The team at Ruddy's are amazing! Always going above and beyond to provide the best service for our rental properties. There has been occasions where I wasn't as clear as I could have been with what was required & they took it upon themselves to do the extra bits at no additional cost! The level of cleaning is superb and the prices are reasonable too! The team are so friendly too! Will definitely be using them more regularly, would highly recommend!

Ruddy's has started cleaning for us in the north Bristol area and they have done an excellent job. They listened to our specific requirements and took note. They send automated reminders the day before they're coming, and also send email confirmations of each booking. Payment can be made online. I would recommend this firm from my experience so far.

Amazing..had a few cleaners in before..none of them a patch on Ruddys! Polite,respectful as I am working from home, they work so hard and my home looks and smells amazing! This is an update of my previous post which was posted on behalf of my brother where Rachael does a weekly clean. We had workmen in resulting in the house being covered in dust. I asked Rachael and her team to do a deep clean and was not disappointed. It was lovely to have the morning off knowing someone else was at home doing the cleaning! I was so impressed I have now arranged for Rachael to do a fortnightly clean.

Excellent and responsive service by two cheery ladies.To help them to remain cheerful, I do not sing to them but pop a CD into my player or use Alexa with some upbeat music to keep the going. I have only had to restrain them once from excessively dancing ! To maintain their high level of energy, I also toast them a hot cross bun each, smothered with jam and clotted cream to eat in their car whilst heading to their next customer (that is for the benefit of the next customer and saves them from dropping crumbs over my clean floors !!)
