Clean but damp on patio doors and leaking from smoke alarm on to lamp with towel only to soak water.Apqrt from that an a little expensive for 1 night stay it served its purpose

Excellent customer service, very helpful and polite staff. Would've felt more comfortable with a higher standard of cleaning and better maintenance as there were signs of damp in spite of what appeared to be a recent redecoration. The room unfortunately overlooked the rear of the building which was littered with cigarette butts and fast food packaging.

This is a totally newly refurbished hotel, every room now comes with newly built en-suite bathroom and all furnitures and interiors are brand new. The bed are very good quality, firm for a good night sleep and it comes with rain shower as standard with some units equipped with bath tub. I loved the bed and it is clean facing the huge park at the back.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite let us pick our own room which we went for number 15, parked my car right outside the hotel, room was clean

Booked a last minute hotel for new years with my lady so had minimal expectations. This place is actually better than most hotels I've stayed with for work - the likes of Hilton's! They even left fresh toothbrushes and toothpaste for us. Happy new year Park City 👍🏿

Hotel was entrance was amazing. Very welcoming staff and very helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Originally stayed for one night got more discount of my extended stay. I will be returning. Again very soon. And definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is in the best location, all amenities very close by, I was treated very well, hotel still under renovation, but that does not effect your stay, very nice reception well run, worth the money, they 100% look after your needs and compromised on certain things that made the stay ten times better, everyone that stay in the hotel has respect for other rooms due to how well run by the staff. I will 100% be staying here again👍🏼👍🏼
