Great service from Preen & Clean. Always leave the windows are door sparkling. The communication is first class and we always know when they'll be coming to the house. Dead easy for direct debit payments set up online and confirmation when the charges are going out.

The owner decided to park his van to block the whole road. He was nowhere in sight so I sat for a moment then beeped my horn. He came flying up from behind yelling and swearing. I said there was no need for that and he continued to belittle me, call me names asking me if it was the time of the month all while a 5 year old sat in the back. Friendly and professional I think not. I didn't handle it well I admit but he should have just apologised and moved his van. He was in the wrong and showed absolutely no remorse. I think he thinks I should be honoured I get to use my road at all. I said I'd make sure no one I know uses him. Don't think he cares. Update. The MD called me today to listen and explained that he does not tolerate this kind of behaviour. Very impressed with the swift response and wish this company well. One bad apple should not ruin the barrel and I'd like to say thank you. I hope the employee in question learns he is representing something bigger than himself and he should think twice before name calling while wearing the employer logo. Indeed should never name call in my humble opinion!

Preen and Clean are great. I get notified the day before they arrive and they always do a great job. They also did our gutters a while back, we noticed there was still a blockage about two months later when there was heavy rain and they came back out to rectify with no charge. There are also different payment options to suit everyone.
