I contacted Birmingham Sparkle for a gutter & window cleaning quote and right from the response I could tell that I had made the right choice. Chris got back to me right away with a quote which was reasonable and the job got booked in. Chris arrived on time with a smile and ready to do an excellent job. It’s great when working with a local business that absolutely loves what they do and works with such a pride of doing a good job. The outcome was excellent and I can honestly say that Birmingham sparkle will be my go to business for all future guttering and window cleaning services. I’m so happy with the job that I’ve now booked for my roof to be cleaned and next spring I’ll be having the drive jet washed. Excellent company 5 star service.

Chris came earlier than the time scheduled, he performed many services for us. These included: roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and window cleaning. Our windows are sparkling, our gutters are clean and our roof is cleaned from the leaf debris. Absolutely 1st class service, i found this company on Google and would recommend them highly. We just brought the property and wanted everthing cleaned before letting out. They cleaned the plastic sheets that you couldn't see through and now look brand new, garage roof, the gutters, windows and the plastic white areas and left it all sparkling and no mess anywhere. Chris and Cliff have done a fantastic job of completely refurbishing our Bathroom. Their work is of a very high standard. I’ve had various jobs done by Chris over a number of years - block paving, new bathroom, roofing, window repairs, decorating he’s even cleaned my guttering! Chris recently added a decking area outside. We could not have been more delighted with the outcome. The quality of the work was outstanding, as was the professionalism of Chris. Not only is he a very skilled craftsmen, but he’s friendly and helpful and is always willing to listen to any concerns I had. The fact that a project of this size was completed on the same day was a testament to the good planning and his hard work. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone else. He’s reliable, trustworthy, responsive, clean and tidy and does great work. I love that he’s happy doing small jobs or larger jobs, he’s even come round at very short notice to help with emergencies. I’m considering a major renovation next year and wouldn’t speak to anyone else.

He was punctual and nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind on certain things. He tidied up after himself and was very professional. Chris arrived earlier than the scheduled time and started working straight away. He installed 3 new doors and I am really happy with the result. It was't an easy job as the new doors had to be trimmed in order to fit the old frames. Chris is really professional but a friendly person as well. Having been let down by another company who are meant to be professional at installing TV up on the wall but said that it was not possible when they came around , i went on the hunt for the best handy man in Birmingham area. This is when i came across 'handyman & maintenance' i rang them up and explained what had happened they was extremely friendly over the phone and made it sound like anything was possible! I never expected them to come out the same day i called for the installation however they came over within a hour or so and got cracking on with the jobs i had hired them to do! (tv install & nest outdoor) I felt there services was very professional and you could tell they had been in the trade for a long time as they collectively where able to resolve situations quickly and efficiently. Overall my experience with this company has been nothing but perfect. If you are looking for someone who is honest, professional and only there to achieve the best in there work then don't look any further as these are the people to call! Thank you guys for putting me back in the good books with the misses! Will definitely be using them in the future for any jobs around the house!

I needed a few mm shaving off my bedroom door and 4 light fixtures fitting. I got in touch with Chris and within a week he was able to schedule me in. I didn't make it easy for them, I have very high ceilings and the lights I bought were fiddly. But they were quick, efficient and reliable, not to mention extremely friendly. While they were here, I asked if they wouldn't mind swapping a bulb from the kitchen over with one from the bathroom as the colours didn't match up. As it turned out, the bulbs weren't interchangeable and the 2 fittings needed swapping around. I felt very guilty as it wasn't easy and I only had an extra £20 tip on me. But they were really nice about it, I'm sure no job is too big or small, and their prices are great, so do get in touch! I'll be calling Chris again if I ever need more jobs doing. Chris and Dave are the most friendliest, nicest people that we have had the pleasure of doing work for us. They came down last month to put up our girls wooden playhouse which was done to such a high standard. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and our girls love playing in their playhouse.
