Fantastic from first phone call, needed a gutter repairing and Craig managed to send out a couple of his team the same day as they were in the area. They were polite, professional and courteous when they turned up and the fixed the issue within 10minutes - absolutely chuffed with the service and would definitely use again in future (hopefully not for the same issue ha!). I asked The Gutter Doctor to install some chimney caps on unused chimney pots, and replace some slates while up there. I have a very tall house and normally it's incredibly expensive to have any roof work done due to scaffolding costs. But Craig quoted an excellent price, and his team were quick, efficient and very safe. While up there they cleaned the gutters and fixed down some ridge tiles that had been left loose by a previous cowboy roofer, not just on my house but the adjoining terrace too. Thanks for a great job!
