is in a single tight room where you have to get into the room, close the door before opening the shower door.
Easy breakfast of unlimited toast, coffee and tea but limited to one pastry. TV screen in the common room with freeview UK channels.
Laundry room was kitted out with washers and driers and two irons. Lockers big and small available for £3 and £2, which is handy.
Top location to and from Kings Cross.

Easy to find if travelling from KX or St Pancras. We had a private 4 bed with own bathroom. Very comfortable, very clean. Plenty of food shops and bars if you're peckish or thirsty 😉 The only negative is the constant sirens from Emergency services as it is very close to a main hospital, which is probably a positive tbf.

The place is right beside the main road so expect to hear cars noises and sirens every 10-15 minutes. Also, the St Pancras train station is nearby so you will hear the train tracks as well.

C. M.Really nice but clean hostel. We had a family room with bathroom. There was very good airconditioning and the bathrooms were very very clean. Also plenty of wall plugs and even usb plugs to charge your phone.
Breakfast buffet for 5 pounds was really convenient. There was wifi but it only worked in the lounge and not in my room upstairs. Service was great; we could store our luggage in lockers before check-in. The hostel is very close to King's Cross station, which is really convenient. I would defenitely book here again.

D. A.I stayed on the 4th December 1 night. I had booked and paid for another hotel but found out that one had bed bugs. The staff were really great, beds comfortable very clean room quite new and with en suite! You couldn't get anywhere as good in London for that price.
Café really nice and security for luggage excellent £2.00 is not much to pay, we only stayed 1 night wish it had been more.

S. S.Very nice Hostel. Staff is really nice. There is a TV lounge (where you can get breakfast) as well as a little "restaurant". 2 Pubs right out the door, and kings cross / st pancras in walking distance. Power Sockets with USB port, clean. All in all a nice and quite modern place to stay.

s.Stay here for 3 nights during my first trip to London. I stayed in shared dorm room with 6 dorm bed and it was very comfortable. The room was clean, cheap breakfast with all you can eat options, no heater but the room temperature is fine by me, indoor shower room (thank god) and most importantly comfy bed. I’m looking forward to stay in any YH hostels in the future. Price start around 20£ and can be more cheaper if you’re one of the YH members
t. d.First rate, clinically clean, superb helpful staff, excellent value for the location. Used it 3 times and will continue to. ( Have stayed in Intercontinentals when the boss was paying - similar staff attitude!)
E. “.Very close (few minutes walking) to St Pancras metro and Kings Cross trainstation. We had a 5person bedroom with a private bathroom. A simple, clean room with lockable cupboards (bring your own lock). Each bed had its own light, and usb port plus electricity socket for charging devices. Clean toilet and shower. The paint/plaster on the ceiling was coming off in a few places in the bedroom though. Beneath our window was a draincover on the street which banged loudly each time a car drove over it, combined with a very busy street that made sleeping with the window open impossible (resulting in a very stuffy air by morning). With the window closed the sounds of traffic were very well blocked out though and a small airco/fan was provided for the room.
The hostel provides the service of for example rentable towels and one can purchase a few necessities like toothpaste and such if desired. Free wifi available. Overal a very decent place to stay, no real complaints. We didn't try the food so can't provide any feedback on that.

J. H.Central 5 star hostel close to stations. Just across the road from the British library (opposite) and diagonally opposite from st pancras. Only minor downside is it's not self catering (but you can get hot water). However this seems to be common in city centre hostels in Europe at least. Plenty of good cheap eats nearby (have a wander down Judd at and see where you get to!) Which are also on the 'to good to go' app (end of day food from eateries reducing food waste. Very tasty & cheap!)
If I was a fan of London I'd go back in a flash!

L. C.Okay, but I wish there was a kitchen. Under-the-bed lockers in the 6-bed room I was in are too shallow for bags and cases. The toilet in our ensuite wasn't flushing, and the bathroom on our floor was closed due to leakage from above.

I. S.Very clean and comfortable rooms with ensuite bathroom - that's a plus when in London. Every bed has his own light, power outlets (with usb plugs!). There is a breakfast room with TV, a very nice café and an ATM inside. Wi-Fi is included (unfortunately it didn't work in the room). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is simply perfect! Just in front the British Library and at a walking distance from King's Cross/St. Pancras stations. My new home in UK :D

You are near to many restaurants and markets .take the bus or metro or train to any where .Also you can enjoy with staying in YHA coffee shop tea and cake - don't forget visit British Library the other side of the street . The mattress wasn't too thin and you could sleep well on it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can book breakfast, but we didn't use it. There are drinks and snacks at the reception, as well as a snack machine and an ATM. Kings St Pancras underground station is 3 minutes away and all of London's major locations can be reached in 10-15 minutes. With the Oyster Card you can easily use the bus and train and explore all of London within 1-2 days. We had a very good stay and can recommend this hostel, great value for money!

Die Matratze war nicht zu dünn und man konnte gut darauf schlafen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann ein Frühstück buchen, aber das haben wir nicht genutzt. Es gibt Getränke und Snacks an der Rezeption, sowie einen Snackautomaten und einen Bankautomaten. In 3 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn Station Kings St Pancras, mit der man in 10-15 Minuten an allen wichtigen Schauplätzen Londons ist. Mit der Oyster Card kann man Bus & Bahn problemlos nutzen und innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen ganz London erkunden. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und können dieses Hostel weiterempfehlen, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis TOP!

2. Rooms
I rented a whole room for 3 people for 4 people and it was cheaper than other hotels even though 3 people paid for 4 people. The cost performance is very good. However, it is a bunk bed, so when someone goes up on the second floor, the bed makes a squeak.
There is an electrical outlet next to the bed, so it was convenient to charge the hanfun.
The beds were not uncomfortable, and the rooms were spacious.
The bathroom had to be cleaned out of the shower after taking a shower by myself because water came out of the shower room.

1. 접근성
매우 좋습니다. 세인트 판 크라스역이 바로 앞이라서 유로 스타를 타고 파리를 가시는 분들에게는 이보다 좋은 위치는 찾기 힘듭니다. 다만, 근처에 소방서가 있어서 잠 잘 때 소방차들의 삐뽀 삐뽀 소리를 죽창 들으실 수 있습니다 ㅋㅋ
(참고로 판 크라스 역이 가깝다고 유로스타 타러 갈 때 딱 맞춰서 가시면 안 됩니다. 반드시 최소 1시간 반 전에는 가십시오.)
2. 객실
저는 3명이 4인 객실을 통째로 빌려서 사용했는데, 3명이 4명치 객실 비용을 내더라도 다른 호텔보다 쌌습니다. 가성비는 매우 좋은 편입니다. 다만, 2층 침대라서 2층 위로 누군가 올라가면 침대가 끽끽 소리를 내더라구요.
침대 옆에는 콘센트가 있어서 핸펀 충전하기는 편리했습니다.
침대도 불편하지 않았고, 객실도 나름 넓은 편이었습니다.
화장실은 샤워실 밖으로 물이 나와서 스스로 샤워 후에 샤워실 밖까지 청소를 해야 했습니다.
3. 스탭
평범 했습니다. 다른 호스텔과 비슷한 수준입니다.

Se l'obiettivo è quello di voler visitare Londra e quindi bisogna risparmiare su praticamente qualunque cosa , questo ostello è ciò che fa per voi. Un prezzo davvero irrisorio rispetto alla concorrenza per trovarsi attaccati al centro di Londra. Esiste la possibilità di camere singole con due posti letto, oppure delle camerate ad un prezzo ancora inferiore. Il bagno è in comune per tutti però non si sente tanto il problema perché in un corridoio di 6 camere dove ho alloggiato erano presenti tre bagni, quindi si riusciva ad andare, anche per farsi la doccia senza troppi problemi. Fateci un pensierino, anzi pensateci proprio se volete fare una permanenza più lunga nella capitale londinese :)
