For the last three years, every time I need my windows cleaned, Adept Windows is who I call. They always provide a great service, especially Tony, and it's always great value. I live on the second floor off a relatively busy road, and they can do high cleaning from the road side.

I have been very impressed with the proactive, professional and great communication service. We very recently moved in our new flat and the windows needed a thorough clean. We hadn't cleaned our windows in a few years and they had accumulated quite a bit of dirt and grime. I spoke to Tony at Adept Window cleaning who couldn't have been more helpful. I gave him a time that I was available and he said John would be with me at the agreed time. John arrived on time and did a fantastic job with the windows. I've used Adept a couple times before and the service was friendly, the clean was top quality and reasonably priced. Recently had an issue not being able to get through to them but once they were made aware of the problem Tony contacted me personally to apologise and rectify it. Arranged for the guy to come the following day and he did a wonderful job on some very grubby Windows. The cleaner was friendly and carried out the job quickly and effectively. Having recently moved into a city centre flat with Windows that must have had 5 years of dirt & bird mess engraved I called adept & spoke to a cheery chap called Tony. He was very helpful and promised to send his best operative the next day. Sure enough right on time, and a superb job he did, not a hint of mess remained I cannot believe these are the same Windows, I won't hesitate to call again thank you.

The callback to my online request was prompt, thorough, friendly and professional, and John (the technician) arrived right on time, and hand-washed our ancient 1st floor flat windows so as not to disturb the equally-ancient glazing compound. He even realigned and locked one of the windows that had come slightly askew in its frame! I couldn't budge it, but he had it sorted in a trice. Adept Window Cleaning gets my highest recommendation.
