Having watched as Ben and his team work the way through a large student residence over the last few weeks, I'm impressed with the focus and professionalism they show in ensuring the task has been carried to time. The staff seem to care about the job more than many cleaning companies I've witnessed over the last 20 years, and the results are easy to see. It's great to see hands on management who will get stuck in and not ask anything of their staff that they won't do themselves and who have a structured action plan to ensure the service delivery is assured. It's funny how when there's two cleaning companies on site it becomes very easy to work out who the professionals are out of the two very quickly.
