Took the time to explain how things worked (purified water v's normal tap water) and what to expect. Maintained a respectful COVID distance and followed all the rules. Living on the third floor of a block of flats it’s hard to find a window cleaner who’s willing, or even able to clean this far up, so I’m happy to have found someone to do them, and who makes a really good job too! Plus, they seem to stay cleaner for longer for some reason. I can definitely recommend Crytal clear to clean your windows.
