I contacted The Home Design Group in August, i was looking to change the windows on our house to something more modern and energy efficient as we were losing a serious amount of heat via our existing windows. Jason the salesperson came out, he went through everything in fact he went through so much more than any other company we had prices with and if I’m honest we felt he really took the time to explain the frame difference, the colour choices and he also designed them in a completely different way to others which we absolutely loved. That really made This Company Stand out to us and ultimately was the reason we choose these guys to do our home improvements. Once we placed the order, the after-sales survey team contacted us to get the building surveyor to check the walls etc to ensure the windows would be a correct fit with no hiccups. Colin i think his name was really thorough and double checked all the details on my order. Harvey & Ryan arrived to fit our windows and doors in Early January, they were in vans with the logos etc and where in full company attire which in the day is amazing to see. I cant express enough how hard these 2 worked, the barely lifted their head the entire installation. Once they finished, they hoovered every room, cleaned the dust etc, my house was cleaner than they arrived ha-ha. They ran through all the aftercare including how and when to clean the glass etc and made sure i knew how to safely secure the doors and windows before they left, this was again the extra mile i didn’t not expect this. I have noticed a massive increase in the heat in my house, we live on a busy street and cars etc driving by you would always here but now you hear nothing. Normally we would spend £30-£35 per week on gas mainly for our heating, this has been cut down to £25 which is exactly why we did this project in the first place. In 10 years the windows would have paid for themselves in the £10 per week gas saving. I want to say i highly recommend this company, i was kept appraised at every stage and every person i had dealings with where an asset to this company. I had to wait 5 months for my installation but at no stage did i not know what was happening. The staff are fantastic, the products are of a high standard, and they do exactly what they are meant to and over exceeded my expectations. Good luck to The Home Design Group in the future.

The Home Design Group recently installed a brand new Composite front door and PVC back door at my property. From the initial design consultation with Mark right through to the installation of the doors, I received an excellent level of customer service. I was blown away by the quality of the workmanship that went into the door installation. They look absolutely amazing and there was no mess left whatsoever. The installer even took away the old doors / frames for us. I can’t state enough how clean the finishings are. You can tell a great deal of care went into this! Installation went very smoothly. Both fitters were very efficient and left the rooms free of any dirt or debris. They completed the job (bungalow with 6 windows and front door with a glass inset and side glass panel) in one day which we had not expected.
