The cleaners we had were two really really lovely guys. They did a very efficient job and the price was good. However, there were a couple spots such as the oven and upholstery where it was not cleaned inside, which is usually what is expected for a post-tenancy clean (so not an extremely deep clean). But they managed to get a very tough stain out in the carpet that I could never do so relatively happy with the job.

We had Pure Cleaning come and do a move out clean for us when we were leaving our rented flat in Edinburgh after 2 year living there. The clean was fantastic and the company were very easy to work with and good at communicating with us. They came round and did a free review of what cleaning was needed and then we agreed a date and time for them to do the cleaning. They can do carpet cleaning and windows inside and outside so they offer the full package if you need a move out clean good enough to get your deposit back. When the cleaners arrived they had all their professional items with them and got to cleaning straight away.The transformation in the time was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend this cleaning company to anyone.

I've been using Pure Cleaning to clean our house for a couple of years with a regular cleaner coming in every week. Never had any issues with the cleaner and she always leaves the house absolutely spotless. All my emails sent to them get picked up very quickly and they always get back to me. They are also very accommodating when it comes to any changes or additional cleaning requests. I am very happy with the service they provide and so would highly recommend.

The deep cleaning of the flat&windows had been done very well indeed and on time. I had some issues with the invoice as I guess I was a bit overcharged, thus I need to place just 3 stars. Still, I consider it to be a very good cleaning company in Edinburgh and will recommend it.

Can't fault the service at all, first class !! We started using Pure Cleaning (Scotland) Limited a while ago at our Regional Offices in Scotland and have been very impressed from day one, very professional and more importantly Pawel and his team delivered exactly as promised. The company got back to us quickly and were able to attend within a day. The two people who arrived to clean were very pleasant and worked hard and quickly. Somethings were very well cleaned, eg the microwave and oven, and overall it was a decent clean of the property. However, it was not a thorough clean. For example, nothing was moved to clean behind it without being asked - eg on the kitchen worktop, behind the sofas, under the bed, and into the corners. The price seemed quite steep. We didn't mind paying this when we thought that this was a thorough deep clean but feel we overpaid for what we received.
