An Outstanding Service! My 91 yr old mother developed a very rapid dementia and had to be placed into a nursing home. Sadly I am having to sell her home to fund her care (£3,600 a month!!) I spoke to George and explained why I wanted mum's house clearing and cleaning. From the outset he was friendly, understanding and helpful. On the day of the job I left him and his team to it. When I returned the next day, the house was transormed - it was so clean and free from clutter. Mum had smoked all of her life and many rooms were contaminated with a foul stale tobacco smell. After the clearance and clean, the smell was utterly gone and the whole place smelled fresh again. I simply couldn't believe the transformation. I was so pleased, I phoned George (whilst I was at the house) to thank him for such an outstanding job. All mum's clutter was gone and the whole place was actually ready for the estate agents (who are calling next week for an evaluation). This is a company with integrity who treat their customers REALLY well - they are as good as their word and in my case they far exceeded my expectations. A Brilliant job! George and his team completed the job within 2 days of the request, firstly by attending the property and providing a competitive quote for the work they would undertake, together with explaining the process of disposal of the items. Once I agreed the quote, George and his team completed the work without fuss and left the house clean and tidy. What was particularly positive was that I did not have to be at the house whilst the work was undertaken, whilst it would not have been an issue, emotionally it may have been taxing. Highly recommend this company. George visited our rental property to quote us to clear it out and offered us a date the same week to have it cleared. He also arranged for the same date for an estate agent to visit to value it and liaised with a glass company who needed to come to replace a window. This was a massive help! He was completely unphased by what was a dirty and difficult job given that a lot of the rubbish and stuff to be cleared was in the cellar and was not easily accessible. He collected and dropped off keys and the whole process could not have been easier.
