After picking up the keys for a new property we were renting, we were shocked to see the condition in which the previous tenant left it in, despite assurances of it being deep cleaned. We contacted Sarah at the last minute to arrange for the property to be cleaned and she did an outstanding job, making every effort to accommodate the job at the eleventh hour. From the moment we spoke with Sarah, we knew we were in good hands. Her professional and friendly approach immediately made us feel at ease, during what was generally a stressful time! From the start, Sarah went above and beyond. She gave us a clear estimate of costs, ensured the timings worked for us, arranged for our carpets to be deep cleaned, and even offered to meet us halfway to pick up the keys as we were moving to a new area - what fantastic customer service! On the day of our move, and the first time seeing the property after the clean, we were shocked by the difference and the attention to detail. The property looked new again. Sarah had taken time to clean every inch of the property, covering the dirty bathrooms, the flooring, the oven, the work surfaces, even cleaning those hard to reach areas such as skirting boards, light fittings, and everything in between. We wouldn’t skip a beat in recommending Sarah as the best cleaner in the area. She works incredibly hard for her customers and does an superb job. She is honest, reliable, communicative, professional, friendly, and her prices are more than reasonable. In fact, we believe she could charge more for the exceptional service she offers. Thank you Sarah for helping us make our move as easy as possible. We will, without hesitation, be using your services again!

I contacted Sarah to perform an end-of-tenancy clean for a 7-bedroom property. She was incredibly responsive and arranged to view the property immediately. Sarah was very friendly, honest and polite. When we moved into the property 6 months previously, it had undergone a deep clean by another company, but the bathrooms were not done well at all. Sarah not only left our property cleaner than when we moved in, it was considerably less money than the previous tenants had been charged. She performed the clean and posted our key back through the door for us. It was left immaculately and I would not hesitate to use Sarah again.

She caught all those areas I always miss, the dusty skirting boards, out of reach cobwebs, and the dreaded under the sofa, I haven't ventured there in a long time! She had my house looking ship shape in no time. If you are looking for someone to come in and blitz your property, she is the person to call on. Good value too! After having a baby, house work went out the window. Sofie came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom. One tap caked in limescale, looks brand new!! Having this service, it lifted a weight off, of all the things that needed to be done, with a child. We were so happy with the service we have booked a regular clean to maintain the amazing job that was done. Highly recommend!
