S. M.We recently moved into a property that had a heavily soiled carpet throughout the house, after attempting to clean the carpet ourselves with poor results we gave up and decided to give the professionals a call.
We found ALS from their facebook page and from first contact we were pleased with their professionalism. Every part of their service was top notch, their representatives were very cautious and made sure they were fully within the covid guidelines by wearing all of sorts of ppe and remaining well away from myself and the other occupants of the house. We could not believe the difference once they had cleaned our carpets. When we moved in the house smelt of dogs and after cleaning the odor had been completely removed, the house now smelt fresh and felt like a different property. Price wise I found them to be very reasonable, they offered a variety of cleaning options and to be fair they were extremely thorough. All in all I would recommend them to anyone, they know what they are doing and offer an A1 service.

j. f.Can't believe how well my carpets came up.. before Christmas I hired someone who used a small portable machine and the carpets didn't look any different. These guys turned up with a much more professional machine that have literally made my white carpets look like new again. Friendly family business, who I will definitely have back and am in the process of arranging to clean the carpets of my car.
M. D. W.Highly recommend this company. Used them twice in an emergency. First time the new dog had an accident on the floor, called them and they came out the same day, carpet was better than before, looked like new and smelled fresh. Second time, the kids had spilt some milk on the front seats of our new van a few days before and it stank it out, they came round and cleaned it up in no time at all leaving no trace or smell!
