I paid £99 for the cleaning of our one bedroom/2 bathroom guest apartment. I was told in writing by Agnes, the owner, that I would have three hours. The cleaners arrived and literally spent 30-40 minutes. I was so shocked when they came to tell me they were finished and I asked them twice, “you are finished already?” After they left, I immediately messaged Agnes and told her what happened and expressed my dissatisfaction. She contacted me a day later and kindly offered to refund £33 out of the £99 I originally paid. I accepted this solution, but it means I paid £66 for 30-40 minutes of cleaning. I still maintain this is far too much money for so little time. However I do appreciate her willingness to rectify the situation and preserve customer satisfaction.
