So quick, very responsive to our need for a end of tenancy house clean. Thorough and visibly excellent result. Even exceeded expectations by getting rid of mould in bathroom that was here before and we said not to worry. Know his work very well. So well we are having him clean regularly in new house. I run a Holiday Let in Edinburgh and really struggled to find a good and reliable cleaner. I went through 3 cleaners before I found Fraser all of which brought a host of problems from poor overall service to missing laundry and complaints about the standard of cleaning/presentation of the property from guests. Fraser is fantastic though, he is honest and reliable, communication is fantastic, he does a great and thorough job of the cleaning and makes sure the cottage is presented beautifully for guests. He is proactive in identifying and fixing problems before guests notice and always undertakes a thorough check of the property after guests depart to identify any potential damage quickly (Crucial when some booking websites return the damage deposit within 48 hours). He quite honestly has been an absolute dream to work with, has taken a lot of the stress out of the running for me and has enhanced the service that I offer to my guests. Can't recommend Fraser highly enough!
