I used Toughmuck as I'm a disabled unpaid carer for my daughter and I'm finding spring cleaning impossible these days. I found the Girls very friendly. They work efficiently through the flat and it now feels like a different place I'm am very pleased with the results. Great work to Marie and her team.

I found Toughmuck via a Google search, decided to take a chance and booked them for a spring clean. The booking process was easy (no obligation to have a consultation beforehand if you don't want to and no booking fee) and they were with me just two days later. They did a fantastic job, so quick and efficient, the girls were lovely and friendly and my place looked brilliant afterwards - I was over the moon with the results. I have since used Toughmuck for several standard cleans and will continue to do so - I've used different cleaners over the years and Toughmuck are the best I have ever found. I love the fact that the cleaners take initiative and do things without having to be asked, as well as suggesting things I'd hadn't thought of myself. I have referred Toughmuck to other people - my Mum booked them for a full deep clean as well as oven and carpet cleaning and she was thrilled with the results. There are slightly cheaper options to be found out there, but I would rather spend a little extra and be fully confident that the job will be well done and know that I'm dealing with friendly and trustworthy people.

I'd booked a clean of my place as I'm selling it and it was in a bit of a state after being rented out for a while. The oven and second balcony (which is glazed/enclosed) in particular were a bit grim but are now all shiny! Mellissa (Marie's daughter) and her team of two other girls were friendly and professional. They did a top job. 100% recommended and I will be booking again in future, I'm sure.

End of Tenancy Clean provided by the excellent team at Toughmuck. Friendly, great communication and high-quality cleaning, all in all a great experience. It was also excellent to get a full service in one place at the end of a tenancy - cleaning the whole flat to a high standard, oven clean, extractor clean and carpets professionally cleaned. The lovely ladies of tough muck have come to my rescue twice now. I called them overwhelmed trying to help a relative they spent all day doing what they could.It became obvious that an immense amount of work was needed.We asked the council for help and over christmas it was arraigned unfortunately their team only clear rubbish . These lovely ladies have worked their socks of today and deep cleaned the whole flat apart from the bedroom as this is still a work in progress and not ready for cleaning yet. They are professional,hardworking and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending them for general cleaning and a deep clean they are amazing Thank you Marie and Lizzie for today and the team from last year xxxx

I have had a few domestic house cleaning services over last few years and these Ladies are top notch. A1, Fast, efficient, reliable and do a great job with not let up! Even a extra last min clean I needed for a unexpected visit they were able to jump in short notice the next day, when only requesting the night before! I have nothing but good to say No frustrations after a clean ,as I have had with other companies cleaners, thinking if I had time I could do better etc. The girls I’ve had have been polite, adept at their job and engaging to make sure what you want is what you get each time Easily recommended - there are a little cheaper options available - however I have found you get what you pay for, Toughmuck do a better more thorough job and cover more in the same time as my previous - so are actually from that point of view better priced, with better results ;) Well done team Toughmuck 👊🐸👊

We found Tough Muck on recommendation when looking for a cleaner for a 91 year old family member, and are so glad we did. Obviously it is a difficult time to employ a cleaner & we were reassured to know that the assigned cleaner would be wearing paper overalls as well as a mask & gloves, & would be using new cloths which would be kept for sole use in the flat. Mellissa who cleans for this lady is extremely personable with an amazing attention to detail. So much better than the previous cleaner, and we would highly recommend Tough Muck to anyone looking for a reliable cleaner.

I was left with a real mess after a tenancy ended, having never really dealt with anything like it I didn't know where to start/how bad everything actually was. I initially got a cleaning quote for £1200 and resigned to have tackling the mess myself and that it must be really really bad. I thought I'd better just try somewhere else and Marie from Toughmuck came round within 15 minutes of my phone call to quote, firstly she really put me at ease that it wasn't all that bad!! even sticking her head in the fridge I thought I was condemning it was so smelly/awful. Marie quoted me 275 and i nearly cried. She came round the following day with two of her girls and they were a force to be reckoned with. Couldn't be happier with their work but also just really thankful to Marie for her compassionate attitude because it really made all the difference to what was a really tough week. PS my "condemned" fridge is honestly gleaming, unrecognisable.
