I highly recommend the team at Vivo Clean! I wanted my house deep cleaned and found their prices very reasonable, and George very responsive, efficient, and friendly. They booked me in at short notice, and the team worked very hard and did a great job! Customer satisfaction is clearly very important to George and his staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely brilliant end of tenancy clean! George came a week before to look at the property and give a quote, he was super helpful, and a really friendly and genuinely lovely person. His staff arrived on time and did a really fabulous job today, I cannot thank Jade and Stacey enough! Again, really friendly and lovely people who were cheerful and chatty. I will definitely use Vivo Clean again before I move into my new property, and will recommend to friends and family:)

I booked Vivo Clean to carry out a one off deep clean of my flat at the end of its tenancy. I could not have been more impressed, Rachel and Stacey worked extremely hard all day and made the place look like brand new. The oven was a particularly tough task - I was glad Vivo offered this service as an extra, and extremely happy with the end result. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and communication was extremely good throughout. I would recommend Vivo Clean to anybody looking for a cleaning service..

The team at Vivo went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and within a timescale to suit us. George was very responsive to messages, and professional throughout. Clare and Chloe who completed our whole house carpet clean and oven clean (which really needed it) were lovely and the job they did was to an extremely high standard, Darren who cleaned the windows inside and out was also great. I had this company carry out a one off deep clean of my home and am absolutely delighted with their service from start to finish. George came round and gave me an estimate, but also made me feel like my custom really mattered. He kept me informed of who would be attending on the day (Kellie and Kay) and also Darron, as I chose to add on the outside window clean service. I had read the reviews and, to be quite honest, I thought they were too good to be true. I am delighted to say I was completely wrong. The girls worked solidly from arrival through to the finish. I checked the areas later that I had expected them to miss but they hadn't missed anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and, if they don't get too busy, I would definitely look forward to booking them again. I wish George and all the employees well deserved success in all that they do in the future and a huge thank you.

We hired Vivo to clean our flat prior to moving and they were terrific on multiple fronts. Firstly they were easy to correspond with and very accommodating on short notice, able to be flexible with timings and the types of service they could provide, tailoring it to exactly what we needed. On the day, they arrived promptly and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to focus on the specific areas that we’d requested. They finished on time and did a thorough job and we’re diligent with the delicate and high risk areas, especially important now during this Covid era. Some of our fixtures look brand new and I haven’t seen cleaner windows inside and out. Very glad we used them and I highly recommend their services.

Had a great time working for Vivo this past month on the set of a tv series. It was a really unique and interesting experience seeing how everything works on set (especially as a film student), and in the position of a cleaner you get to interact with all teams of the production. Communication with the manager was always easy and they were so helpful in working around shifts I couldn’t do and finding times that worked best for me. Would recommend to anyone that wants to work here (and would recommend the service to anyone who needs a cleaner!)

Very impressed by Vivo clean. George was very communicative and arranged for me to meet him & Lisa to talk through my needs. Having met them I knew this was the company for me. Lisa was brilliant, noticing all the dirt that I notice and no one else seems too! Lisa was able to start immediately and came in to deep clean before starting a regular weekly clean. I came home and instantly saw the hard work she’d put into the house. She’d cleaned places that had been ignored for years. Since then the weekly clean continues to impress me…such a joy to come home to. George responds very quickly to any queries and Lisa is a legend.

We had our first ever deep spring clean by Vivo today and wished we had done it sooner. George came out quickly to discuss our requirements and was happy to adjust it to our budget. Tracie carried out the deep clean and worked really hard and enthusiastically all day. Nothing was too much trouble and she was the right mix of friendly and chatty but still working as she talked. Moving house is a stressful time and having VivoClean help me out to clean my house whilst I moved into my new one was just fantastic. I requested two cleaners at very short notice and the two who were dispatched to me were simply lovely. No comments made on the dust behind the bed (not what you want to hear when you’re stressed). I have never ever ever used a cleaning company in my life..... why would you tescos sells everything???? However...... my circumstances took a dramatic change recently and with everything out of the house decided to do a "professional clean"..... Now anyone that knows me knows me and money do not part easily...... and with the devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other we all battled and decided to let me have a one off clean! George messaged me after seeing my post and came and priced up the job. I was sitting in a house id owned for 8 years and I can honestly say its cleaner now than the day I moved in!!! Tracey was an absolute diamond 💎 I cannot begin to thank her for all of her efforts.... the place looks amazing... Still got no furniture or family but its bloody lovely@ So in summary emotion aside... I have no issues or quarms recommending George and his company (as long as you get Tracey) in cleaning anything.... the detail was like she had some kind of ocd... (I wont apologise if she has!)
