A. M.I had Dylan and Connor with me today, to clean my double oven and my daughter's oven (she lives across the street from me). They were both courteous, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They also took time to interact with my young grandson who was fascinated by what they were doing, They ensured that I inspected the ovens when they had finished to make sure I was happy - which of course I was - i was delighted! A pleasure to have them in my home. Not only is my oven clean but the whole experience confirmed i was right to chose this company.

G. M.Dylan came out to do an deep oven clean including a 6 ring gas hob and extractor fan. He showed up on time and showed nothing but professionalism throughout the entire clean. Dylan was very informative throughout the clean, explaining what he had done and why. He left my ovens, hob and extractor spotless! He ensured everything was done to the highest standard and has a great eye for detail when doing his work. He cleaned up after himself and left my kitchen immaculate. I could not fault a thing with Dylan and I will 100% have him back out to do my ovens and hob and extractor again! Outstanding workmanship and Ultrapro should be proud he is part of their team!

He was extremely professional yet very friendly and even took the time to interact with my 2 dogs. He cleaned my double oven and extractor fan to perfection. They are now gleaming. He even went that extra step and replaced the bulb in my oven which will definitely make my next cake bake a lot easier. I have been a annual costumer of Ultrapro through the direct debit system for a few years now and would highly recommend them. Thanks again Paul and Ultrapro.

P. C.I have been using Ultra Pro for a few years now, They have always provided a good cleaning service, We have had some issues but Ultra Pro have always been quick to sort these out. Peter the engineer is great and will go out of his way to help if he can. Recently we had our oven cleaned and after it complete the element broke due to moisture getting into it. Peter came to look at it and within a day had a new element fitted and our oven back up and running. I would recommend this company

G.I had my oven cleaned a few weeks ago by Paul Robinson, I had a very professional experiences from the booking of the appointment with the staff in the office and with Paul himself when in my house to clean my oven, He followed all of the PPE instructions which i was told by the girls in the office, he wore his mask and gloves and i felt safe with him there. I have now set up a direct debit to have my oven cleaned every year.

It is always a top class service, the technicians are so helpful and lovely, and I always feel so safe having them in my home even during the pandemic. Their PPE and COVID procedures are all phenomenal, and I couldn't recommend the company enough.

S. C.The oven was clean well and the fella was very nice and done a brilliant job. I tbh thought the top grill can be cleaned as they state. Clean like new.. But it can't..
My grievance is on their aftercare. I also had my washing machine cleaned. Which is where they wipe rubber around drum.. And put liquid in to clean it. On my washing machine the rubber was pulled back which caused damage to 5 items of washing including a new swimsuit and kids duvet with huge damage to all but them mainly. I rang contacted by email and recieved a call back. I advised girl what had happened and not looking compensation as t h the items would cost 95 pound to replace in total. But advised maybe they should make cleaners aware of this as tbh it took me near 3. Months to know what was causing damage. But she said to send pics and when I went to send pics through our messanger conversation I was blocked and could not leave reviews. I would never recommend this company due to their negligence and this behaviour. Thanks
