D. N.I have been searching for a window cleaner for our block of flats for months, having been let down by several who did not turn up, and one who did a very poor job. Following Tyler's visit today there are now 18 very happy households here with sparkling windows, ledges, and surrounds! Tyler coped with patience and competence finding his way around our sprawling building. I have received many compliments from residents about his work. Thank you so much Sparkle Restore!

Very easy to set up, as we wanted to have a regular window cleaning service. Having read other reviews, we decided keeping it local with Sparkle Restore was the way to go. The team responded immediately to our initial enquiry and kept us updated on the timing of our first cycle.

Sparkle Restore proved to be just as described by other customers - and more: prompt and punctual, transparent and fair in pricing, and most importantly, offering a high quality professional service using only purified water and leaving a streak-free finish. The work was conducted efficiently and carefully, with the window surrounds also getting a clean. There is an automatic payment system which I still have to try. For added peace of mind, they are fully insured and careful when recruiting their employees (who are all DBS-checked). I am very impressed and have already booked a gutter clean and an indoors windows clean (due to the sheer size and number of the windows).

After a recent gutter clean we thought one gutter had not been dealt with properly - flooding in heavy rain. Olly investigated it himself and it turned out that it was the gutter that was faulty, not their work. However Olly was able to do a quick repair and made no charge. Five-star performance!
M. B.We were seeking a regular window cleaner and also wanted the gutters, facias and sofits on our house cleaned. One of Olly's team - Simon Hall - came to see us and quoted for the jobs. We were impressed by his professionalism and found the prices acceptable. He offered to clean the windows there and then and did a great job.
He explained they normally undertake gutter cleaning etc on wet days, which are less suitable for doing windows - which we said was fine. A couple of weeks later a text message requested if it would be convenient to come the following day to do the gutters, because the forecast was for heavy rain. It was a big task - they hadn't been done for a long time. But again Simon came up trumps and worked for a number of hours in torrential rain and did a superb job. We are delighted with the result, with the rubbish all cleared from the gutters and the facias spick and span - the house looks so much better and completely refreshed. 'Sparkle Restore' is definitely an apt company name!
