Booked this hotel, being honest, because of location and price. Have already booked to go in April with lots of friends for my birthday so me and my partner thought we would see what it was like. I was nervous as I always am when staying somewhere new. However … wow what a hotel! So clean, quiet, staff are fabulous and so helpful!! The room was basic but modern and all we needed for our stay. The shower was AMAZING! Keep a clock with you as you will lose track of time. The room gets so dark so sleeping was delightful!!
On check out, we still wanted to mooch around London, the hotel let us check our bags in and leave for as long as we wanted so we could collect when we were done being tourists. The man who took the bags was so lovely and helpful.
Can’t wait to come back in April! Thank you.

We had such a lovely time at Zedwell, the reception was beautiful. We arrived early and wanted to drop our bags off in the luggage room until check in but the room was ready for us early which was amazing. The staff on the reception were really lovely and helpful. The corridors are a little confusing but we got there in the end. The room again was absolutely perfect, it was really cosy and the lighting made it feel really open and not small or cramped at all. It was the perfect size for us. The bathroom was very clean, no issues at all. The bed was very comfortable and there’s really continent charging points. The location of the hotel really could not be any better it’s right in the centre of Piccadilly Circus and the tube station is literally round the corner. I cannot recommend this place enough, we were slightly skeptical because of some of the reviews but honestly I cannot fault it. It was perfect and we would 100% come back again, definitely plan to in the future.

Stayed here a night with my SO and cannot fault the hotel. Nice quiet rooms, a very calm vibe and aesthetic throughout the whole hotel, friendly reception staff. This is not necessarily a hotel to be stayed in for a long time comfortably (1 week plus) due to the lack of windows in the room, in hotel amenities however you're in central London, so explore! I will definitely be returning.

I stayed at Zedwell for 2 nights and I really did enjoy it. The room was clean, spacious and the staff are superb. When I notified the receptionist that the heating in my room wasn’t working, they immediately changed the room. It was also an experience to sleep in a room without windows. All in all, great location, friendly staff and nice hotel. Highly recommend!

The concept of Zedwell Piccadilly is quite interesting, whereas at first I was skeptical to book a room without windows, by the end of the stay I fell in love with the idea. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious - you don‘t get a wardrobe but there is space for your suitcase. The rooms are indeed designed for a short, city stay and offer you the quietness of a suburban area, and the accessibility and great location of the city. It is not a luxury hotel, however, it is very convenient.
B.
Such a gorgeous hotel, perfect for short stays. The vibe is very zen and relaxing, the rooms are one of a kind. Soundproofing is really good. Only downside is no amenities like kettles or a cafe/restaurant.

My second visit. Quick check in. The room was expected as same as last time, clean and white. Great working shower, no blockage. Good for 2, however this is more spacious. Comfortable bed and cotton linens towels provided, nice and soft. Shower gels available and attached on walls. I slept well, peace and quite. No noise, no distraction. No windows in this type of accommodation. This is called Cocoon 2, good for 2. Photos from their own website are true photos, and is what you get to see when you get there. The location is perfect for a busy central London, Easy access to every transport and loads of choices of places to eat. China town is just around the corner. Regent and Oxford high street can be walk easily and so is Theatre Land. I would recommend this place and will come back definitely in my next visit.

Room was quite clean, though very small. Horrible drainage system in the bathroom meant it was flooding every time we showered. We've seen complaints about the lighting but we enjoyed the cosiness. The hooks on the wall were very shallow, so it's impossible to hang anything other than a thin tote bag. We didn't expect much because of the price and amazing location, so these are just small details we noticed.
The hotel promotes their self check-in booths but none of them were working when we arrived. Staff were generally helpful though.

Nice trendy hotel in the tourist part of town. I stay in many of these 'pod' hotels and this one is good but..
There are a few things that concern me. Firstly the toilets are very high to sit on. I am 6ft and even I find it uncomfortable!
I never worry about staying in hotels but this one is a warren of corridors and floors. Its hard to find your room and I hate to think what it is like in the event of a fire. There seems to be a very few fire exit signs and not all of them are illuminated. Not saying there are any rules being broken but it did make me think of the worse case scenario. Along with this there are no fire escape plans on the back of bedroom door. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have one. I have stayed 4 times now and not one room has had one so I assume this is hotel wide. I sometimes spend 1/2 of the year in different hotels, you need to know the fire escape plan. Always plan this it could save your life.
The rooms are very cosy and I have slept like a log every time I have stayed. Showers are great and nice body wash.
K. B.
The stay at Zedwell was great; the location was the best location you could possibly ask for as it’s close to everything. The rooms were really clean. It is not the most spacious hotel and it doesn’t have windows which was a little bit of a downfall but when taking into consideration the cost and location; it most certainly makes up for it. The staff were polite and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Lovely modern hotel, comfortable beds, very basic room. Excellent value for money I'm the heart of piccadilly. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out. Oh the showers were out of this world
F. S.
I have very mixed reviews about this hotel. The things I love about this hotel is that it’s all so cosy, dark and absolutely sound proof. You would not know you were in the middle of Piccadilly Circus. The staff were all friendly. When you enter the hotel, it’s gorgeous and modern.
The things I hate is how for the price I paid, I don’t think it’s worth it when considering not even the basic amenities are provided such as coffee powder, a kettle. The rooms feel badly designed when it comes to the bathroom door. Not proper handles are provided so you can see the person in the bathroom if you choose a small room. I can only imagine how awkward this is going to be with if staying with colleagues or if you are staying with someone you barely know. Even the bathroom door seems a but transparent.
There are gaps between bathroom door and the floor so potentially water can flow out to the room making everything soaking wet. It’s almost as though the designers didn’t think through it properly.
G. B.
The bed was comfortable enough, which let's face it was all I wanted from a pod hotel. My main criticism of the place is that the rooms aren't nearly as "sound proof" as they make out. We were disturbed by the refuse collection in the early hours of the morning, the sounds if other guests using their showers and handwashing sinks also caused a disturbance both of which could be heard coming from the drains in our room. Other guests coming and going in the night also caused a disturbance.
These are all perfectly acceptable things you expect to have to some extend when stopping in a hotel, and normally I wouldn't think of those as being a negative, however, when the website brands the cocoons as being designed to shut out the sounds of the city, I would argue that in particular the sound of refuse collection in the early hours is very definitely a sound of the city.

Brought the whole family for a stay in the heart of London in an 8 person (4 double bunk beds) room.
No windows, think monastic cell for the concept, albeit with a more luxurious finish.
IMHO, If you come to London and you do so to sit in a hotel room, you are doing something wrong.
You might be concerned about the ‘monastic cell’ approach, but it works because the rooms are well ventilated and clean if very basic. My wife thinks too basic, but I think spot on as a wonderfully central base to work from in the World’s greatest city.
So, the idea of a quiet, clean, well done sleeping space makes sense to me. On that basis, Zedwell is a brilliant concept, but the execution is mixed: the wet room toilet/shower door did not close, a 3-4’ gap with the wall remains so you’d better be very comfortable with using the toilet in earshot of the family!
The toilet (and those in the public area) are set for people at least 6”6’ in height. It was a struggle for me to use at 6”1’; for my young children it was awful.
One toilet/shower for 8 (7 in our room) is also a little tough. We ended up using the toilets in the basement, which to be fair were clean and well looked after.
Beds are OK: single pillows with no options for more in the room. Didn’t help that the duvets on our beds got very bunched up inside an oversize cover.
WiFi was excellent, so for what what we paid (£810 for a family of 7) in the heart of Piccadilly, a short walk from Soho, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, etc etc, it’s a very good all round package.
Lively and relaxed atmosphere as you walk in, staff were uniformly and consistently lovely. Even the non front of house staff were kind and helpful. In fact, every staff member I dealt with was so nice I feel bad being honest about the deficiencies of my experience.
Will possibly come again, but likely taking two rooms of 4 rather than 1 of 8 next time.
M. C.
To be honest, the hotel was spot on for our needs, the location was perfect, rooms were clean and modern. You don't get a TV in the room and there were no windows but I can live with that, the worse thing was no cups or glasses so when I awoke in the middle of the night desperate for a drink I had to resort to the old hand as a cup.
All in all a nice hotel for what we needed.
M. T.
Affordable central London hotel. Fast check in and out, the rooms are a good size and super modern. There was no window in my room but the lighting didn't make it an issue.
A. G.
Cheap and great location but cheap for a reason. Check-in process was a shambles. No rooms were ready, couldn't use the tablets to check in as I didn't book directly. Room was still dusty, not a lot of space in the room to put more than one small suitcase. Facilities are ok.
If you're looking for a basic space and literally somewhere to only sleep and shower, this is a good option but keep expectations low.
F. G.
A cozy and very quiet hotel in heart of London.
The staffs are extra caring and kind.
The rooms are tidy and clean.
Toilet doors are made of glass and small rooms are suitable for one person(my conclusion)
Never waiting for a lift as there are 6 lifts in the building.
The location is just great as there are a lot of restaurants and bars and … nearby.
L. F.
Very essential, but clean and functional. Comfortable bed and very quiet room. A couple of little things could be of great help, like instructions to the air conditioning and a shelf near the mirror. Sorely missed a kettle in the room, maybe a coffee machine in the hall would be a good compromise?
Z. D.
I personally love this hotel. Location is perfect - super central and as you step outside the hotel you can see Piccadilly Circus. The price is great - better than any other local hotel. The hotel room is clean and the limited services actually make the whole experience better, as you focus more on relaxing and sleeping. The air is always cold and crisp and the hotel staff are brilliant. Zedwell Piccadilly is always my go-to hotel in London.
H. H.
Great little find. Soundproof and pitch black. It is what it is. The beds are comfortable and I have no qualms about it at all. Also the location is second to none! Great little room
E. P.
Modern facilities. Comfy bed. Limited space and few extras (no kettle, water). To be clear a "cocoon" still means a private room.
Just a modern room, bed and bathroom facilities at a good location for a good price.
More floor space than at a Z hotel.
g. b.
Location is what saves this hotel but the lack of facilities means there are definitely better options out there. Room was very warm and stuffy - the a/c clearly wasn't working. I found the total darkness in the room didn't help when it came to waking up in the morning! The staff were friendly but there are clearly teething problems as it wasn't possible to check-in or out without going to the desk. Also, for a London hotel, the security was lacking - it was easy for anyone without an access card to get onto the upper floors where the rooms are!
M. T. M.
This hotel is located just steps around the corner from piccadilly, to be in such a busy place and lively area, the fact we had such a peaceful room was mindblowing. One would have no idea you were in the middle of piccadilly once in your room. I heard people complaining about no TV or windows, like it's literally written on all there platforms that they wanted to design a place that promoted rest and relaxation, and that's exactly what it is, hence why there is no distractions like windows or tvs. There was a que for check in, which took about 10mins to get through but we weren't bothered with the wait as the girl that checked us in was a pleasure to deal with once we got there . Got to our beautiful cocoon and the bed was so comfortable and the shower would wash your sins away. Yes there isn't a hairdryer in the room but when I asked at reception, they had given away the last one and that as soon as they got one returned they would deliver it to the room and within 20mins that's exactly what they did. Maybe we are very easy going people but I'm glad we didn't take some of the reviews into consideration, this was a central location for all our planned London adventures, and it will for sure be the hotel we stay in from now on in future visits.
Thanks team ZEDWELL ❤
M. M.
Location is unparalleled. Literally right in the heart of soho. User friendly website, easy check in and check out (Recommend doing it online). Good left luggage facility, feels secure. There were no windows but the aircon works fine. Good soundproofing. Beds were comfy. Shampoo and soap included and was from a good brand. Will return.
We had twin beds as specified eventhough there were no options to select directly. Thanks so much.
T. P.
Do you want a clean room, with a comfortable bed, good quality sheets, VERY quiet, excellent bathroom, in the absolute centre of the city? That is good value? Then I recommend the zedwell.
S. M.
The minimalistic, cocoon style concept behind the hotel is amazing, cosy rooms, location is great and the staff were friendly and did their best to accomodate my needs. It is great to escape back to the peace and quiet of your room after a day in the heart of London.
To those who are complaining in reviews about not having a window, coffee facilities, TV, hotel phone; read the website! This is the whole point of a hotel like this!
The operational/maintenance side of the hotel is a bit of a mess however.
Some of the additional facilities are not complete and this should be clearly stated on the website, ideally exact months of completion instead of seasons.
The lifts are a mess; some do not take you to your floor, others open with the wrong side door opening (to a blank wall!), the voice announcing what level you are on/if it is going up or down is completely wrong.
Fittings/finishes in the rooms are not yet complete. Bathroom tap was missing a fitting, maintenance simply shrugged their shoulders and said it must have been housekeeping who took it.
The entrance lighting switch was broken and lights flickered constantly unless down to their lowest; again maintenances' solution was to use the mirroring switch above the bed head instead of fixing the one at the door. Their solution to the light flickering was just to turn it down/off.
I want to stress that front of house staff were doing their best and from what I could see, dealing with a number of complaints from other guests.
The issues with this hotel rest on management and those above who clearly wanted to open the hotel before it was ready. This is not fair to those on the ground having to deal face-to-face with angry guests.
I would stay definitely stay again in the future, I would just phone ahead to make sure they have ironed out the above issues!

Very basic rooms at a reasonable price - perfect of you host need somewhere to crash for the night. No frills - no TV, coffee/tea making facilities, etc. Bed and ensuite toilet/shower.
M. L.
Absolutely loved my stay at the Zedwell hotel. Staff were amazing, friendly and approachable. Facilities are modern and comfortable. Recommended to bring your own hair dryer if you requiered one. 😜
Location is just perfect!

First time at Zedwell Piccadilly. Loved the minimalistic concept with self check in if you require. The foyer was roomy. Loved the wood panelling and the concrete floors. The grey colour although dark suited the decor and ambiance. The room called a cocoon was very futuristic, basic and just the right size. The shower was lovely and hot. There's no tea/coffee making facility or TV but it's not required if you just want a comfy cosy room for the night. For under £90 (discounted rate) it was a great deal. Located in a central location (Trocadero) ideal for sightseeing and theatreland. Definitely would recommend and visit again. Can't wait for the forthcoming eatery next year. Absolutely loved staying here.
I. P.
Absolutely great place to stay! Location is fantastic and we couldn’t get over the price either. The staff are so accommodating and everything is so clean and well done. The beds were super comfy and loved that you can completely black out the room!
D. W.
A bizarre hotel. I think it's a work in progress. Minimalist modern rooms all no windows. Also no facilities for tea / coffee or a TV. Very low bed. Lifts not all working and sometimes open to a brick wall. Ideal central location and friendly staff
D. P.
Let me just say I don't really have any complaints about Zedwell but that doesn't mean I was blown away by the place. As every review will tell you the location is amazing. Considering that location it was super quiet. If you pay for your location you'll have done very well. If you want a bit of home away from home comfort, then you'll be a bit more like me. There is nothing in the room. No desk. No chair. No kettle. No hairdryer. No cupboard. No storage. at the head of the bed you get 2 USB plugs and your lighting controls. At the foot of the bed you get a gap to put shoes, bags, and spare clothes. Make sure you're not scared of the dark. Once that light goes out it like being at the bottom of the sea. Obviously, some rooms do have windows, I've just never had to consider if I needed one when booking a room before. The place was experiencing water pressure problems while we were there. The shower was really nice on the first night and the first morning. It never hit those standards again for the rest of our stay.
M. M.
Excellent place to stay. Very clean, comfortable beds. Great soundproofing. Lovely hot water and great water pressure in the shower.
Can't understand thd negative comments.
Fantastic location. We walked 2 mins to our restaurant and theatre.
K.
Check-in was long, got given the wrong room, drainage isn’t good when showering, no tv, coffee etc other than that it’s very quiet, very nicely lit rooms, comfortable but extremely dark with no windows, hotel isn’t fully renovated
B. H.
Cost effective and spectacularly located. Room is basic but has what you need. Good choice for people looking to sleep in central London.
S. C.
Great location! Step outside into the hustle and bustle as soon as you step into the hotel it’s like entering a calm chilled zone. The service was perfect - all the front desk staff were so helpful and kind. One lady in particular was so welcoming and sweet! I believe her name is Josephine - 10/10 service. For the price point this is defo better than any premier inn or travel lodge. Looking forward to staying here again, so ideal if you want a nice place, in a great location!
L. D.
Fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful . Definitely stay again. Only issue i had was the surprise £31 holding fee on check in. Didnt know about it but luckily had the money to pay. Might be worth mentioning when booking so others are prepared for it. Got the money back within an hour of checking out though. Cant wait to visit again.
u. k.
The hotel is alright, the room is maybe a bit dirty. You just have to be aware that there is no windows or balcony inside the room.
S. V.
Nice and modern hotel and good soundproofing system. More customer service attention would have been nice. No hairdryer or dental kit in the rooms.
M. V.
Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Lots of towels in the room and very clean. They also offer shampoo and body wash foe free. The beds are like clouds, very confortable. Usb socheks
A. D.
For what it is - a windowless cocoon with a double bed and partitioned off WC / shower area - it's excellent. Clean, spacious enough and just the job for somewhere to crash after a late night out in the West End.
M. B.
Great quality hotel instantly quieter when you walk in from the hustle and bustle of London.
Room so relaxing best hotel beds ever! Rooms clean and fresh bather nice and modern.
Price is absolutely amazing for the location!
Great friendly and helpful staff couldn’t of asked for anything more from this place or the stay. 10/10
M.
Very amazing hotel from start to finish. The ambiance in the entrance and in the hotel room is perfect. Some people may not like that it doesn't have any windows, but personally I didn't mind. It'd very close to the train station. Lastly very clean and has a/c.
Z. G.
This hotel was great value for money, incredibly clean, great service and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again.
M. J.
Small windowless rooms is the deal. But done well and reasonable in price. Staff were friendly exceptionally kind and attentive and deserve real praise. Didn't get room cleaned on second day but not the worst. And utterly quiet and undisturbed sleep on a good bed. As promised.
K. P.
Great hotel for short stay. Very reasonably priced for the great central location. Easy accessible from Piccadilly tube station which is right outside.
Z. Z.
Corridors are like a maze and we had a race to find the room which was quite funny. However check in was easy (we arrived late, you check yourself in on iPads) and the beds were comfier than a Premier Inn. Location excellent (right next to Picadilly Circus) with great connections to Soho and Covent Garden. Worth the money for sure, especially for the shower.
E. R.
Probably the best nights sleep I’ve had since 1998. Stayed with two friends and the hotel is the perfect size for 3 people. Staff are super friendly and welcoming and the beds are incredibly comfy. For the price and location I think this hotel is brilliant! Would definitely stay again.
K. M.
Great location, friendly helpful staff, rooms are basic but very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended. A++

Zedwell is a relaxing respite from the hustle & bustle of the lovely city of London. The staff are very attentive and accomodating from the minute we arrived. The rooms were minimalistic and perfectly designed to support relaxation and rest. It is well located within a minute walk from Piccadilly Circus station. We would definitely stay again.
Y. A.
Nice hotel! Perfect location, right next to Piccadilly circus! Small and cozy rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is not included.
E. F.
The room was absolutely nice, clean and the staff (especially Vijay) was phenomenal! He was very kind and helped us a lot. The check in and check out was super easy, too. My family and really enjoyed our stay.
D. L.
The best value for money. Thd location of fhe hotel is amazing, and although the room was a bit small it's very practical, clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and very nice.
S. N.
Good idea and lovely staff but the room was much smaller than looked in pictures. Room was very cold as tiled and no carpet.
L.
Great looking hotel with really great location, subway is just few metres away and also bus stops, hotel is minimalistic but the stay is pleasant, staff is great and nice to customers and clean ups of the rooms are provided daily.
A. A.
This hotel is super nice, it’s clean and the staff is really professional, plus the location is fabulous!
I had a special needs situation which wasn’t mentioned in the reservation and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me. Five stars!
H. M.
Great location! Even though I stayed during the euro quarter finals the room was super quiet, couldn’t hear the outside at all. Loved the interior of the room and felt covid safe the entire time. The team were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Vijay! Thank you!
C. N.
Was very nice and clean hotel. Very central. We were given a room for two even though we booked for 4 but we managed.
Would stay again.
T. K.
Simply, amazing!
The staff were all very welcoming and extremely helpful, the hotel/our room was super clean with many amenities, and the location was just perfect with everything right at the door step.
We will definitely be staying here again - highly recommended!
W. O.
Great prices, comfy, perfect for a one or two night stay. Rooms go really dark had a really good sleep. Would fully recommend to anyone
K. M. B.
What an amazing hotel. It had like just the coolest vibes, rooms where nice and the price was more than reasonable. Would definitely stay again!
D. M.
Great value place to stay. No way to turn off the light behind the mirror in the shower area meaning it's quite bright while sleeping, but comfortable and nice rooms
T. T.
Nice rooms. Unfortunately not for me, to small. To hot, just all basic. Nice and modern. Staff friendly
R. R.
Loved the hotel. Design is top class. Design of the room makes staying quite and peaceful.
T. C.
Loved this place we had a great time and will book again on our next trip to London. Thanks guys loved the late check out as need sleep badly 😊 😃 😀
D. S.
Me and my wife went to the hotel and we went out on first night to the theatre to see only fools of horse musical in London and we went to dirty dancing musical on the second night and no kettle and no TV in the bedroom
a. s.
Was out first experience staying in london, the hotel suprised us with how cheap it was for such a central location, the quality from Zedwells website and their Booking.com listing looked really good, and in person it exceeded what we were expecting.
The checkin process is really simple and covid safe, the staff are really approachable, but respect covid restrictions. Zedwell really try to make their own little quite zone in the middle of a really crowded area, and they have done a really good job at doing this, you cannot tell that youre in central soho once you enter those front doors.
The rooms are excellent standard, great mood lighting and powerful AC (which was needed). Power and USB ports all over the room, so you wouldnt have to worry about charging any gadgets.
The room was simple, and had a bed and a bathroom, no other amenities, but you dont need them because of the vibrant surroundings.
The Bathroom was finished to a really high quality and felt like 5 star star room, for such an incredible price.
The bed was one of the best hotel beds ive slept on, i want to find it for my house. They have a "blackout" switch above the bed, which really helps you turn off and sleep in peace.
You cannot hear any of the loud road noise of the city from inside the hotel. Theyve done a fantastic job separating it from the loud surrounds.
When leaving, we checked out at 11am through their tablets in the receeption, and they let you store your luggage their until you want to collect it, which was really convenient.
Overall, any time we go back to London, Zedwell will be having our business!
Thanks to everyone who was there at the time, you did an amazing job.
R. c.
Great hotel, Brilliant location!! Only fault is no windows in the bedrooms. Would stay again.
A. N.
Great value for money. Rooms are a bit small. Beds are super comfy!
K. M.
Good service easy to check in and out good room size. Right in the centre. New rooms no kettle or tv but good experience
s. Y.
The signage to this place isn't very well situated we got caught up in the rain and there was no were in the room to hang our wet clothes no bed side table or tea making facilities the room was big with a fantastic bed.
M. A. (. ا.
Great hotel for short visit, I stayed with friends and another time with family. Everything you need you can find .
L. V.
Love the concept, that bathroom setup is just lack of quality though.
Special shoutout for Sam in the reception, very friendly and helpful.
T. A.
Quality hotel, basic but clean and modern. Best option at this price for for location!
K. E.
Cheap, efficient, a few snags that need sorting and there was an issue with water pressure in our room, but for what you're getting smack bang central, the small issues were easily overlooked on this trip.
R. K.
Comfortable beds and a good night's sleep. Don't book if you need a window in your room though! The staff were very friendly.
K. M.
If you need a relaxing stay in London Zedwell is perfect! Very minimalist rooms (no TVs or tea & coffee) but very clean and relaxing. Vijay was incredibly welcoming and helpful with check in and out. Would highly recommend.
M. J.

Great stay , kids loved the novelty of it … simple, great price and right in the heart of London

We had to cancel our first reservation - made for May- in Zedwell. Despite the fact that our reservation was a non-refundable one, they rescheduled our staying without a word for September. COVID striked again and Hungary closed it's borders so we weren't able to make it to London in September. As I have cancelled our rescheduled reservation they contacted us in order to try to find a solution for the unfortunate event. I had the chance to rebook (second time!!!) our staying for a flexible date sometime in the future as the borders will be open again. During the whole process everybody was very kind, nice and flexible. Best service so far experienced in the past decades with hospitality, I am pretty sure that they won't let us down with the quality of the hotel when finally we'll be able to travel again. :) Thank you.
S. R.
Fantastic location, Really friendly professional staff. Had a mix up with the room I booked, the young lady at reception sorted it instantly and gave us another room for free, all with a smile on her face. Even though the location is super noisy once your inside the hotel and your room it's dead silent, nice aircon which you control. Rainfall showers are excellent, really powerful and a great start to the day. One thing which was missing was a vending machine as no drink making facilities in room which is fine as I never use but the option to purchase a water would of been great. Maybe there is one and I missed it?
All in all a fantastic new hotel which I will definitely stay at again and again.
C. M.
Lovely staff, lovely rooms, slept like a baby! And such good value for money considering the rooms and location. Thank you for a lovely stay
M. H.
Was clean ,modern, well light and the night manager was a legend definitely give this man a pay rise
M. L.
The ideal hotel in London - they’ve focused on everything you need, no more, no less. There’s a great bed, a good shower/bathroom and everything is new and modern. No more than the essentials, but they do the essentials extremly well.
K. B. H.
Very clean Hotel. But not for people with the slightest claustrophobia. The rooms have no windows. For first night it was ok. After that, I must say, I found it rather disturbing. The light controls in the rooms was also no good. Flickering lights and no reading lights besides spots in the ceiling. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. For the price an location it was great. For short stays its a recomended.

A little oasis in the heart of London. It's impressive how nice and quiet it is. Amazingly relaxing atmosphere. Kind, helpful and smiling staff. Rooms are beautiful to see. Check-in/Check-out easy and fast. Location is top: basically Piccadilly Circus. The only defect is that the basic room (cocoon) doesn't have wardrobe and dryer. Apart from this minor thing, everything was beautiful. Perfect for 1-2 nights/weekend. Recommended especially if you look for a relaxing, modern or romantic environment.

Location wise is great but the room is weird, like a hospital room but weirder lol

If you want a clean, quiet, cozy and really nice stay in London, this is the place. Awesome location, really quiet and sleep-helping rooms, super nice staff... I absolutely recommend it!
Specially if you want to have busy days, but resting sleep nights. (And explore all London!)

Great customer seevice from manager Vijay! The asthetic of the whole hotel surreal and really helps to remove you from the busy london life. Would highly recommend!

Very new and still works going on. Simple check in process but a same there isn't an app to use NFC on your phone to check in and open doors.
Room was clean and tidy. Ample USB charge points and plug sockets. Even a handy shelf above your head to place your phone overnight while leaving on charge. Something a lot of hotels miss -- a socket next to the bed.
Fast internet access, even if there is no TV in the room you can access all your online favourites on your mobile devices.
EE have 4G coverage inside the room I was in so was still able to make and receive calls. Something that concerned me being in a room with no window to the outdoors.
Shower was great. Plenty of hot water and quick to reach temperature.

Really good place, very stylish and comfortable. I recommend it.

Well put it this way what do you want for less than a £100 per night in the busiest part of London over the weekend, no kettle ? No problem, Costa, Macdonalds etc etc etc on your front door, no trash can…really? Get a plastic bag ! , no tv …wtf, so you come to London to Watch Tv ??? Get a life you moaning old sods ! My experience the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the room was sound proof, the rooms are in theme with reception …Black mirror comes to mind, staff were very accommodating, helpful, efficient check in
was seamless, (Hanif big up ya self, much love). I will come back for sure !

(Translated) Fantastic hotel. Prime location near Piccadilly Circus. Wonderfully spacious beds. Nice shower.
The hotel rooms have no windows so it is quite dark inside. You are not bothered by the crowds outside at all.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
(Original)
Fantastisch hotel. Toplocatie vlakbij Piccadilly Circus. Heerlijk ruime bedden. Lekkere douche.
De hotelkamers hebben geen ramen waardoor het binne vrij donker is. Je hebt totaal geen last van de drukte buiten.
Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

(Translated) Positive:
- Central (it doesn't get any better ?!)
- Modern and yet very cozy
- Nice staff who were always available
Negative:
- The light in the room flickers and sometimes does not come on properly
- No wardrobe, no kettle and no hair dryer.
I would probably go back to the hotel if the price is right, but my decision would be much easier if the negative points were resolved.
(Original)
Positiv:
- Zentral (besser gehts eigentlich nicht?!)
- Modern und trotzdem sehr gemütlich gemacht
- Nettes Personal, welches immer erreichbar war
Negativ:

(Translated) Very good location, unfortunately currently (10/2021) still under construction.
Roof terrace and lounge not yet in operation.
Exciting room concept, lots of beds, no closet.
For city holidays 2 nights 👌, beyond that ??? Life out of the suitcase.

(Translated) I absolutely love the location of the hotel. It's all over central London!
I really liked the tranquility and privacy that the rooms offer. You don't hear anything from the neighbors except running like crazy down the hall. The beds are comfortable and the duvet is toasty. Checking is super easy, just like checking out, since you can do it with a receptionist or on the computers, so there is usually no line. However, I did not like that being a couple of two women they gave us two separate beds, they thought we were friends, despite this it is a solvable error since we put the beds together and voila. The fact that it does not have a window, the room can become a bit overwhelming so I do not recommend it for more than 3/4 nights. They did not make our room any day, something strange.

(Translated) Good location for people who want to be right at the hotspot. The hotel itself has a good design, but actually so dark that sometimes you can't see anything. The corridors to the hotel room are very confusing and the rooms have no windows or the possibility to lock the bathroom. Room also had a strange smell.
All in all a bit too expensive but you are at the hotspot of London. 2 steps from Piccadilly Circus.
(Original)
2 Schritte vom Piccadilly Circus entfernt.

(Translated) A bit expensive, but as the area is, you can't complain. If you look at it with perspective, you are stuck in a labyrinthine den with rooms without natural light, but once inside the truth is that it is not claustrophobic and that it even becomes glamorous.
(Original)
