I have used this company for a long time now, they are regular and I have never had any problems. I get a text message day before they arrive which is very helpful as I'm not usually at home and live in a terraced house so I am able to leave the gate undone. They even cleaned my front windows when I forgot to leave the gate undone and I sent payment via bank transaction. I am very happy with the service.

I have been using Castle Window Cleaning both privately and as a landlady. Anytime there is a tenancy changeover they do a full clean plus gutters and soffits. I also like them to do one proper full clean per year at the tenanted property. As a landlady it is nice to have people who can work around and fit around my tenants . Plus it’s nice to be able to tell my tenants I have nearly 5 years experience with the company so that they can have confidence in having them round. Everything just is not a problem. On a more personal note. They are respectful and sensitive to the needs of a vulnerable adult with anxiety issues. I really appreciate that.
