I found Tracy / Cleaning with Distinction via a web search, and boy oh boy WHAT a find. Tracy is punctual, polite, has a can-do attitude and is extremely professional. I booked her/her team to help clean my elderly mums house, and she has become invaluable to us. Tracy and her team rotate through the rooms on different weeks so that everywhere gets a thorough clean. Tracy has also sourced some gardening people for us AND has even managed to find a mobile hairdresser to come and visit mum (she did a fabulous job too). If you’re lucky enough to book Tracy when she has availability, do so - she is absolutely top notch. A grafter who is willing to help out and really make a difference. I cant fault her or her team, they have made such a difference to my mums and my life by bringing the level of support and help I / we desperately needed at the time. AND we found her prices to be very fair and reasonable too. 10/10. Neill

I am absolutely delighted with Tracey and her team who recently did a “deep clean” of our home. I was recommended “cleaning with distinction” team by a friend and they did not disappoint! Tracey is very professional and quick with responding to arranging the cleaning and costs etc. I came home to an immaculate house - every nook and cranny was cleaned to sparkling! Even inside every cupboard and places you don’t see! Still a few days later I am finding places they’ve gone above and beyond and cleaned and commenting “omg they’ve even cleaned ….”. I am so impressed I’ve arranged for weekly cleans to keep it to the standard it is now currently, after Tracey and her team have been.

My partner and I needed an end of tenancy clean for a rental property. We found cleaning with distinction via a web search for cleaning services in the local area. Coming up to Christmas, we were unsure if they would have availability but Tracy was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Tracy and the team, Tracy takes pride in her work and has a fantastic work ethic. Cleaning was done to a high standard and with keen attention to detail- oven, fridge/freezer and radiators were spotless.

I can't praise Tracy and her lovely non judgemental team enough for all the exceptional hardwork and kindness this week. After losing my husband last year and gaining a few grandpets I had become totally overwhelmed and unable to manage upkeep of our home. I was too ashamed to invite friends or family in. I really enjoyed working with Tracy and the team as a domestic cleaning specialist, the job is really flexible so is perfect to fit around school hours. The service I received was outstanding and Tracy really went above and beyond what was expected. The appliances are all like new again and the house looks brand new as it did once before! The team came a did a deep clean of the whole house before starting a regular cleaning routine. I think it might be as long as 12months since some of the things they reached have been properly cleaned... Needless to say, they did a great job returning our house to cleanliness! I have been using Tracy for almost a year for regular cleaning, due to health reasons, and I have never been disappointed. First clean was a deep clean with 2 members of staff, then I've had Tracy coming every couple of weeks, to do an in depth clean, to which I have never been disappointed. Very good value for money, and always punctual. Will tailor a clean to your specific needs, and availability, and is very reliable.

Their work is: thorough, professional and all tasks are completed to high standards. I would highly recommend using them, they are friendly and communicate excellently and will also offer other services, such as: resealing windows with fresh silicone, gardening services and some decorating services. If you need domestic cleaning services in and around Bridgend I (a customer needing them for a moving out clean) would highly recommend giving them a call.
