HostClean are a great service. We have been able to easily communicate through WhatsApp which has made it easy to sort things out when we had an issue arise. We recently had a problem with our lock box and they were really responsive and helped us get the flat ready in time for our next guests. I highly recommend their service.

We recently started Airbnbing our home during school holidays and have now used HostClean about 4 times. We were out of the country so I really like that they provide fresh linens with every clean and that they have access to my AirBnB calendar and simply schedule cleans based on my bookings. My mother-in-law would check the property after each guest and then again after the clean and HostClean did a very good job. She said the house looked really professional after they left — both the clean and the fresh, ironed hotel-style white linens along with hotel-style toiletries.

I first contacted Hostclean after having a few problems with servicing my Holiday Let.Finding their number on the web,my thoughts were positive about what they could offer. I made contact with them, they knew what I needed and were super polite and helpful more or less getting me organised with my requirements. I have always felt looked after and any perceived difficulties were attended to promptly. They use Whats app and this allows almost immediate contact ( this is a valued approach) I need to know that the property is looked after and that the superb bed linen is in place on the beds, ready for guests arriving.I might add here this is no mean feat because of quick turnarounds for example one guest leaves and the other arrives on the same day.The main thing they do is problem solve and help, with politeness when I had difficulty with their system on the computer. They were super patient with me .We are getting know each other and they are very attentive. As long as my guests are happy like me they are happy. I can recommend them to do the best they can to serve you and you needs Ann Jack

We find Hostclean an excellent company to use. They go out of their way to find a way to deal with individual requirements. Our Airbnb is cleaned to a good standard and the inclusion of toiletries is a nice touch. I would have no qualms at all in recommending them to everyone who has an Airbnb or simular.

We use Host Clean to help with our Air BnB turnarounds. There are loads of Air BnB management companies out there but we wanted an option where we could still retain an element of control around our guest bookings and listing, while getting help with preparing the flat for new guests. HostClean are absolutely the answer for us. They are completely self-sufficient and flexible which allows us to manage the property without needing to keep returning there ourselves. We get regular contact through WhatsApp if anything comes up and photos of the clean if we need them. We have a property manager for contact, who is really easy-going and communication is always great. This is the first time we have made our flat available for guests and we were nervous about strangers coming and going, including cleaners. But we met one of them for the first service and she was amazing and instantly put us at ease. What I really like is that there are specifics to how we like the flat to be ready for guests when they arrive and the cleaners are really flexible about accommodating that. Finally, the clean is always excellent and we get fantastic reviews on how clean the flat is every time we have a new guest. I couldn’t recommend Host Clean enough - they have been the perfect option for us and I’m sure they will be for others too. Really happy!

I contacted HostClean to assist me in cleaning my apartment and oh dear me they are good. I spoke directly to those who run the business who addressed me in a professional manner straight away. They agreed to send me a cleaner on just the next available day. Lady who visited me was well-mannered and friendly yet professional and when I asked her to clean something extra she offered to help without a second thought. Apartment was looking like brand new after she left, I cannot recommend Rebekah enough, truly. Was absolutely pleased with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. So far a good, but not a perfect experience. Not sure about the last clean- I was not aware we needed to leave the hoover for the cleaners, and it was locked in one of the cupboards- I told them it was OK to not hoover this time, but would appreciate if it was made clearer that HostClean doesn't provide their own hoover. The kitchen table was not cleaned this time round either, but I consider it a little glitch, as everything else was fine. Overall, I will continue using their services.

I have found Host Clean provide an excellent quality good value service. On last minute bookings at short notice, to date they have been most helpful responded quickly to enable me to take the booking. Bookings are logged in and confirmed back to you by Host Clean, so no let downs. I cannot find any fault with the cleaning or other house keeping services they provide for me, and would recommend you give them try.

It’s easy to book and my guests always give me 5 stars after they’ve been. It’s easy to contact them and i would highly recommend them to any host who needs a little extra help. They even drop the keys back at the shop for me (for the next check in) so I really don’t have to worry about anything
