Quiet location, clean rooms. Good value. Easy access to the Barbican with or without the footbridge. Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Have stayed more than once, and will definitely stay again.
J. B.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
My room was a little too warm due to lack of ventilation and air conditioning, yet clean and comfortable.
Close walk to all main eateries and attractions.
S. M.
Clean room, friendly helpful staff, we had a room with a bit of a view. Nice and quiet at night. ,

A standard Premier Inn offering that we all know. Good beds and well insulated from noise (had a corner room next to the road). Clean and tidy as expected. Pleasant staff. Need to pay £6 for parking though. Only a four as the outside could do with with a tidy and spruce up, quite substantially. Don't get confused with the other Premier Inn immediately door (Sutton Harbour), check your booking details!
R. S.
Standard premier Inn, comfy bed etc. I love plug sockets near the bed, we all have phones and use them as alarms so they need to be near the bed but charging for the next day. Good night's sleep even if not your bed at home, what more could you ask.
d. s.
Comfortable room and bed as expected not the best location if you want to sleep though as the hotel seems to be on the flightpath for the local knob heads who like to have a dom jolly style conversation at 0300 in the morning. Not the hotels fault.
G. F.
Excellent situation for visits to the Barbican. Friendly staff and everything you could want from a budget hotel. Breakfast choice very good and well presented. Would certainly use again.
S. K.
Clean hotel with the facilities you'd usually expect. Good pub adjacent. Very handy location for the aquarium and Barbican area.
M. S.
Great location but if you have heavy baggage book a room on the ground floor as there is no lift.
j. b.
A good Premier in could do with a face lift a bit tired parking costs 6 pounds and have to walk to restaurant food is very good all staff are extremely helpfull
D. H.
Excellent stay, really good food, clean rooms 👌 👍 😀
B. S.
Great location, very friendly staff and the room was clean and good. The only downside was the air conditioning was very lacking, and even with a provided fan the room got warm. However, I would go back as the overall stay was very good.
P. M.
The room was fine no complaints, but the adjoining restaurant was not as good (cold food).
A. 2.
Food was a very good standard
Staff friendly and good value
M. C.
All staff was very kind and helpful, location is good, close to city centre. Room was clean and tidy, just one bad thing- no air conditioner. Inside the room, especially over the night was so hot. I woke up every night, because of the hot air. Hotel provided fan, but it wasn't really helpful. Breakfast was good.
B. C.
Stay here once per month, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, great showers and fantastic location.
B. S.
It's ok for a budget hotel. Needs some updating, staff are friendly, food is good, Pizza is very good.
G. S.
Fan in the room was louder than most others I've stayed in but otherwise a typical premier Inn.
P. S.
Superb location and clean as always. Would be 5 🌟 if they had air conditioning
J. W.
Location was nice! peaceful sleep!staff werr lovely exceptional outstanding reception staff.five stars for service...
K. B. M.
Very comfortable beds, even if rooms a bit run down. Great location.
E. M.
My bud and I stayed at the Premier Inn for the funeral of Dennis Hutchings, we are both veterans, the Inn was as expected cosy and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to help us get a room early so we could change into our blazers, breakfast was great too.
E. K.
You always know where you are in a Premier. So near the Barbican, smell of sea air. We were going to a R. N. Devonport Fieldgun do, in another part of Plymouth, short taxi ride, so we choose well. Will definitely stay here again, staff were so nice and helpful.
W. I.
Brilliant location excellent staff. Special mention to Ben , just what was needed after a stressful journey. Outstanding welcome and super helpful. Thank you Ben.
Premier Inn always reliable and you know you’ll get consistency. Love Premier plus .
G. W.
Reasonable price, clean room, highly recommended.
I. C.
All staff were ery friendly and helpful
c. L.
Fabulous. Stayed here for 2nights. Staff helpful and parking was so resonable. Clean fresh and lovely
M. S.
Nice location very friendly staff...the rooms could do with a little uplifting in decor...the pub next door is poor had a rubbish meal served with cold chips and warm burger no one asked how the meal was so that's an indication of their service...beer ok though
s. b.
Nice clean hotel in a very good position for seeing the sites
R. D.
The best Premier Inn we have stopped in to date.
S. S.
Good location .
On harbour lots of restaurants and bars.
G. F.
Still no breakfast bar after 2-years, very disappointing.
M. W.
Comfortable bed, good food next door
L. A.
Every employee at Lockyer Quay Plymouth were perfectly approachable and the 9nline booking was so easy. It was a birthday surprise for my partner and all that I planned were only 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Thank you all so much.
G.
Food is pretty bad, staff in the restaurant weren't great, thankfully the windows ACTUALLY opened.
M. C.
Staff were great, food at the TT was lovely, room had a weird constant feel of Damp almost like constant morning dew, gave to bed AND room a constant cold feel. Apart from that everything was great. They were having severe issues with the WiFi and we were informed about it on arrival and given ultimate internet access as a bonus so they REALLY sis so everything they could. Very happy
C. Q.
Fantastic as usual with most Premier inns. For the price you pay it’s fab and comfortable. We were in what appeared to be the “newer” bit and the more modern premier inn look is good. Service from staff was very good and location to Plymouth town perfect
T. D.
Hotel clean staff helpfull, typical premier Inn you know what your going to get.
On arrival I asked for a room on upper floor facing car park and that is what we got.
Car parking is bot free £6 per day.
Shower is oved the bath and the bath tubs are a little high so not good for some one with disability.
No lifts but this did not bother us.
Checkin was quick and the lad that checked us in very helpful.
Only problem we experienced was a guest with children who thought it OK for them to run down the corridor regardless of time but not the hotels fault.
All round good stay within walking distance to everything you would need
W. C. M. &. C. M. S.
The service we received was excellent. I have to say we were a bit worried about how safe we would feel in our rooms regarding Covid but as soon as we got in the rooms we did a thorough check and realised it was absolutely spotless. The staff were very friendly and kept a good distance.
Location is very convenient and central. Definitely recommend it.
R. S.
Although the bar and restaurant was closed due to the pandemic I still enjoyed my stay. I just stocked up with snacks. I had some lovely walks around the harbour and it isn't too far from town. The value for money was excellent. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
I did report a couple of issues shoddy workmanship and I struggled to get toilet roll as the holder was hanging off the wall.
That aside great location, value and service
R. T.
Another fantastic stay away on business. Staff were friendly and room immaculate. Masks are asked to be worn in public areas and there are screens on reception and hand gel for covid. Pub next door also very good for covid with a one way system and table service at breakfast instead of the normal buffet self serve system.
J. G.
Lovely hotel, rooms clean and tidy and very quiet there! Housekeeping finish at 12 noon on a Sunday so room wont be done if do not disturb on door but everything u need is available at reception! Parking is £5 per night payable in machine at reception
S. N.
The atmosphere was good, friendly. Service was very good considering the size our party but the quality and quantity of food was lacking in many areas. Fatty meat. Small rice portions compared to curry dish. Warm desserts as opposed to got. But the service was excellent.
S. A.
Neil night staff is so helpful and friendly he's wonderful. Great night sleep. Not too far away from town, but far enough you don't hear it through the night. Me and my fella loved Neil though, he's a dude! Thank you for our lovely staycation x
z. e.
Close enough to the Barbican but far enough away from the noise. Rooms are what they are for Premier Inn. Reception team very polite. Had an evening meal at the Cookhouse Pub but was not impressed with the rib eye steak. Asked for it medium rare but it came out more medium to well done and was thin and flat. Not worth 16.99!! Had to wait for an hour and a quarter for the main meal, was not advised of the wait when ordering. Breakfast was ok, they take your order rather than buffet style which is much better.
J. M.
Had l lovely stay, room was very clean. But could do with more reception staff. I had to wait ten minutes because she was seeing to the needs of a guest. I had just arrived after a long drive and my partner was in the room anxious because we booked a table in a restaurant. Because we were not on time after walking over they let our table go. Well it was Saturday night.
J. B.
Well worth the stay staff r very friendly and helpful I would recommend u stay I will be back again later this in the year but don't take my word find out for yourself get a room here and u enjoy.
C. G.
Good quality as you'd expect for premier inn. Beds comfy etc. But with the work. And the fact there is no air con. The rooms are like saunas. Terrible nights sleep. I would refund and leave if my company wasn't paying. They need air con! It's just to crowded and too warm to not have air con. Surely the fans they provide cost more to run and create more unhappy customers.
J. C.
Went here because the Mrs had a voucher. And was very pleasantly surprised. I opted for the chicken wings and double steak burger. The Mrs had mushrooms and then a rib eye steak. And neither of us could find fault in anything. It all tasted great. The service was also great. Attentive but not in your face. Would definitely recommend and will go again.
D. C.
Friendly staff. room was very warm and had a slight damp smell. But the rooms were very clean.
Suggest that you book a table for breakfast as it was chaotic in the restaurant. and the head waiter wasnt really in control of the situation however when the food arrived it was excellent
W.
Nice harbour nice little restaurant food nice
M. G.
Excellent hotel and restaurant. Food was plentiful and very good and staff especially Sharon and Mandy were very friendly and efficient.
S. T.
Very nice place to stay. Close to wear we needed to be. The staff here were absolutely first class. In particular a lady on reception last night called Hayley. Sorted us out with a table booking at another restaurant and milk for our youngest as we couldn't get to a shop. All together excellent and breakfast was great.
R. B.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, the beds comfy and there was plenty of room for us with our two young childen. There was a fan setup to cool the room down on the hot summer day. And the double glazing cut out the noise of motorcyclists racing up and down the street outside pulling wheelies!
The unlimited breakfast was excellent with a great selection of pastries drink and hot food.
J.
Friendly welcome when we arrived. Room clean and quiet. Love the location but the bridge over to Plymouth is shut. However, there is a water taxi which is only £1.50. Breakfast in the pub is fine. However, they have started charging £5 a day for parking. This used to be free.
K. S.
Room was very clean and tidy shower was amazing and the meal deal was great aswel will deffo stay here again
M. W.
Really friendly staff and the room was absolutely spotless, possibly the cleanest hotel I've stayed in.
G. H.
Stayed for a weekend - superb location, Staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, room all we needed - clean and comfortable. Breakfast across the car park was excellently cooked and well worth the charge and set us up for the day! I left something behind and after a phone call it arrived by post the next day - Thank you Haylay much appreciated.
C. D.
Very handy for the Roscoff Ferry! Had fish and chips as our main in their restaurant and was one of the best we've ever had! There is a set car parking figure on site of £5 for your overnight stay! Have stayed before and will stay again.
P. K.
Rooms were very hot (south facing no air con) but overall great location and premises. Friendly staff.
d. r.
Rooms are basic but clean and comfy. Reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Restaurant attached is a bit of a dump but the hotel itself is fine. Easy walking distance to the quay and the marina.
P. B.
Very polite and helpful staff and a lovely room
K. P.
My son was asleep on arrival to the hotel and the night watch man was fantastic. He allowed us to park by reception over night so that I didn't have to stress by leaving him on his own in the hotel room whilst I moved the car.
Overall the hotel was comfortable; relaxing and the location is superb!!
D. L.
The food was delivered quickly and was pretty nice. We've been quite a few times before and it's normally a pleasant dining experience with some nice views over the harbour from one side of the building. My only real complaints would be that it can be very hard to get seated and served, even if there are free tables. Also, on this visit, the restaurant was full of flies and the windows are covered in live and squashed flies which was a bit unpleasant. However, overall Lockyers Quay is normally a reliable dining experience at a reasonable price, they could just do with some organisational improvements when they get busy.
L. S.
As always an excellent stay
M. O.
There are two Premier Inn Hotels next to each other, But what ever one you choose you will get a friendly welcome.
My Sister and Brother in law have stayed there quite a few times and I will say it like they would. You Can Not Fault Premier Hotels.
P.
Really nice Premier Inn located not far from the Barbican area of Plymouth.
We've stayed here several times and have always had very clean and comfortable rooms.
Staff are always friendly.
R. Y.
It's a typical Premier Inn, but with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is across the car park, which sounds negative, but it's location is overlooking the quay, is very pleasant. Unfortunately, despite the accomodation being ideal, our room was at the back of the site and overlooking the road, which seemed to be a point for people to congregate in the early hours, when clubs empty. Not quietly! So specifying a front facing room when booking is advised.
D. C.
A great place to stay and although the bridge to the Barbican is closed it is just as easy to walk around the harbour to get there. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, who looked after us really well. Also close to City Centre. Would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Plymouth.
S. &. A. D.
We have stayed in this Premier Inn, in August 2014. Like all other Premier Inns it has not disappointed us. It is a great place to stay with excellent service and excellent location for an excellent value. It has a lovely restaurant with such great food, great menu and at the great location. Staff could not be any more helpful. The location for this price is a bargain. We have recommended this Hotel and restaurant to everyone we know.
M. W.
A few negatives we noted: They Charge In advance for parking but can't guarantee a space.
Breakfast on Sunday morning was nice, but Mondays was awful, so much so I declined it on our final morning on the Tuesday.
We could hear people walking (sounded like stamping around)above us at all hours.
Beds were comfortable and the room clean as expected.
Brucie bonus: do ask for the 20% discount voucher to visit the aquarium which is 5 minutes walk away.
D. S.
The reception staff were brilliant, particularly as this was during a very snowy period although we left Plymouth before it started but they were very helpful is getting taxis etc. Room spotless, better than some higher starred hotels. …
R. M.
A positive experience. Check in was easy and we were directed to our room. Room was clean and pleasant. A slight issue with other guests but dealt with professionally and quickly by staff.
P.
Lovely and comfortable, staff friendly. Black out curtains. The only slight negative, is you have to walk across the car park to have your breakfast.
M. H.
Very clean well worth the money you know what your getting at the premier Inn before you travel
M. F.
I stayed in the new extension and the room was great. Much preferred the walk in shower as opposed to the standard bath with shower you get with the majority of premier inns.
Food and service was excellent.
S. C.
It was a good "version" of Premier Inn. Not the best we've stayed at, but far from the worst.
Location wasn't great though. Slightly run down area and nothing much near by, ie pubs, restaurants etc.
Having said that, it was only a 10 min walk to the Barbican, but that walk was through a fairly industrial area with patches of wasteland.
B. W.
what you'd expect from a premier inn: clean with the standard room and shower. the toilet fan timer setting was annoying. brilliant location except the footbridge to the restaurant area has been out of action for months and months meaning a 15-20min walk around the harbour.
M.
Worked here in Plymouth off and on over the last 6 years so like a second home for me fantastic staff and good location. Nice pub over looking the Barbican especially in the summer.
Best Premier Inn in England !
D. S.
Great location for a base, room clean and tidy, all covid safe. Pleasant reception staff.
L. J.
Not the best Premier Inn. Room is okay but with no air con and a noisy road outside I wouldn't stay here in summer as you won't be able to have window open at night if you're room is by the road (back of hotel). Fortunately it was November when I stayed so okay.
d. l.
Good location. Friendly service. Easy parking. Room was not that clean. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Mirror in bathroom had writing on it from previous people once it was seemed up. Bed was hard.
P. S.
Brilliant place, only negative was the tv, we were in a family room and tv was small and too low. This meant the kids struggled to see the tv from their beds. Food was good and the meal deal was a great value.
A. H.
Great place for weekend stay. Minutes from marina and 5 min to Barbican. Le Monde is fab place to eat and charming staff. If we come back would stay at same premier Inn.
B. *.
The room had been recently refurbished to a good standard. The staff are very friendly and the local restaurant has a very good selection of food and drinks.
C. A.
Really friendly helpful staff, standard room-decor and cleanliness
N. D.
Never had a problem at a Premier Inn, everything is consistent across them. One criticism I do have is they do not leave enough tea, coffee etc and always have to ask reception for more
P. A.
Great location for town, staff were friendly and helpful
j. c.
Made very welcome from the moment we walked in. When they say comfortable beds , they certainly mean it. The breakfast was lovely and i would highly recommend it and will be definitely recommend it to all . A big thank you from Mr & Mrs Roberts x
T. D.
Good location - close to Barbican for restaurants and ents. Parking a bit difficult as not the biggest carpark. Unlike other Prem Inns you have to pay for parking here. Hotel the same as all other Premier Inns - clean and tidy and friendly service.
L. B.
Usual Premier Inn, reception, restaurant, rooms. We had a top floor room with nice harbour views. Approx 20 mins walk into town & theatres etc.
Parking is £5 a night.
B. W.
Very good food, good service. Unsure about weather you have to pay to park. We did pay even though I personally think you shouldn't have to if you are eating at the restaurant and this should have been made clear.
R. A.
A nice place to stay for a night away, clean, decent, and very comfy and lovely and quiet for a city. Will be booking again
W. D.
Great location brilliant staff. Just not enough of them at breakfast time. Which was cooked beautifully
D. B.
Good nights sleep and good food. The hotel had recently been extended and my room was the furthest from reception it could be...needed a compass 😀. Always enjoy staying here.
G. H.
Ideal location. My only complaint would be to tidy up the carpark and paint the exterior
A. J.
The rooms are clean bed was a bit hard for my liking but don't let that put u off tv and air con in the room also had the meal package of evening meal and breakfast excellent choices and very tasty
C. H.
Great night's sleep very clean and tidy. Staff very polite and 101% helpfull
M. H.
Very helpful, nothing was to much for them evry impressed.
S. B.
Very good service from Ethan staff friendly
Y. B.
Despite I feel prices are way to high in Plymouth, for Plymouth standards it is definitely good value.
Excellent beds and very helpful staff. Especially thanks to Hailey. We ended here after a tiring sailrace (Fastnet) in pouring rain. Out of here own pocket lending us on good faith ferry money to not make us first walk 20 minutes into town for an ATM.
D. L.
Great location, a special mention to Laura in reception, who was very helpful and friendly.
Only downside, there is a very noisy road behind the hotel.
J. C.
Really friendly staff that really go the extra mile to make sure our stay is enjoyable, thank you! Our favourite Premier Inn. Always have clean rooms and and a great location.
M. K.
Good location for exploring Sutton Harbour on foot. Plus excellent Premier Inn rooms as usual. Parking available for extra charge at £3 per night. Regards.
S. W.
Clean room, comfortable bed and amazing shower.
N. A.
Incredibly friendly staff, great breakfast and quiet location. Thanks for a great stay.
C. C.
Very conscientious staff when we visited. Couldn't do enough and very well organized as we had a special needs with us. Everything was in place & no hiccups (oxygen) which believe me doesn't always happen with some places believe it or not.
P. P.
Lovely bed, deep bath, but other aspects of the room needed some tlc
J. U.
Good Premier Inn. Clean and comfortale but the staff made it shine. Friendly, helpful and fun - they were the icing on the cake
A. S.
Arrived late with kids so we visited the pub on the quay for supper. Staff were not happy to serve us as food orders closed in 5mins, so they ignored us and stood chatting down the end of the bar then told us the kitchen was closed.
T. P.
Super comfy bed, great location in the heart of it. Highly recommend
T. P.
Great service, fantastic nights sleep. Staff we're pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast was also top notch
s. s.
Still two nights to go but hotel great, staff fantastic and look after you well
They must run on auto pilot with all the running about they do!!
Would recommend staying here
Hope premier Inn look after them all
Great team here
A. W.
The lunchtime menu was very reasonable with plenty of options. Also, the children's options were good. Food was nice and service reasonably prompt and attentive.
V. B.
Comfy room but rather hot. Restaurant/bar across the car park so a bit inconvenient.
Service good in both hotel and restaurant. Food good value as always with a premier Inn.
P. F.
Exactly as you would and should expect
P. M.
Short staffed they where doing long hours, then back to do breakfast .very friendly nice atmosphere , great service even though short staffed .food was lovely aa was breakfast .
C. D.
Very nice. Clean room.Simon on reception was extremely helpful and informative. Breakfast at table table was just enough.
w. h.
It was a very nice, had nice friends staff. The rooms were clean and I had a very comfortable stay would defonatly go again.
S. B.
Nice clean room, restaurant nice, food good,
H. D.
Lovely stay at this premier Inn, good selection of food for breakfast
R. F.
Excellent value Premier Inn located just 5 minutes from the ferries and city centre. Quiet with good value dining and breakfast.
S. W.
Good hotel. Clean and in a great location. Be careful you go to the correct Premier Inn though. There are two side by side and it can cause confusion.
E. C.
nice pub had breakfast from hotel here is good typicall english but no cheese. coffee and tea as much as you want
P. L.
Great staff. Clean rooms only down side was no Aircon. Really hot room.
X.
Friendly and welcoming staff at the hotel. But would not book the breakfast option again. It's best to get breakfast else where.
B. H.
Lovely clean quiet rooms, helpful friendly staff we had a fantastic stay.
N. B.
Brilliant location and very clean and tidy! Good sized rooms all that we needed from our stay!
k. b.
Went for something to eat really nice food the waitress was a bit ditsy but very funny and all in all food was good and everyone was very friendly. The only downside would be the menu is a little limited but can understand as restaurant is not that big.
C. P.
Great hotel and what was needed before our ferry crossing. Reception staff were very friendly and offered advice on where to eat and go.
S. H.
As always, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately they don't have air conditioning and it was hot. Otherwise would have been 5*.
D. F.
The hotel is located close to the Aquarium, and the Barbican is about 10 minutes walk. You can eat at the adjacent pub / restaurant, which is where breakfast is served (if you pay for it). The staff are friendly. The road outside can be a bit noisy, and you now have to pay for overnight parking.
r. w.
The most friendly helpful staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in - clean and quiet even in central Plymouth. Over and above expectations.
A. C.
Very disappointing for the price! 94.00 per night ..room and hotel doesn't justify the price at all...bed very uncomfortable...
S. S.
Came down for one night on New Year's Eve to attend an event in a nearby club, pryzm, the hotel was about a 3 minute walk away perfect location lovely and clean, room was really spacious would definitely stay here again
C. W.
The food was well priced and served promptly. Staff very friendly. Would recommend a stay here
J. j. (.
Nice place to go when the sun is shining as the outside seating area is large, they some times even have a bouncy castle for the kids .food is nice and reasonably priced though sometimes the service at the bar can be slow and they often run out of ale .
T. C.
Very nice hotel receptionist very jolly and extremely helpful
D. G.
Room was clean bed was comfy
M. A.
Ok but the room i had overlooked a cross roads which made it v noisy!
J. I.
Beautiful place rooms very clean and to a very high standard staff very friendly and helpful sorry we had to cut short are stay due to bad weather at home and needed to get back.
J. T.
Terrific setting. Was very pleased with the service & the food. Staff were helpful & polite. Very good prices.
W. M.
Can't beat a Premier Inn. We know exactly what to expect. Greeted by two lovely ladies on the reception desk. Gave us information about the area.
M.
Friendly service & nice food, though portion sizes could have been a little bigger. Also the lighting where we were sat was too dim.
P. O.
Room was great.. Shower excellent.. Staff in hotel and adjoining lockyers Quay friendly and helpful
M. W.
Excellent experience helpful friendly staff
M. H.
Clean and tidy rooms, polite reception desk staff. Top quality service come to expect from Premier Inn.
K. D.
The hotel was lovely great staff very helpful when needed. The location is brilliant just a few minutes walk.
J. O.
Very good food. Although staff seemed reluctant to clear up dishes outside as almost everyday table had left over food on it.
T. B.
Reasonably priced, comfortable and clean hotel. Modern decor and friendly staff. Ideal location for exploring Plymouth.
S. S.
The food is very very good quality and service was excellent
L. B.
Fine. A little out of the way, but standard fare for Premier Inn. Table Table good for Dinner and Breakfast
m. o.
very good meal deal food was very good x
J. T.
Varied menu, good food, excellent service, lighting was a bit poor where we were seated, but otherwise great!
s. B.
I left a very expensive item and was gutted
In this day and age I didn't even bother to ask if they found it. They sent me it in the post free of charge. Very impressive.
S. A.
Good quality room, friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and a good night's sleep!
S. P.
Reasonably priced rooms, very clean and tidy hotel, friendly and polite staff
D. A.

J. L.
Great hotel and the view is awesome. Will stay again
S. M.
Nice friendly people just the service in the pub is not to good, but the hotel is good.
D. M.
Great value for money, friendly staff. Restaurant good value for money.
N. P.
All good yet again. Accomodation, staff and restaurant live up to the standard you expect. Brilliant.
G. H.
We always stay in premier inns all over the country.
Plymouth hasn't let me down friendly helpful staff very clean
l. b.
Ok when quiet the staff shove all customers together and focus more on setting up breakfast for nearby premier inn noisy staff ideal quick snack
t. w.
It doesn't offer to be a classic pub, it's got food, and a fairly standard pub chain menu, with a menu which is fairly inexpensive.
r. h.
Lovely breakfast we come every few months the manager is brilliant always remembers us
J. L.
Excellent positioned hotel easy to walk to city centre and barbican good nearby restaurant.
C. G.
Fabulous staff so helpful could not ask for a better quality service. Excellent on all counts would stay again
M. S.
Lovely good, service a bit slow but seemed to be understaffed for time of year. Serving staff very good.
C. P.
Friendly staff, good service. Enjoyed our Stay Thank's
C. D.
Looked nice but waiter was rude saying we had to be up by 9 our manis dint come out till 20 to 9 so how they could say they needed they table back by 9 was outrageous
k. g.
Clean room. Nice friendly staff. Good location.
S. M.
Does what it says on the tin. It's a premier inn. Breakfast was awesome. The staff were great.
R. F.
brilliant friendly helpful staff, comfy nicely furnished rooms and parking good restraurant
P. M.
Nice place. Pleasant staff. Clean as always.
D. C.
Lovely stay clean and quite, meal deal amazing.
D. L.
Good location. Service was fine. Rooms were fairly average.
S. W.
In a newer room very nice nice big shower (No bath) still could do with better air conditioning
R. H.
Smell of sewage in reception. Noisy sound in bathroom when using the shower, hand basin or flushing the toilet from what sounds like a macerator rather than being attached to the mains. Other than that, a standard premier inn
T. W.
Good value pet food and great service
C. W.
Staff lovely. Really hot rooms. Noisy outside at night!!
S. C.
I only went in the lobby to wait for friends but they had a Ben and Jerry's vending machine so that's pretty cool.
