This is the second time I've used Ben's gutters and am very happy with the service. They have been polite, efficient and on time on both occasions. Dave M was great, knowledgable, punctual and kind, he didn't baulk at the awkward access or being greeted by small half dressed children. Communication is good and reasonably priced. Would use again.

Amazing service - quick and friendly! Sorted all details regarding my initial quote on the phone with India, who was lovely! We then had Shane come out to clear our gutters and he was fantastic. Speedy, polite, and did his job well! Would 100% use Ben's Gutters again and recommend them highly.

A really easy and professional service, don't let the fact that this is a national service put you off. Max attended my property, was very friendly, thorough and gave me a rundown of what he had found and removed from the gutters and downpipes. Fast, efficient, courteous, would recommend.

The young man cleaning my gutters arrived on time. He announced himself before starting the job. He was polite, professional and very friendly. On completion of the job he reported back, showed me what he had removed and reported on the state of the gutters. A real credit to the company,a delightful hard working person. Can not fault the worker who came to do the work. However, he said he couldn't do the work due to the width of our conservatory. This is despite being assured that it wouldn't be a problem when the width was discussed during the booking phone call. Possibly Ben's Gutters could incorporate video calling to see potential customers properties so the same situation does not happen in the future?

Brilliant service received from Ben's Gutters on 04/06/2020. They provided a 2 hour window of arrival over 24hours before they arrived so I could plan my day around them. All the staff both on the phone and in person were polite and efficient. Andrei messaged me when they had finished the job with recommendations for future care and payment was very easy to make during covid19. I cant reccomend them enough and will used them in the future.
