M. H.The communication was amazing by Simon. He was very helpful and fast with organising a flat clean so that we could move in. I have given 4* as there were some things that I felt could have been done better (such as cobwebs, cleaning sink, hoovering under bedframe etc) - althogh perhaps these things are not part of their cleaning package.
But the flat was much cleaner than it was before and I was able to go around and clean these extra bits very quickly. Simon was very lovely and I'd recommend this service - just 4 stars due to the missed bits considering the estate agents choosing the more expensive quote.
